A FAN’S THOUGHT AND ANALYSIS ON ZHANG ZHEHAN AND HIS CASE
According to my personal feelings, ZZH’s pictures really have a lot of emotions, especially those taken after his knee injury. Before his knee got hurt, his pictures felt like June's sun shining on the sea’s surface. When he did not smile, it took only one glance to see that he was pretending to be cool. When he smiled, then it was the look of being indifferent, not caring about anything, the look of sitting in the centre of the wide world, but without a single trace of darkness in his heart. That moment, he was really adorable as well, but no flavour of complexity could be found.
After his knee got damaged, that could be the moment when he first realized that not everything could be achieved by trying hard. It was not because he did not try his best, not because he did not love it enough, but simply because he could not do it. I think he must have spent several nights trying to compromise with himself, trying to accept everything that had happened, accept the fact that he would not be the person that he wanted to become. Maybe he even had deeper thoughts, accepting that he was no longer young, no longer full of energy, his physical strength was no longer at its peak, accepting that he would be tired, be discouraged, would give up on things that he could not have.
ZZH after this, in pictures would not look like the sun of June’s noon and the sea anymore. When he smiles, he looks exactly like the morning sun shining on the lake’s surface in autumn, with the temperature difference so high that there is white fog on the surface of the lake. Where the sun shines brightly and the dark part under the surface become two vague, unclear worlds. And when he does not smile, he looks like a small stream running through the dark forest where the sun can not reach, with the fog condenses into such cold droplets that my skin can feel it. I know that the stream runs towards the sun and the big sea, so the one with the heartbreak is not him, but me, the traveller watching.
In an artistic aspect, failure and pain are the most beautiful parts of humans’ nature. When ZZH said: “Who would watch a happy film?”, I was actually surprised by this. His explanation of films surpasses people’s popular demand for “entertaining productions”. In fact, films in his perception lie on the level of being arts, not entertainment. After realizing his explanation, I started to understand his needs and his dedication to his work. True that the works that he has acted in recently have gone against his needs, but he still fulfils his roles according to people’s preferences. He does not do his work poorly, does not swim with the flowing tide, and never stops thinking.
Some people say that he is not intelligent at all, even if he reads a lot of books, his educational level is only average. I don’t think so, in my opinion, he is really smart. That he can find support for himself in what he reads and can improve himself to the best version of it is already so great of an ability. Forgive me for being honest, but 99% of people who have been criticizing him on the Internet, each of them is only an empty shelf that has the look of a person and nothing else. They use some meaningless Internet cultures and fake emotions to feel better and relentlessly continue to cause trouble, hyping up by the bandwagon effect. Once they leave their crowd, news and emotions will be like the tides washing up and down, these people will soon wither and will not be able to stand up again.
We all have our voice and a mouth to use, while some utilize them to sing, some to argue, so those who love singing will never win against those who love arguing. Is his voice not good enough? Since when has this word “intelligent” been abused for benefits, for the way of this world, and crookedness? A person who is understanding of others, of this world, also can find positivity in everything to cheer himself up and give it to those who are willing to listen to him, base on what to say that he is not intelligent? Base on his romanticness, of being himself, of him not pretending to be “delicate and superior”?

TRANSLATION OF IMPORTANT POINTS IN ZHANG ZHEHAN’S INTERVIEW WITH LI XUEZHENG
Note: I have taken a Vietnamese translation from a Facebook fan page to translate into English.
---
Li Xuezheng (LXZ): I want to ask about the issue concerning your trip to Japan in 2018, in the picture from behind you, was it the Yasukuni shrine (JGSS)?
Zhang Zhehan (ZZH): I can confirm that it was not the JGSS, because back then, it was a trip to go cherry blossom viewing with my friends in Japan, the route was arranged by my friends, we took pictures as we went. I can say for sure that it was not the JGSS in the back of the picture, I did not go into the JGSS either, did not visit, much less worship. The spreading rumours on the Internet are completely not the truth. I believe that the public after knowing the truth of the situation will have correct judgement as well.
LXZ: You also have a controversial picture involving Dewi Madam, so when you participated in a friend’s wedding, what purpose did you have when taking a picture with this person?
ZZH: When I participated in my friend’s wedding, she was introduced to me as a Japanese artist, while my friend knew that I was a Chinese artist, so he asked me if she could take a picture with me. Coming from the tradition of respecting the elders and loving the young of the Chinese people, I took a picture with her. I didn’t know her personally, I also did not have any way of contacting her, so I did not know what kind of person she was. I was born in Xinyu, Jiangxi, both of my parents are members of the Party, having grown up in the embrace of the Party and the nation, so the issue concerning the JGSS, when travelling to Japan I did not care about it, as well as not wanting to know where the JGSS exactly was, but the education I received on the damage that Japan caused China in the wartime is still fresh in my mind. Before, I had also uploaded many posts about taking the job of protecting the country seriously on Weibo, engraving the history, trying hard to progress.
LXZ: How exactly has cyber violence affected you?
ZZH: It is like falling into a state of breaking down, not daring to step outside, even my mom has been afraid to go out. There is also doubting myself, because I am much of a patriot, a passionately patriotic youth, then suddenly this incident happened and everyone keep verbal-attacking me, calling me a Han Jian, then saying that my mother was a Japanese’s mistress, then my father this and that, while in reality, my father has no longer been on this world since 2016. These made-up gossips have caused me self-doubt, having to live in fear, not daring to walk out of the door. My mother has many times asked what exactly we must do, must we jump from up high to prove that we are innocent? In fact, there are times I also think that I must die, or have to rip my heart out for everyone to see to prove that I am a patriot. I have lived in severe self-doubt. Not to mention that people sent funeral boutiques to the tea shop, seeing a huge amount of my own photoshopped deceased portraits on the Internet, insulting me, insulting my parents. My loved ones also have to be investigated by departments, to see if any of them is Japanese. But all of my relatives are Chinese, there is no foreigner, I’m only a person born and raised in Jiangxi.
Thank you Li laoshi for giving me a chance to speak up, also thank you, the public and the law experts for taking concern in this affair. I agree to be investigated and accept being questioned. I hope my innocence will be returned to me.

