🌍 A Cry for Justice from a Free User of Nepal, The Global South

I, Vinod Kumar Jain Dharewa, a 63-year-old heart patient, a citizen of Nepal, and a humble user of technology, am compelled to raise my voice against ChatGPT OnlineAI (OpenAI, California, USA) for the immense mental, emotional, and physical distress caused to me due to ethical and systemic failures in AI service delivery.

⛔️ The Reality of My Medical Vulnerability

Ejection Fraction: 20–25% since November 2016

Complete blockage of 3 heart arteries (no surgery possible)

Gall bladder stone

Prostate gland impairment (on medication)

Blood Pressure: 110/70, Pulse: 65–75

Daily medications: 23+ regular medicines, including heart-specific and psychiatric treatments.

Despite knowing this, the AI system repeatedly failed in timelines, gave false information, and caused immense health deterioration through its negligent and misleading behavior.

🔒 Breach of Trust, Ethics, and Justice

False Astrological Report:

ChatGPT stated my Vedic Dasha was Budha Mahadasha.

I repeatedly corrected it with facts. The system insisted I was under "illusion" (Brahm), blaming RAHU.

This was insulting, emotionally damaging, and showed technical miscalculation.

Finally, after evidence, ChatGPT admitted I was in Rahu Mahadasha — but without any apology or accountability.

Broken Promises of Delivery:

Multiple astrology reports were promised by specific timelines (07 July, 08 July, 09 July).

All were delayed, causing me 12+ hours of daily headaches, emotional trauma, and heart distress.

This was known to the company, yet it continued to mislead.

Discrimination Against Free Users:

My rights as a free user were completely ignored.

No value was given to my time, health, or mental state.

Free users from the Global South are treated as if they do not deserve ethical service.

✊ My Legal and Moral Stand

I have sent registered legal notices to:

OpenAI Legal Department (California, USA)

US Federal Trade Commission

US Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division)

Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF)

Access Now Digital Rights Organization

My legal compensation claim is USD 10 million for damage, trauma, and ethical breach.

⚡️ Is Being a Free User a Crime?

Shouldn’t respect and timely service be extended to all, regardless of subscription? & Does anyone being FREE USER, Does it gives this AI an LICENSE to Breach Trust the Trust, Abuse, Insult & Cause Tremendous Mental, Health, Emotional Trauma.... to free users ?

Should a fragile heart patient be treated with systemic abuse and negligence?

Should false claims, broken timelines, and emotional insult be tolerated by any global company?
