I've already talked a bit about Mimosas and Langris children here, so I won't go too much into details yet (that will be for the profiles).

Just so you know, Kirsch is actually an excellent uncle and to Mimosas surprise, well loved by her children. He also became an uncle for Finrals and Finesses children.

As for the Fire Vermillions, Esclarmonde and Yogan are the oldest of their generation.

Yogan is the only son of Mereoleona and Yosuga (their marriage/bond/whatever is rather special in many ways I'm still figuring it out^^'). He is actually as calm as his parents are wild.

Yosuga and Mereoleona can have their most fierce, devastating battle training and he can just sit unbothered in the middle of it with a book.

Just so you know, he is very powerful magic-wise, in fact he is double as powerful as his parents... Him being such a calm boy was a relief for EVERYONE. Yogan also gets along great with his uncle Fuegoleon.

Yogans birth is quite the story, because Mereoleona was fighting an herd of powerful Magic Beasts and some renegade noble bandits WHILE giving birth to her son. Come on, this is Mereo, of course she would give birth during a battle or something.

His parents are still very proud of him.

Esclarmonde is the calmest one of her siblings. She has a romantic soul and the story of her parents underlines this trait even more.

She also wants one day to become Wizard Queen, learns and trains hard for that. This includes also doing charities and learning no-magic first aid. Plans already to make this a basis for Magic Knights training and has talks with her father about it. She and Fuegoleon are really close, a true Father-Daughter trust.

Is determined to join the Crimson Lion Kings and also to become their captain one day.

Orion is wilder than his older sister, but still calm. Let's say that he is calm but with passion.

Doesn't talk much, but shows more. Not very stoic, though, as he smiles often.

Aliénor is much younger than her siblings, another kind of surprise child.

Personality-wise, she is like auntie Mereo.

Leopolds wife is another OC of mine (I'll made a profile one day for her). To sum up, Venus is a peasant, a member of the Green Praying Mantises and rather crazy (she can cut with her Foam Magic).

Their daughter Eleonora is as loud and wild as her parents. She has a soft spot for volcanos, much to auntie Mereos delight.

Their son Espumaleon is practically the shy baby. Was very sick when he was a baby, so his parents are protective about him and his big sister even more.

Unlike Eleonora, Espumaleon prefers calm and fluffy places, especially with pillows and blankets. Or a bubble bath. He also doesn't want to become a Magic Knight.

Yogan as straight and long dark red hair, which he usually wears in a low pony tail, his mother's blue eyes with the Vermillion red eyeliner and he has powerful Lava Magic (Don't make him angry, as he doesn't yell, remains calm but his lava quickly runs wild).

Esclarmonde and Aliénor have all their mother's nacreous eyes and their father's red Vermillion eyeliner. Orion has his father's bright lilac eyes, but also the red Vermillion eyeliner (maybe a bit darker than his sisters). Esclarmonde has wavy waist-long hair, red has Fuegoleon's and also has inherited her father's Fire Magic. Orion has dark purple hair like his mother, but shoulder length and soft just like his father, he also got Litals Star Magic. Aliénor has a wide curly mane like her mother, the color is a redish purple (a mix of her parents hair colors) and got Seafire Magic, a powerful one at that. Noelle one day almost got a heart-attack when little Aliénor accidentally put her Sea Dragon's Roar on fire^^'

Eleonora has long and slightly curly red hair, her mother's jade green eyes, with typical Vermillion eyeliner and got her father's Fire Magic. Espumaleon has black hair like his mother, grass green eyes and red eyeliners from his father, with Venus' Foam Magic.

Little next gen interactions I just thought of…

Leonidas and Dawn run off together and disappear for a bit. Fue and Nacht eventually find the two in a dark closet… arguing and competing over whose magic is stronger.

Dawn: Mine is Light Magic! Of course mine is brighter!

Leon: It maybe be brighter but your magic also lacks any heat which my attribute can supply!

Solara pokes her head into the library and sees Dusk and Cyra on a sofa together. Cyra has fallen asleep and her head is on Dusk’s lap. Dusk is completely still, not wanting to wake Cyra.

Solara: Ahhh. Looks like she must’ve been up late again. Here, I’ll help carry her to her room.

Dusk: Uh, no… She shouldn’t be disturbed if she’s so tired so… I’ll… I can wait…

Josele hears a commotion. The cause? A maid has spotted Eleonora and Vivian climbing to the roof of the castle. Being a protective mama bear, Josele goes after them and gets them back on the ground.