Sina has been deleting almost 20 tags on Weibo involving ZZH now, even the tag that said only "Chaoyang Beijing Police".
And tags in English are showing up. Prediction is that they will continue to wipe out the English tags and people will have to create tags in even more languages or even emoji (this is starting to feel like CHUANG 2021's multilangual mad house).
It seems like Sina will be helping their good buddy CAPA until the end and I am hoping to see them joing each other in jail. And I can't wait for the Chaoyang police to post something about ZZH and Sina to mute their account. It should be hilarious seeing Sina muting a whole ass police department's account 😂

813 - The Reprise - BIG NEWS for ZZH! Part 5/?
Masterpost here
Big news on X-mas Eve! LONG POST!! So much has happened for ZZH, let's start with some memes to lighten the mood:

Love this meme. “Someone saying their timeline looks like this now - all jzps and GJ waiting for the news from Uncle Li”
Let’s get right to THE BIG NEWS.
1. Dec 24 - ZZH’s case is accepted by the Beijing Chaoyang Police!!!

^^^That's Hanhan's hand btw, and signature!
This means that they’ve found his case has standing and will do a criminal investigation. It will also lead to multiple civil suits that Uncle Li says are underway! All of Weibo is out of their coffins now lol, MULTIPLE tags are being flooded with joyous comments. Weibo is constantly shutting them down though, but people keep making more.

ZZH told Uncle Li that he tried to file a case before, but they wouldn’t accept it? And/or he was too afraid of the massive cyberbullying to step out of the house :( (I would be angry but this is no time to be angry, I’m happy he’s finally getting justice underway). Thanks to Uncle Li and many legal experts, they’ve encouraged him to file a police report, which has finally succeeded!
2. Dec 24 - What next steps could there be?
This user translated a CN lawyer’s perspective. Basically, the police will make a prelim. Investigation to establish the basic facts and whether a crime was committed.
“Typically if the police feels a case doesn’t meet the criteria to establish a criminal matter, they will tell the complainant to just go file a lawsuit themselves, they won’t bother to accept a report.”
Once all the facts are defined, they’ll send it over to the public prosecutor, who will refer the case to court. Then the victim can sue for secondary civil lawsuits for damages (fingers crossed). This process might take awhile, so let’s all celebrate the small steps and wait patiently, justice is finally happening!!!
3. Dec 24 - Uncle Li posted a video explaining everything

Amber did a wonderful translation of this here. He basically reiterates that ZZH did nothing wrong, and if he did, Li would support his punishment. He’s not whitewashing anyone, just standing up for what is right. Uncle Li’s been so active these past few weeks, slowly plugging away at all the lies that have been written about ZZH, and turning public opinion so much so that ZH could finally file a police report. What a guy, I’m so very grateful for him. Uncle Li further questions CAPA about how they don’t even name the people on their very own “Moral Self-discipline Committee,” so why should they have the ability to make a boycott list? CAPA even tried to ban Uncle Li, but ofc he’s not afraid bc he’s not actually done anything wrong.
>>> “The power of justice is powerful. it may be late, but it will never be absent. We should repay the society with warmth and gratitude.”
A note from OP on this… I can see why Uncle Li always stresses to thank the authorities, thank the public, and thank the multitude of platforms for being on the side of justice. Because if you want someone to do something, you can thank them for doing it first, and then they’ll go along with you (even if they haven’t done anything yet, or they’ve done the opposite of what you want). It’s a useful persuasive tactic. I interpret it as thus: he recognizes that the public, the platforms, CAPA, etc all have their hands in what happened to ZZH. But calling people out specifically won’t really help. So if one looks to the brighter side, and just assumes that betterness in people exists, then it looks better publicly and still accomplishes his goal. But make no mistake, it was BECAUSE of these platforms, CAPA, the public’s ready willingness to be whipped up into a frenzy over fabricated photos and antis and water armies, it was BECAUSE of these things and these people, that this all happened in the first place. Forgive, but don’t forget. How else will we learn lessons for the future?
And justice being late… justice is only capable at all because one citizen, with the perfect background, prowess, age, circumstance, decided to step up for ZZH - Li Xuezheng. Uncle Li. For many others, justice never came. No one stood up. Let’s remember that Uncle Li is an aberration; he is setting the precedence for everyone to come (in c-ent). Walking first so others may walk after. After this is all over, I hope people will follow his example and stand up for what’s right. Given that they have the power to, that is. This isn’t to put a damper on the celebrations, it’s just to keep in mind, justice should be a right, but it’s really a privilege. It is easily stripped from our most vulnerable. I hope that Uncle Li’s example will inspire more people to stand up.
4. Dec 23 - National Radio/TV Admin (NRTA) and Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) set forth statements denying ever censuring ZZH
From this user, Uncle Li posted the letter from NRTA responding to a citizen’s request if they agency:
>>>Add him into immoral entertainers list
Deplatform
Take down works
Take down his products
Initiate industry wide boycott
Asked CAPA to release statement against him
NRTA wrote back that such information doesn't exist because their agency never created such content.

