He blinked as a snowflake landed on his nose, followed by another. "Ehhhh?" He looked up, a bit confused. It was summer all the time.... Well, usually. "Huh...... snow?"

Winter Illness [CLOSED RP]

Starving. Dehydrated. Cold. Hurt. Scarred. Tossed on the street. Abandoned. It was winter, supposedly the coldest day of the year, in fact. In some alleyway somewhere in an unknown town, a girl sat, curled up in a ball and shivering. Her lips blue, skin extremely pale, body reduced to nothing but skin on bones. Fresh scars covered her stomach and some of her chest, along with a symbol that had been painfully placed on her back. The girl wouldn’t cry or give up. She couldn’t do that yet. She had to fight a little bit more. This couldn’t be the end.

Snow began to lightly fall from the sky again while she trembled, body leaning against a brick wall that felt like a sheet of ice. The only thing left to keep her warm was the dirty and worn white t-shirt that fit like a dress and undergarments. The memories of the torture and pain and the death of her parents replayed in an endless cycle in her mind. The memories she had along with her name is all she had left. Her name was Alice. And she was hoping, wishing, for this living hell to end. No, things couldn’t go back to the way they were before this. But she could only hope it would get better than this. After all, a thirteen year old girl can’t do much by herself in a situation like this.

Rinku smiled to herself as she began packing, under the guise of "Link" who was a boy. After all the years of being shamed, bullied, and put down because "a girl could never be the Chosen Hero," she was finally leaving! She grinned, packing the last of her supplies and pulling on her handmade rucksack. She then climbed onto Epona, whistling to her as the horse galloped off. A happy laugh escaped her as she rode through the forest, closing her eyes. Finally! She was going to save Hylia, like she was destined to! Her eyes opened at the rustling of leaves, as she slowed Epona down. Nocking an arrow, she pulled back, looking for any sign of movement.

Snow hated it here. Being stuck in the forest was hard and worst of all, boring. She usually never saw a person around but if she did they normally a very good person. She sighed as she plucked an apples from a near by tree and sat on the ground. Pulling out her small dagger she cut the apple into pieces and started eating some when she heard rustling near her.She quickly stood and held her dagger in front of her. As someone came near her she called out "Who.. who are you?"