Nora: It was Vivian’s idea. She said the open space would be ideal for me to show off how big I can make my flames.

Josele: (looks at Vivian)

Vivian: Eleonora speaks truth. I deemed the roof the area to have the lowest chance of catching on fire.

The families are bonding! T^T Though Fue and Nacht might not be that thrilled about it, but... their wives and kids are having fun ^^ Or at least having adventures. And in the case of Vivi and Nora, enabling each other.

2. Who is your best friend?  Tell us about them!

*Lets out a thoughtful hum while looking up* I guess... Mereo obanue would be my best friend. Leo ojinue is pretty cool too though. ... Actually, all of my family is cool, but they're not "friends" in the way people mean it most of the time. And while I hang out a lot with Mereo obanue, she's more of a cool aunt.

Lately I've been hanging out with Kito. He's too much in his head, but once he grabs himself by the neck, he has promise. ... Actually, since he kept us from falling into that mirror cavern, I should say that he already is. And for the record, because people like to stir up gossip, especially when two royal families are involved, we are just friends. Really.

Oh, and Natalia is quite awesome too, the same as Vivian... Hmm... I guess I don't have A best friend, but I have many really good friends with whom to spend time.

4. What is your least favorite childhood memory?

... Oh I gotta answer this one too, huh? Well... Mother and Father are used to me stirring things in the kingdom, and it's not like I rattle the cage when it's not needed. It's just that sometimes these damn assholes, I mean-, ... hypocritical nobility, should learn a thing or two. They act like they think they're better people while not caring for the majority of the population. They're just not nice people to be around, and because most can't ... rattle them, I'm doing that.

Anyway... I remember this one time when... I had done a thing and mother just gave me a look, and sighed, and she looked very sad. After which she proceeded to say "Nora... sweetheart, I'm disappointed in your behaviour today."

I know it doesn't sound like much, but... my parents do stand behind me most of the time. They might not really agree with how I do things, but that was the one time they really seemed upset with what I did. So... it stung.

6. What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do?

One thing again huh? It's hard to choose one thing over many others, because there are instances and components to many aspects of life that can make it better, or harder, or worse, than others a lot of the times. But um... if I needed to pick one I guess... I guess it would be the time when I went on a hunt for the first time by myself.

It was a good experience, but being out in the wilderness alone for the first time was definitely a tough experience in a lot of ways.

20. Describe your biggest pet peeve.

Over enunciating things. Like, yeah, sure, you're very *noble* and so forth, but... you're just coming out pretentious. And... I might, or might not, have acquired a potion once or twice that made such a person croak like a toad for a day, when I was particularly annoyed.

Of course they got their voice back with no harm done on anything except their ego

14) What are some of your OC’s comfort foods?

Solara:

She’s someone who eats to live, so to say, so eating isn’t a source of comfort for her. (And she would go as far as to say that she doesn’t particularly enjoy eating to begin with, it’s just a necessity). But this doesn’t mean that she couldn’t develop cravings, since a craving is a body’s way of telling that there is a deficiency of something. However, she sometimes indulges in a good steak tartare, a beef roast, a hot cup of tea, or a soda. It depends on the time, the mood, and the situation. (As said, cravings can be something else too)

Leonidas:

During the winter, one of the dishes that will surely bring a smile to his face is a beef stew, where the meat is so tender that it could be cut with a spoon, and in the pot there would be some potatoes, carrots, rosemary, thyme and cranberries (along with other ingredients ofc). During summer he would love a berry sorbet! Something like raspberry or strawberry.

Cyraleona:

She loves smoked salmon. There was a time where she would only want to eat that, and was rather fussy about it. So, in a creamy soup, served with a side of potatoes, as it is, or in a casserole. As long as it had smoked salmon, she was all for it. And she would argue that it works during all seasons (because it does).

