GOTCHA BITCH!!!!!
SHEEP: DESTROYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🔥🔪🔥🔪🔥🔪
genuinely the hardest stage in the game to-date on the global server. we didn't even get the event and banner beforehand that would have made this more do-able, like the CN server originally did. :') hypergryph i am approaching your office at a rapid pace (in mine.craft).
wait this is my selfship blog uhhhhhh ren would celebrate with me!!! after a week of work, i did it with one day to spare, and he's so proud of my perseverance! and then once the high wore off, we'd pull out his phone and see if we could replicate it on his account. 🤪🤪🤪
(if anyone plays, i'm Ro#6367 <3 and you can see my ops here 💕 i'd be happy to switch out my supports if you need someone specific!)
also i just noticed myrtle's redeploy time in the one screenshot is 6.9 seconds... nice.

I’m back! Did you missed me? Do you even remember me? lol, I started another job recently and I completely lost track of your story, it’s m 4:55 am rn but I wanted to catch up, and…. I’m at a loss of words
First, are you alright girly? I saw your other post about your partner and I hope you’re okay, and just keep in mind that if they don’t like you just the way your are then they do NOT deserve you at all!! Don’t let IRL Hailey’s (lol) ruin your life! You deserve only the best
Now, for the chapters. Ugh! Both of the baby shower chapters are so fun hahah, you keep putting the ooc tag but i don’t think you give yourself the credit, you are one of the few people in this app that can truly incorporate the essence of each character with your story and your own original characters and without them losing their personal quirks. Also in the talk of original characters,,, what a twist! I didn’t expect Hillary Clinton over there to be such a CUNT! Haha, it’s my fault for always expecting more of men but what else do we do? They’re just here to disappoint us every time (except Pete ofc), but I’m glad he’s out of the picture -romantically-, I want to know more about what happens with him after!
I need to keep telling you about everything I think about your story but I’m falling asleep as I’m writing this so expect another message from me (and another song rec, I’ve missed talking to you) in a couple of hours lmao, love you so much sweetheart 🫶🏻
i have missed you so much my love it is actually borderline insane! like there are several “regulars” i look for in my notifications and whenever i see one of your blog names pop up the serotonin goes bonkers. congrats on the new job bestie, i hope you’re enjoying it and that it is treating you well! while i love the commitment to be caught up please get some sleep bestie poo you need it but also…did i knock your socks off??
i am completely delusional and i’m trying to gaslight myself into thinking things could be worse (because like they could) but due to circumstances i’m financially dependent on my partner so ya girls kinda stuck but its okay because i have aiekoy, my internet besties and the power of delusion so fuck it we ball!
so glad you loved them, i think we all just needed a nice little break from all the angst and i feel like the baby shower chapters were perfect. stawwph i will cry! it is so hard to write for the bear characters there’ll all so complex but i do my best where i can, i mainly started tagging ooc because i got an anon about how horrible aiekoy was because everyone’s ooc and i just don’t have the mental fortitude to deal with that ever again lol. HILARY CLINTON HAS ME GAGGED 😭 no but it was so fun writing that sassy little bitch, because things were outlined entirely differently like baby and hannah was supposed to have like a whole fwb thing going on only for the sole purpose of jealous carmy but i just want to write happy barby together already so bad that we just speed ran hugo’s demise. we will def see him soon so don’t you worry!
good get some sleep you need it to function!! another message and song rec ugh you spoil me! can’t wait to chat with you again lovie have a great day/night 🫶🏽🤍

NO SOFT LAUNCH: FORMULA ONE DRIVER YUKI TSUNODA GETS SUDDEN SHOCK AS GIRLFRIEND’S INSTAGRAM HACKED – WHO IS Y/N L/N?
Twitter was sent into a frenzy on Sunday, as AlphaTauri driver Yuki Tsunoda sneakily revealed during his post-race interview that his previously-unknown beau was in attendance at the Miami GP!
Tsunoda has been notoriously quiet about his private life, leaving fans stunned at the seemingly out-of-nowhere revelation. The Internet quickly began to scour for the unknown woman online, however with what little information they had, quickly turned up empty. Though, the commotion evidently attracted the attention of the team at AlphaTauri themselves. On Monday, their official Instagram account uploaded a post commemorating the weekend, in which Tsunoda’s girlfriend was also featured.

Eagle-eyed fans may have noted that both Yuki Tsunoda and the AlphaTauri Instagram account were both cheekily interacting with a private account. Soon, rumours were flying that this account was indeed run by Tsunoda’s girlfriend. As seen above, a quick look reveals that numerous Formula 1 drivers including Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, Daniel Ricciardo, and Tsunoda himself, are following the account.
Some were not so convinced, however. Fans were also quick to question the account’s authenticity, with some expressing doubts on whether the account owner was even the alleged girlfriend herself.  However, these rumours were soon revealed to be true. On Tuesday, the account – which had previously been private with little over 300 followers – mysteriously became public. Fans immediately flocked to the account, taking to Twitter and Instagram to report their findings. With her most recent post being a dedication to her boyfriend and her time “in miamiiiiii with my boyyyyyy”, there is little doubt that the account’s owner – whom we can now confirm is Y/N L/N – is in fact the Japanese driver’s girlfriend!

The reason for the account’s sudden change in privacy is unknown, though some theorise that the account was hacked, perhaps by an extremely dedicated fan. Daily Mail has reached out to Tsunoda, AlphaTauri, and Y/N L/N herself for comment.

Rainbow Anon~
Hewwo, I don't usually ask these types of requests but, I'm kinda bummed out rn n could use some hurt/comfort content if that's oki ;-;
I was hoping to request, Kaeya, Xiao, and Venti (separately ofc) with a s/o that came home earlier from a dinner party bc some drunk family member groped them? It doesn't need to be too detailed obviously but, I'd appreciate some comfort hhhh ;v;'
Oh geez
I'm sorry that happened, that's disgusting. Are you okay? I'm here for you if you need to talk about it
TW; Harassment
Kaeya
Can tell as soon as you come inside that something is wrong
Will try to lighten the mood by flirting since he knows if usually makes you smile
but when it doesn't work his smile falls
He gets serious
He makes sure you're okay first and foremost
and when you tell him what happened the room gets icy
Regardless though he puts on a smile for you even though it's fake
you can tell he's pissed
drunk or not that's fucked up
but he helps you get comfortable
and seeing as you left before you could eat
he knows you're probably hungry
tells you he's going to swing by Good Hunter for dinner
He asks you what you want then he steps out
He has to have a small friendly chat with someone
and he'll ask Sara to throw some dessert in with your dinner
-
Xiao
He knows something is wrong long before you even come home
in fact as soon as you left he had a bad feeling
at first he thought that it was danger on the way so he cleared the path for you while were getting ready
but when you come back early and are visibly shaken
he's already on guard
when you tell him what happened, he's fuming but doesn't outwardly show it
he's not quite sure how to help you
but he holds you until you calm down
won't confront him directly like Kaeya
but will opt for scaring him shitless if permitted
will stay with you until he's certain you're okay
you're his top priority after all
next time will probably follow you from the shadows
and will not hesitate to intervene
-
Venti
greets you with a happy smile as he always does
pats the spot next to him
he knew you had stuff to do with your family
didn't know you would back this early so he assumes he lost track of time
when he notices your demeanour though he frowns slightly
pokes at your face trying to get you to smile and asks what's wrong
when you tell him, his lyre is forgotten and he looks you over to make sure he didn't hurt you while he was at it
won't confront him
but will do everything in his power to comfort you, distract you, whatever you need
he's very understanding and sweet about it
will go with you next time solely to keep him away from you
maybe even chat up your family and out his ass so everyone's mad at him
does that thing where he glares but when you look over at him he's back to being :3

