Blessed Hajj and Blessed Eid al-Adha

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَالْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلاَّ الْجَنَّةُ ‏"‏‏.‏ صحيح البخاري ومسلم حديث ١٧٧٣ - ١٣٤٩

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "(The performance of) `Umra is an expiation for the sins committed (between it and the previous one). And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing except Paradise." من فوائد الحديث:

الفائدة الأولى: الحديث دليلٌ على فضل الإكثار من العمرة لِما في ذلك من تكفير للذنوب. وجمهور العلماء على أن التكفير يقع على الصغائر دون الكبائر، وأن الكبائر لا بد لها من توبة، وتقدم بيان ذلك في كتاب الطهارة.

الفائدة الثانية: الحديث دليلٌ على جواز تكرار العمرة في السنة مرتين أو أكثر خلافًا لمن كره ذلك كمالك، وبعض السلف كإبراهيم النخعي والحسن البصري، وسعيد بن جبير وابن سيرين، رحم الله الجميع.

ووجه جواز ذلك أن حديث الباب يقتضي الفرق بين العمرة والحج، إذ لو كانت العمرة لا تفعل إلا مرة واحدة في السنة، لكانت كالحج، ولقيل: (الحج إلى الحج)، فلما قال: ((العمرة إلى العمرة))، دلَّ على ذلك على تكرارها، وأنها ليست كالحج، وأيضًا العمرة وقتها مطلق في جميع العام ليست كالحج مقيد بوقت لا يكون إلا مرة بالسنة، بنحو هذا قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله؛ [انظر بداية المجتهد (2 / 231)، ومجموع فتاوى ابن تيمية (26 / 268 – 269)].

الفائدة الثالثة: الحديث دليل على فضل الحج المبرور وأن جزاءه الجنة.

قال ابن عبدالبر رحمه الله في صفة الحج المبرور: "هو الذي لا رياء فيه ولا سمعة، ولا رفث، ولا فسوق، ويكون بمال حلال"؛ [ انظر التمهيد (22/ 39)].

قال العلماء والحج المبرور له خمسة أوصاف:

الأول: أن يكون خالصًا لله تعالى لا رياء فيه ولا سمعة، ففي صحيح مسلم من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه مرفوعًا: قال الله تعالى: ((أنا أغنى الشركاء عن الشرك، مَن عمِل عملًا أشرك فيه معي غيري، تركته وشركه)).

والثاني: أن تكون نفقته من حلال، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إن الله طيب لا يقبل إلا طيبًا))؛ رواه مسلم.

والثالث: البعد عن المعاصي والآثام من بدع وخرافات وغيرها من الآثام؛ كالجماع ودواعيه والفسوق والجدال المذموم؛ قال تعالى: ﴿ الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ ﴾ [البقرة: 197].

والرابع: حسن الخلق ولين الجانب، وعلى هذا كان حج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مع ذلك الجمع الغفير، وتقدَّم بيانُه في حديث جابر رضي الله عنه الطويل، وكذلك كان الصحابة والسلف.

والخامس: تعظيم شعائر الله تعالى وهي المناسك كلها كالصفا والمروة وغيرها؛ قال تعالى: ﴿ إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ﴾ [البقرة: 158]، وكذلك يعظِّم المشاعر، ويملأها بذكر الله تعالى والخضوع والتذلل له.

ولا شك أن الحرص على تطبيق سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الحج؛ مما يجعل القلب حيًّا معظمًا لعبادة الحج بأقوال وأعمال تجعل حجه مبرورًا، نسأل الله من فضله. شرح الحديث

فينبغي للعبد أن يقوم بشعائر الحج على سبيل التعظيم والإجلال والمحبة والخضوع لله رب العالمين فيؤديها بسكينة ووقار واتباع لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

وينبغي أن يشغل هذه المشاعر العظيمة بالذكر والتكبير والتسبيح والتحميد والاستغفار لأنه في عبادة من حين أن يشرع في الإحرام حتى يحل منه فليس الحج نزهة للهو واللعب يتمتع به الإنسان كما شاء من غير حد كما يُشَاهد من بعض الناس، فترى بعضهم يفرط في اللعب والضحك والاستهزاء بالخلق وغير ذلك من الأعمال المنكرة كأنما شرع الحج للمرح واللعب. لاكمال قراءة آداب الحج والعمرة

Allah, the Almighty, has made good deeds and other acts of righteousness as expiation of sins and elevation of merit, and among the most rewarding and highest in merit are Hajj and Umrah. In this hadith, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, tells about the virtues of Umrah and Hajj; as for Umrah, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Umrah to Umrah is an expiating for what is between them." In other words, whoever performs two consecutive Umrahs, the two Umrahs are a reason to expiate the minor sins between them and not to be held accountable for them on the Day of Judgement, and Umrah is: Worshipping Allah by performing ihram from the Maiqat, tawaf of the Bayt, making the walk between Safa and Marwah, and resolving it by shaving or shortening it (the head hear). As for Hajj, it is the pilgrimage to the holy sites to perform the religious acts at a specific place and time in worship of Allah, the Almighty. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us that the righteous pilgrimage (al-hajj al-mabrur) has no reward except Paradise. The righteous Hajj is the one that has no sin mixed with it, or the one that is accepted and pure, free from hypocrisy and publicity, and has fulfilled its pillars and obligations, whose reward by Allah Almighty is Paradise. People should perform the rituals of Hajj with respect, veneration, love and submission to Allah the Lord of the Worlds, in a tranquil and dignified manner, following the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). 

These great rituals should be filled with dhikr (remembering Allah), takbeer (proclaiming Allah’s greatness by saying Allahu akbar), tasbeeh (glorifying Allah by saying Subhaan-Allah), tahmeed (praising Allah by saying al-hamdu Lillaah) and istighfaar (seeking Allah’s forgiveness by saying Astaghfir-Allah), because he is in a state of worship from the moment he enters ihram until he exits it; Hajj is not a time for idle talk and play or doing whatever you want with no restrictions, as we see some people do, so we see them playing and laughing and making fun of people and other reprehensible actions, as if Hajj were prescribed for joking and playing. Etiquette of Hajj and ‘Umrah : English - Español - Français - اردو - 中文 - Indonesian - فارسى - German -Russian - Indian - Тоҷикӣ : https://m.islamqa.info/en/answers/34188/etiquette-of-hajj-and-umrah