Eleonora:

It depends. Because she does enjoy a good steak, since it reminds her of all her "fun" "adventures" with auntie Mereo, where they would eat primarily meat they hunted themselves. But, if she's feeling particularly homesick, or would be in need of comfort, she would ask for some vanilla pudding. (And yes, it would take quite a lot of her wanting to admit that she'd want such a mellow dish, because her spice tolerance is high, and vanilla pudding is such a "soft" dish!) It's a well guarded secret of hers, but her family knows. ;)

Well hello hello Erika~! I think they'll certainly give their best ^^

13. You’re given an unlimited budget to build anything you want!  What do you build and where do you build it?

Leonidas: Unlimited budget hm? For me to build something, let's see... So this is something that money can buy, hm... If I was very idealistic, I would build a bridge between the Capitol of every nation, one that directly connects them together, one that can't be destroyed, or moved from whatever place is the capitol of each nation. If there is a direct path to the headquarters, then each of those nations would be required to play nice with each other. Of course this is impossible, since there are so many nations in the world, and keeping up relations with all of them would be very difficult. And while the idea would be to keep them playing nice to each other, I'm sure they'd find away around it. Even if the bridge would move, should they try to move the main place of operations in their particular nation to somewhere else... So... Hmm... You know what? I would build an immense library that would contain all the information in the world. But it would be on a remote island with portals from many places leading into it. Similar concept as Thea, but... not in Thea

Cyraleona: I think... I think that budget would do much more while being evenly distributed among the general population. But... since the spirit of the game is to build something I... think I would... build... I think I would build an amphitheatre where people could go an play o matter the level, no criticism allowed, and people could go an listen, if they so wished. There'd be comfortable seats, and a bakery or a restaurant nearby so people could get something to eat... A place where people could connect. And I think I would build it... in the fields near the Strong Magic Region, which would require a little bit extra to create a protective barrier against any beasts or other creatures but... I would create such a place

Eleonora: ...My first thought would be "a moat", but that would be pointless. The same as the canyon where Mereo obanue took me and my siblings, but... Hm... I guess I would build a... Can I just use the money to rebuild whatever needs to be rebuilt?

23. Wave you ever had a crush on someone?  Do you have a crush now?

Leonidas: I'm uh *clears throat* courting a certain Lady, yes.

Cyraleona: Oh... I ... uhh... *blush* Yes, there is someone I... fancy. He's a bit shy, but very kind and smart, and ... pleasant to be around with

What’s the best way to cheer you up? Eleonora: Going to a hot spring or giving me my favorite food, which is Chicken with Chili. Oh, and visiting volcanos would be cool! Espumaleon: Sister, that is rather wild and scary! For me, a bubble bath always cheers me up, maybe a hug and some vanilla milkshake.

What is your favorite childhood memory? Espumaleon: It probably sounds weird, but it was when I got sick. Like the kind of sick that I couldn't leave my bed. My parents and my sister took care of me this whole time, cheering me up and making sure I'm getting better. I think that Mum and Dad even took some days off from their squad to be there with me. Eleonora: Of course we were here for you, silly little bro! As for me, I think that the first time auntie Mereo took us to her volcano hot springs was really cool! The lava disappeared at night and the hot spring was so freaking amazing! And the way to go up there, wow! I was so little, but it was the best!

What’s the easiest way to flirt with you? Eleonora: Being a rival, fight with me or train with me! Compliments and pick-up lines are so overrated, I prefer when it's more spicy. Espumaleon: Sis, spicy usually means something else on that topic. As for me, talking about things we both love is the easiest way to flirt with me, I think. I never dated before, so I don't know yet for sure.

Hot cocoa with some chili and whipped cream! As she grows older, she learns to enjoy tea as well, but the chili hot cocoa continues to be her absolute favourite!

12) Does your OC enjoy a particular gesture of affection? Does it calm them?

One that has particular meaning to her, is quite simply hand on her shoulder. It might not seem like a lot, but it's one that she experienced quite a lot while growing up, whenever she was given comfort/encouragement/wisdom by either of her parents. They'd place their hand onto her shoulder and speak to her, usually with a loving smile (perhaps mixed with some other emotions as well), but the gesture of hand on her shoulder meant "you're not alone, you're not left behind" to her, which is why it carries a special meaning to her. And it's a great source of comfort for her.

13) What makes your OC feel safe and secure?

She is quite a secure person as she is, because she's been shed belief into herself. But aside of that, the mere presence of those she trusts can make her feel very safe, and very secure.

22) How would they solve the one bed and two people scenario? Could they share a bed?

Welp. If there is a couch, she can take the couch. If there is a thick/fluffy carpet, that can due in a pinch, and it'd be kinda like camping! They could also take "watches" so turns in sleeping. Yes, that'd mean that they'd only both get only half a night of sleep, but it's not undoable, and sometimes required on missions. But she could also share a bed. Again, if they were on a mission, and had to share a tent, this'd be about as close. So, it'd perfectly doable, though not ideal. She'd be rational about it.