Believe It, Baby
AHH HELLO I LIVE!! I am so sorry about my lack of publishing content besides some general community posts as of late - I’ve probably said this before but school is a buttface sometimes :// I’ve been really enjoying the new episodes of Haikyuu so I decided to finish a self indulgent fic to try getting back on track! Kinda like how it worked out so here it is!! Yes, it is Hinata again, how did you freaking know???
Pairing: Hinata Shoyo x Fem!Reader
Words: 2122
*******
“I don’t believe it for a damn second.”
The ginger under scrutiny groans for what seemed the eighth time that day, shooting his friend an exasperated look as they walk into the practice gym. “I swear, Kageyama! She’s in the college preparatory class with Yachi!”
At this, said blonde turns her attention to the entering duo with a curious tilt of her head.
“What’s this about someone in my class?” she inquires politely.
Kageyama glances at Yachi. “Hinata says that he’s dating one of your classmates, which I say is a bunch of crap.”
“How many times do I have to tell you, Bakageyama? I’m her boyfriend!”
Tsukishima scoffs from across the gym.
“Sounds like someone had too vivid of a dream last night,” he jeers, Yamaguchi snickering beside him.
Even Tanaka and Noya doesn’t seem to believe the aspiring ace, the former clapping a hand on Hinata’s shoulder with a philosopher’s air about him.
“It’s alright to be single, little man. You don’t gotta go and make something up to look cool.”
Hinata huffs before shuffling to set up the court for practice, while Sugawara takes his position as mother crow by smacking the troublemaker second years upside the head.
“I for one believe you, Hinata,” the silver haired setter declares, smiling when the first year boy beams with happiness.
“Thank you, Suga-senpai! At least someone here does.”
“Mind telling us what she’s like?” Daichi chimes in.
Hinata’s grin blossoms even wider, and his gaze turns excited. “She’s amazing, and really smart, and super competitive! And she’s...also really pretty…” he trails off in embarrassment.
Suga gushes at his flustered state, ruffling his kouhai’s mop of orange hair. “Look at you, all affectionate. She must be special.”
Yachi follows up with a nod of agreement at Sugawara’s statement, joining Hinata on the court for set up.
“If you don’t mind me asking, what’s her name?” the manager in training questions.
When the middle blocker tells her proudly, the remaining first year boys all bust out in laughter.
“Yeah, I’ll believe it when I see it,” Yamaguchi guffaws. “Isn’t she like one of the smartest students in our grade?”
Hinata nods affirmatively, and Tsukishima shakes his head with a dry laugh. “Try picking a more believable person next time, Hinata. There’s barely even a chance that you’ve ever crossed paths with her before, let alone dated the girl.”
Yachi, on the other hand, takes a moment to ponder on Hinata’s words, not even close to giggling like the rest of her fellow first years.
“You know,” she mumbles to herself, “that’s honestly not that far of a stretch, considering how outgoing she is.”
The orange haired boy offers her a weary half-smile for at least thinking he had a shot with who he claimed, but made no further attempt to emphasize that he was in fact dating said girl. It was clear that nearly none of the team would believe him without solid proof.
Coach Ukai grabs the team’s attention, and from then on leads a rotation of digging drills to help improve everyone’s foundational abilities. This format of training continues for most of practice, such routines making it easier for some of the boys (namely Tsukishima) to laugh about Hinata’s “attempt'' at having a girlfriend in line. Said middle blocker remains in a pouty mood due to such circumstances, but decides to keep it quiet for the time being - lest he dig a bigger hole in which his teammates could tease him.
Soon enough, practice for the day is over, and the Karasuno boys organize their things in the club room before filtering outside. As Hinata waits outside for the rest of his team to come downstairs, the whole team planning on making a stop at Ukai’s store, his phone screen lights up with a soft chime.
Hi sunshine! Did your practice just finish?
The first year smiles, knowing that you must have snuck him a text during your student council meeting, and quickly opens his phone to type something back.
Hi angel!! Yeah, we’re gonna get something at Ukai’s rn
Hinata playfully raises an eyebrow at your fast response, the chat bubble popping up right away. Usually you’re pretty invested in your club meetings, so today’s must be a pretty boring topic.
Wanna save me a meat bun pretty please 🥺
If there’s an extra I will <3
:D hehe thank u love
Tanaka’s voice breaks the ginger’s focus from his texts, the second year shouting about food as he ushers the team towards the school exit. Hinata tosses his phone into his practice bag and catches up with the walking group, his mood significantly improved from just minutes ago.
*****
The town is basked in the soft glow of street lights as the team makes their way down the hill to Ukai’s, currently unaware of a presence in a sprint to get to them.
Your fellow Student Council members had shot a bewildered look in your direction as you scrambled to pack up and hustle out the classroom door. You ushered a quick goodbye to them before stuffing your phone in your skirt pocket, determined to surprise your boyfriend after the council meeting ended early.
Maybe you were starting to regret the idea of running in the god-awful flats Karasuno High enforced in their dress code, but you pushed past the irritation in favor of keeping pace. That meat bun wouldn’t stay hot forever, you reasoned, but in reality the opportunity to see your shining boyfriend truly drove your motivation.
After finally getting a glimpse of a large group near the base of the hill, a spark of victory flames in your heaving chest at your persistence. With a heavy sigh, however, you realize that your competitive ball of energy was likely at the head of the bunch, racing that setter with whom he always argues. Your plight was not over yet.
So, attempting to reign in your eagerness to see the ginger haired boy of your affections, you continue the path down the quite steep hill, this time using the art of determined speed walking. The soles of those forsaken flats on your feet would not be forgiving if you started running again, anyways.
When you finally manage to close in on the team, Sugawara is the first to notice you, observing for a moment before nudging Daichi on his right. The Karasuno captain looks confusedly at his vice captain, the latter’s eyes holding a parent-like intuition.
“I think that’s her,” the silver haired third year murmurs, nodding his head in your direction as you make your way closer.
“Who’s her?” Daichi whispers back, and Suga looks like he’s about to karate chop him in the side.
“Hinata’s girlfriend, Dai!” he hisses. “Look at who she’s focused on.”
Daichi follows your gaze to find the little decoy first year at the end of it, causing him to raise an eyebrow in surprise. “So he really wasn’t pulling Kageyama’s leg.”
The two third years of Karasuno watch you with great interest as you inch your way to the front of their group, more of the boys taking note of your presence with the passing moments.
The only few who don’t seem to notice are the gaggle of first years in the front, many of whom are bickering with each other. Yachi is the only one in your grade to see you as she walks beside Kiyoko, and you give her a small wave before putting a finger to your lips. All she can do in response is nod, mouth slightly agape at the fact that you even acknowledged her in the midst of your pursuits.
“-If there’s an extra bun in the bag today I call dibs!”
“And since when have I ever listened to you, pipsqueak?”
“Who’re you calling pipsqueak, you giraffe!?”
You have to conceal your chuckle at the group’s antics. You’d been told a handful about the first years known as Hinata’s teammates, but had yet to formally meet them due to your consistently busy schedule. Today, you felt it was about time for that to change.
Yamaguchi picks up on you, followed quickly by Tsukkishima when his freckle-faced best friend notifies him with a tap on the shoulder. Even Kageyama, who somehow managed to get into yet another argument with Hinata, slows his banter as he gazes at you, completely bewildered.
The last person left in the dark is - of course - none other than your dumbass of a boyfriend.
“Why did you get so quiet all of a sudden?” the aspiring ace inquires. “It’s ‘cause you realized that I would win the argument anyways, huh?”
The boy jumps when he feels you sidle up next to him, brushing your arm against his own.
“Yes, sunshine, that’s surely the reason.”
The first year whips his head to face your playful smirk, before practically launching himself into you and trapping you in a bear hug.
“You surprised me!” he exclaims with a giddish grin, nuzzling into your figure.
“That was kind of my plan,” you laugh. “Student council meeting ended early, so here I am.”
Hinata didn’t seem to want to let go of you any time soon, so you resorted to taking his face in your hands and pecking his cheeks.
“You gonna introduce me or not, silly?”
The middle blocker was blushing like crazy at this point, reddening with the realization that his entire team was a current audience to the little show taking place.
“Guys, this is my girlfriend,” he gestures to you awkwardly, and you couldn’t hide the small smile that curls on your lips. “You’ve probably seen her with the Student Council before.”
You wave enthusiastically to the team, many of whom are still recovering from the newly confirmed discovery (namely, some very skeptical first years).
“So, he wasn’t joking?” Yamaguchi spoke up, eyes wide with disbelief.
“Aw yeah, Hinata!” Tanaka whistled, “Sorry that I ever underestimated you!”
“Good job, Shoyo!” Nishinoya affirms, jumping on his second year best friend in excitement. “She’s a cutie too!”
The first year squeezes your midsection tighter to your surprise, seeing as his face was practically steaming from previous team comments.
“She is cute,” he mumbles, and the unexpected statement elicits a laugh from your lips.
You tap the ginger’s nose playfully, bringing his attention to your content smile. The sight of it causes him to grin right back giddily, momentarily forgetting the larger group beside him once more. “Saved me a meat bun, Sho?”
He was like this whenever at the other’s house or on a date: mushy, cuddly, affectionate, the whole nine yards of fluffiness. Public spaces involving acquaintances, however, was a bit of a different story, as Hinata got very easily flustered in front of teasing friends. Even without meeting the other team members of Karasuno before, it was quite obvious.
“I always manage to when you ask,” he responds proudly, although a faint frown briefly appears on his features for a moment, “but Tsukishima’s being a bit of a jerk about it today.”
The blond in question sends his fellow middle blocker a look of annoyance, before his expression melts into a cheshire grin as he turns to you.
“Just didn’t want him eating too much, that’s all,” he explains. “Overindulgence isn’t a great habit for athletes, you know. But since you’re actually here and not a figment of Hinata’s imagination, that’s absolutely fine with me.”
“Hey! You saying I’m a pig or something?” the first year pipes up with a glare.
Tsukki smirks. “Or something.”
Sugawara steps in to lessen the obvious tensions between your feral ginger and the smug beanpole, giving them both a deathly glare that practically screamed, ‘don’t make me whoop your asses in front of a student council member’.
You giggled at the team’s dynamic, one that clearly resembled a rambunctious family on their nightly outing together. It really was just as you had imagined the first time your boyfriend described it to you - with maybe a bit more emphasis on the rambunctious than you had previously inferred. But it was actually quite enjoyable to be around.
As the group finally started on their way again after your surprise introduction, Hinata came up beside you once more with a curious glint in his eyes.
“What are you smiling all giddishly about?” he inquires, head tilted a fraction.
You can’t help but chuckle a bit at the question. “I just really enjoy being around your team is all.”
The aspiring ace of Karasuno interlocks his fingers with yours as you stroll along together down the street, his teammates in tow as they observe the situation before them with some remaining bewilderment.
“Good, cause I think they might like you too.”

