Roe v. Wade getting overturned had nothing to do with Biden and everything to do with conservative judges nominated by Trump and voted in by Republicans. it was a campaign promise Trump made- which pretty comfortably makes him worse for that particular domestic issue, and I can tell he's worse for many others because I have literally any awareness of the last eight years and a modicum of common sense -and he followed through. like. have you forgotten that that was a Supreme Court case, ie not under the president's purview?

yes, the congressional bypass thing happened, and I'm pretty pissed about it too. but that doesn't mean you need to spread miscontextualized spins on the Roe v. Wade situation

Biden did sign an executive order aimed at expanding birth control access while Trump was bragging about having "terminated" Roe v. Wade, so. you know. there's that, re: who's better for domestic issues

after roe v wade got overturned under biden (a constitutional right we had for FIFTY years) i don’t believe any of the goofy “biden is better for domestic issues” rhetoric . you are lying to me and you are lying to yourself

Supreme Court decisions are pretty much final #the president can nominate a new judge when one dies or steps down. that's pretty much it #it's a flawed system but that's how it works