Uncle Li posted a video on this. Essentially, they denied ever labelling ZZH as an immoral or illegal artist. They denied requesting that the platforms take his works down. They didn’t do shit to ZZH. So they’ve effectively punted the ball back into CAPA’s court. CAPA has been claiming that it has gov. authority in its decisions, but now that the actual relevant gov. branch said they didn’t have anything to do with it, they swear, now CAPA is in extra hot water.
This is the NRTA/MCT letter they’re referring to.

5. Dec 23 - Hashtags including ZZH’s name and LLD are now searchable

Langlangding, the cp name for ZZH/GJ, Junzhe, and WKX/ZZS, is now searchable again on Weibo. Small steps forward!
You can also now search his name in Douyin (the tiktok equivalent in CN).
6. Dec 23 - Local Russian Newspaper writes a small article on ZZH - cited his Ma’s letter, positive, even a local band wants to support by recording a song
This is cute, I didn’t realize there were that many fans in Russia??? More power to them!
Final Note for the day:
Happy holidays, sweet celebrations for all today! Especially our dear Hanhan. I’m so happy that he’s finally got justice on his side. I’m happy for Uncle Li, the hero who decided to stand up for him and for everyone in c-ent. Let’s take this as a victory everyone, and carry it into our holidays. I will update if any more big news happens :)
Thanks for reading, have a safe holiday!
#i have been way too busy for daily updates#so this should summarize things up pretty well for everyone#here's hoping that 2022 will be a bright years for zzh and warriors of justice#zhang zhehan#zzh#813

