دواعي استعمال حبوب اوميز

بفضل احتواء كبسولات أوميز على المادة الفعالة أوميبرازول الفعالة في تثبيط عمل مضخة البروتون أي تعمل على تقليل الحمض المعدي لذا يمكنك استخدام الدواء في الحالات التالية:

مرض الجزر المعدي المرئيي أو مايسمى بارتجاع المرئ حيث يخرج الحمض من المعدة إلى المرئ مما يسبب الألم والالتهابات وحرقة المعدة.

في حالى الإصابة بقرحة المعدة أو الاثني عشر (الجزء العلوي من الأمعاء).

إصابتك بالقرحة الناتجة عن بكتيريا هيليكوباكتر بيلوري أو كما تعرف الملوية البوابية أو جرثومة المعدة حيث يصف الطبيب مضادات حيوية مناسبة لقتل البكتيريا بالإضافة إلى تناول حبوب اوميز لتخفيف الألم والالتهابات والقرحة الناتجة عن البكتريا.

في حالة زيادة الحمض المعدي عن الطبيعي نتيجة حدوث ورم في البنكرياس وتعرف تلك الحالة ( متلازمة زولينجر إليسون).

جرعة اوميز Omez

يجب الحرص على تناول الدواء بالجرعة التي وصفها الطبيب حيث سيخبرك طبيبك بعدد الكبسولات التي يجب تناولها ومواعيد الاستخدام حيث يحدد الطبيبب تلك الأمور طبقًا لحالة المريض الصحية وسنه والامراض الأخرى التي قد يعاني منها وكذلك استخدامه لبعض الأدوية، لكن يمكنك معرفة الجرعات الطبيعية والمعتادة للاستخدام كالتالي:

الجرعة الموصى بها لعلاج قرحة الإثنى عشر: 20 ملجم لمدة أسبوعين وفي حالة عدم التئام القرحة بشكل كامل يمكنك تناول الدواء لمدة أسبوعين آخرين تحت إشراف الطبيب.

الجرعة الموصى بها لعلاج قرحة المعدة: 20 ملجم لمدة 4 أسابيع كما يمكن أن يخبرك الطبيب باستخدام الدواء لمدة 4 أسابيع أخرى للإلتئام التام، يمكن استخدام تركيز 40 مللي جرام في الحالات الشديدة من القرحة.

يوصى بتناول الاقراص في الصباح أو قبل تناول الطعام على معدة فارغة ويجب عدم مضغ الكبسولات أو محاولة تكسيرها للحفاظ على غلافها الخارجي للحفاظ على المادة الفعالة.

الاعراض الجانبية لدواء اوميز

حبوب اوميز مثل جميع الأدوية التي يمكن أن تسبب آثار جانبية وليس شرطًا حدوث تلك الأثار لجميع الافراد المستخدمين للدواء، فعند حدوث أحد الأعراض الآتية يجب توقف استخدام الدواء فورًا والاتصال بالطبيب وهذه الأعراض كالتالي:

ظهور طفح جلدي مفاجئ.

صعوبة البلع.

الاغماء.

احمرار الجلد وظهور البثور.

تقشير الجلد.

نزيف في الشفاه والعينين والفم والأنف والأعضاء التناسلية.

تحول الجلد إلى اللون الأصفر.

غمقان لون البول.

الشعور بالتعب الشديد.

الإصابة بإسهال، ألم في المعدة، وإمساك، وانتفاخ البطن.

الشعور بالصداع.

قد يصاب بعض المرضى بأورام حميدة في المعدة.

موانع استعمال حبوب اوميز

يحذر تناول حبوب اوميز في الحالات التالية:

إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية للمادة الفعالة أوميبرازول أو أي من المكونات الأخرى.

إذا كان لديك حساسية من الأدوية التي يعتمد عملها على تثبيط عمل مضخة البوتون مثل (بانتوبرازول Pantoprazole ، رابيبرازول rabeprazole)

كما يجب اخبار طبيبك إذا كنت تعاني من الحالات الآتية ( إسهال ناجم عن الإصابة بعدوى بكتيرية – نقص فيتامين ب12 – نقص كمية الماغنسيوم في الدم – مشاكل في الكبد – الإصابة بأحد أمراض المناعة الذاتية – هشاشة العظام – ضعف العظام أو الإصابة بكسور – ضعف نشاط التمثيل الغذائي في الجسم).

حبوب اوميز للحامل واثناء فترة الرضاعة

يمكن استخدام الدواء أثناء الحمل فقط عند الحاجة إلى استخدامه وتحت إشراف الطبيب.
