tempted to rewrite miraculous because do i love marionette and adrien and the rest of the cast yes do i hate the plot holes and weird plot justification also yes
#like there’s a lot of things i love about this show which is why im rewatching it at all#but there’s so many things i wanna shake the writers for because either its lazy point a to point b writing#or sometimes they just. jump over things. like don’t get me wrong it’s usually so good at tiny details#but wdym hawk moth learned their identities and they for whatever reason could keep coming back#despite the show making a big deal about that being why rena rouge COULDNT come back#or how they tried to justify marionette’s parasocial love for Adrien#by 1. oh she actually attends class with him now 2. giving her trauma#which i guess. partially explains it? but that doesn’t JUSTIFY it.#and why are they trying to justify it anyway. so they can finish their little love story? what was the end of season 3 for then?#also idk if i would rather age them up or write them younger. because i refuse to believe marionette is 14 for most of the show#love the girl love her as ladybug but she’s written 16-17#like ‘oh she could just be really mature’ nuh uh#she became lady bug at 13? I don’t believe you#also the weird power jump between chat noir and ladybug?#I get it; Adrien uses chat noir to escape his serious life and be fun#but ladybug already starts out with more abilities than him; then proceeds to gain more.#and I know from that one episode with the celestial guardian we learn guardians train to beat the miraculous holders#not ‘evil beings created from the abilities of the miraculous’#(though if giving abilities is what the butterfly and peacock miraculous do what did they train against for them?)#but we still see chat noir regularly struggle to beat villains when ladybug does it with ease most times#that is until the episode/scene is all about him and he’s smart again#also ladybug’s writing. she’s tough and serious and knows her way.#but sometime’s marionette’s ’oops im so clumsy’ sneaks in and it makes me mad#im not even saying she can’t be sad or have her moments where she feels weak#im saying there’s multiple episodes where she says ‘I’m useless’ 3 times in a row and quits#oh and why did we ditch the whole kwami power up thing. and can they not power up when unified?#we got to see water and ice at max#and I KNOW marionette baked more macaroons than that. where were the others??#also ladybug becomes the guardian and shoves chat noir to the side and they try to make it seem like hes in the wrong#it literally used to be just him and her

God please don’t let this happen to me now, it’s really not the time
#I can’t start growing feeling for someone now#is it one of the very few people with whom I’ve felt at ease from the very moment we met even though that rarely even happens to me?#maybe#do I feel good when I’m in his presence?#perhaps#now I haven’t actually seen him face to face in 3 years#and in these last few years we haven’t even been in the same city nor even country for the most part#every time he left I stayed here and when I left he came back#coincidentally ofc I’m sure he never even thinks about me#we have texted only a few times since then#mostly for his birthday as he has proven many times to have a very bad memory#anyway a few weeks back I heard he was coming back here and started to feel a bit panicky#now he’s here and every time I think we may cross paths again I feel weird#today I found myself thinking about seeing him again and I’m pretty sure I felt some kind of butterflies#now I know that even if I started to be really into him he would certainly not reciprocate the feelings#even if once he asked me what my type was and I made him understand I don’t have a specific type and he said that he didn’t either#ok but from his exes that I know they’re all absolutely gorgeous so prett#pretty hard to believe that huh#anyway I also j’te at least two things about him#*also hate#if it wasn’t for these two days things I think we could be pretty compatible though but alas#his political views and the fact that he is/was kind of a fuckboy#not sure he really changed of the latter even though he’s always posting stuff that could make you think otherwise#he seems to have matured though since that last time#to be fair the last time I saw him he was a drunk and could barely walk#ah and also I don’t really feel comfortable with him knowing and being friend with quite a few of my relatives#aaaalso I’m still 80% he was the boy I met when I was a child and with whom I played because it was full of French people and from the memo#blurry memory of the boy I have and the pictures of him as a child they look very similar#anwyay why am I still thinking about that#me @ me stfu

thinking about getting a little too drunk w husband!simon…
Tumblr media
he’s already a super possessive guy, but your drunken antics are only making it ten times worse.
sure, coming to the bar was his idea. it was only fair, after such a long week at work, that he got to have a nice dinner on the town and a few beers shortly after. even better that he got to do it with his pretty fucking wife, you know?
yeah, he watched you slip into the tightest, smallest dress you had, curl your hair into pretty little coils, and push and pull at everything else out of place. he saw the too tall black pumps you choose— the one’s he got you for your anniversary that make your legs look model-length long. he even saw the way your black lace bralette played peek-a-boo along your dress’s neckline.
all of it only made him more excited.
getting to show you off on the town? his sweet, sexy little woman all done-up and pretty, hanging off his arm like his little trophy? god, he was practically hard before you two could reach the front door.
the second that liquor hit your system, though, was the second all hell broke loose.
