Are we tarot readers contributing to Nihilism?
youtube
So yesterday I forced myself to watched YouTube video, let's just say the topic is really interesting and I was listening it like a podcast rather than a video. And I had to pause and replay some parts many times cause it was really hard to grasp the full understanding of words you don't use on a daily basis. But I respect this dude for using his beautiful vocabulary no matter how complex it seemed. People being different is one of the reasons you learn new things through them every single day. Ok let's talk about it!
Anyways he gives a beautiful explanation on the fascinating stereotypes surrounding love and its epitomization as one of the most surreal things that can ever happen or that one can ever do. I think the most important points of this video that I recognised was this constant importance given to the feeling of "Eros" rather than other forms of love such as "Philia" or "Agape". Now there are many facets of love, yet we seem to give this unrelenting extra significance to "Eros" for some reason, so much so that sometimes we consider our "The One" as someone equivalent to God who can solve all our life problems by just being there with us.
Now this "The One" according to me is one of the most misused, misinterpreted, and overrated term used synonymously with other words like "Future Spouse" "Twin Flame" "Divine Counterpart" and what not in pick a card reading. Just go to any tarot reader's masterlist or you tube channel, the topic is most talked about content on the internet. You can go to my readings as well. My last love read was a very comprehensive 6 part reading series, I released around (after) Valentine's where I vomitted so much content that now I won't be doing more than that future spouse reading anytime soon. Maybe your next picture perfect guy/girl/LGBTQIA2S + partner maybe..... So maybe a Karmic, a Soulmate, a New Person, or The one who got away and know this honey pie, if you are meant to find some Karmic, you will find someone who will treat you right yet a Karmic. Please understand the significance of meeting people like these. Not every Karmic is some abusive ratshit. Not trying to invalidate your feelings just stating life and its happenings in spiritual terms.
So are we Tarot readers encouraging Nihilism, maybe in one way or other by writing rosy words about some distant person whose flaws you are yet to see. By painting this perfect picture of what love can look like in future, cause let's be honest, you can't be fooled by a picture perfect idea of a lover but a picture perfect idea of love as love in itself has become such a misconstrued idea in this society that this is an expectation for many of you these days. To find and build a love like that. Not understanding that love is a lifelong process of accepting the flaws of your lover and seeing them for who they are. These expectations of beautiful love stories that you are fantasizing about isn't all love if the grossness of its acceptance hasn't been touched at all. Sorry not sorry, but compatibility doesn't comes from someone being the perfect version or embodiment of what you imagine them to be, its a lot more. Its nothing related to the fetishes you have grown accustomed to after reading a bunch of 18+ reads. This is to say, I am not criticizing readers who make such reads, sometimes some of it can be too farce
Tumblr media
Or just something that explains only the positive and happy side of a relationship. The problem is when some of these consumers take it so seriously as if their life depends on a bit of info on the future spouse and then they cling to it, without trying to initiate themselves to the real world and suppose a tarot reader's prediction came true and you met them, chances are very unlikely that this stranger might outright like and then start loving your authentic character that you show them versus the person you pretend to be in front of everyone (everyone has masks). I would be highly vary of a stranger that sees my strange whims and doesn't scrunches their nose even once, no projections of insecurity, just saying you can't show your authentic inner self to just anyone on advice or a pick a card reading resonation thinking they might love it much less like it. Please be practical in your dating life. Stop letting the expectations you create in your mind about love create a fantasy that ultimately doesn't work. Leading you to not believe in love or romance altogether. They exist, you need to put constant long term effort on it that's it.
Also focus a little bit on the friendships, rather than finding someone compatible. Take fun readings as fun only. Not some serious shyte!!! Okay then have a great day. Byeee

So when it comes to fuelling this fire of lust and passion in this overconsumption of so much disrespectful content, even I am not behind. Though I don't explicitly talk about KPOP Idols and their love life. I do have some questionable titles to my content, something I once did for titillating my audience but didn't think their desire to go oh so deep into the lives of these celebrities was so huge and normalised to a creepy extent, sorry not sorry, but I will call it out for what it is, that's weird the same weird way my brain thought of risking that titillating title. I think its just the questionable titles that make me controversial, the content has little to no sexual content in it. So yeah, I am just like that. Though there are times I have got the smexual feels off Of some reads, I don't write it.

