According to JC, Tal's a 'hit wizard' (still have no clue what that means exactly) and here Ara's just begun training to become an Alchemist.

Around 2-3 years after Hogwarts they do move in together and stuff lmao

A good number of years after that, they end up having kids (yippee), their eldest (Helix) is born in 2000 and the youngest (Aquila) is born in 2003

kinda unfortunate how the siblings lowkey hate each other LMAO but i guess that's just how they coexist with each other

Meet Talbot and Reina's children, 2024 edition:

While most of their core details remain the same, I gave them an overdue update to reflect the current changes to the au. As a whole:

The kids were born in the Three Broomsticks during the Battle of Hogwarts (long story lol)

Because of their vast Magic, they were approved to start Hogwarts one year early, so they're a year younger than most of their classmates during the events of Magic Awakened.

Like Reina, they're dual enrolled at Vytaria, so they only take core classes at Hogwarts.

They inherited their mother's ability to detect people's true emotions and intentions, so they're well aware of who to avoid.

The music kid

Oldest of the four. Due to the Chimerism that runs in his mother's side of the family, he fused with what would've been their 5th sibling.

He's known to give of a very cool kid vibe, is usually calm and collected and easy to get along with.

Corvo is Narcoleptic and prone to sleeping a lot. He can still retain info while asleep, which proves to be a big help during classes.

From an early age he has always loved music, and manifests Symphony Magic when he's older. His spells are said to have a musical beat to them.

His signature green discs are created from Magic, allowing him to create beats that enhance the spells of his own as well as allies, and can disorient opponents.

Explored different musical instruments, and his favorites are the violin and piano.

The athletic kid

Second oldest of the four

Loves food and is almost always snacking on something in between meals. Would manifest Food Magic as one of her types.

Was always the most energetic of her siblings, and was already fast as soon as she could crawl.

During early childhood, she played all kinds of sports. Her top favorite is skating, and she was taught by her mom how to transfigure her shoes into skates. Ava is usually seen skating around the castle.

Bonded with Robyn almost immediately. The two would then try out for Quidditch in their second year, and Ava herself becomes a Chaser.

The baking kid

Second youngest of the four.

Raven was born on the Autism Spectrum and her biggest focus at an early age was baking. She often helped her mom out in the kitchen as soon as she was old enough to, and would manifest Food Magic.

At Hogwarts, she often spends most of her downtime in the kitchens baking.

Thanks to her quiet and reserved nature, she found herself becoming good friends with Daniel. She'd often give him sweets during times he'd stay up late brewing potions.

She often sells her sweets to any classmate or staff member interested, much like Reina once did during her school days. Named her mini business The Witching Flour.

The youngest of the four

The most sensitive of his siblings, and was always prone to crying whether he was sad or happy.

Always loved drawing for as long as he could remember, and his favorites were markers. As he gets older, he loves to work with all kinds of inks, manifesting Ink Magic.

He's often seen with his sketchbook and ink case. At school, he becomes fast friends with Lottie thanks to their shared love of art.

Combines Ink and Paper Magic to create colorful paper sculptures. He'll sometimes leave smaller creations around the castle and grounds for folks to find.

Fankids appreciation week: Day 1 - firstborns

Anders, Astrid and Aren Di Angelo

These three are the triplet children of my hphm oc, Dimitri Di Angelo. They are technically not the first fankid I made, that would go to their younger brother Xanxus but they are the first borns. The three of them are vastly different and not just in appearance but in personality as well. While they all have a love for athleticism, Anders is the more spoiled out of the three, Aren is the most sporty being in 3 different sports (quidditch, basketball and football) and Astrid is the party animal of the three.

Anders is the oldest by 30 minutes, followed by Astrid who is older than Aren by 15 minutes. Anders is your stereotypical jock, mean, bit of a slacker in class and always managing to get out of trouble due to his sports status

Astrid is always throwing parties no matter how many times Dimitri grounds them or when they get assigned detention. They love the sport Soccer (or football) so much that they started playing the second they could. Even though they are in Ravenclaw, Astrid isn’t very academically smart, sure if they studied enough they could probably ace the test but they refuse to enter the library. Also the librarian might have banned them from the library.

Aren can always be seen with a book in his hands or in his lap when he’s eating. Unlike his sibling who is also in Ravenclaw somehow, Aren is very academic focused when he’s not focused on any sports which is most of the time so when he’s not practicing or playing a game, he’s making up studying time. Throws on some headphones and actually starts to write the many essays he has to do.

