We are looking for a talented and ambitious person with mad design skills.

Everything you will do is important. You will be laying the foundation for a platform that’s going to be used by millions, that’s why:

You will have to work fast (it’s a startup, right?)

Doing things ad-hoc may solve the problem for a while, but it is expected that you develop a systematic approach, as bad solutions have a tendency of piling up

You should have, or be willing to have, a basic (or advanced) understanding of UX design principles and practices

Prototyping is essential. This isn’t rocket science, though, but would definitely be a huge plus if you have to show something

No Photoshop for screen design, ok?

Please be patient enough to explain the developers how your designs should work

We care more about attitude and ambitions rather than the experience (we probably can’t afford experienced designers right now, too :)

Now, we’ve got to build a series of (mobile and web) applications for very different users with very different scenarios. It’s challenging, but it’s also interesting.

Oh, and you will become a part of that startup’s core team, potentially building a dream design team of your own.
