this may have something to do with how the fan TL is only presented as only text, but "Secrets of Front Roe" article seems to just be viewed over here as well, an article. while for many in the JP fanbase it's recognized as something more specific...

to further this whole point, the whole article ends with a いかがでしたか？(ikagadeshitaka?) → "What did you think?". which is a phrase that these kinds of blogs are infamous for closing off with, to the point that they've also been referred to as "ikagadeshita blogs". and yes it can work as a squid/ika pun here.