at this point in the night, you’re long past the idea of sitting pretty, eating your food, and posing for pictures. now, you’re feeling good. a little tipsy, or maybe even drunk. all the shyness or docile little feelings from the beginning of the night are gone.
now, you wanna dance. you wanna throw your arms up and sway with the other bar-goers, and why shouldn’t you be able to?
you didn’t mind the way your dress rode up your thighs, giving the wrong people an eyeful of your goods. you hadn’t noticed the men who’d run their hands over you, every so often passing by with their crotch just a little too close to your ass. all you were focused on was the music, how good you felt, and when your next shot was coming.
if only you had paid attention to the damn near menacing stare simon had you under. something that rivaled a madman’s with its intensity.
he’d held back for the first few songs, letting the angel on his shoulder telling him to ease up guide him. sure, he still stood around like an unamused body guard, sending glares to the gawking men and buying your drinks whenever you asked. maybe occasionally he’d get a cute picture or video of you too. that was just what came with the simon o’riley type though.
it wasn’t until you got to the flirty territory, grinding your ass into him with the music or kissing him with a little too much tongue, that he decided to pull the plug.
and god, did you always give him attitude for it.
“i’m not ready to leave, simon,” you’d whine, eyes glossed over and face screwed up in that cute little way you only do when you’re aggravated.
“i want another drink,” but you’re slurring and stumbling already.
“just keep kissing on me, baby,” you protest as he grabs your discarded shoes and purse and starts leading you towards the exit.
he’s sweet with you at first, given how drunk and cute you truly are. sure, you may have triggered his possessiveness early, but you’re batting your eyelashes up at him and clinging onto him for dear life. how could he not talk to you softly? how could he not kiss you back as he tugged your dress back down?
“it’s alright, lovie. let’s get home and i’ll take such good care of you.”
you start trying to fight him though and you’ll see how thin his patience truly is.
doing things out of spite? pulling his hands away from you while he’s trying to guide you down the street? arguing with him through your half-coherent sentences? cursing him under your breath just loud enough that he can hear it?
you’re getting yourself in trouble and you’re too drunk to know it.
he was prepared to let your little outbursts slide. wouldn’t hold it against you and still keep his plans straight for the night.
after all you’d done, he was still gonna get you home, slip off those stockings and undo those zippers. dedicate the rest of the night to making you feel all good like how you’d begging him too.
but you just can’t keep that pretty little mouth shut, can you?
“don’t make it worse for yourself.” he’d warn, grabbing your face from its resting place against his passenger-side window, “you’ve already fucked up enough as is, yeah?”
his voice is gruff and his jaw is set, but his eyes don’t leave yours for a second.
you’ll be making it up to him all night long, and he’s gonna be anything but nice now ;)

Kinktober | day 6: manhandling + size kink
Tumblr media
Can y’all help me come up with a title😭 I’m literally so exhausted and I just want to pass out but I have to post it within two hours for it to still be day 6 skfhsk
Jason Todd has a huge size kink… He’s so massive that it’s honestly hard not to because there are barely any female body types that aren’t smaller than him. Tall, big, buff— all smaller than him, usually by a lot too.
Especially you. You’re pretty much the same size as the average woman, but standing next to Jason— he practically dwarfs you. Whenever he holds your hand, you usually end up just holding two of his fingers because it’s more comfortable that way. Even when he places his hand on your thigh, he can completely cover the entire width of it.
Even though he loves the way it feels to hold you, how easy it is to lift you and manhandle you however he wants… one of his most favorite things is how small your cunt is too. It wasn’t abnormally small— it was proportionate to your body— but compared to his abnormally large cock? Even just compared to his fingers, you could barely take it.
He always tried to do as much foreplay as possible because, even though he thinks it’s hot when your face scrunches up in pain as you do your best to take him, he doesn’t actually want to hurt you or make it not good for you. So he usually eats you out, slowly working you open on his fingers. He almost always gives you at least one orgasm before even attempting to fit his cock inside you, but even after the time he made you come over and over again for two hours straight, you were still so fucking tight.
You let out these soft whimpers and sounds of pain that make his cock throb. Sometimes you gasp out and desperately cling to him, trying to ground yourself. He always eases his cock in slowly, holding your hand or cupping your cheek and whispering soft praises into your ear.
“So good at taking my cock, baby. I’m almost halfway.” You whined and squeezed your eyes shut, focusing on taking deep breaths and relaxing your muscles. Jason couldn’t help but look down between your bodies, watching his cock slowly disappear into your tight heat. “Almost there, princess.” His voice was low and thick with poorly restrained arousal. When he finally bottomed out, you let out a pained whimper and he closed his eyes, trying not to bust his load right then and there.
“Such a good girl. You’re doing so good, baby.” He murmured tenderly, leaning down to kiss over your neck as his hand snaked down to rub your clit. You usually signaled whenever you were ready for him to start moving and he’d slowly draw his hips back, then push in again at the same pace.