A LAWYER SHARED HER THOUGHTS ON ZHANG ZHEHAN’S CASE
[Translation - This is translated from a Vietnamese translation so some parts might not be 100% correct. I have tried my best to keep the writer's voice and her story true.]
Note: In Italics and round brackets: My notes
---
Without even noticing it, I am now 40 years old. When I was a child, I had a lot of siblings, which was why my parents sent me to live with my grandmother. Ever since she was criticized/insulted, she had become more cautious and hesitant in judging others. However, her influential relative who wanted to fight for inheritance still intruded on her house and verbally harassed her. I was an elementary student then, hiding in a corner in fear. We won the lawsuit, but our relationship with this relative was long gone as well. Ever since, I have planted a dream of being a lawyer in the future. I had hoped that through my own effort, I would be able to use the weapon of the laws to protect those who are framed for something they have not done.
In my adulthood, I followed my dream of becoming a lawyer and participated in juridical work. Fortunately, the city in which I live is a city with explicit rules of laws so the saddest civil dispute I have ever witnessed was the case of the plaintiff’s and the defendant’s divorce, and their unwanted child with the heart disease being left at the court. The worst criminal case that I have ever witnessed was a sexual assault on a minor, and in the end, the culprit was sentenced to death. I have always believed that this society is controlled by the laws, an agreeable, fair and righteous society that I trusted with my heart. Until the 13th of August this year.
On that day, I was still working happily, living a peaceful life. In the afternoon, I suddenly saw an apology letter from ZZH on Baidu, saying that he lacked knowledge, ashamed of having gone to a wedding… Afterwards, I saw People’s Daily say it was about the nation’s justice; CCTV news talking about how it has touched the scar of history and has upset the national heart and soul. What was the situation? Was it even real? Was he not the one playing the role of Zhou Zishu?
Impossible. I paid attention to his Baidu news. Digging up the picture that he had mentioned online, the title of which was “Sharing a picture”, and the time of posting was 17:29 (5:29 pm) on 26th March 2018. So, this happened almost three years ago, and this picture of him going on a cherry blossoms-viewing trip in Japan. “I think cherry blossoms are so beautiful. I have taken pictures and shared them with my friends.” How has this been turned into going to the Yasukuni shrine to worship?
The next day, I downloaded Weibo and followed his Weibo account. Everything was getting more and more complicated. There was a piece of information online saying that when he sang the revolutionary song “Red Boat”, and everyone else was having a little red flag in their hands, while he was not. For this, CCTV cut out all of his scenes during broadcasting. I only thought, that was the truth. What was so wrong about holding a small red flag? This thing one could not even do, they must not have been patriotic. Afterwards, I heard somewhere else saying that it was “Singing A Folk Song To Celebrate The Party” instead. So I went to find the original video by myself. Ahhhhhh. In the original video, many of the main singers did not hold these small red flags. I looked at it with wide eyes - was this not a miscarriage of justice?
On the third day, it was impossible to find him on Baidu and on Weibo. All of his videos, music and dramas were taken off the shelf. His name could also not be spelt in a simple way. It was like this person was never on this Earth. All of the sudden, I felt terrified. My hands started to tremble, my voice started to quiver, and my body started to shake as well.
Not correct. This could not be true. This was not the society made up from rules of law in my mind! On the Internet, people covering the earth and sky, pulling the wool over others’ eyes, calling him a country traitor, “pro-Japan”. I went on Weibo to look for and pay attention to all of the super topics with the name XXX. I went into each and everyone to see, why did they all lie low? What did this mean? You were not allowed to talk? Now that ZZH has been banned, all of his information wiped out, his fans have been asked to keep silent. Where did I have to go to get informed about what had happened? Many netizens have dubbed him a traitor. When was a real-life experience transferred onto the Internet? However, all of the people involved and witnesses have been muted, with their history erased, so how could this case be handled? Could one just be judged and condemned like this?
I have thought about it a thousand times but still got no answer. So I had to ask my kindhearted husband and my two brothers about his situation, but they one by one gave my lessons on politics, teaching me about the Yasukuni shrine, saying that he had gone there to worship, and whatever about this being a political affair, assuming that I had been brainwashed. My colleagues also advised me not to get involved. Which was why, I could only pay attention to this secretly, not daring to say anything, to ask anyone, for the fear of being dubbed as unloyal to the nation, for the fear of losing my job.
Slowly, some people have been clarifying that the Yasukuni shrine had been hidden as a scenic spot, and the year 2018 was a time for the international friendship between China and Japan. Too many Chinese and Korean people were travelling to Japan. Those who travelled to Japan also wanted to go in the season of the cherry blossoms (from March to May).
A post said that he was in Japan on Independence Day while talking about his country. I looked at his post at 18:30 (6:30 pm) on Independence Day: “The homeland’s birthday. On Independence Day, I’m not going anywhere, only appreciating the warmth of my country. Happy birthday, I love you, China.” One of his fans saw him at Shanghai airport and posted on Weibo at 18:41 (6:41 pm): “Arriving in Shanghai. Glad to see you on the first day of the holiday.” At 20:16 (8:16 pm), ZZH posted on Weibo: “Through rains and storms, finally returning to China.” Was that post on Weibo, on Independence Day not uploaded when he had been back at the Shanghai airport? Does it really take only 10 minutes to fly from Japan to Shanghai? Then I understood, he was misjudged and wrongly condemned.
Therefore, I continued to collect pieces of his past.
Turns out, as an actor, when the (Chinese) team went against the Korean team in the show Dream Team, to bring victory to China, he had ignored six or seven stitches on his forehead brought to him by the match and continued to stay, just because he could still play, just because he wanted the Chinese team to win.
Turns out he had ridden a bicycle to Tibet in 30 days. He had encountered mudslides on his way, had worn the large size of rain boots, had let other cyclists that he did not know through these dangerous paths safely and helped bring their bicycles, by himself, through areas with mudslide and falling rocks.
Turns out, he had donated 1 million yuans to Zhengzhou, Henan in a flood disaster. Turns out his knee had been injured during training. But he was not hesitant to film before healing properly. There were glass slags on the ground and he had kneeled down without hesitation, but it had affected his healing progress. In the end, he had to go through surgery so there was only 20% of knee meniscus left.
Turns out, he had played Zheng Zhi in “The Bravest (LieHuo Yingxiong)”, in the scene where he carried the water gun to save his teammate, the water gun was too heavy, even a grown man would have needed three to four people to fight alongside, but he was determined that he did not need a stand-in but choosing to hold a high-pressure water gun of 100 kilograms by himself.
After his knee had just gone through surgery and had not healed, he insisted on coming to live with the firefight team to experience the life of a firefighter before filming and had been trained for almost a month. When shooting the scene of an explosion, after the director had yelled “cut”, he started to throw up, everything puked out was black, and he continued to throw up for a whole week. Because when filming the fire from a 360-degree angle, there was no oxygen in the centre of it. Such good acting when he had worked so hard and put in much effort for the filming.
Turns out he was that strong. The knee injury was slow to heal, he could not train hard anymore, after having had to let go of his favourite sport which was basketball, he did not complain about his misfortune, but went on getting used to it with a positive attitude.
Turns out he has always told his fans to learn how to spread love, be kind, and be helpful in life. Turns out he has always tried his best to complete his works in these ten years, stayed dedicated to what he loves, and lived to the fullest in every stage of his life.
That’s why he was so brave to be in Dream Team and to help the Chinese team alongside other teammates win. That’s how he could become the MVP (Most Valuable Player) while being a replacement for an original player when playing in the Super Penguin Basketball Tournament. After knowing he would not be able to continue playing basketball, he started learning to play golf following his friends’ advice. Only half a year later, he achieved a hole-in-one.
He has always treated people with love and honesty, has always worked hard, dedicatedly, and progressively.
Such a good kid!
A person who loves his country and life, bringing positive energy to everyone, now getting verbally harassed as a Han Jian (China’s traitor)/pro-Japan.
The misleading netizens have not only taken away his beloved job but also stripped him of his right to live like a normal person. With this huge label of being a country traitor, who can peacefully live with it and overcome it?
Thinking about this, I cried. I cried to the point of feeling the pain and frustration.
Finally, there was a source that explained everything; finally, there was someone who stood up for him, showing me that this world is not completely dark like this.
Afterwards, I started to speak up and send out the explanations on his behalf, hoping that many people would understand the truth of this issue and understand the real him.
Until one day, a neutral and suitable article was posted on the Learning Power platform, and I burst out in tears. I felt like my perseverance had been right. Who knew that only after two to three hours, I was unable to find that article again. The reason was that too many people reported it. Suddenly, I felt like I had been pushed into a bottomless pit. Turns out, the strength of kindhearted people ultimately could not measure up to that of those who were corrupted and wicked at heart.
So pitiful. Too pitiful.
But on my way to clearing his name, I had still been stubborn, until I saw the names of Gua Si, Hua Jian, Yu Yu, Lin Xia Jia (these names have been translated into Vietnamese on the OG translation so these should only be taken as suggestions), another Weibo account whose name I didn’t know, all becoming a series of numbers (being deleted). I was shocked, once again! Because I knew behind each of these series of numbers was a brave warrior of justice. I believed that all of these people had overcome layers and layers of resistance and worked hard to erase the hatred towards ZZH. In fact, many of these people were similar to me, and were not ZZH’s fans. We only wanted to clear ZZH’s name, and maybe even when he’s able to come back, we would not pay attention to him anymore. These people might have not had anyone around to support them, understand them, or even oppose them. Maybe they could not even take care of their families, jobs, and lives, and for this, they might lose much hair, their eyes might get weaker, day and night thinking, unable to stay at home! They might even lose their jobs and their working partners. These people were exhausted, physically and mentally, but they still requested a new account, continuing to clarify things up, continuing to fight hard.
Today, even if the vindicating progress is not as tumultuous as before, I believe that everyone hasn’t given up, much less gone away. Just because of the kindness and the justice in my heart.
Finally, I just want to say that Weibo was where I got to know about ZZH, and I’m grateful for that! But Weibo is also the place that has made me suffer the most. Because I have seen all the evil forces in reality moving to the online world while holding sharp and huge machetes to harm and kill people everywhere. They are even bolder here than when they are in the real world. They can even find more hiding places here that are more plentiful and convenient than in the real world.
Even though the old sayings are true, 人善被人欺 (Rén shàn bèi rén qī - Good people are often looked down on). But kind people are more determined than those who are wicked.
Therefore, no matter how rough this path would be, no matter how weak I can be, I still decide to do my modest part to, with everyone, use swords and knives to cut down those unfounded rumours, helping him get out of them. When he’s back, he can walk on his open path, no need to fear for new obstacles to come his way. Just so a Chinese person who is patriotic, honest and kind with a warm heart can return. Just so a good person would not be wronged, and bad people would not go unpunished! Even more so that the nation’s network would be cleaner, so that in the future there would be no victim of cyber violence like him!!
If the Internet is an inseparable fate, then let us fight in the battle of the innocent and return to the youth a world of kindness, without filthy and deformable words, leaving behind only purity, comfort, and compassion.

