How about no.

This is my personal manifesting 'technique' and I want to talk about it. I really want you guys to try it and let me know how it goes.

So it didn't even start out as a technique, it was just I guess a habit of mine. Everytime I didn't like something, I was like how about no. Literally.

And that phrase was always really powerful for me, because I seriously meant it.

I 'failed' an exam? How about no.

My sp is ignoring me? How about no.

I have to go somewhere. I don't want to go? How about no.

It's not even a question, it's a statement. How about fucking not.

So here's what you do.

Step 1: Identify what it that you don’t like.

Step 2: Identify what you want instead. This part is optional. You can leave it your subconscious.

Step 3: Repeat 'how about no.' while thinking of what it is that you do not like. Be confident in it. Don't say it with uncertainty, doubt, etc.

That's it. Now watch it change. Let me know if you try it and how it went! Do not doubt it.

Not to be too ranty but I really hate how even at the hairdressers some of them are so judgy about wavy/curly hair. Like I’m a 3a on a good day and pretty much a 2b-2c otherwise without work, obviously my hair is different! And yet it’s always, always, complaints about how my hair is so ‘messy’ or ‘knotty’ or ‘frizzy’ after they use straight heat on it. Well, duh!
