This is so petty of Evolt, I love it. He said he wanted to destroy everything Sento loved, and the person he cares for most is Ryuga. So, how do you destroy Ryuga? You take away the one person that believed in him, his partner, and replace him with the man who started it all-- and whose father experimented on him at a young age. The antithesis of everything Ryuga has learned to stand for thanks to Sento, wearing Sento's face. Hell, want to go even further? Not even just Sento's face, but the face of a dead man he had called for a clinical trial on that fateful day over a year ago. Whose likeness Sento had been forced to take, thanks to Evolt.

I know this is working under the assumption that Evolt purposefully restored Katsuragi's memories, and I may be proved wrong as I continue to watch. But come ON.