FABRICATION 101 - FROM TAKING WORDS OUT OF CONTEXT TO TOXIC RUMOURS
🏷 PART 2: “MOTHERLAND” ON INDEPENDENCE DAY
---
After spreading a bunch of rumours with the intention of labelling Zhang Zhehan as “a country traitor”, bloggers continued to provide the “evidence” that his heart only had Japan in it: celebrating China’s Independence Day on Japan’s land, wanting to “return to hold the motherland to his heart”. The random pictures that Zhang took on Japan's streets automatically became the foundation for them to assume that the “motherland” he mentioned was Japan (Pic 1).
However, after considering the original context and the time in the actor’s Weibo account, hardly could anyone claim this as something other than bloggers taking words out of context to create a whole new meaning to them.
THE TRUTH
Three controversial pictures were posted by ZZH at 18:30 (half-past six pm) on 1st October 2018 (China’s Independence Day). Even though they had been taken in the land of cherry blossoms, the original status had this line: “Happy birthday, I love you, China” (Pic 2). Obviously, the last word was ignored by the bloggers, forcibly assuming that Zhang was showing his love for his “motherland”, Japan.
Considering the time factor, not long after this Weibo account updated, at 18:41 of the same day, another blue-tick blogger had updated on Zhang being at the airport in a completely different outfit (Pic 3).
❓ How long does it take to fly from Tokyo to Shanghai ❓
Eleven minutes - according to bloggers.
(Averagely) Three hours and twenty minutes - according to airlines.
Search results on Tokyo - Shanghai flights (random nearest airports) on 1st October 2022 shows that the fastest direct flight time should be three hours and five minutes (All Nippon Airlines). Chinese airline JAL - Chinese Eastern, Shanghai Airlines flew at least for three hours and twenty minutes (Pic 4). This has not included the time of stabilization after landing, moving around in the airport, finding luggage,... Therefore, unless he used teleportation in science fiction, it was impossible to fly from Tokyo to Shanghai in eleven minutes.
CONCLUSION:
ZZH’s Weibo status was cut out of its original context and then was put through malicious inference. Bloggers intentionally ignored the obvious details, switching up the objects that Zhang had mentioned in his Weibo’s status.

Some quick updates:
A rare blue-tick account named 首都广播电视 (rough translation: Capital Radio and Television Station) recently has posted about Guang Dian’s new set of regulations in carrying out administrative disciplines. Many netizens have commented and shared their thoughts, then this account has replied, saying “stop talking, I’m going to cry 😭”. This account has also posted another status thanking people, confirming to be on the side of the government, affirming that they would stay true to their heart and serve the people with everything they have.
This is just ironic and ridiculous 😭😂. As Sina has been muting more and more accounts, some permanently, a whole-ass blue-tick account had to confirm to be governmental to avoid falling to the same fate. Gosh! I really don’t know whether I should laugh or cry.

More updates (bc my last post/translation was written in the morning/afternoon and now it's almost midnight so there has been some new stuff):
Guang Dian (NRTA) has issued a set of regulations and rules for administrative sanctions in the broadcasting field. Basically, they said there has to be ensuring and standardizing the effective implementation of administrative management of administrative broadcasting agencies that is suitable with the laws. These regulations and rules will be applied to handle administrative violations sanctioning cases and they must be handled publicly, fairly while sticking to education combined with discipline. The disciplines must follow the laws, protecting the legitimate rights and the interests of all parties.
=> I know that Guang Dian is not reliable all the time (like that time they shared CAPA's list of 88 people). But this is still good news.
Weibo account of Laws and Economy Research Institute Hong Fan (the unit that has live-streamed with Uncle Li) has been muted by Weibo. This is literally muting and challenging the whole faculty of law. People are angry and Sina has dug themselves into even a deeper hole with CAPA. They have touched the line of law and people's rights this time.
=> People think Sina is really playing with fire. Muting an individual's account is one thing, muting the whole faculty of law's account is much different and more dangerous. Those who did not want to do anything with ZZH's case at first might get pissed off and join in. I hope they will sue the shit out of Sina and CAPA.

