#MaineFallTrip2017: Happy Wednesday to all of my Tumblr followers and fans of my "ALM Fine Art And Photography" pages!! If you were wondering why I wasn't too active on social media during the weekend and week of Columbus Day, it was because I was on vacation with my family! This week was the second time this year that I was able to return to Freeport, ME with my family. We have just returned from our trip today! It was a fun, relaxing vacation that was well needed!! On our way back home, I stopped by the Freeport Post Office to mail out some postcards to send to people. After I mailed my postcards, I stopped by to take a photo of the map of the United States of America all covered in rope and stamps that were from each state. It was neat to see this in person again, as it caught my eye the last time I had seen this on the wall. For the first time in the past six years, we finally made it to check out Hogback Mountain, located in Marlboro, Vermont!! It was there that we were able to view the beautiful mountains and the fall foliage all throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts outdoors on their observation deck. The location also had a gift shop and an indoor museum that we had a chance to check out. Even though we didn't have a chance to check out the museum, it was neat to be able to stop and shop for souvenirs and check out the beautiful scenery of this area during the fall. If you happen to be either in Maine or Vermont, be sure to check out these cool tourist attractions when you're on vacation. The weather coming back home was in the 50-60's sunny in the morning, then it became cloudy and eventually in New York, rainy on and off. It felt good to be on vacation to Maine again! #ThrowbackThursday: Throwing it back to a year ago today that I had stopped by Hogback Mountain, located in Marlboro, VT, to check out the beautiful fall foliage on my way home from my vacation in Freeport,ME. The overlook and view of the fall foliage at this area is beautiful! On a clear day, you can enjoy viewing “the 100 Mile View” of Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire all year round at the Hogback Mountain Scenic Overlook, go shopping inside their gift shop, and even check out some nature’s themed art within their museum and conservation area. If you happen to be in the state of Vermont, stop at Hogback Mountain to surround yourself in nature and all things dedicated to the “Green Mountain State”! Happy Thursday & Happy Fall! #HappyNationalSelfieDay and Happy #FirstDayofSummer Instagram and social media followers!! Last Friday (6/16/17), I met Bobby Whitlock (keyboardist and vocalist of Eric Clapton's band, "Derek and the Dominos") and his wife, Co Co Carmel, at The Egg Performing Arts Center in Albany, NY!! It was interesting and entertaining to hear Whitlock's stories about his and Carmel's personal and musical lives, as well as listening to them perform both their original songs and Whitlock's songs that he wrote as a member of "Derek And The Dominos"!! They were very nice and pleasant to meet and hear perform in person! Thank you again to my friend, George Fazio @bluesprinting, for providing me an opportunity to attend this fun performance last week!! It was an honor to be able to meet these amazing performers!! #HappyHalloween & #TransformationTuesday everybody!! I hope you're having a great holiday and are spending time eating lots of great candy from your Halloween parties or from Trick or Treating!! My Halloween "treat" this past Saturday (10/28/17) was attending and photo shooting the 2017 "Groovin' Ghostly Legends And Friends" at The Palace Theatre @palacealbany in Albany,NY!! I had a blast watching local musicians(Including my friend, Tommy Love who portrayed Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin and two other performers) perform as established singers that are both deceased and living from the 1960's-1970's. All of the proceeds from the event went towards the Veterans Miracle Center of Albany,NY!! It was a fun event to attend for a great cause!! A special thank you goes out to @thespot518 "TheSpot518" and to Gary Weinlein for providing me the opportunity to photo shoot and attend this amazing event with my friends!! #ThrowbackThursday & #BlackAndWhitePhotoChallengeDayOne: I'm happy to share with you my first news story that I covered for "The Eastwick Press", Eastern Rensselaer County's Community Newspaper, titled "A Sunny Day And Lots Of Cars On Display In Brunswick". I had attended and photo shot the 4th Annual Lazzaro's Autobody Car And Truck Show held at the Brunswick Elks Lodge in Troy,NY this past August! It was a nice warm day to check out