September 2020 Free Content: "Ampu-Chic" by Michelle F. Goddard
There is a line. Not perhaps written on the floor plans but just as indelible. I sit on that line in the one stray chair, orphan now to both sides. I’ve been here at the clinic for over two hours, riding the line, like I do with everything, walking that narrow path and thinking that will keep me safe.
One foot rests on blue and white check linoleum that exudes a strong ammonia smell. This waiting area is designated for the ‘economically aided types.’ The EATs sit in their metal-framed navy upholstered chairs, reading out-of-date magazines, wiping their sniffling noses, and nursing the occasional cast worn by shabbily dressed children next to pinched-faced mothers. Seniors linger with the patience of those resigned to have no choice but to wait, idly knitting or staring off into space, while they stifle coughs into worn handkerchiefs. I cradle my poorly bandaged wrist as it throbs, but I’m not one of them.
My other foot rests on an exotic wood floor, the one wholly natural thing in the area. It’s buffed to a shine that almost reflects my pain etched face back at me. This lounge is more café than clinic.  Clients, not patients, sit in plush armchairs perusing e-magazines and books, or gather to gossip or check out the latest digital feed. A computer terminal displaying a very upscale homepage and an electronic bulletin board flashes with advertisements about new style yoga and recipes for ‘The Enhanced.’ One woman taps with a cyber-digit that sprouts from her nail and extends to a stylus point, downloading class times into her calendar.
Unlike me, I don’t think any of them are desperate to see a doctor. They seem pleased enough to chat with the cheerful brunette nurse as the red-headed one collates client data directly through her e-junkt, an implant alteration that links directly to the data stream. I had noticed the minute hole, a dark glittering spot positioned discreetly below her left ear, when I first arrived. Now, a spider-silk wire connects her to her workstation.
A girl with a pierced nose leans against one of the nearby terminal kiosks, chin in one hand as the other guides a mouse. The girl stands with her hip cocked so hard it looks like it doesn’t belong to her, like it’s already Enhanced. Probably mimicking the latest model pose from an advert. On the screen, a model struts with a herky-jerky motion up a catwalk and then poses in a stance impossible for only the most devout masochistic yogi. The audience rises to their feet applauding as she Clydesdale-clomps off the stage. The girl’s gaze slides away from the screen toward me. I don’t look away fast enough. Shit.
She nods her chin in the general direction of my arm. “In here for a tweak?”
“Just a sprain” I say. I give her my best dismissive half-smile, hoping she gets the hint.
“Sprain?” the girl asks. She stares at me, delight and horror flicker like a strobe across her face. Is she tasting the macabre, swishing it around in her mouth and deciding whether or not to swallow?  My gaze flits over the girl, taking in every detail. Early teens. Even the black clothes with their pre-worn and pre-ripped stamp of street-legit history, dark lips and night-clubbing raccoon eye make-up, isn’t enough to hide that. And by the sound of that slight lisp, she has a new tongue piercing. I listen and catch the tell-tale clickity-click the newly adorned always make when playing with the stud. “So, it’s not Enhanced?”
I pretend not to hear as I stare down at my arm. My fingers delicately explore the muscles and tendons hidden beneath my desperate one-handed bandaging. Certainly a break would be more painful but what if it’s a fracture? Days of healing, hours of work delayed; the calculations run through my brain. A sprain. Please let it be just a sprain.
“What were you doing when you hurt it?” the girl asks loud enough that I would have to be deaf and sitting in another district not to hear.
“Working.” I adjust my posture to give my left butt cheek a chance to get the feeling back into it. Tucking my arm tight against my chest, I re-cross my legs, completely turning my body away from the girl in my ‘do not disturb’ posture.
“Working how,” the girl says. Again she uses that impossible-to-feign-deafness volume.
My vibrating cell rescues me. I retrieve it from my jacket pocket and read the text. It is terse and terminal. Deadline can’t be moved. Please confirm installation is on track. I can barely hold my phone and I’m supposed to finish the sculpture? My fingers freeze, suspended over the keypad. I put it away without answering. I can’t give them any answer. I can’t know for sure. Not until I see a doctor.
“What kind of job uses no Enhancements,” the girl says.
An older nurse passes me, the gentle hiss of her hydraulics accompanying her gait. “That’s enough questions from you,” she says. The girl makes a face but then continues to scroll down the page, watching it through half-lidded eyes that seem to drift as if pulled by a magnet in my direction.
“Excuse me?” I say, waving at the nurse. “Hello?” Her name tag says Sinclair RN. Sinclair has been back and forth all morning seeing to the EATs, escorting them into examination rooms and in some cases, wheeling them through the large double doors that lead out into the hall and to the elevators for lab work. She has been diligent and efficient, and I hate to bother her, but I do. “Nurse Sinclair? I’ve been waiting quite a while. I was wondering—”
“We’ll be right with you,” Nurse Sinclair says not breaking stride.
It is not the first time I’ve heard this. The two younger nurses at reception have both uttered the same. Sinclair stops in front of a heavy-set senior. After a few words, she gingerly helps him to his feet. Her Enhanced legs hold most of his weight as she guides him across the linoleum. “Janelle,” Sinclair says, summoning the brunette with a wave. Janelle pushes a wheelchair to her, wrinkling her nose as the elderly man is lowered into the chair. She wheels him away down the hall as if he’s on fire.
Sinclair slips behind the desk and calls up something on the terminal. With a nod in my direction, she walks across the wood floor, her thick soled nurse’s shoes making no sound at all. “Ms. Taylor?”
“Yes,” I say jerking to my feet. I jostle my wrist in my eagerness, unable to quell the wince and hiss of pain.
Sinclair takes my wrist in a firm grip. Her ministrations send me jerking out of her grasp. “That hurts?” the nurse asks. I nod my head, pain robbing me of speech. The throbbing in my wrist sends tendrils of fire up my arm and into a spot deep in my shoulder. Not for the first time this long morning I think, I should have let that sculpture fall.
“No wonder you’re not in the system. I assumed when you walked in that you were Enhanced.” She releases my wrist and folds her arms over her stomach as she squares her shoulders and pulls herself up tall. “But painful as this is, it is also a wonderful opportunity. I’m sure you’re considering Enhancements.”
“It’s just a sprain.”
“I know the accepted belief is that a break is best for the alteration. The shock helps the ‘Enhancement’ to take. But really a sprain like this would do just fine. After all, ‘Enhancements; The Last Pain You’ll Ever Feel’.”
“No. I mean it’s just a sprain.” I ease my arm forward, revealing more of my poorly wrapped bandage around my wrist. “I just need a doctor to have a look. Maybe put my wrist in a temporary cast, perhaps a prescription for pain-killers...”
Sinclair stares, shock and disbelief flashing on her face before her considerable discipline schools it back into its usual blank pleasantness. “You are not registered as an EAT.” I shake my head. Sinclair glances back toward the main desk. She takes my wrist and more gently this time examines it. “Yes, this is just a sprain. A bad sprain,” she says as I moan. “Nothing broken. That’s some good news.”
“I’ve been waiting a long time and I really have to get back to work.”
Sinclair sighs heavily. “I’m sorry, but you will have to be patient.” Sinclair shakes her head. “You know it’s a shame. A minor cybernetic alteration with a minute introduction of nano-bots would have already fixed this right up for you. It really is the way of the future. I couldn’t do my job without it.”
And I can’t do my job with it. But I say nothing. I’ve had this argument before, and pain and desperation won’t make my debating skills any better.
The girl sneers at my bandaged wrist. “What. Can’t afford it?”
“Enough of that, young lady,” Sinclair says to the girl. “If you can’t be civil, you can’t be here.” She rests her hand on the girl’s back and guides her away from me and toward the main doors. The girl slouches out of the clinic, shoulders hunched, boot heels slapping against the floor.
Most of the people have come and gone. Even the EATs were rushed through as if poverty is contagious and the staff has to minimize exposure. The only exception other than me is an elderly East Indian woman. She sits across from me, on the same invisible line separating the waiting rooms. She has been there since I arrived, walking around the room, checking out billboards and the computer, sitting amicably, watching people coming and going with a simple placid smile on her face, her wrinkles making her eyes into bright emeralds that glitter within the coppery tissue-paper folds of her face.
She’s dressed in a simple yet elegant Selwar Kameez. The soft, blue silk tunic and pants are plain, but she has a tasteful and intricately embroidered scarf in the same blue silk, thrown back across her neck. Her grey hair has a few black strands and is swept back into a long braid that shows elegant jewelry dangling from her ears. She does not appear to be in pain, but if she were here for a checkup, surely she would have been seen to by now. So, what is she doing here?
I abandon the pale distraction of my curiosity. I cross my legs, rest my forearm gently on my raised knee and examine my wrist. I carefully open and close my fingers, but even that little feat sends another wave of bright pain radiating up my arm, making me hiss and grimace. My uninjured hand closes in a fist that is sure to leave little half moon indentations in my palm.
The red-headed nurse looks over at me with one of those smiles that isn’t really a smile. She tilts her head in a practiced sympathetic manner. “Thank you so much for your patience.” I nod with a stiff smile to hide my surprise. What. Are they telepathic? Does she have some sort of antennae linked into the e-junkt at the base of her neck that gauges the patience of their patients? Increase in heartbeat, perspiration, something that tracks your eye movements? Rates of eye-rolls per second? I’m trying to keep my sense of humor, but the thought sort of creeps me out.
I flinch at a shadow and the feeling of someone too close. I look up to see the wrinkled, smiling face of the old Indian woman. She is standing right beside me.
“May I?” she asks.
I barely acknowledge her before she sits down, but I force myself not to show the irritation I’m feeling. It’s not her fault I’m in pain and miserable and freaking out a little bit. The smell is getting to me. I have run out of sitting positions for my poor numb behind and pacing isn’t any more comfortable, especially because I have to keep my wrist immobile.
“My name is Dharma,” the old woman says. “You’re Veronica Taylor, aren’t you? The artist?”
I jerk back, surprised that this woman would know who I am or care. A buzz of conversation blooms in the area around the desk, behind raised hands and into eager ears. The brunette nudges the redhead as she stares at me. “I told you so, Monique. That sculpture in the midtown mall. The big one. Right at the entrance. That’s yours,” she says.
“Well not anymore, of course,” I say trying to interject a little levity as those in the clinic turn and stare at me. Sinclair joins them at the desk, her blank gaze flitting between us.
“People pay a lot of money to buy her work,” Janelle says to the nurses. She turns to me. “And is it true you do everything by hand. Real hands?”
I rise from my chair and approach the desk, preferring more discretion. I can feel the eyes of everyone near the desk on me watching me like I’m a dangerous animal. A fully natural animal. I could be capable of anything.  I was tempted to growl just to see what would happen. Someone might actually scream. Instead, I stay civil. “Well, yes, that’s the point, isn’t it? That’s what they’re buying.”
Janelle leans across the desk. “There’s some controversy about that isn’t there? The whole organic versus cybernetic. Where does the art lie? That whole debate.”
“I just make sculptures. I leave politics to other people.”
“But can anyone really do that?” Janelle asks.
Sinclair smiles a tight line of skepticism under narrowed eyes.  I doubt she’ll ever check the inscription on the mid-town mall scultpure. Even if she did, she probably wouldn’t believe that I’m the sculptor. It would be hard to envision this unassuming woman the soul behind that monstrosity. It’s even harder to believe that anyone would choose not to be ‘Enhanced.’
“You really should have told us who you were when you first came in,” Monique says. “We might have been able to do something about the queue. But as it is, our hands are tied.” She glances down at my wrist and makes a face. “Sorry.” Monique shrugs, a soft movement of her shoulders used to smooth over difficult matters. Me, being the difficult matter.
“Thought it was first come, first serve for walk-ins. I mean it’s not like I staggered in here having a heart attack.”
“Heart attack. Oh you’re funny too,” Monique says with the appropriate giggle, socially defined by pitch and duration. “Would you like a coffee?”
“I would really like to see the doctor so that I can get back to work.”
“Of course, of course,” Monique says. “While we’re waiting, we can fill out some forms—”
“I’ve already done that—”
“Then you can give us your credit card, and we’ll calculate your installments.” Monique sits at her computer and readies her fingers over the keyboard.
“I’ll be paying in a cash-transfer,” I say.
Monique cocks her head to one side. “Perhaps you should check our rates, before you…” She leaves the implication dangling, her eyes subtly measuring me up against what must be the exorbitant sum on the screen in front of her.
“I’ll be fine,” I say, matching her tone for tone and enjoying the subtle lift of her eyebrows.
I head back to my chair that straddles two worlds. Show no fear. This is a game of poker. Monique is used to people who have nothing in their hand. Nothing in their hand. The bitter irony is not lost on me as I pull my arm tighter into my body. Ahead, Dharma sits smiling up at me. I change trajectory to the chair across from her. I try to get comfortable shifting from one cheek to the other as I uncross and cross my legs. Again.
Unfortunately, like the teenager earlier, the old woman does not get the hint either. “I’m sorry,” she says sitting down beside me. “I didn’t mean to make this uncomfortable.”
I hold out my wrist. “Something beat you to it.”
“I think I can help you with that.”
“You a doctor?”
My phone rings. A call this time. “Excuse me.” I retrieve my cell from my pocket as I shoulder my way through the main door. I listen to the message. No text to misunderstand its meaning. The tone is clear. I have to give them an answer. I turn to the door to find Nurse Sinclair staring at me from the other side. She slips through. “Can the doctor see me now?”
She shakes her head. “I’m sorry, but he won’t be able to see you today.” Her gaze flickers over her shoulder. Through the transparent glass I see the young nurses laughing with a client, as they have been doing for most of my time in the waiting room, leaving the real work to the capable and dedicated Nurse Sinclair.
“Can you help me?” I ask. “Please.”
“It’s against the rules. There are procedures.”
“Anything you can do. Anything. I’ll pay.” She pulls at her lip. I reach for my i-dent card. “I’d have to pay anyway. I may as well pay you.”
“I might be able to, but you have to do exactly what I tell you.” She holds the door open for me.
“Of course,” I say rushing through the door.
Nurse Sinclair guides me back inside. She walks me past the waiting room and into an examination room. “You’ll have to wait here until I can see to you. You understand?” I nod. “You said you can do a cash transfer?”
Again, I nod. “What’s your bank information?”
Sinclair cocks an eyebrow. “They can trace that. You’ll have to send it to a blank account. You know what that is, don’t you?” I nod, desperation making my head move before reason can step in. “You’ll have to make the payment before I can help you, you understand that?” I nod and this time my head feels as if it isn’t mine, as if I’m nodding from habit, nodding in time with the heartbeat of pain in my wrist.
Sinclair slips from the room. I retrieve my phone. When I swipe it open, the committee’s text runs across the screen. My hand trembles, but I search for a place to make my deposit. I jump when the door opens and take a step back when Dharma rushes inside and closes the door behind her and locks it.
“What are you doing?”
“I was worried,” Dharma says. “I thought it was going to be the girl.”
“What about the girl?”
“We’ve heard of an unusual statistical anomaly at this clinic. A surprising number of emergency alterations, not full-blown Enhancements but then again not everyone can opt for that.”
“This is just a sprain. I’m being seen for a sprain. I’m sorry, but I don’t know what you’re talking about. And I don’t know you. You need to leave.”
“Yes. That’s true. You don’t know anyone here.”
Monique enters with a cup in her hand, steam rising lazily from it. She glares at Dharma. “What are you doing back here?”
“Washroom?” Dharma asks, flashing an innocent smile.
Monique shakes her head and rolls her eyes. She thrusts the drink in my direction.
“I said I didn’t want anything to drink,” I say.
“Nurse Sinclair wants you to drink this.” I stare at the cup. Monique purses her lips. “The sooner you drink, the sooner you can feel better.”
I reach for the cup, an automatic response. Dharma stumbles forward and jostles our hands. The cup tumbles. Some of the contents spray me. Most of it falls on the old woman. She cries out with pain as the liquid splashes on her bare arm and through the delicate fabric of her tunic. I see Monique shoot her a venomous look, quickly veiled, as she picks up the cup and hurries out the door. I hear her call for Janelle and a towel before the door swishes shut.
“Are you okay?” I ask Dharma. “What just happened?” Even through the darkness of her skin, I can see her arm beginning to redden. I wonder how bad the burns are beneath her tunic. “Shouldn’t you let someone see to you?”
“I’ll be fine once I get home,” the old woman says as she quickly sops up the liquid with her long neck scarf. “Please. I could use an escort home.” Dharma leans heavily on my shoulder as she holds the wet fabric from her skin. She stares up at me. “It’s not far.”
I hesitate, but there is something about Monique’s eagerness to return not with first-aid but with another drink that just pisses me off. I stare at her as she stands in the doorway and realize I want to leave. I’ve wanted to leave from the moment I stepped into this place. Up to this point I had tried reasoning it away as the nervousness of being in a strange doctor’s office or my eagerness to get back to the work. The fear that this injury may put a delay on my art that I can ill afford both financially and professionally. There are lots of logical reasons for this apprehension. Still, some part of me has been sounding a warning that has nothing to do with logic. “I have to go,” I say.
“Unfortunately, when you come back, you’ll have to join the queue again,” Monique says. ”And there is a risk that you might seriously injure that wrist without medical attention. I would not advise this, especially as the doctor is prepared to see you next.”
More lies.
“I’ll just have to take that risk,” I say as I link arms with Dharma. She takes my arm in a manner so gentle that at first I don’t even realize it’s my sprained wrist that she holds. At least it would be protected from the crowd as we walk together.
“And really,” I say, as we make our way slowly toward the glass sliding doors, “should you be serving such hot beverages? People have been known to sue over something like that.”
The doors slid shut behind us, and I feel the old woman begin to shake with laughter.
“That was brilliant. They probably couldn’t have you leave quick enough after that subtle threat.” The old woman cocks her head up at me and grins. “I’ll have to remember that for next time.”
Next time? Who is this woman?
“Though I probably shouldn’t show my face there for a while.”
We walk out of the clinic and onto the street arm in arm and in silence. My injured wrist has become suddenly warm. The painful tension has loosened. It must be the way I’m holding it, must be taking the pressure off the nerve.
“What happened in there?” I ask.
“You tell me. You have good instincts, don’t you?” Dharma says. “Not dulled by synthetics. Still something of the animal in you. Enough to know when something doesn’t smell right. Some people don’t like people like that. They’re threatened by it.”
I resist saying anything for another block but finally curiosity gets the better of me. “I’m nobody.”
“Really? Successful artist snubbing her nose at the status quo? Can’t have stories about successful naturals living off the grid,” Dharma answers good-naturedly while she tenderly changes the position of her brown hand wrapped around my wrist. “Living proof that there’s another way. Some would find that threatening.” Dharma sighs and pats my arm gently. Surprisingly, there is no pain. That morning, a touch like that, would have had me jumping out of my skin. “A way without Enhancements and nutritional supplements and continual maintenance and built in obsolescence?” She grins, her eyes narrowing as she re-grips my arm, further up this time. “No, can’t have that at all.”
“What are you saying?” I ask. I try to laugh but it sounds a little too tight. “What could they do about it?” The warmth in my forearm increases. I’m not usually comfortable with physical contact, but Dharma puts me at ease, and besides, she does seem to need the help walking.
“Something could go wrong during the exam,” the old woman says. “Sometimes these things happen. Something small. Something not even that serious, but something only someone in your unique situation would find…” she pauses. “Life changing.”
We walk like ghosts, steering clear of the more populated spots on the sidewalk to occupy the shadows. Her words are like fingers of ice walking slowly up my back. “They could be sued,” I whisper during a break in the crowd. “There would be an investigation. Charges.”
“And in the end, you would still be a cripple or dependent on their Enhancements.”
“What do you base this conspiracy theory on?”
“Fair enough,” the old woman barks with a harsh laugh. “A healthy skepticism. Perhaps I speak from firsthand experience.”
She leads me out of the pedestrian traffic. On a secluded corner, she looks up at me brazenly. There is a moment of silence as we stare at each other, but then the sun dips behind a cloud, causing an odd dimming in one of the woman’s emerald eyes. I wait for a nod of permission before taking the woman’s chin in my hand and gently turning her face. The light glints ominously in her right eye.
“Your eye sight must be perfect to do surgery,” the old woman says softly, “and strangely, there was no cure or optic component that would fit my particular case.” She pulls back, removing her face from my hand. She turns back to the street. I follow.
“There was a court case,” the old woman says, as we fall in step. “But of course these things happen and after giving me a nominal monetary fee to discourage any further legal action, it was done.” She wraps her arm in mine, holding my wrist gingerly in her wrinkled hand.
We walk in silence. I am stunned by what she says, and the old woman is obviously giving me time to digest it. We turn the corner onto one of the older streets of the city.
“You have no reason to trust me,” Dharma says. “Fair enough, my dear.” She removes the scarf from around her neck. “There’s enough here to have it tested. What did they say? Something to make you comfortable while they examined your wrist?” She takes a slow breath before continuing in a forceful voice. “Do you think you should need to be unconscious for that?”
Dharma stops in front of an old, but freshly painted, building. The sign overhead reads Organic Tea Shop in gold lettering, tastefully decorative in an Art Nouveau style. She hands me the scarf. “I would suggest you go to a police station. They are unbiased, and their lab would tell you if an innocent seeming date had other plans for you. If you have any further questions, for example, why your wrist feels so much better and why in a few days it’s almost good as new, drop by to return my scarf.” The old woman puts her hand on the doorknob. “And for a cup of tea. You do drink tea, don’t you, dear? I promise there will be nothing in it but tea.” She gives me a mischievous wink, the twinkle in her eye devoid of sharp edges. “I’ll be happy to answer your questions then.”
She disappears inside. I’m tempted to force the issue. Instead I take off in the other direction, my arm hanging, for the first time today, comfortably at my side.
An hour later I am standing, trembling, outside the precinct. They asked if I wanted to press charges. They asked for a description of the man who had given me the drink. I apologized, saying I was pretty drunk at the time and thanked them for their help. I told them I have learned a valuable lesson; I will be more suspicious of strangers offering me drinks. Well, perhaps not all. Perhaps in a few days I’ll be in the mood for a nice cup of tea.