ALL THE FALSIFICATIONS REVOLVING AROUND ZHANG ZHEHAN’S PARTICIPATION IN A FRIEND’S WEDDING AT THE NOGI SHRINE (TOKYO)
🏷 Part 2: Comments that underestimated humans’ intelligence
---
Looking back on all the falsifications bloggers have made about Zhang Zhehan’s participation in a friend’s wedding at the shrine Yasukuni, there were many comments and remarks that truly underestimated the intelligence of people.
1. ZZH IS FLUENT IN JAPANESE?
❎ ZZH was assumed to know Japanese well, having spoken fluently at the wedding using Japanese.
☑️ The actor does not speak Japanese. As a guest invited to a Chinese-Japanese couple’s wedding, ZZH had a speech congratulating and blessing the couple in Chinese and then ended the speech with ONE sentence in Japanese to show his respect to the bride’s side of the family. Video at the scene (attached in the comment section of the OG post) shows that even if it was one line, ZZH still had to use a translation tool (Pic 1).
2. UNCLEAR IDENTITIES: SHOHEI KONDO = TOSHIO MOTOYA?
❎ One of the guests taking part in the wedding was assumed to be the owner of the APA hotel chain, Toshio Motoya, a notorious person in Japan for his xenophobic speeches, and has been listed by bloggers as a member of the right-wing, anti-China.
☑️ However, the person appearing in the picture has been discovered to be Shohei Kondo, the president of the Japanese Club VAV (yeah, I don’t know about this club but there will be a picture about it below), and had not had any political influence before (Pic 2). Comparing the portraits of Toshio Motoya and Shohei Kondo next to each other, to say these two are the same person is to exaggerate against our conscience (Pic 3).
3. THE “TERRIFYING” POLITICAL BACKGROUND OF ZZH’S FRIENDS
❎ The main character of the wedding - the groom, as well as ZZH’s friend - was assumed to be the political clan Koizumi’s descendant. Former Prime Minister Koizumi Junichiro once visited the shrine Yasukuni, which created diplomatic tension with China and Korea.
☑️ This remark was made based on the family emblem of a pair of hawk’s feathers on the ceremonial costume of the groom (Pic 4). However:
The symbol of a pair of hawk’s feathers crossing each other, surrounded by a circle (Maruni Chigai Takanoha) is one of 10 most popular family emblems, belonging to the LINE of hawk’s feathers family emblems. The hawk’s feathers crossing each other is just a feature of the emblem, not everything.
The bride shared that all of the costumes in the wedding were rented, not tailor-designed/tailor-made costumes of the family. This costume looked exactly like the one printed on the service flyers outside the Nogi shrine. This kind of outfit is also very popular in the “Japanese wedding” searches.
The ceremony costumes with similar patterns of family emblems could easily be found on websites, bought, or rented. The Chinese drama “iPartment” once also used the prop which was the costume with the family emblem of hawk’s feathers; even foreigners could wear these costumes with no problem (Pic 5).
Therefore, the groom’s costume was completely normal, with no political meaning, especially did not represent right-wing politicians like the rumours have stated. If one can judge based on the “family emblem” on the groom’s ceremonial outfit and insist that he is the direct descendant of the Koizumi clan, it would be too hasty and ridiculous.
❎ And by the way, speaking of the astonishing level of being “face-blind” and the habit of “recruiting” descendants for the Koizumi clan of bloggers, another friend of ZZH was “honourably” identified as Koizumi Korato, the oldest son of former Prime Minister of Japan.
☑️ This rumour is FALSE. Korato’s pictures are not difficult to be found online, he shares no resemblance to the young man who was in the same frame with ZZH (on both aspects of age and look - Pic 6), many sharp-eyed bloggers still keep on insisting that these two are the same person.
CONCLUSION:
ZZH does not know Japanese, CAN NOT COMMUNICATE USING JAPANESE, much less speaking fluently like bloggers have claimed.
These accounts have INTENTIONALLY DIRECTED people into thinking ZZH is a pro-Japan person by turning white into black, forcing the relationships with famous Japanese politicians on him and his friends, as well as the “anti-China”, “Nazi-worshipping” ideology was put upon Zhang to make him seem like having traitorous ideas.

Not much to say on this one. There is still another part on Madam Dewi but if you want, you can still go to my translation of a Master of History’s opinion. He did mention Madam Dewi.
And honestly, no one should have to tell apart ZZH’s friend and Koizumi Korato in such detail. One look or two and you can tell that they are not the same person. Did these bloggers think everyone was blind or stupid?