Born: Isle of Mull, Scotland;

Looks: Relatively tall with tawny skin and chocolate brown hair that's quite wavy, big green eyes with thick eyelashes and eyebrows, dimples to her smile and soft cheekbones;

Patronus: Spider monkey;

Pets: Lychee, the white-bellied Caique parrot that she carries everywhere like a pirate, and Chuffy, a scrawny turned fat domestic longhair;

Fav Subjects: Maths, Arithmancy, Magical Theory, History of Magic, Potions, Alchemy, Wizarding Literature;

Least Fav: Herbology, Charms (one bc she doesn't like dealing with the mess and the smells/and the other bc she already masters the subject and finds it boring);

After many losses, Sawyer is the baby that comes into their lives unannounced yet wholeheartedly welcomed. A perfect mix between the two yet with big green eyes that leave no doubt about her genealogy, she's the apple of their eyes and would've grown quite spoiled if they were different people. Growing up with a legilimens for a mom certainly shapes her into a blunt and sincere girl, edges deeply softened by her father.

Though her looks never lie, the early signs of her prodigy leave both parents questioning where she could've gotten her intelligence from, which she first demonstrates with her interest in math and art, and her ease of learning writing multiple languages, all despite being homeschooled by Indigo most of her childhood. They later invest in tutors (given how early her magic began acting up sending her to a muggle school would be unwise).

In the subject of magic, her access to the family's libraries allows her plenty of knowledge on basic magic many years before she sets foot on Hogwarts which makes her a restless and uninterested student in her first years until she finds herself capable of invading more advanced classes in secret instead of attending her own. Unfortunately, the imbalance in understanding easily alienates her from her year mates, driving her to befriend much older Ravenclaws with similar interests.

But it's in her youngest cousin, Vesper, she finds her very best friend who despite the difference in age and sorting remains as such since their childhood, throughout the years they share in Hogwarts, and beyond. While Sawyer represents control, Vesper, spontaneity, and together they make quite the unstoppable duo especially with both being eager learners and fearless explorers.

While not a legillimens like her mom nor a seer like her father, Sawyer does have a strange connection with dreams, hers and others, (which I'm still in the process of discovering) that makes her nights restless and reality occasionally deceiving. She also has a more druid-like connection to the dead thanks to her Celtic origins, but something she discovers much later in life.

With her looks and sympathetic personality, she earns several admires, but getting to know her truly is a tough task with her ability to illusion openness, talking a lot not saying anything. She has a hard time being vulnerable and understanding romance, which is why despite all the flirting she's known as a hard-to-please girl. She's often drawn to extroverted and messy types despite considering herself quite cool and collected.

For the time Maxwell's in Hogwarts, she's part of his band playing the keyboard, and joins in after that whenever their official pianist gets sick or busy with personal life. Beyond the piano, she can also play the guitar and a little violin.

Her biggest obsessions in life are integrating technology and magic, not leaving any rock unturned, and understanding time and its complexities, including time travel. Needless to say, her curiosity more often than not lands her in great trouble.

Nicky Lee is probably the sweetest oc I ever made. He almost never complains or feels sorry for himself. He doesn’t let what anyone said get to him. He probably one of the most empathetic person ever and he’s often the therapist friend. In my most recent fic when he’s talking with Molly he tells her that he won’t get anywhere if he feels bad for himself but the one thing he would change is his ‘wolf periods’.

Nicky was born prematurely and there was complications leading him to have cerebral palsy, epilepsy and eye issues. Which lead to other problems like his lisp, scoliosis and chronic pain. Nicky uses a wheelchair and a walker to get around, he’s able to walk small distances without help but it’s hard. He wears a thick pair of glasses, AFOs and a back brace. Nicky does struggle but he doesn’t let his friends see it. He tries to be happy all of the time since it makes other people happy. He hinds his pain since he didn’t want his friends to worry about him. He’s always in pain and he’s use to it so why should he worry his friends.

Nicky is the son of Barnaby Lee and Chiara Lobosca. That’s were he gets his caring nature. Form a young age he wanted to either be a magizoologist like his dad or a heeler like his mum. Everyone thought he would be sorted into Hufflepuff like his mum, Aunt Dora and Aunt Penny. Teddy was the head boy so Nicky had him to help with his ‘wolf periods’. But he was sorted into Gryffindor. He jokes he was put in Gryffindor since red is his favorite color. People often think he’s just dragged into trouble by James but he himself is a trouble maker. He tries to be a trouble maker but he’s too sweet to do it, but he is a class clown. He just loves to see people smile and hear them laugh. He almost never cries, he does get sad when animals are sick or are dying but he doesn’t cry. But that’s just Nicky

Who’s Patricia Ruby Ellis?