"Sorry Children" , Adults have personal lives not everyone is going to use tarot to entertain those fantasies of yours. Special emphasis on the anonymous user that was constantly asking harrassing me my inbox with their left hand for Ateez Yunho 's personal life reading.

I can't front, I don't do drugs, I drink occasionally. But that shit, is HELLA addictive! It's like I get depressed when I don't get fast food. Talk about a culture clash! My wife is Guyanese/Jamaican. Her mom either BAKED, BROILED, or GRILLED everything. My NaNa was a typical down south lady. The only thing you'd find baked is cornbread, cakes, pies and a ham or turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Fight Food Waste: A Step Towards a Sustainable Future
Food waste is a growing global issue, contributing to environmental concerns and food insecurity. Millions of people struggle to access nutritious meals while large amounts of food go to waste daily. In cities like Melbourne, initiatives such as food relief Melbourne and food assistance Melbourne play a crucial role in bridging the gap between surplus food and those in need. By understanding the impact of food waste and adopting practical solutions, individuals and communities can make a significant difference.
The Impact of Food Waste
Food waste affects society in multiple ways. From an environmental perspective, discarded food decomposes in landfills, releasing methane gas, a major contributor to climate change. Additionally, wasted food represents a loss of the resources used to produce it, including water, labor, and transportation.
Economically, food waste costs households and businesses millions of dollars annually. Restaurants, supermarkets, and households often discard perfectly edible food due to cosmetic imperfections or over-purchasing. Addressing food waste not only reduces financial strain but also promotes a more sustainable food system.
How Food Relief Programs Help
Organizations providing food relief in Melbourne work to redirect surplus food to individuals and families facing hardship. These programs collect excess food from restaurants, grocery stores, and manufacturers, distributing it through food banks, shelters, and community kitchens. By supporting these initiatives, businesses and individuals contribute to reducing food waste while helping those in need.
Similarly, food assistance in Melbourne ensures that vulnerable populations, including low-income families, the elderly, and the homeless, have access to essential meals. Many of these programs also provide education on nutrition, meal planning, and food storage to help recipients make the most of their resources.
Practical Steps to Reduce Food Waste
Fighting food waste starts with small, mindful changes in everyday life. Here are some practical steps individuals can take:
Plan Meals and Shop Smart — Creating a meal plan and shopping list helps prevent impulse purchases and overbuying, ensuring that food is consumed before it spoils.
Store Food Properly — Learning proper food storage techniques, such as freezing perishables or using airtight containers, can extend shelf life and reduce waste.
Repurpose Leftovers — Transforming leftovers into new meals minimizes waste while offering creative meal options.
Support Food Relief Programs — Donating excess food to local charities or participating in volunteer efforts helps communities in need while reducing landfill waste.
Compost Organic Waste — For unavoidable food scraps, composting is an eco-friendly solution that enriches soil and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
Food waste is a significant issue, but with awareness and action, communities can work together to address it. Supporting food relief Melbourne and food assistance Melbourne programs helps ensure that surplus food reaches those who need it most, rather than ending up in landfills. By making conscious choices, individuals and businesses can contribute to a sustainable and more food-secure future.

Don't wanna say much, but its kinda weird and funny seeing people especially tarot readers who haven't met a single K-Pop Idol in real life get disgusted and angry and start hating on them the moment they do a reading on them. Its kinda weird.... Like why do you think you knew them enough to even decide on liking them like I don't even know what my brother is like in past 5 years. We are close, yet we don't know each other that well enough the way some of you "KNOW" your celeb favs.