Some updates:
According to the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism, CAPA’s red seal was supposed to be used for their internal affairs with member units only, not for public documents. However, this is the 9th time they have used it for a document of reprimand while what is written on the document is “Public announcement…”
A new discovery of a netizen: CAPA’s president, Zhu Kening, is also the Former Director of the Cultural Market Department of the Ministry of Culture and the Former Director of the Cultural Market Development Center of the Ministry of Culture (from different social platforms). He stated: "The two self-disciplined and self-assessment events were both supported and directed by the Department of Arts and the Market Management Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism." However, he left some parts out, "were both supported and directed by “the former president” of somewhere". Or were they supported and directed by their own people? So yeah, this guy has some connections with the Ministry of Culture, which explains a lot.
Also, accounts of a person who regularly updates posts questioning CAPA have been disappearing. Sina is such a good buddy of CAPA 🙄

Looks like netizens found a post from 瀚堡亡 admitting that he edited that pic of ZZH with the actual Yasukuni in the background that went viral back then and made things so much worse. The background in the original pic was just cherry blossom trees. You can see the roof of a building too and people spread that it was the shrine when it was just an office building located within the compound.

He was gloating about 泼脏水 ("splashing dirty water" aka spread rumours) on August 13 and how fast the results were (ZZH was "gone" by the 15th).
You can reaaally see how brazen these antis are and this kind of behaviour isn't exclusive to this dude. They've probably been doing this sort of thing for years now and get away every single time. Wonder how many lives they helped ruin? This particular asshole 瀚堡亡 hanbaowang is one of ZZH's biggest antis and has been going after Li Xuezheng recently too. According to Li Laoshi's vid from yesterday this hanbaowang is from ChongQing and was born in '92, and the motivation is likely money. What's the price of a human's life? This guy probably has an answer.
#it's like almost the time for my speaking exam#and i can not ignore this ohmygod#but no more thought head's filled with preparation#zhang zhehan#zzh#813

Quick update:
Chinese Ministry of Home Affairs has issued the "Regulation on Assessment and Management of National Social Organizations". At the same time, the evidence showing that CAPA had met the standard of annual assessment (of 2020) has disappeared. Some have been saying that some regulations in 2020 might be controversial to the public. This is a good sign.
Li laoshi has also called for government's departments to answer the public's questions on CAPA's legitimacy before it has been a huge deal for a while now and no one has responded to the questions. He also told the media platforms to stay true and not to bow down to capitalist powers.
The bad news is that Uncle once claimed it would take about 20 days for some important decisions, but now he has predicted that it would take more than a month. We all want to see ZZH and how he has been faring, but please be patient, this can not be rushed.
Uncle Li said that a friend of his had wondered that he has been questioning CAPA really heatedly, would some of the "bad artists" think that he is helping them out. Li laoshi has reassured that he is not "whitewashing" for anyone but he is seeking justice and answers for the public and those who have been harmed by injustice. He can not stop anyone from thinking that he is "whitewashing" for "bad artists", he can only re-confirmed his goal and purpose.
A cute ZZH for your lovely day!

One of ZZH's biggest anti accounts trying to drag GJ into this mess. These fuckers really have no limit to how shitty they can be.

tl: "I have a question, why are there so many ZZH fans following GJ's supertopic? What's the connection between them?"
This is him trying to rile fans up. They've been trying to drag GJ into this since August. These bastards know this will make us nervous. I'd tell this idiot to go get a job but truth is he probably gets paid a lot to do shit like this.
Anyway, stupid question. They were costars. So what? Next.
#ridiculous#but yeah#just keep silent and let those who has the power deal with these kinds of scums#justice is coming. no need to run off yelling and insulting#giving no attention will take away their power#zhang zhehan#zzh#gong jun#gj

Oh shoot, the OG series of posts clarifying up the rumours concerning ZZH is still continuing. So, I guess after the exams and the essays, I will go back to translating these kinds of posts alongside some people's opinions on 813. But uh, 2 exams and 1 essay left to go.
Gosh I wish I don't have to study. Translating is more of my thing. (Yes, one of the focuses of my major in university is "translating and interpreting" but when it's your homework and assignment, it's less fun).
But if I have time and there's something important about ZZH or his case, I will still do quick updates. So don't worry 😘

🔖李学政 Li XueZheng and CAPA: Part IV
Big shoutout to Meg for teaching me how to hide long posts under a cut! 😂
📍Nov. 27, 2021
📌Li Xuezheng addressed the antis making up rumours about him, and warned them that he will be taking legal action. He thanked netizens for sending him evidence.

Summary:
He's calling for the protection of the basic rights of ordinary Party members. ZZH's mother is an old party member and so are almost all of his immediate family members, some of them have died in the line of duty. As a socialist country under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party, they resolved to clean up all corrupt members who pose a danger to the Party's cause and the interests of the people. However, when a basic members meet with trouble, particularly in the case of ZZH, even should they be a traitor with numerous sins, but in a society under the rule of law they should still be given the chance to plead their case.
He said they should not have robbed ZZH of his chance to speak for himself, even to the extent of sending an old Party member funeral flowers and wreaths. The attacks against ZZH's family were so violent that his mother, a member of the largest ruling Party in the world, even had suicidal thoughts. He (LXZ) hopes that Party members of all cadres will come and offer her some warmth and encouragement. He said that people who tried to defend ZZH were silenced immediately, and that kind of practice cannot go on.
notes: The term for traitor used is "hanjian""汉奸” meaning a traitor to the han (ethnicity). People have been calling ZZH a homophone of that term "翰奸" changing the original han汉 in hanjian to the han翰 from his name.
[more under the cut...]

Translation:
He noticed that weibo is deleting comments under his previous post, but said that he knows he didn't post anything that violates the rules of the platform, and so he believes that weibo is not doing this on purpose. He will communicate with the relevant authorities about this. He also asked not to stop other people from reposting his posts.

