Back to Reality.

So my little break of seven days without duty is coming to an end, as always after a long period of break you will feel lazy coming back but some how you would feel recharge and be looking forward to what comes next.

A break from work is really needed for everyone, not only your employee will be well rested after that break but it will also learn to appreciate on the things that he/she have, not just limited to material things but also its work. That person will be able to realized the value of his work, the opportunity that he have and be able to think to strive more and improve.

Working for a long period of time and without having the opportunity to rest even just for one day could be one of the reasons why a person becomes disinterested to its work as it could not learn to appreciate the things his been working for.

For me I was able to think widely, my plans for next year, what i should improve and be consistent to improving.

Formally announcing that I’m back in Seattle to work at the shop Mike and I opened nearly a decade ago: @mmguitarbar. I couldn’t be happier to rejoin this crew, and what a crew it is! There are a lot more people here than when I left. As for what I’ll be doing, it’s different than you might expect. The Guitar Bar has a crack shot team of techs already — they don’t need my help I’m sure. Me, I’ll be spending my days creating content and telling stories about the guitar and the people who play it, with a focus on the Seattle community as well. Right now we’re brainstorming and acquiring the right equipment for the job, even working on the space that will become my offices, but over the next few months you’ll see a slow trickle of video and audio releases and I hope you’ll enjoy it.