And you want me to know what type of people, celebrities are like? I know nobody enough, people change on a daily basis. You can never ever know what type of person the other person is like no matter how far or deep you scour into their thoughts. People are people, they change, mold and adapt.
"Yeah but we love them" you say, yet you will leave them, accuse them or hate them the moment their name comes in a DUI case, as if people can't go through rough times leading to rough consequences.
This is the same way you all behave when they are being racist, controversial or anything else, cause most of you are still operating by the wills and wishes of controlling someone over the fame you had given them, so you all are really good at condemning their bad behaviours which I give you credit for but the amount of undeserved hatred that goes towards these people unfiltered instead of proper condemning begs a question if you are actually in a hoard of trying to control and puppeteer your favs or do you actually love and care about the art they share as artists. Cause they way you all behave in all cases whether the situation is as big or not, with relentless hate its very easy to identify what you are all upto, even if you don't admit it, the language you use subconsciously says it all. So stop being so shocked and disgusted just because you didn't know them enough. Of course you didn't, when did any of us claimed we did? Your hatred is because of your assumptions of them and also of your dumbass brain cells thinking someone's hard work was actually something platter gifted by the public in the form of fame.
Let me tell you something, no matter how bad these artists turn out to be one day, their work will still be heard, still be appreciated even if no one will tell you this during the times they fall and they get hated on by everyone. There will be someone appreciating the hard work and artistry of these people. So stop spreading hate just because you want to project the disappointments and frustrations of your assumptions of them onto us and people with impressionable minds. We don't want it. Stop spreading hate on internet. Not everybody cares or is even concerned about the well-being or mindset of some random celebrity on internet. Use better language of criticism over your subconscious hate directing language. Its very evident you are angry at your assumptions and your "know it all" ego about your fav celebrity being entirely wrong. Just because its bruises your arrogance of thinking that you knew them, doesn't gives you the right to project your hatred onto them when you turned out to be wrong.
Just accept that you didn't knew them when something bad about them came out. Yes you supported them once, so what? The money they made through you was your decision, if they decided to spend it on doing something wrong, or misused the fame you gave, just accept that they misused you and the time, money and attention you expended towards them. Hate them for doing the deed they did, than hating them for not living upto your standards. Don't you understand. Isn't it evident to you. You were the one who was always in the wrong by subscribing to the idea of an "INFLUENCER" cause you got a brain on your head and you should think, express and be yourself with your own means rather than getting influenced by someone. You were the one who was in the wrong always from the start cause you were the one who bought the idea of "INFLUENCER" not them. They fed you the idea, you wanted them to feed you for which they get paid via or from or through you, until one day they couldn't and your idea of what they should be like started pressing in, so they molded themselves to show you only that, doesn't matter if their behaviour changed in real life. They were rewarded for doing that in front of camera or atleast pretending to do it in front of you. And then you all realise how good they got at pretending once you see something like the Burning Sun Scandal or Baby Oil Godown.
So when tarot readers like you actually do readings on these celebs and find out that they were clout chasing through tarot and are actually happy about making racist remarks, what's your excuse for being so angry. Is this your first time encountering shitty people through tarot, cause even if it is, tarot is not a tool to spread hatred, even if you use it to spy on them. Its awareness treat it as such, stop jumping the bandwagon of spreading hatred when its just about condemning someone's behaviour. Just stop. Tarot for fun, for gossip yeah its good sometimes, not all the time. Tarot for spreading a cause yes, tarot for spreading hatred, no genuinely no, awareness about a bitch in disguise yes, clarity yes, for jumping the bandwagon of hatred against some people where the hatred is not even coming from right place. Goodbye. I see people hating Diddy, yes, I see people hating some random celebrity for racial slurs, yes but not much more than necessary. Stop adding to the bandwagon of hate when additional hatred is not even necessary. Go take it out on some actual pedophiles and pedophillic Tumblr and Reddit accounts. That's where that hatred is actually needed. Not on some racist Ratatouille who still lives in 18th century despite being a so called famouse GenZ celebrity. Just stop spreading the hate especially through tarot. Let it be awareness of a cause not used to spread hatred.

