what are your thoughts on gender?

does it shape identity, or does identity shape gender, or??

i dont know dick from balls about anything really but imo gender is all social conditioning or really more like your lived experiences of that socialization, like a feral cat into a domestic one. we're born and we grow and for some people it really makes sense to be treated as a certain binary """"gender""" and it feels right and good, and it shapes you into a person that it feels good for you to be . but for others it's not what they need and it can be rejected. your personality it the same. you grow up into a world where certain things are expected of you, and then if it doesn't feel like that fits and your mind knows something else is true, it's a very noticeably strange feeling. as a chicken or egg question i have no idea which one shapes the other, and i feel like if it's either/or, then one is implied to be a REAL CORE thing, IMMUTABLE, and the other is one of its many shoots or branches that may be nourished and grow visible. but neither are fundamental truths.

we have centuries upon millennia of social expectations when it comes to gender. through that entire time it has changed immensely over and over forever AND builds upon the ruins and cities of itself, and it always will. but to some, the gender expectations we have now seem immutable. it changes very slowly and it's (mostly arbitrarily?) connected to biological sex (which is also not as immutably binary as most ppl seem to believe?) so people think oh we understand that men like sports and fighting and being distant and girls like shopping and being clingy and kissing each other for attention from boys and that's how it is :) 👍

but nothing is just how it is with gender and it doesn't have to be. anything and everything can change. and i wish sometimes personally that the whole shabang never existed .

Mit jelent a ;-3 és ;-F?

ezek emojik akarnak / akartak lenni. régen ez egy társblog volt, amit közösen gründoltunk :-3-vel. én lennék :-f. a hashtagbe raktuk a megfelelő ikont, hogy jelöljük, ki írta az adott poszt. azóta csak én vagyok, szóval :-3 már nincs. hacsak nem hivatkozom :-3-re valamelyik posztban, de azóta :-3-t több emberre is kiterjesztettem. univerzálisan elmondható, hogy :-3 = barátnő; :-f = én.

ezt most én írtam (ki más), szóval a hashtagben :-f van
