Ok, has anyone read Diary of a Time Looper and the sequels following, specifically After Day ??? I NEED to talk about it... NEED

What you mean Loop Twilight leaves behind the consequences of her actions, UNKNOWINGLY, and now the Twlight of that universe has to suffer it ???

Loop Twilight desperation, then descending into madness, then acceptance, then a slow transformation to God-complex ??? I mean—

I seriously had to bring out my whiteboard and markers to map out what's happening cause how does a fanfic, short and unconventional as it is, mess with my head so much???? AND IT'S NOT EVEN FULL LENGTH IT'S LIKE CRUMBS

My poor baby Twilight having to go through such a psychological hell, how do you even get out of something like that ?????

the horror side of the MLP fandom will always be one of my favs side to a fandom. The creative routes people took was amazing to me!

The horror MLP fandom had so many choices to go with. So i decided to go with my favs at the time of drawing, as my favs tend to change from time to time XD

Lately I got hyper-fixated on a MLP grimdark called Diary of a Time-Looper -- (here's the link to it if y'all wanna read it lol)

NOW HEAR ME OUT

Imagine Batfam x neglected! time-looper reader

the angst it would give omg

All of it would probably play out just like the grimdark with the only differences being that

They're human

Reader would probably find a way to use a laptop as a digital diary instead of an physical diary

Lastly, Reader would also have gotten out of the loop

BACK TO MY IDEA

Reader gets stuck in a time loop, forced to wake up and deal with the same day over and over and over and over and over

It resets and no matter what changes she makes- no one remembers it nor does it stay. just completely resetting once it hits midnight

She would probably accidentally find out a way to keep a digital diary that doesn't reset with the day and logs everything to help keep her sanity

She doesn't know why this started and she has no idea how to end it- Completely and utterly stuck to this day

She would slowly fall into despair- her mind breaking with every reset

Her desperation cause her to try and convince anyone- anything that shes stuck in a time loop

ofc they don't believe her -- I mean you're stuck in a timeloop? Don't make me laugh we would've noticed if we were in one

The Batfam wouldn't notice her sudden change, I mean, they barely know her. shes just the normal one. Alfred might notice but he's busy and she must've been tired or something

The worse part is that this day was quiet, no villains, barely any crime

its just boring

if there was a villain attack maybe she could have stopped it, after all its the same script with the only changes being caused by her

To help herself keep sane, she just does whatever and anything

Using Bruce's money to buy anything

hell at this point she might as well as do drugs, maybe they'll help they don't

Eventually, probably around the 10 year mark of being stuck, an accident would occur

She swears she didn't mean to but she was just over his damn taunting

Something just snapped, she just snapped

It was amazing how easy it was to kill him with him being trained as an assassin guess Ra's Al Ghul and Talia Al Ghul didn't train him that good-

He's alive the next loop, of course

She wasn't surprised, yet she couldn't help the guilt

She hugged him, sobbing apologies and such- how weird it was to Damian

A few loops later she did the same thing, not to Damian, no it was Jason

She almost expected him to stand up again after she shot him

Loop after loop, she accidentally kills each family member

She couldn't help the excuses that left her, after all she never meant to hurt any of them but she's just so done with the same damn script and the same fucking day

Then she just stops leaving her room, after all she couldn't hurt them if she didn't leave

Her desperation of finding a way out carved her inside out

Slicing its name into every fiber in her being

So of course she decides to finally end this loop at the cost of her life

Staring down at the camera while apologizing and explaining why she made this choice its been a year and a half in this loop

She wakes up, same day, same script

So she tries again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and-

Shes completely stuck in this hell

Its almost funny

She now understood the Joker in a way

She understood his insanity

His craze that broke others

Maybe she should try it

just one loop

or two loops

She hates this mansion and she hates these people

She just can't stand them

Its been years in this prison

How unfair

She's killed and destroyed everyone and everything at one point-

She's died in almost every way she could think of

Not because she was suicidal but because she was desperate to end the loop

Her hope with every death that one would eventually take her out for good slowly goes away

So she locks herself in her room, doing nothing because there was nothing at this point

Its a different date

Its actually a different day

So why is it a different day? Why isn't she stuck in a loop?

Why didn't it feel different? It's a different day now

She's free so why doesn't she feel like it

She's free after 20 years of the same day

When she looks in a mirror she doesn't recognize herself

Those wild and crazy eyes, they almost mimic the joker's if he was even more insane

She doesn't know what to do

She doesn't remember how to be sane anymore

She lost herself years ago in that cursed loop

She tries to fix herself, try to act how she thought she would've acted

No one says anything at breakfast yet they noticed how different she was

In their mind she was fine two days ago, so what could've happened when she locked herself in her room yesterday?

She kinda reminds them of the Joker-- Only with those eyes

So the Batfam does what they normally do

Investigate

Tim found it easily, the digital diary

How horrified they were to watch the entries

How with every loop, she changed worse and worse

Actively watching her lose her sanity

Watching her desperation grow more and more just as guilt ate at her

Horrified as she explained to the camera- herself really- how she killed them

How she killed herself

The videos progressing from sobbing apologies to an blank expression

One video catching their eye of her manic giggles and laughs as she describes how she understands the Joker now

Anyways that's all I have so if anyone would like inspo or smth please take it

I'll love to read it

also I will not write this into an actual story as everyone will be out of character cause I suck at personalities lolol

Diary of a time loopers is really good mlp horror

Mostly beacuse I CAN see twilight reacting that way in that situation.