How closely is their opinion of their own beauty (or lack thereof) linked to their confidence? Do they see themselves as more or less worthy of love or sex based on how attractive they feel?

I don't think she really thinks about it that much on a daily basis. As in, she doesn't wear make up or do her hair more than tie it with a hair-tie (even if it'd be half-up, because it's merely tying a portion of the hair behind her head with a hair tie), but she tries to look "presentable". So, she is confident without "getting herself ready" aside of the minimum of brushing and tying her hair and using moisturizer. However, after giving birth when there is a drastic change having happened to her body, which does put her down. Because she doesn't look the same anymore and it will take time for her skin to become at least a bit more firm, though it will never be the same again. And it's during this time period that she is a lot less confident about herself, because she does want to look "nice". It's also during this time that she doesn't feel as attractive as she used to be. But she'll get over it, because she'll get that affirmation that she is loved. And attractive. She doesn't cross into the "I'm not worthy of love" territory though. It's just uncertainty that settles into her mind for some time.

Does your OC find it easy to make friends? Or are there barriers to them doing so? If so then are these due to issues of inclination, communication, or something else entirely?

She can form friendly relations relatively easily yes, but becoming a good friend of hers, who she'd ask for a cup of tea or just to spend time with, can take time. She will most likely entertain an invitation though if she likes someone, because you need to spend time with people to connect. It's more so a matter of simply spending most time with the people she connects with the best. As in, many people have "best friends", then friends, then acquaintances. So, she wouldn't say that she struggles to make friends no. It's just that she forms those deep bonds only with a few, despite being able to be friendly, or "pals" with a lot of people.

Philia 3

What qualities does your OC most value in a friend? Loyalty? Shared sense of humour? Or something else?

Loyalty is high up on the list, but also the willingness to understand both sides of the argument/other people. She doesn't mind a discussion where both parties would have differing view points, as long as it doesn't cross into the territory of "you have to believe what I believe". It's eye opening to be able to have that discussion and it'll bring both parties closer to another in any case most likely. Humour I would say is also quite important, because you need to be able to share jokes that you both find funny. She would also put "responsible" on the list, because though it might not affect her directly, it allows for something to connect over; similar work-morals.

Is your OC able to love without necessarily needing or expecting reciprocation or reward? Or are all their relationships to some extent transactional? Have they ever loved another person unconditionally, whether a child or another adult?

Ideally she would be loved in return, but whenever she loves someone she doesn't think about having to get something in return. It's not a "if I do this, I should get this in return". But also if she doesn't feel loved in a relationship, she doesn't see a reason to keep investing emotions into it. However, she does love her kids unconditionally, because of... just how she is. And she understands that while raising kids, it's your job to guide them in that emotional maturing process. She's not going into her relationships with expecting something as a reward, but she's also a reflective person, so if someone shows genuine love for her (generally speaking) she will show more love to them in return.

Does your OC feel a spiritual connection to the world around them? Do they have a particular love for nature or living things?

Nora has a sense of wonder for the world, but she's not particularly spiritual per se. Curiosity, I would say. And she does like nature more than city life, but that doesn't mean that she'd be against living in the city. However, nature walks and camping trips do bring her a lot of joy.

Ludus 4

Who was your OC's first crush? How do they feel about it now?

She hasn't had a crush (not that I have thought about it yet at least ^^' ). But how she would feel about it would greatly depend on who it was. Most likely she would end up saying something like "it was so stupid tho," with a mutter. She'd be a bit of a tsun, really

Hmmm... Leon would probably dress up as a doctor or a librarian. Some other profession than what he'll take as an adult. Just keeping it safe.

Leon would have a light academia aesthetic that has a campfire-at-night-twist. Something soft, a bit mysterious/withdrawn, formal/academic and warm.

Nora:

🦸‍♀️ - What would they dress as for Halloween?

Nora would probably dress up as a ghost, or aunty Mereo. She just admires her aunt.

🌼 - Assign them an aesthetic

Nora's aesthetic is a mix of academia punk and huntress, because she does like go hunting boars or alike with her aunt (or generally go on adventures), but she also does have quick wits and is educated (and not afraid to show it).

