14/10/2024: 2nd drawing for this morning singer 'Flowsik' & 'Jessi', fyi I completed this drawing weeks ago before the controversial happened when Jessi's group beat up a fan for asking a picture. I hope the fan who got attack actually press charges or get some compensation from Jessi's agency.

When you think of fourth generation rappers, only one name pops up. Kim Hongjoong. He first started out as an underground rapper, doing rap battles back-to-back and winning one every single time. He even went up against the legendary third generation rapper Agust D! Or Min Yoongi as his fans call him by. Did Hongjoong lose? Yeah. Was it worth it though and did he have any shame afterwards or was a sore loser? Absolutely not! If anything, he just got even luckier. Yoongi saw potential in Hongjoong and offered to sign him to his record label. 

Suga Records. 

Hongjoong immediately said yes and soon, he was on the rise to fame. He collabed with another rapper signed under Yoongi. His name was Park Seonghwa. Their single, Matz, topped the charts and they opened up for big names like Tiger JK, Flowsik, DPR Live, and the most recent rapper they opened up for a few minutes ago. 

The Quiett. 

Hongjoong and Seonghwa were currently backstage, still hopped up on the adrenaline rush they felt when they opened up for The Quiett. As they were talking, the door to the dressing room creaked open and a head popped in. Hongjoong saw his face and he immediately felt flustered. 

“Your manager needs to see you, Seonghwa.”

Cho Ajax was Hongjoong’s manager. Most people view him as a strict man. He never smiles, always blocks out any fans that try to sneak photos of Hongjoong, is somewhat controlling over Hongjoong’s routine, and is overall the coldest guy Hongjoong’s ever met. He was even sent death threats once! All Ajax did was simply shrug it off. 

Hongjoong swore he fell in love with him after experiencing that reaction. 

Hongjoong knows Ajax better than anyone else. He only smiles when the two of them are alone, he actually protects Hongjoong better than some of the bodyguards Yoongi hired for Hongjoong, he’s not that controlling of Hongjoong’s life, and he’s a kind man! If you cared enough to try and get to know him. 

“What does he need?” Seonghwa asked Ajax. 

Ajax shrugged and Seonghwa shrugged as well before getting up and leaving the dressing room so he could see what his own manager needed. Once Ajax was alone with Hongjoong, he strode over to him and sat down next to him. Hongjoong was slightly afraid since Ajax never looked that serious when the two of them were alone. Did he mess up on something?

“Can I get a kiss?”

Hongjoong was baffled. He shoved Ajax and the man laughed loudly before hugging the smaller man tightly. 

“You scared me, J! I thought I messed up something!”

“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to scare you like that!”

Hongjoong pouted and Ajax chuckled lightly before leaning in to kiss him. Hongjoong kissed him back and the two locked lips for a short while before they pulled away from each other before Ajax stood up. 

“Ok that’s it. I’mma head out now.”

“You’re an idiot, J!”

“But you love me though.”

Hongjoong couldn’t argue with that. He sighed and stood up as well before hugging Ajax tightly. The man’s tattooed arms encircled the rapper’s lithe waist and lifted him up slightly in the hug before setting him back down. Hongjoong’s heart melted upon seeing the soft smile Ajax had on his handsome face. 

“I’ll see you after the show, ok?”

“Ok, J.”

“Hey. Remember that I will always love you.”

“Remember that I will always love you too.”

Ajax kissed Hongjoong once more before leaving the room. In this moment, Hongjoong thanked God everyday for Ajax loving him.

Seiji Tsukimoto, also known as Avenger in rap battles, is the Chief of Police for the Niigata Police Department and is well known for being fearless even in the face of adversity. While only seemingly joining the D.R.B to help his old friend Wataru Sasaki with his current case. Seiji appears to have his own reason for entering the Division Rap Battles. One that perhaps hits a little too close to home for him.

Seiji is an extremely tall man in his late 30s with a well-built muscular figure and cold neutral skin tone. He has neck-length cobalt blue hair with his bangs parted on the left side of his face. He has emerald green eyes with a stern look to them and a beauty mark under his right eye.

He wears a white button-up shirt, a black suit jacket, matching dress pants, a dark green tie, a black belt with a golden buckle, and a pair of black dress shoes. His police badge is clipped to his belt. For accessories, he wears a pair of emerald studs, a gold and green wristwatch, an emerald pin on his right breast, and golden lion cufflinks on his dress shirt.

Outside of work, Seiji wears an emerald green button shirt, a black leather motorcycle jacket, deep blue denim jeans, a black belt with a golden buckle, black socks, and black lace-up boots. For accessories, he wears a pair of emerald studs, a black wristwatch, gold piercings in his ear, and golden lion cufflinks on his dress shirt.

Hypnosis Microphone

Seiji’s Microphone takes the form of a black and dark green bluetooth earpiece mic that settles in his right ear.

His Speaker takes the shape of a giant silver statue of knight’s armor with dark green plumage sprouting from the helmet that when opened reveals a speaker. In its left hand is a sword ready to swing down while in its right hand is a shield with a speaker embedded in the middle of it positioned as if prepared to block an attack.

His rap ability, Shield, allows him to protect himself and his team from all attacks. However, the longer it's in use the higher the chance it fails.

Seiji’s rap centers on how chaotic the world has become and how he will without fear face the anarchy to protect innocent lives. He raps about how despite how many people he’s lost over the years he will always stand tall. He also raps about the love he has for his family and friends swearing to protect them until his final breath.

Personality

Seiji is usually seen as extremely serious, determined, and focused on leading the Niigata Police Department. He is capable of maintaining his calm expression at every time, even in front of an adversary. However, some consider his reserved personality a sign of coldness and disdain. He even has a reputation for having cold, judgmental eyes. Seiji never seems to waver or lose sight of the task ahead, barely allowing his dry wit and humor to appear. However, Seiji knows the world isn't as black and white as some people make it seem. His struggles during his childhood and time in the force have made him adopt a gray view of crime. 

Outside of work, especially while interacting with his daughter, Seiji’s seriousness abates and the more carefree, good-natured, and good-humored side of his personality shows up, giving many who only know him from work a surprise. He is fiercely protective of his daughter, whom he loves deeply. Seiji tries his best to be there for his daughter, especially as he's the only family she has left. 

What most people don’t know is how mentally scarred Seiji is. That he bottles all the pain and grief of losing so many loved ones along with the stress of running the Niigata Police Department and being a single father. Seiji is well aware of the fact that he can not take another loss and keeps almost everyone at arm's length. However, Seiji still holds on to a small piece of hope that one day the world will be kind to him just once.

Seiji has a long rap sheet from his teenage years but prefers not to mention it.

Seiji due to his lifelong friendship with Ayumu can speak fluent English and German along with his native Japanese. 

Seiji is skilled in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai, even training the new cadets in the styles.
