i think a good meet ugly for atsumu would be him working at onigiri miya for a day and seeing you and, somehow, fucking up your order so bad that his twin nearly smacks him over the head (he would've if there wasn't parents dining in with two of their own very impressionable kids).

atsumu is apologizing profusely and says some stupid joke about how it was actually Osamu who fucked up and he's taking the blame because he's so gracious. As if you didn't watch him fuck up yourself. the whole time you're nodding and smiling, but then he manages to make you laugh and atsumu nearly fucks up his second attempt because he's so happy and relieved about it

osamu does not want him to work another day, please get your ass back to the court, but atsumu shows up anyway the same time the two days later when his twin tells him you're a regular

Packed in waxed paper wrapper is my brunch of Braised Duck Rice (卤鸭饭) from Chong Pang. She also asked for one Braised Egg and Bean Curd to go with the braised rice. Braised peanuts and cucumber slices are complimentary plus there is a scoop of sambal chilli paste to give the rice a spicy kick.

Thousands of ducks are sent to eat insects in a rice paddy after harvest.

This half a Roasted Duck (烧鸭) is from Choo Chiang Roasted Meat Noodle House (珠江烧腊面家) in Chong Pang. My family love buying from this stall as their ducks are well marinated including the cavity of the duck. They themselves do the roasting on premise rather than buy from wholesaler. The feeling of tearing into the crispy skin as you take a bite is just so satisfying. I love to apply some of that sambal chilli paste you see with the savoury rice to give the duck extra kick of spiciness.

The Looney Tunes movie The Day the Earth Blew Up was going to be a streaming release then changed to be released theatrically on February 28, 2025, but on February 5th it was announced it would be pushed back to March 14, 2025. In the movie, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig uncovered an alien plot to take over the world through the use of mind control bubble gum.