Episode 1 - "Time to put on a bra and take some selfies." - Leigh
Episode 1 saw eighteen players, some fresh faces, and some veterans arrive on the Indonesia beaches, ready to play and ready to win. On a somewhat quiet Obor tribe, Leigh/Trent bonded over the age difference on the tribe (with a cunning plan reliant on using the word ‘lit’) and Anabel/Trent begun to form a bond that would survive the test of time.
On the Cahaya tribe, Matt/Jess feared the casting of one another, and Julian arrived plucky and ready to avoid another prejury experience, determined to improve. Owen/Stoner quickly formed HOS 22: Bermuda, and set to work spreading their connections across the tribe, forming at trio with Julian.
After a decisive victory in the Scavenger Hunt, it was revealed the returnees would have to send two returnees to the other tribe as “infiltrators” casting a sole vote. In an attempt to force the result, Julian went “offline”, in an attempt seen-through by his fellow tribe mates, but one that was ultimately successful, with Owen & Julian sent over as infiltrators.
At Obor’s tribal council, Evan quickly emerged as an easy vote, for his minimal challenge contribution. Two key alliances formed, a newbie majority alliance of Trent/Chris O/Leigh/Anabel/Lorelei and a girls’ alliance of Lorelei/Anabel/Leigh, with Anabel armed with an idol to boot.
As expected, Evan was sent out unanimously, but not before Julian trashed on the Cahaya tribe during tribal council... in a tribal seen... by the Cahaya tribe. With Evan out, the torches still inspiring such hate, and the infiltrators returning... that drew round one to a close.
MATT
first confessional give me idol?

