Top Brain Tumor Surgeons in India
A brain tumour is a multiplication of cells within or nearby the brain. Brain tissue is at risk for brain tumours. Brain tumours can grow nearby the brain tissue. The pituitary, pineal, and membranes that concern the exterior of the brain are close by components.
The brain is where some brain tumours may start. They are referred to as primary brain tumours. Cancer can additionally move from a different part of the human body to the brain. These tumours are secondary brain tumours, often known as metastatic brain tumours.
Brain tumours can range from extremely small or huge in size. Some brain tumours are detected at an early stage because their symptoms are evident. Other brain tumours get gigantic before they are discovered. The brain's activity fluctuates across different regions. It's possible that a brain tumour won't immediately reveal symptoms if it develops in a less busy area of the brain. Before the tumour is found, its size may grow to be rather huge.
Doctors generally prescribe a brain tumour surgery as the first option for eradicating tumours from the brain without causing any significant harm. Brain tumour surgery is often used for the treatment of non-cancerous tumours. For the treatment of a brain tumour, several surgical options are available. The patient's condition will determine that.
Brain Tumor Surgery Cost in India
The cost of Brain Tumor Surgery in India is projected to be as much as INR 4,64,411. Surgery for brain tumours is often conducted in Indian hospitals, and price of Brain Tumor Surgery in India can fluctuate slightly according to the patient's particular needs. However, the standard Brain Tumor Surgery price in India is approximately INR 94,565.
When a tumour is complicated, craniotomy or neuroendoscopy might not be able to safely cure the patient. In order to better understand the circumstance and personalise treatment, a biopsy is carried out in such cases. The impact of women entrepreneurship
A driving force for the Indian economy and job creation
By Atul Raja
The fact that women entrepreneurs in India are a precious economic resource that is yet to be harnessed to its fullest potential is now being corroborated by many prestigious studies. A recent report from Bain & Company and Google found that women entrepreneurs have the potential to create 170 million jobs in India. And that translates to more than a fourth of the total jobs required for the working population by 2030.
Almost a decade ago, the Economic Census showed that women entrepreneurs made up 14 per cent of the total 58.5 million entrepreneurs in the country, which is close to 8 million. Today that number has grown to an estimated 130 million.
How did this huge opportunity emerge?
Over the last few decades, women in India have been challenging all odds and have proved to be global role models in the world of entrepreneurship. There are stellar examples like Dr Suman Sahai – the founder of the Gene Campaign, an NGO that focuses on community rights, intellectual property rights, and regulations for the farmer community. Or for instance, Madhuri Mathur’s interesting story of how her need for better appliances in her kitchen birthed the household brand – Sumeet Mixie. And of course, no list on entrepreneurship is complete without taking the name of Kiran Mazumdar Shaw – the chairperson of Biocon who single-handedly redefined woman entrepreneurship in India.
Despite challenges like the pandemic and historical barriers around women starting up like bias, lack of professional knowledge, lack of mentors and formal networks, women-led entrepreneurship is going nowhere, and I have the conviction that it will move forward from strength to strength. The following factors are paving the path for women to startup and contribute significantly to the Indian economy.
The perception of women in entrepreneurship is changing. As more women are moving away from the traditional areas like cottage industries and teaching to unconventional ventures in sports, construction, technology etc. Take, for instance, Akriti Katri’s Venus Detectives, a pan-India women-led investigative service. Numerous other examples include Neha Lekhi, founder of Baggit or Shubra Chadda of Chumbak
Access to education is playing a role in tackling stereotypes and prejudices and facilitating upskilling/reskilling through various vernacular and international courses and workshops. Institutions like Ela Bhatt’s association have come up that are providing resources and education to self-employed women
The easy to use technology infrastructure aids in getting the business up and running quickly. Smartphones and social media are aiding the surge in entrepreneurial ventures. 63% of women-led ventures now use social media for promotion and engagement with their customers
There is a list, that is getting longer, of small business loans and micro-financing avenues that are exclusively for women, to promote entrepreneurship
There are four key areas where women entrepreneurship can drive transformational gains for our country:
Economic Impact: If we as a country, accelerate our efforts towards closing the gender gap, and create a levelling field for men and women, India could gain up to 6.8% growth in our GDP, says a report by the International Monetary Fund.
Social Impact: The rise of women entrepreneurship has also led to women exploring more of the STEM-related fields of education, creating a more aware and knowledgeable society, that aids development for the whole country.
Individual Impact: Entrepreneurs own financial decisions like loans, taxes, long term financial planning and investments. Over and above, contributing to the economy, they are also forming a strong financial foundation for the family.
Environmental Impact: Women bring in a different mindset to building products and services. They are able to focus on important themes like inclusion, sustainability, empathy and influence innovation tremendously.
A McKinsey study finds that equal work opportunities have the potential of adding 18% to India’s GDP by 2025. Currently, women contribute 22% of India’s GDP against the 45% worldwide average.  Women entrepreneurship is a compelling factor to drive economic growth. While entrepreneurship ventures bring about their own challenges, a favourable environment will make this space very lucrative and extremely significant to the growth of the nation.

Kapil Dev suffers heart attack: Class of 1983 rally around their World Cup-winning captain
Kapil Dev's 1983 World Cup-winning teammates are rallying around their skipper, who has suffered a heart attack. "All 1983 members are in constant touch with Romi [Kapil's wife] and Ameya [Kapil's daughter]. He is looking forward to have a round of golf. It was good to hear from him," said former batsman Sandeep Patil.
Indian Cricketers Association (ICA) president Ashok Malhotra, a friend of Kapil, 61, was surprised at the turn of events because he spoke to his old pal only earlier in the day on Thursday.
Kapil out of danger
S Madan Lal, who famously bowled the delivery which Viv Richards pulled to mid-wicket, where Kapil took a running catch to send back the most dangerous batsman in the West Indies line-up during the 1983 final, said his captain was out of danger and "is okay now." Kapil complained of chest pain on Thursday following which he was taken to Fortis Escorts Heart Institute emergency department. "Kapil Dev suffered a heart attack. He was evaluated and an emergency coronary angioplasty was performed in the middle of night," the hospital said in an updated health bulletin after only mentioning chest pain in its initial statement.
"Currently, he is admitted in ICU and under close supervision of Dr Atul Mathur and his team. Kapil Dev is stable now and he is expected to get discharged in a couple of days."
Keep on batting: Roberts
From Antigua in the West Indies, pace great Andy Roberts sent his best wishes to Kapil through mid-day: "Fight the good fight, Kapil. You were always positive as a cricketer and continue being so. Just keep on batting." Roberts was part of the West Indies playing XI in the 1983 World Cup final. The legendary all-rounder was wished a speedy recovery by many on social media, including India's current captain Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar among others.
"Praying for your speedy recovery. Get well soon paaji," Kohli said.
"Take care @therealkapildev! Praying for your quick recovery. Get well soon Paaji," wished Tendulkar.
Also wishing him good health were India batsman Shikhar Dhawan and badminton player Saina Nehwal.
The imposing former player, who also tried his hand at golf after retiring from cricket, is the only player to claim over 400 wickets (434) and accumulate more than 5000 runs in Tests. He also served as India's national coach between 1999 and 2000.
Kapil was inducted into the International Cricket Council's Hall of Fame in 2010.
"The big hearted #Kapildev our captain, with a never say die attitude, has recovered. For this mighty giant of Indian cricket nothing is impossible," tweeted Kirti Azad, also a former teammate of Kapil.
