🤚 talk to the {hamsa} hand 🤚 . . . . When I was younger, I was the Queen of “Talk to the hand”. As I’ve grown up and started my conscious journey, I realize that often times “talk to the hand” was my way of setting boundaries & deflecting what I don’t want in my space. It’s amazing how long I’ve been consciously aware of the energies around me without understanding their role in my life. I’v been able to implement grounding routines to keep me feeling comfortable and safe so that I don’t have to deflect the energies that come into my space....the thing is this took me a good 2 years of committing to protecting my energy to get into the position that I am in now.