So this tribe has literal children on it. 15, 16 years old. I might have to backstab ACTUAL CHILDREN!  How do I even fit in with them? Trent suggested we could buy fidget spinners.  I said maybe yoga pants and a crop top?  There are people here BORN AFTER 9/11!!!  What the fuck I didn't even know you could be born after 9/11 and be out of kindergarten. What year is it?
EVAN
Just met some other castaways, they seem pretty chill.
FOXX
What's up. So this fox has returned after an eternity of a hiatus with more grey in his muzzle and hopefully some self-awareness to go with it. I played some pretty solid games in the past but after taking a long time lurking and sort of forgetting Tumblr Survivor Crooks asked if I wanted to play despite not knowing I have played before. That's how old and irrelevant of a has-been I am. Back from the dead. I'm glad my star has faded and I can go in with a blank slate. My biggest concern is that I am not on my anxiety medication so my social interactions, especially on call, will be a lot more stilted and I'm terrified this will impair my judgment but we'll see. Right now I'm not trying to come off as a huge strategist. I made an intentionally crappy intro video, made fun of myself, and just tried to be funny without coming off too weird/desperate etc. Almost like I'm not taking this too seriously. However, already I'm noticing a patterns in how people on my tribe are. I have no fucking clue who these mammals are. People will have extensive conversations about people, twists, running jokes, etc and I'm totally lost. That hiatus really did fuck with my ability to ingratiate myself with this community. That will be a huuuuge advantage coming to dealing with the newbies since I can leverage that to not seem so threatening but right now I think I'm doing a fair job being friendly and making people laugh. I hope. God. So my thoughts on my tribemates thus far: Stoner: Vaguely know who this guy is. Aptly named. He's clearly blazed as hell but I can tell he's bright and likable. Says "oh shit" a lot and he seems like depsite his facade he's probably someone I can work with. Isaac: We talked about Overwatch a bit and he seems nice but he's not coming on my radar too strong. Jess: Definitely made a fairly strong impression on me since we're similar ages, Francophone, and we bonded over our mutual detest and hatred of furries and then I calmly sneak in the fact I am a furry an hour later and holy shit I was trying so hard to not bust into tears. She's funny and likable and seems like she's someone I could work with. Matt: Talked a bit about me coming back. Very little in group call. Michael: Talked a fair amount about D&D and made some fun Upside Down jokes. Seems like we have a lot in common but him being a different time zone could prove hard to keep up with. Being the outlier on Time Zones is playing on Hard Mode. Olivia: Love her! We bonded over animals and she seems like a total sweetheart and I definitely wanna share pics of my cat with her some more! Owen: We talked a bit about literature and it was fun. Definitely seems intelligent and he's someone I know a bit about from Olympics. In an ideal world I'd want to work with Stoner, Jess, Olivia, & Michael but everything in on fire. Also, no luck on the idol so fuck me I guess
JESS
So... first night has been interesting? I was going to do your typical "first impressions" confessional but... FOXXX or whatever the fury's name is.... is playing too hard too fast. Am I being a Paranoid Patty and reading this the WRONG WAY entirely? Possibly. HOWEVER... It's been less than 5 hours since we were thrown into this hell hole of a game (The hosts are lovely individuals but we all know this is about to get insane) and he's telling me if I want to make a move that he's my guy? Ummm.... WE HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN OUR FIRST IMMUNITY YET? I'M NOT THINKING MOVES RIGHT NOW? I BARELY CAN REMEMBER YOUR NAME!

