i suppose we missed the Letter of Confirmation of His visit. strangely enough he is a Spaniard by the name "El Loco", thoug mine knowledge of the language doth falter. He hath a great big beard, a fantastical hat, and doth shuffle around like hise bones are overly-heavy. he breatheth like: kshhhhhh.....hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhg......kshhhhhhhhh......hhhhhhhgh......

i haveth ran out to meet him and saideth, o Brother, was thine trip all-right? and then he stareth at me in the eye with iris as dark as the most awful night, dark as amongst the innermost rings of forest trees, as indescribable ocean depths, beyond mine imagination and thine..... then he saideth... "kshhhhhhhh........demon of.... hhhhhhhhg....kshhhhhh..... wrath...." and i saideth, "huh?" and he saideth, "begone." and then marcheth he in, i assume in search for the abbot or prior. or Aethelstan. now that i think of it, ever since that strange meeting i have not harbored the anger for him that has taken me these last week's. how curious...

No todo camino tiene que tener un objetivo. Permitite perderte, recorrer sin apuro, desorientarte a propósito, atendiendo a los flujos caóticos del recorrido y a sus señales imprevistas. La ciudad, como la historia, se transforma al caminarla sin destino. La deriva es resistencia al control. Confía en los desvíos: ahí aparecen las verdaderas conexiones.

deare diary. i have been thingking of way's to end this horrible deal of @brothermayhew's avoidance of me once and for-all. here they are, in order of plausibility:

1. run awaye with him

2. kidnap him, falsify hise death, and keep him prisoner in the catacombs with only i for human contact

3. murder-suicide

4. sit with him to talk sincerely as to we can have both a fulfilling monastic life and relationship to each-other

5. chastity

i shall run thise options through him while El Loco's presence forceth us to convive. God's Will i shall run something else though him promptly 🙏