In short, she’s Helena’s adoptive daughter. Also, believe it or not, but she’s not named after Rakepick – at least not primarily… Now, more information under the cut.

After the war, Helena quitted her job at Gringotts and moved in with Charlie in Romania. She was helping him with his studies on dragons etc. for quite some time. However, she eventually started missing curse-breaking, so every now and then, she’d leave in search of some freelance jobs.

She loved to visit small Muggle villages in particular because it was always super interesting to learn about the stories denizens created around certain cursed objects, like cursed monuments, wells with cursed water, hunted houses and whatnot. Depending on a specific situation, Helena would claim that she’s a psychic, a paranormal expert or something like that.

She might’ve gotten in some trouble with the Ministry and their Obliviators because of that. She’d argue there’s no need to Obliviate her curse-breaking interventions if Muggles can incorporate it into their own lore.

One time, in a pub somewhere in Scotland, while looking for any story which would catch her attention, Helena heard a woman complaining about her charge. It didn’t take long to realise that a little girl was in fact a witch who started expressing her magical powers.

It turned out that the girl was found in the house destroyed by the fire, all alone and crying. Nobody really knew a young couple who lived there because they’d moved in recently. There were no bodies or documents. Helena concluded that the parents had to be killed by Death Eaters as the story fit the timeframe of the war.

The woman who found the girl, Mary Smith, was trying to find her relatives, but she was unsuccessful, so she eventually took her to join her family. She called the girl “Jane”.

It happened that Mary had six of her own children. On top of that, the Smiths weren’t the wealthiest family. That being said, even though Jane wasn’t problematic at all, having the seventh child to provide for became a little hard. The fact that Jane was suddenly showing some weird behaviour didn’t help at all as the Smiths were a bit superstitious. As a result, Mary started considering giving Jane up for adoption.

Helena could see that Mary struggles, but she didn’t want Jane to end up in Muggle orphanage either, so she lied that her friends were trying for adoption, so she could take care of all formalities. Mary was happy to hear that Jane might find a good home, so she didn’t really look deeper into it.

Charlie was pretty surprised when Helena returned one day with about a 2 or 3 years old child, but he was actually very supportive the whole time.

Helena was certain that finding a loving wizarding family after the war shouldn’t be difficult. She even personally knew a person working at the wizarding orphanage. Unfortunately, it turned out that reality is not that easy, and Jane would probably still spend an unknown amount of time in the orphanage.

A wizarding orphanage sounded just a little better than a Muggle one, so Helena made a spontaneous decision to adopt the girl herself.

Since Jane had no documents when she was found and Mary never found out more about her family, the girl was kind of a blank page to fill. She was in good health; she wasn’t anxious or anything – she was mainly eager for attention. Helena also noticed that she didn’t really react to “Jane” more than “girl” or any term of endearment. Therefore, Helena decided to change her name entirely.

Now, why “Patricia Ruby”? When I was looking for Helena’s middle name, I wanted a name connected to royalty – since her grandmother is Queenie (a queen) and her mother is Alice (noble). I thought that it’d be nice if that semi-tradition for female members of the family would be shown at least with Helena’s middle name. Admittedly, I settled for “Sarah” (a princess), but that’s actually when I discovered that “Patricia” also means noble. So, that’s why returned to it with Helena’s thought process when naming her daughter! And y’know, the fact that it’s Rakepick’s name as well is not the worst coincidence, since she saved both Helena’s and Jacob’s lives on a couple of occasions… And Ruby? Honestly, I got this idea to honour Hagrid.

BECAUSE WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN, HARRY, YOU DIDN’T NAME ANY OF YOUR CHILDREN AFTER YOUR VERY FIRST FRIEND IN THE WIZARDING WORLD?

And then, I got really attached to this name - and so it stayed.

Anyway, she’s called “Patsy” by most people, except for Jacob and Rakepick who use her middle name instead. She’s also “pumpkin” for Helena and Jacob, and “little beastie” for Rakepick.

Speaking of names, Patsy calls Helena “Ellie” – like the rest of the family. However, while talking about Helena, she calls her “Mum”. For example, I have to ask Mum, or Mum wanted us to do this and this. Helena didn’t teach her that because, for a long time, she didn’t feel like a mother, but Patsy started doing it spontaneously anyway.

Patsy is – and was from the beginning – a sweet child. A bit wild, curious, and making everyone love her. She adores spending time outdoors, especially when it involves looking for dragons with uncle Charlie as Helena stayed with her in Romania for a couple of years. That being said, a good story can successfully keep her in one place for quite some time, too.