Have I befriended a furry???????? Is this real life????? Is he actually a furry or just really in deep on this joke? Why are there so many Dylans in orgs? Also fucking goddamnit I like EVERYONE HERE I just wanna be friends with all y’all damn. All of the newbies are so adorable and seem so excited and unknowing to the pain that’s gonna come :’) Annabelle especially like my wig flew with that intro! I wanna meet them all. Also wtf is with the torches I WANNA KNOW ALREADY! Anyways that’s all I’m excited for this season. Owen and I renewed the o alliance :-) and Jess seems cool as hell I really clicked with her and the furry. Michael seems sweet and I already know Julian from Mykonos, the absolute crackhead. Real sweetie tho hopefully we’re friends. I hope I’m not coming off as too insane I was so nervous on the phone call with the tribe :( it was so fun but I felt like every time I said something it fell flat I felt so awkward abhhhhhahshsjaj. Anyhoo yay! New season!
Should I write the rest of my confessionals in japanese? Neko. Boom
JESS
So coming into this game with a TS under my belt is different... I still have no expectations whatsoever BUT I do know how HARD people go for in these games and I'm planning to go just as hard. The first night was wild. Everyone on my tribe except for Matt and Julian were lively on the tribe call. Everyone seemed pretty cool and super... out there.. I think Isaac might be the one to watch on my tribe. He's been around the block and knows most people on my tribe (new and old). WHICH IS WHY.. I'm going to try my best and get super close to him. I need to make sure I'm not disposable to these "older players" and as asset to these "newer" players. I just know need to cool my jets on the whole socializing bit in the main chat (Yes I know it's literally day 1). I want to be as irrelevant as possible so no one thinks I'm a threat but no one really wants to get rid of me either. Gotta focus on those INDIVIDUAL RELATIONSHIPS. Hopefully these other players with more TS's under their belts become bigger shields than me because if not... yikes on yikes.
ROB
I like everyone so far. Evan is giving me a few red flags because he’s only giving me one word answers, so i might take that into consideration when voting.
FOXX
We had a very fun group call with the tribe last night. Definitely haven’t laughed that much in a while. Love my tribe thus far so I hope we can keep the good vibes going. Jess & Stoner are people I feel like have talked with me the most Nd Olivia, Owen, & Michael are also friendly so I think I have options. One thing I’ve noticed is how casual and sociable this tribe is. Nothing is more frustrating than a tribe full of overserious gamebots (*cough* Selwyn *cough*) but it’s a group of funny and chill people. It’s gonna be a great game!