She gets violent sometimes but that's beacuse of the loop makeing her crazy and her just wanting to escape. And the next loop she regrets it immediately and feels both guilty her mind went to that and is oddly happy the loop happened again so that it never happened technically.

It is dark and spooky, it has a very very tragic ending.

But I like it as it's very in character for pre wing twilight.

I think that white rose that borderline censored the screen was showing real magic was happening? Sick soundtrack btw. And she won! Kinda a quick change in her tune, but yay!

I have no clue how to take Utena saying it was for Chu-chu but not for Anthy. To me, Chu-Chu seemed to be a metaphor for Anthy's freedom and... Id, for lack of a better term. How would that not be for Anthy? Unless Utena thinks Anthy wants to be caged? We'll find out I guess!

I am an artist, I like MLP creepypastas, and I like MMFC, put it all together and you get all of these!

HypnoWoman is Diary Of A Time Looper where Twilight is stuck in a time loop and she tries to find a way out but gives up and she accidentally kills Pinkie Pie in one of the loops and accidentally kills Spike in another one of the loops after that loop, she starts to kill herself to potentially get out of the loop but she can’t get out of it.

Dr Light is An Apple Sleep Experiment where Apple Jack drinks a untested potion that Twilight gives to her to try and stay up because Filthy Rich wants all of the Zab apples and she breaks her back legs while kicking a old tree out of anger, she gets sent to the hospital but she escapes it through a window and she goes missing and kills a bunch of ponies (this includes BonBon and Lyra), she eventually gets sent to prison and Starlight becomes the element of Honesty, it also might have implied that AppleBloom got hurt during the end (since the CMC are in it) but I’m too lazy to check out the last parts of the sequel.

BlastoWoman is Rainbow Factory and I’m too lazy to explain (also, JUST SEARCH IT UP IT’S ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR MLP CREEPYPASTAS).

'Diary of a time looper', a fimfiction story.

I really like timeloops grimdark stories, and sometimes I think about a SwaDric AU like that. Honestly inspired by the MLP fanfic "Diary of a time looper" by kodeake (via Scribbler Production's dub)

One day, a villager comes to the castle. He looks exhausted, close to breaking down. When asked what he wants, he demands to see the royal sorcerer immediatly.

When Cedric is called, the villager gives him a notebook and desesperatly asks him to read it right now. Cedric does, and realizes that this is about the recollection of all of the villager's memories since the start of the loop, that he has enchanted to not loose a proof that the timeloop is real (that's where I took the inspo from the fanfic)

Cedric decides to help the villager, half because of pity, and because it's an unheard of event.

Cedric gets caught in the timeloop with the villager.

They'll try to get out together.

'When Christopher Nolan's historical epic "Oppenheimer" made its way into theaters, it did so fronting serious A-list energy in stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., and Florence Pugh. Impressive as those names are, "Oppenheimer"'s extended cast of supporting players whom Nolan assembled is truly jaw-dropping, with names like Casey Affleck, Gary Oldman, Kenneth Branagh, Jack Quaid, and Rami Malek topping the list. If you scroll far enough down the "Oppenheimer" IMDb page, you'll even see the name of Mr. James Remar, who played U.S. Secretary of War Henry Stimson in the film.

If you've seen "Oppenheimer," you know Remar's character doesn't garner a ton of screen time. Like most of the film's supporting team, however, the actor more than made the most of his moments. He even added to one of the film's most powerful scenes, reportedly improvising the line of dialogue where Stimson removes Kyoto from the list of possible bombing sites in Japan in part because he and his wife honeymooned there. It's a powerful moment, to be certain. And it's just one of many Remar has delivered over the years. 

Fans of 1997's "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation" hardly need a reminder of Remar's skill, as the actor put just as much energy into playing super-powered kung fu fighter Raiden in the film. Of course, given the video game adaptation's critical and commercial shortcomings, "MK: Annihilation" hardly ranks among the actor's biggest hits. And yes, Remar has contributed to quite a few hits in his decades-long career.

To be fair, the general shortcomings of "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation" hardly rest on the shoulders of James Remar, with producer Lawrence Kasanoff claiming in the 2017 book "Lights, Camera, Game Over!" that studio bosses forced the filmmakers to release the movie before it was actually finished. Lack of polish aside, "MK: Annihilation" has become a low-key cult hit over the years, with certain fans now embracing its schlocky, B-movie energy.

As it happens, that cult status is sort of fitting since one of Remar's first big roles came in Walter Hill's 1979 cult hit crime thriller "The Warriors." Remar was quick to capitalize on that early success, scooping up roles in hit '80s TV shows like "Hill Street Blues," "Miami Vice," and "The Equalizer." He'd also appear in celebrated films like William Friedkin's "Cruising" (opposite Al Pacino), Hill's Eddie Murphy vehicle "48 Hrs.," Francis Ford Coppola's "The Cotton Club," and Gus Van Sant's landmark indie "Drugstore Cowboy."
