We as a fandom need to come to the collective understanding that Boa is tragically less of a character and more of a plot device for Tui to remove animus magic. Because outside of that, she has very little going for her in terms of story. She really doesn't matter after The Dangerous Gift, she was only really made important in arc 3 for that reveal. Also, and I've said this before, but outside of the removal of animus magic, there's like. Little to no reason for the fandom to hate her as much they do. At worst she's snarky to others which. There's like a billion other characters in these books that are way more rude than her and they're beloved so idk why they get a pass and she doesnt

#I fear Boa suffers the same fate as Phin #In which she has so much potential #But due to Tui giving her just about nothing #People only see her one singular bad action and ignore everything else #I'm a firm believer that she should've had more presence in tfoh #Maybe goes on the mission instead of Qibli.