I love these hosts 🙂 HATE the idol system but honestly it doesn’t change much I’ve never gotten an idol before and probably never will so it won’t change my gameplay lmao
I like Isaac a lot too! Forgot to say. But I’m also a little wary of him because I know he’s very experienced

well. yesterday i found an idol on my second guess. and made two new friends. so yesterday was great. today was bad. i outed myself. my mom heard me tell my eyebrow lady that i was gay. this is a sad confessional and i wish i wasn’t so loud. im real fucking sad. sorry. but at least i have an idol and some friends.
LEIGH
Time to put on a bra and take some selfies.
I'm glad I shaved today for that tattoo selfie.
OLIVIA
There’s an alliance I’m not in isn’t there
Why am I so FUCKING awkward
ANABEL
im so fucking good at survivor like... good lord. trent and i are like best friends already (see, i knew this would happen, i always meet a nice old usually straight man and we become friends, it's like the hallmark of my survivor experiences) and we came up w a plan where i am gonna try and seduce evan and rob and make them my lil minions so im gonna lie to them and tell them that im a cheerleader bc that's hot right?? so ya my womanly charms will be utilized to their fullest potential. go me.

Can we talk about how bullshit it is to have "Lipstick in your tribe's color" when we're yellow and they're RED?  Honest to god might as well have "Lemon in your tribe's color" to make it fair.
Alex coming in with bold capslock "MAKE SURE EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM HAS SUBMITTED AT LEAST ONE THING" ... Just DM Evan directly my dude.

Feeling much better about this game today than I was last night I think I was just spiraling 🥰 we’re doing really well on the challenge and I hope we win!! Two people messaged me saying I’m doing great on the challenge and idk how to respond. Just tryna make sure we don’t lose I will NOT be the first vote out. Newbies go hard on scavenger hunts but I go even harder 😈
LORELEI
Ok so! I'm super bummed that obor lost the challenge, I really thought we would win! Now we have to get rid of someone and it sucks but I feel like we all know who it has to be. It's not even personal, it's just the fairest thing and the best thing for our tribe. Also, alliances are forming! I like Anabel, Leigh and Trent so I'm with them but I'm gonna try to connect with everyone so I'm not on the outskirts. I hope that the boys haven't formed an all boys alliance bc if they have, then the girls could be in danger. That's it for now!

