Dawntrail Information

Selena had exhausted her leads for her research into the keyblade and its possible connection with dynamis. The studies on dynamis, even after the End of Days, were already sparse. There isn't any research that existed on the keyblade, being the first of its kind on Eitherys, in Old Sharlayan either.

Over several weeks and many late nights in one of the nap rooms, she poured over the records numerous times, hoping to find something she missed and found nothing that wasn't already deduced. She found herself stumped and at a dead end and in a much need of a break.

Planning to return the borrowed reports and materials, Selena headed to the Baldesion Annex only to learn that Krile, the Warrior of Light, and the Levellieur twins had already left for Tural to act as support for the Third Promise, Wuk Lamat, for the Dawnservant's rite of succession.

Deciding that adventure is what she needs, the keybearer found herself inspired to book passage to Tural from Old Sharlayan and roam in Tuliyollal as an adventurer. She kept tabs on their adventures while have some adventures of her own, and silently cheered them on in the background. Selena never intended to step forward and make her presence known until after the contest ended.

When the mysterious assault against Tuliyollal occurred, Selena immediately stepped up to assist and defend Tuliyollal against the automated soldiers as a keybearer and assisted with rendering aid. She will also stay behind to defend Tuliyollal. [ The Sound of War ]

Believing that the keyblade's power is needed, Selena will also assist in researching the gate to the golden city. However, the keyblade fails to unlock the gate which does lead her to theorize that the lock is related to a bloodline similar to that of the Crystal Tower.

During the second assault, in using her full strength as a reaper utilizing Sonnelion's power to defend Tuliyollal, Selena will not be recognized and mistaken for a monster that will be seen as a threat by the Landsguard. The adventurer will be otherwise left alone because she was fighting and taking down the mechanical soldiers at the time. Mayhap they thought it a bad idea to get in her way. [ The Sound of War ]

But, Selena will unknowingly end up with a bounty on her head after the second assault ended.

After that, she returned to Tuliyollal to help rebuild the city then later honored the fallen and celebrated the Dawnservants' victory with the city. With the rites and threat having passed, the adventurer is free to wander Tural on her own.