these cool classic cars and trucks for the first time at this particular event and venue. I hadn't attended a car show within the past three years! #ThrowbackThursday: In case you were all wondering why I wasn't on social media much this past week, viewing this photo will help you figure out where I was :)!! This past Sunday (10/8/2017), my family and I were on vacation in Freeport, Maine. After spending some time shopping at the Land's End Gift Shop in Bailey Island, ME during our first day of vacation, we stopped along a side road where I took a photo of the beautiful Cribstone Bridge (or Bailey Island Bridge as it is also called) connecting Orrs Island, ME and Bailey Island, ME together. This bridge is possibly one of the only granite cribstone bridges in the world. It is also listed in the National Register of Historic Places and it is also a Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. It's not only a cool bridge to cross over to the islands, it's also neat to be able to view the boats, buildings, and see the ocean from both sides of the bridge that you don't normally get to witness everyday from being in the car!! For our second time visiting the "Pine Tree State" again this year, we all had a great time to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery Maine has to offer all year round!! Check this bridge out the next time you are in Maine!! I had a nice time photo shooting “The Mother Goose Jazz Band” as they were the final band to close out the Town of Brunswick, NY Family Community Center concert series held at The Town of Brunswick Family Community Center in Troy, NY, Tuesday, August 29, 2017. This was my third ever assignment that I had ever covered for “The Eastwick Press” (and my second assignment to cover that afternoon)!!!

Good Evening Tumblr Followers!! I’m happy to share with you my first ever contribution to a local Upstate New York newsweekly, “The Eastwick Press”. “The Eastwick Press” is a local newsweekly that covers news stories for the eastern sections of Rensselaer County (Brunswick, Grafton, Stephentown, Petersburg, Hoosick Falls, etc.) and other towns and cities within Rensselaer County since 1992. I have recently joined the newsweekly less than a few weeks ago and will be contributing to the paper as a sports and events photographer, as well as write reviews for various events that occur within the community!! I’m very happy to be able to join their team and I’m looking forward to seeing where this opportunity is going to take me in the future!!

#SundayFunday: Had a fun time photo shooting the "4th Annual Lazzaro's Autobody Car And Truck Show" held at the Brunswick Elks Club in Troy, NY! For my first time attending the car show at this venue (and the first time within the past 3 years I attended a car show), it was fun to check out all of the various classic and contemporary cars and trucks, as well as the car decals and trinkets that some of the vehicle owners placed on their prized possessions! It was a gorgeous day to enjoy the weather and check out these vehicles in my hometown!! And yes, "Mustang Sally" was being played at the event as I continued on with my photo shoot!! #HappyIndependenceDay to all of my friends, family, and social media followers!! Happy Birthday U.S.A.!! Hope you all had a nice, fun time celebrating America's birthday and took the time to enjoy all of the cool fireworks displays that were occurring all over our country!! I had a blast viewing the beautiful and amazing fireworks display as part of the "New York State's 4th of July Celebration", held at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY with two of my best friends!! This was the first time since I was an infant that I was able to be on the Plaza grounds to view this display with my friends!! It was a gorgeous and perfect night to celebrate America's birthday!! #ThrowbackThursday: What a beautiful day it finally was yesterday (6/7/2017) to take in the beautiful scenery under the warm sun and not be stuck underneath those miserable rain clouds that I was "trapped" in with my family during our time spent in Maine!! One of my favorite places to visit in the state is a private boat launch in the town of Newagen, Maine that's a part of the Cuckloads Signal Fog Station!! It's a beautiful location to watch patrons fish, catch lobsters, and dig for clams, watch people read their books, or just look at the boats, islands, and homes that are surrounded by the vast ocean!! It's a beautiful location to visit if you decided to go on a vacation to Maine!! We enjoyed our time vacationing in this beautiful state that we continue to visit again and again for years to come!!