Summary:
He asked the Ministry of Culture and Tourism if the head of the CAPA's livestreaming branch is also the vice president of the 六间房直播公司 "LiuJianFang Livestreaming Company" which was fined for streaming vulgar/sexual content. And what are the consequences of having this sort of man having so much power over that part of the industry. He looks forward to finding out more about the people behind CAPA. He said this is good material for his next TV series.
notes: Li Laoshi is also a producer and director on top of being an investigative journalist. He takes great interest in legal and political themed productions. He and the team who worked in a political drama backed by current CCP general secretary Xi Jinping was instrumental in taking down a corrupt high-ranked Party member.
📌LXZ made the tag #人民的公义 "Justice of the People"

Summary:
He's asking CAPA to publicize the names of all their leaders, as well as the ones in charge of their sub-committees, so relevant departments can investigate the relationship CAPA has with each part of the industry, as well as the history of their dealings and any possible conflicts of interest.
note: CAPA deleted the names of their current leaders from their webpage the day before.

Summary:
The industry associations he belongs to have always denied membership acceptance fees, but CAPA not only does this openly, they also charge exorbitant amounts of money. He's also concerned about all the money they ask for people participating in their training seminars, and he's wondering if the association has even been properly audited.

Summary:
He was originally trying to play nice with CAPA, only wanting to remind them to be responsible with the influence they hold for the betterment of the industry, but somehow things went awry. A war on public opinion was launched against him, framing his legitimate questioning as him defending traitors and inferior artists. He says they underestimate the rule of law while grossly overestimating their own power. He'll continue to fight for the advancement of the interests of the law, the Party, and the industry.

He thanked Tan Fei for speaking up, and says that matters of procedural justice aren't sensitive topics at all so why aren't more more influential and big V accounts speaking up? He said that some reporters from state media approached him because of this issue, and he's hoping for more of them to come forward in the future.
notes: Tan Fei spoke up about cyberbullying and asked for people to pay attention to matters like this. He's an investor for films and a producer. His account was muted by weibo after he spoke up about what happened on August 13.
Big V accounts are influential weibo accounts often with millions of followers. In order to get a V, there is a list of qualifications, like a certain number of followers, following a certain number of people, engagement, having other big Vs as mutuals, and for blue Vs specifically, one must register a company to the account and pay an annual fee. The paid marketing accounts on weibo often have yellow or red Vs, and they have millions of followers. The algorithm also favours big V accounts, giving them an even wider reach. They are instrumental in spreading news. They are often paid by companies to promote a drama, save an actor's reputation after a scandal, or ruin it.

Summary of video:
It reiterates the points he made in his previous posts. He mentions the vice president of that livestreaming company again, and questioned whether it's okay to have him also be in charge of CAPA's livestreaming branch that oversees that part of the industry. There is conflict of interest there. Is it possible for streamers who work in other platforms to be unfairly treated by the association because they don't work for them? And on the other hand is it possible that streamers who work under the platforms that CAPA leaders have a stake to get lighter or even no punishment at all for violating the same rules?
As a citizen it is his right to file a complaint to the relevant authorities. He also wants CAPA to be properly audited. The industry associations he works in all emphasize that they do not get money from their members. CAPA is the same type of organization, so why are they asking for exorbitant fees for their memberships and their training seminars? And they've been doing this for years already. Where is that money going? How do they spend it? All their operations and finances, have those ever been audited by the relevant agencies?
He mentioned that it seemed they couldn't get this issue up to the hotsearch. He thanked the platform for how they have treated him thus far, but asked why some netizens couldn't repost or comment on his content, and were told that they violated the platform's guidelines. He said this doesn't make much sense and does not blame weibo for it, because it is a confident platform. He said that he takes responsibility for all his words and that if he crossed the line, then they are free to take him to court and he is willing to apologize and pay for his mistakes if he is found guilty. It's not proper to mute people just because you want to silence them. If they are truly causing chaos and violating rules and regulations of the platform, then they should be properly dealt with. However, he believes that him questioning CAPA does not violate rules.
He has already contacted the relevant officials and they support his cause. He once again asked the people involved to fix their mistakes and learn from them. He believes that the Party has always been doing its best to keep up with the demands of an evolving society, and that they must all do their part and be responsible. The people love their country and so good will always triumph over evil.
note: 热搜 literally "hot search" can be attained once a tag has enough views/engagement. A tag making it to the top of the hotsearch ranks will draw even more attention to the topic. A hotsearch can also be artificially induced by paying 水军 water army to hype up the tag or by simply purchasing a rank. Platforms often buy hotsearches to promote their shows. Companies often use it to market their actors, and also to destroy their competitors. Of course, if a hotsearch can be bought, you can also pay weibo to suppress one.

Summary:
He said he was informed by netizens about the malicious editing done on Baidu. ZZH's Baidu page was edited to include malicious rumours while CAPA president Zhu Kening's page was made to have less content. He said that Baidu should show more vigilance when it comes to how the information on their site is edited. He said that the police are on the move. As long as a person is truly patriotic, the motherland will welcome them with open arms.

He shared a post from a netizen. It says that LiuJianFang's parent company, 花房 HuaFang Tech is listed under CAPA's executive directors. This plus LiuJianFang's vice president being a part of CAPA's livestreaming branch isn't good. The right to penalize should be given to the proper authorities. The netizen said that CAPA is both referee and player in this game.
📌The tag LXZ created #人民的公义 had about 100M views at this time, but still did not reach the hotsearch rankings.