Hey hey😘 So I decided to rewatch Black Clover, and I'm currently on the exam series. When I saw William, I had a question: How did Solara react to the fact that he was partially responsible for Fuegoleon's injury? You may have already answered this question, but I missed it.😬 I just imagined Lucy's reaction to this☠️ I think she'll turn the whole castle upside down first, and then she'll drag Fuegoleon to Julius to deal with it, like a mother who's child got a bad grade. Like, "Dude, are you serious? People died, one of the strongest mages in this damn country got hurt, and you're not even going to kick his ass!? Then she'll go threaten William, like, "Bitch, I recommend you sleep with your eyes open," and finally, she'll just cry from the injustice.

Fue wrestles her from committing hate crime

She goes to talk with Will and basically gives him the middle finger for getting away with Fue's dismemberment and betrayal of the entire kingdom

William shows up at the CLK and basically goes "I have done injustice to you, so ... have at it"

Fue doesn't believe in eye-for-an-eye and refuses to sucker punch him

William then suggests something along the lines of "in the juridic system, criminals are rarely punished by their victims directly, so would you have someone strike me in your stead" (At which point Lara is like "yes please!")

He expects her to slap him. She breaks his nose

Oooo WAY TO GO LUCY!

Honestly she should tell Julius off as well, because he's crumbling the fate into the system by the very people who're supposed to uphold it! If the knights don't believe in what they're doing, then who is going to see that the knights do as they're supposed to!?

And crying from the injustice? Maybe while slamming his head against her chest? Basically "You poor man!!" (Meanwhile he doesn't feel... quite so poor in that moment... 😏) At the CLK headquarters of course

But despite taking after his father in many areas of life, Leonidas never fails to have that little mischievous spark in the corner of his eye, ready to rely on quick wits to make a humours notation of a situation. His likes include good food, spending time with his friends and family, sunny days and strawberries, while he hates stormy winter days. She is more withdrawing, and prefers to speak only when spoken to, but that is not to say that she wouldn’t enjoy company. She does enjoy spending time with a small group of people, and crowds make her feel uneasy. But since she plays the violin and a harp, she is trying to little by little get used to being on display, as it is required from her to an extent. Or rather being on display is given because of status. 

Her likes tea (in general), spending time with her friends, listening to the sound of summer rain (as long as she can stay indoors), and being punctual and up to date. She hates being rushed, because she likes being able to concentrate on what she’s doing at a given time, but on the turn side, she’s also very patient, because she understands people needing their time.

She is the youngest of the family and her name meaning is:

She is unapologetic, adventurous and fearless. She’s the embodiment of “live every day as if it’s your last”, and isn’t afraid of voicing her opinions. She does become a bit more discrete while growing up, but as a toddler she has absolutely no filter. And the fact that she’s observant, and witty, most often doesn’t help, because her observations tend to hit the nail on the head. But, in the noble circles it has caused a bit of ... trouble for her parents. Which Mereo (unfortunately) finds highly amusing. 

She likes going on adventures with Aunty Mereo, and her other likes include sweets and summer. Dislikes “dumb people”. And her goal in life is: “Hmm... I guess I want to punch a god”. (Mereo is 100% behind her with this goal.)

You may have already answered this question, but I missed it.😬 I just imagined Lucy's reaction to this☠️ I think she'll turn the whole castle upside down first, and then she'll drag Fuegoleon to Julius to deal with it, like a mother who's child got a bad grade. Like, "Dude, are you serious? People died, one of the strongest mages in this damn country got hurt, and you're not even going to kick his ass!? Then she'll go threaten William, like, "Bitch, I recommend you sleep with your eyes open," and finally, she'll just cry from the injustice.

No worries! I did write about it yeah, and for Lara it basically went:

Randal spills the info by accident

Lara goes ballistic

Fue wrestles her from committing hate crime

She goes to talk with Will and basically gives him the middle finger for getting away with Fue's dismemberment and betrayal of the entire kingdom

William shows up at the CLK and basically goes "I have done injustice to you, so ... have at it"

Fue doesn't believe in eye-for-an-eye and refuses to sucker punch him

William then suggests something along the lines of "in the juridic system, criminals are rarely punished by their victims directly, so would you have someone strike me in your stead" (At which point Lara is like "yes please!")

He expects her to slap him. She breaks his nose

Oooo WAY TO GO LUCY!

Honestly she should tell Julius off as well, because he's crumbling the fate into the system by the very people who're supposed to uphold it! If the knights don't believe in what they're doing, then who is going to see that the knights do as they're supposed to!?

And crying from the injustice? Maybe while slamming his head against her chest? Basically "You poor man!!" (Meanwhile he doesn't feel... quite so poor in that moment... 😏) At the CLK headquarters of course
