[[Some Trivia: In the forgotten original cut of this blog that I never wrote down (Shocking, I know...), Saffron would've been the one falling into the Lands Below. The South Town Incident still happened, with it being the main justification to explore the Lands Below-basically imagine if the event happened around the time the Founder's Book entries started... I'd say that's roughly the kind of universe the blog was before this version.

Some form of her existed at some point as Gil's sister in this rough concept, when I decided to create Gil as a character to give her a reason to exist alongside Bean and Moe.

Eventually she was removed, and Ayanna came into existence, but I decided to flip the script on her attitude and make her nicer, so that unfiltered hate HAD to go somewhere... So Saffron was reborn! This moment has been what I've been working towards for a while-and it isn't how I imagined it, nor planned it out originally, but that line from Saffron, wishing Gil essentially died too, was never lost.]]