The older she was, the bolder she got – which is not bad, but it might be a bit dangerous when you live in the Dragon Sanctuary. Helena also started worrying if they’re not too much of a trouble for Charlie. Of course, Charlie insisted that he loves having them both around, but the problem eventually solved itself (kind of) when Helena decided to go back to London to take over her grandparents’ bakery.

Luckily, it’s the wizarding world we’re talking about, so they still visit Romania quite frequently.

As much as Patsy loves uncle Charlie, uncle J has to be her favourite person. And let me tell you, Jacob is terrible with Patsy. He spoils her unashamedly, and she’s the apple of his eye. Helena sometimes thinks that he’s trying to compensate for the time he couldn’t spend with her. Also, Patsy is the reason why he finally successfully quits smoking.

Rakepick is not much better, to be honest. She’s basically the softest version of herself with Patsy. She’s surprisingly good at calming the girl, too.

As for Helena, she usually tries to be a bit stricter voice of reason, but at the end of the day, she’s a laid-back mum. Maybe a little overprotective... But even though Patsy seemingly makes everything more chaotic, she also brings peace to Helena’s life.

I mentioned once that Helena’s Patronus might change in the future, and I think that it’s a good moment to mention that – because it’d actually change into a Unicorn. One of the reasons for that is because horses are associated with independence. I think of Helena as a pretty independent person in general, but I imagine she’d really embrace it in the future. But the second reason is that a unicorn is Scotland’s animal – and Patsy is from Scotland after all!

Patsy’s connection to Scotland is one of few known things as her past remains hard to track. Still, her new family tries to preserve at least this, so they often visit Scotland, teach Patsy about Scottish culture, and I can see Jacob wearing a kilt on special occasions.

Also, one of the reasons Helena gets together with Jae eventually is actually Patsy because those two get along really well.

I’m still figuring out the exact timeline, but I’d say Patsy was found by Mary Smith when she was about 6 months old, and Helena adopted her in 2000.

I’m purposefully omitting her appearance because I’d like to draw her someday, and I want it to be a surprise 😄

Blood of Silvers: The Beginning

She was badly injured. The arrow in her back hurt. But that was nothing compared to the painful regret of the horrible sin she committed only a few hours ago.

Adelaide Inkwell, Queen Mother of Lumaria has run away with a baby girl, barely a month old. She is injured, and in tears, remembering the crime she committed the previous night. But what happened?

I finally did it. I finally did SOMETHING for the Baahubali AU. I'm not gonna do a full written story AU, I'm just going to draw some key moments, because if I write, I'll just wind up copy-pasting the movie script. I may write a couple things in the middle if I want, like maybe my favourite parts of the movie?

This AU is based on 2 Indian movies, Baahubali: The Beginning, and Baahubali: The Conclusion.

For the purposes of this HPHM x Baahubali AU, I'll call it Blood of Silvers. I... I really don't have any more bright ideas.

And I have also been adviced to not base this AU in India much, so I'm just setting it in a fictional country with fictional rules and random clothing fashions etc.

Behold, Ben and Ismelda's kids

I've had Artemis and Apollo's designs in my head for well over two years now?? I had always planned on including an adopted third child which resulted in Astraeus, as being the basic bitch that I am, I wanted to give them a sun/moon/star motif.

As a whole:

They were born in 1997. Apollo and Artemis were born in June, while Astraeus was born that following September.

They created their masks out of Magic for aesthetic reasons. They're used primarily for communication and spying if needed.

The three of them operate a little business that can range from acquiring certain items to completing homework for a price. The higher the desired grade, the higher the fee.

All of them can use Vytarian Magic but aren't dual-enrolled at the academy.

His birth parents were Death Eaters that only had him out of necessity to continue the bloodline, and didn't care much for him or each other. Following their deaths at the Battle of Hogwarts, Astraeus was adopted by Ben and Ismelda, who also gave him his current name.

He's fully aware of his heritage, but considers the Coppers to be his true family.

He doesn't like his eyes because it reminds him of his birth parents, having seen photos of them before. The masks were created for this reason.

Artemis and Apollo wear their own masks as a show of support.

Likes to sketch and sculpt as a hobby.

Uses his Gravity Magic to prank classmates.

Older child. In appearance, she is similar to her mother, but in character is more like her father. Cheerful and brave. Loves Quidditch and her best friend/cousin Victoire Weasley the most.

Christian (Chris) Weasley (b. 9/21/2003)

Youngest child. Looks like a copy of his father, but the character is more like his uncle Jacob. Gifted in potions and a born Legilimens. His abilities are much stronger than those of a mother, therefore he prefers loneliness and mistakenly seems unsociable.