The Importance of Meditation and Yoga in Melbourne: Fostering Mindful Communities — Indegrow
The practice of meditation and yoga in Melbourne has become a cornerstone for maintaining balance, wellness, and mental clarity. These practices, once seen as niche activities, are now embraced widely across the city for their ability to relieve stress, enhance focus, and promote a greater sense of well-being. In a fast-paced environment, they offer Melburnians a chance to step back, reflect, and recharge.
Meditation and yoga serve more than just the individual. They benefit the entire community by fostering mindful habits, reducing stress levels, and encouraging compassion. By incorporating these practices into daily life, Melbourne’s residents gain the tools needed to navigate urban life’s demands with resilience and presence.
Mental Health Benefits of Meditation and Yoga
Mental health is a significant concern for many in Melbourne, especially as work pressures, family responsibilities, and social expectations continue to grow. Meditation yoga in Melbourne offer accessible ways to manage stress and improve mental well-being. Regular practice can help calm the mind, lower anxiety levels, and create mental space for positive thoughts and perspectives.
Meditation, in particular, has been shown to support cognitive function and emotional resilience. Through mindfulness practices, individuals learn to observe their thoughts without judgement, reducing negative thought patterns that can lead to stress or depression. In a city environment, where overstimulation is common, meditation offers a rare opportunity to find calm and clarity.
Physical Health Benefits: Beyond Flexibility and Strength
The physical benefits of yoga extend far beyond increased flexibility. Regular practice can improve strength, posture, and balance, making it beneficial for people of all ages. Physical activity releases endorphins, which contribute to a positive mood and help to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. For many in Melbourne, yoga provides a low-impact, accessible exercise that supports both physical and mental health.
The breathing exercises incorporated into many yoga sessions also have profound effects on the body. Deep breathing can help regulate the body’s stress response, leading to lower heart rates and blood pressure. These physiological effects contribute to an overall sense of calm and relaxation, which is especially valuable for urban residents.
Building Community through Mindfulness Practices
In Melbourne, yoga and meditation classes provide more than just a space for personal growth-they build a sense of community. Practising together allows individuals to share in collective experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and support. Group classes create an environment where people can connect, exchange ideas, and support each other’s wellness journeys.
By participating in these practices, Melburnians contribute to a culture of mindfulness and care within their city. The collective energy generated in a group setting can amplify the effects of these practices, reinforcing positive habits and helping people stay motivated. This communal aspect of yoga and meditation encourages empathy, understanding, and respect among participants, contributing to a more compassionate society.
Inspiring a Culture of Wellness
As more people engage with meditation and yoga, Melbourne moves closer to a culture of wellness and mindfulness. These practices encourage individuals to live with intention, consider their actions, and connect more deeply with themselves and others. In time, these small acts of mindfulness build up, creating a ripple effect that reaches across workplaces, schools, and families.
For those interested in getting started, meditation and yoga can be explored at home, in community centres, or through various group classes throughout Melbourne. Exploring practices like those promoted by Food For Life can offer insights into living a balanced, compassionate life.
Meditation Yoga in Melbourne
Meditation and yoga offer a wealth of benefits to both individuals and the broader Melbourne community. These practices support mental clarity, physical health, and a sense of belonging that’s essential in an urban setting. By embracing these practices, Melburnians contribute to a more mindful, resilient, and connected society, one deep breath at a time.

Bello puffs, chocolate eclairs and sablé. All of the delicate desserts are fresh, light and creamy! Heart shaped sablé cookies were so buttery, it was filled with custard, enrobed in belgian chocolate (very good!) Bello puffs were enrobed in chocolate with custard cream and berries, the pastry was flaky and buttery. Last but not least, chocolate eclairs! Filled with custard enrobed in milk chocolate.