It's 2:30am so WHY NOT post ANOTHER confessional? Am I right? Honestly, we won which I'm BEYOND THANKFUL for. I hate tribal and I can now at least say I wasn't first boot. THANK GAGA. I'm just really trying to solidify things with Michael right now. I think out of everyone on my current tribe I can honestly see myself making a run at this game with him (at least up until merge). I offered him the prospect of sharing idol clues (it's literally the only collateral I have at the moment) so hopefully this doesn't bite me in the fucking ass. Other than Michael I was kind of hoping to somehow get closer to both Julian and Matt (plot twist I know). Matt has hosted me before and it's no secret he is a founding father of the "I Hate Jess" Club. However, these two seem to be the odd men out right now. They aren't overly socializing with people so there's a high chance they'll be taken out if our current tribe loses. HOWEVER.. I see potential numbers in them. So I can't let that happen. As of right now both Foxx and Stoner seem to be the ones to watch out for. I just can't let them think or know... that I know that about them. Stoner gives me mega "I say the same things to everyone" vibes. He's clearly playing a strong social game so far. I just need to play dumb and ensure that he thinks he can control/trust me. Honestly, as soon as he doesn't see value in me I have no doubt he's gonna cut me. Foxx on the other hand, just seems like he's playing too hard. He's another guy who I strongly believe is going to drop me as soon as I have no value to him. I'm just going to have to have to lay low and be dumb. Owen scares me shitless. He's giving me PTSD from my last season because homeboy is playing a strong contender game. He's definitely a pick to win. He's another person who I'm going to have to try and pretend I'm under their spell. Am I playing too hard too fast? I'm not entirely sure. I'm just going to slow my role a bit and see what happens
MATT
What’s Up? WHAT’S UP?!?!?!?  how dare you ask me such a ludicrous question.  Alright so first real general confessional of the game here.  I wanna eventually try and record some video confessionals, but that’s if i have the time. but for today, we’re good with a text.   So starting off the game on the Cahaya Tribe, which consists of entirely returnees.  So right off the bat it makes nervous bc i’m really not around much in the community.  Yeah i’m in a few VL’s and i played once before, but i really don’t know anyone.  So being the odd one out for that reason was a real fear for a little bit. Looking at my tribe, there are a few names that stood out the most to me.  Owen stood out bc we both played Kuwait, and even tho we never met each other, we still have that little connection.  Chris motherfucking Stoner is here too!!  Chris is such a chill dude.  we played together once before and i voted him out pre swap.  But that game was so long ago, and i really don’t think he cares (i know i dont).  So i’m looking forward to reconnecting with him.  Jess is also here!! Jess and I had met previously because i hosted her in Celestial Komnata, and we had some rough misunderstandings there.  But months have passed and I know that I am well over it bc i frankly don’t care.  But i feel like she still probably cares which will not be good for me. Michael was the last person that stood out to me.  Not because I know him, or know of him.  But because he’s the only Non-North American in the cast, which means if i can stay up late and socialize with him, he might favor me over other When i looked at the other tribe, i think the only person i know is Anabel?  We played together once, i hosted her, so we have somewhat of a connection that if we swap together, i hope that works in my favor.   So on the first night of the game, i was very busy with Celestial All stars premiere, so i didn’t get to talk as much as i would’ve liked.  which resulted in me telling jones on call like 5 times that i’m gonna be first boot.  But the first night, i talked with everyone (to some degree) except Issac bc i forgot Issac was here.   The torch twist thing i have no idea what it’s going to be and it worries me.  My first thought is that it somehow would result in a third tribe bc there were six torches.  so someone would light a torch and be placed on that tribe. But it’s too early to figure out what they even mean and i’m sure as the game progresses.
LEIGH
Woooo so what's happened.  Well, we lost the challenge and it wasn't even close. I haven't looked at the spreadsheet to see the final scores but I feel like Me, Trent, and Anabell did the most work.  I talked to a few people last night and put Evan's name out there cuz I know most people are too scared to say a name first and I feel comfortable enough about my position to be the one to say a name that most people should agree with. A mutual alliance formed between me, Chris, Trent, Anabell, and Lorelei.  Within it, an all girls 3 alliance formed which I'm super happy to be part of.  I'm sure Trent will be paranoid about that sooner or later so hopefully Chris and I can make him feel confident.  Trent is sharing idol guesses with me so I'm hoping that means I'm like the closest person to him right now.  I like the number of options I have so far.
I feel like Facebook might be falling out of style so maybe these youngin's don't even have it or aren't familiar with Facebook ORGs.  The only other people here who know my history as far as I know are Foxx and Chris, and I hope neither of them bring it up. If I can stay UTR that'd be nice.  Also, I think I need to stop capitalizing letters/using punctuation if I wanna fit in with these kids.  Did I already confessionalize that? Not sure.
Apparently Lorelei missed the HII thing day one haha oh well. I'm compiling guesses from me, Chris, and Trent. Hopefully I'll get them from the girls too. I'm not showing the girls' guesses to Chris though. I don't think he'll be mad at me for it. We gotta play close to the vest sometimes yo
TRENT
So far I think the game is going alright. My tribe is incredibly quiet for some reason but I guess that isn't too bad. I made a connection with Anabel and Leigh pretty early on. Decided to suggestion and alliance and both we in so I added Chris and Lorelei so we had a majority. This is the alliance I wanted from the beginning. I wanted the older people to stick together and then add in one young one. I think it's a pretty solid idea. Ive been messaging both kenny and dylan as well. I don't want an alliance with them, but I would like for them to like me and want me to stay in. I also think im getting along pretty well with the two infiltrators right now. Julian was spilling all kinds of info about his tribe to me this morning and then me and owen connected really well. Hopefully this will help me in the future if there is a split soon.
OLIVIA
Jess was hinting that her, foxx, stoner, and I should get together and I said we’d make a nifty cool group. A NIFTY COOL GROUP WHAT THE FUCK IS A NIFTY COOL OLIVIA
ISAAC
This twist can become SO detrimental. And I’m so MAD Owen went over there first because that bitch is unbelievably charismatic. Hopefully it paints a bigger target on him but like it’s whatever. I like my tribe. We seem chill and I seem to vibe the most with Olivia and Jessica Messica. Foxx is cool. Julian is....Julian ig. Matt has yet to talk to me so that’s a wig ig. Michael seems nice but ngl I get kinda bored when I try to talk to him? He seems very gamebot-y which could be frightening but idk he’s not my biggest problem atm. I’m terrified of Owen - he’s unbelievably charismatic and has the ability to twist people around his finger so like I’m gonna keep my eye on him and I’m not gonna let him out of my sight. With that being said I do wanna see him live for at least a little while for meat-shield purposes. Anyways I hope I do well this game but 👀 I have a sinking feeling.
KENNY
So yeah.. it seemed like a pretty laxxed day and Evan was the vote. How true is that? Idk but I have to trust strangers. But just heard he through my name out like 20 minutes ago, with less than 3 hours to go. So I just hope everyone’s being honest 😭
OWEN
what’s up? Everything :’) I couldn’t help as much in the scav hunt as I liked because I was living my life. But thankfully we won anyways bc my tribe kicked ass! I still contributed some and I made sure to keep talking to people. I still love olivia, and matt has been fun to talk to. Don’t rlly know why but foxx seems hard to get to know. And not big into michael rn either. I think I will stick with Julian and chris, hopefully can pull in jess and olivia to do something if we lose. Chris mentioned that both him and jess DO like foxx so we will see.... The main thing is that this twist worked out perfectly for me!!!! I couldn’t call when we were decided and I REALLY wanted to go. Thankfully I was able to take advantage of the majority vote thing and pretend like I wasn’t online hehe and by some miracle I got picked to go. MEANT TO BEEE and let me say I was right, I do love this tribe so much more than my own for some reason. Trent is great, Annabel and I are talking like I wanted, the Chicago girl and the Pokémon mystery dungeon girl. It’s so good over here, but the biggest surprise has been chris o. I really like him and could see myself working well with him if we swap. The only thing is that Julian said he was sketchy sometimes..... hehe so down the road I might have to tell chris o that Julian is after him :~) but I don’t need to snake too hard yet, for right now I’m a crocodile lookin like a log. Vote should be easy on Evan from what I’ve heard but if it changes? I’ll be living for the drama!
LORELEI
It looks like Evan is the consensus. I feel really bad though because it's not his fault. He tried to plead his case with me by saying that he wasn't the only one that was inactive, but that doesn't change the fact that he contributed the least. I know it's the fair thing to do but I feel bad about it. Voting out people is so not fun, I really hope we win the next challenge so I won't have to do this again.
EVAN
I’m pretty sure I’m fucked. I’ve been trying to get people to vote Kenny but idk fuck
KENNY
“I know I’M voting Evan = I might be voting Evan but I know others are voting you”. Or am I being paranoid

MATT
i feel like i did pretty good on the scavenger hunt.  i managed to scoop up a bunch of items that were left over and some that were high points.  so i do feel good about my performance and think i pulled my weight.  Speaking of pulling weight...Julian is...there.  I think he only submitted one item which was the Vine.  I mean i get you have work and are busy, but like...most of us were the same?  even issac who was celebrating his birthday did more.   after challenge results we got on call in the tribe chat (olivia, chris, michael, myself). and we were talking about the infiltrator twist and the challenge results.  We agreed to have myself and Olivia go, but we needed 5 for a majority.  Julian shows up and says he “might wanna go tbh”.  and then disappears.  We’re on call laughing bc we wanna submit this and not randomize it, so someone who isn’t here gets forced to go.  BUT JULIAN won’t talk in tribechat even tho we’re all like, “hey we’ll take turns and you can go next time.”. but no.  Julian is only talking in olivia’s pm’s and she’s telling us whatever he’s saying. eventually the hour is up, and julian got randomized to go.  that fucker strong armed us into randomizing and he still went god damnit.   I think that call was good for my game because we were just chatting for like 1.5 hours about the game stuff and people.  After michael/chris left the call it was just Olivia and myself on call and we stayed on for another hour and a half(????? ish??? probably less i can’t remember).  But that was a nice call and i think helped start to solidify a bond.  Olivia is someone i can see myself working with in this game.  Same goes for Michael and Chris.  I feel like that call group was pretty natural and we got along really well.  I’m too nervous to initiate any kind of alliance talk, but i know it’s gonna have to happen eventually.  i’m sure alliances already exist on the tribe and i’m obviously not in them.  I think for starters, i need to work on conversations a bit more, because they are somewhat weak right now.  My goal for the future is to work on olivia, michael, chris and owen.  Those are the people i feel most good about.  Foxx is cool but idk it seems hard to gel with them.  Julian is cracked and i hope he’s our first boot.  and the four of us on call forgot issac was on the tribe so that’s not good for him. i think i’m in a decent position for now, but i’m not gonna count my chickens before they hatch (i think that’s the saying idfk)