Sometimes though, he’d stand and hold you in the air, lifting you up and down on his cock, limiting your squirming significantly. Or if you were riding him, he’d grab your hips and move you however fast and hard he wanted— even if you put all your strength into staying seated or moving away, he was always stronger than you. It took practically no effort for him to lift you up and down, fucking you like you were his own personal sex doll.
While he usually liked being able to kiss you and watch your expression contort in pain as your walls were forced to accommodate his cock, he also liked putting you on your stomach. Sometimes he’d put you on your knees and push your face into the bed, but he liked laying on top of you even more. With his large legs caging in your much smaller ones, it made you even tighter. He loved being able to completely lay on top of you and wrap his arms around you, forcing you to feel every inch of his thick cock going in and out of your pussy. That position always made you feel trapped, but more in an exciting way rather than an anxious way because you knew he’d get off of you in a heartbeat if you told him to.
“That’s it… Be a good girl and just take it, baby.” He whispered breathily, lips brushing your ear. You let out a choked moan and he moved his hand to squeeze your neck. “You just lay there and let me use my favorite little fleshlight.” Every single time— without fail— your cunt would get impossibly tighter when he talked to you like that.
Something else he loved; the amount of come he released was proportional to his body as well… Sometimes he liked to paint your pretty face, completely drench you in his seed, but usually he liked filling you up. He liked dragging his hips back until his cock finally dislodged from your tight pussy that was practically trying to suck him in, and watching his come dribble out of your gaping hole, down your puffy folds.
“Oh, look at you, baby…” He cooed, voice raspy and thick. You whined and squirmed, enjoying the feeling of him filling you up and his seed leaking out of your abused cunt almost as much as he did.
“Squeeze that little cunt, princess. Try to keep my come inside.” He ordered softly, grabbing your ass and pulling you open to get a perfect view of your holes. He watched them flutter, but even when you tried your hardest, his cock had stretched you out too much for your hole to be able to tighten up again so soon.
“Poor thing… can’t keep my come in that needy little pussy.” He chuckled, collecting the leaking come on his fingers and pushing it back into your hole. “But that’s okay, baby. I’ll help you…” you let out a choked moan when he forced his cock back in, stretching you once again, “keep you nice and plugged up, huh?” He laid down over you again, but turned so you were both on your sides in a spooning position with his cock still deep in your pussy— It would usually stay there until you fell asleep, but sometimes only until he got worked up enough for round two.
(I’m still bad at ending one shots lol)

The car is too quiet.
Outside, the streetlights flicker as if they’re forgetting how to glow.
You are in the passenger seat, watching the world blur past in smudges of gold and grey, your hands folded in your lap, afraid of what they might do if left unsupervised.
The car makes a soft and steady sound beneath you but everything inside feels tight. Too tight.
Like a breath, you haven’t taken.
Bucky hasn’t said a word since you left the hospital.
His knuckles are white on the steering wheel. White like fear. White like bone. White like guilt.
You glance over at him.
He’s staring straight ahead, eyes fixed, unmoving. His jaw is locked so tightly it looks like pain. There is a muscle twitching beneath the skin. Just beneath the hinge of his jaw, like something trying to break free.
The dashboard casts its pale light against his side profile. The soft stutter of passing streetlamps blink shadows across his hardened face.
You try to speak softly. “Bucky-”
“You sure you’re okay?” he interrupts, fast. Too fast. His voice is low but cracked, words splintering on their way out.
You nod before you realize he’s not looking. “Yes,” you say, slower. “I’m sure.” He’s asked about fifteen times in the last twenty minutes. But you think it actually should be you asking him.
The doctor told you that it was a cervical contusion in that although soft but clipped and clinical tone. Said that the bleeding would stop, that the pain would ease, that you were going to be fine - physically.
And the way Bucky flinched after that suggested he was perhaps doing worse than you.
He’s asked a few questions, asked how to treat it, asked what you might need, asked what he can do, but his voice was rough and close to giving out. He sat beside you in that too-white room, hands clenched in his lap, jaw locked as though he could grind down the guilt if he just kept his teeth pressed hard enough. He kept looking at your legs, at the blanket they gave you, as though he was waiting for the blood to start flowing again. As though he’d never trust your body not to break under him.
He listened when your doctor explained that it was moderate, but healing and there would be no lasting damage. You should just give it time and be gentle.
But Bucky didn’t hear healing.
He only heard damage.
He hadn’t said anything after that anymore. Just nodded, once. Swallowed hard. Signed the papers with a hand that shook so violently you had to cover it with yours.
You watch him now, his breath thinning.
“Buck,” you ease softly. “I’m okay. She said it’s healing, alright? I’ll be fine.”
Bucky shakes his head once. Sharp. A slice through the silence. “She said it could’ve been worse. That it could’ve-” He swallows loud, and doesn’t finish the sentence.
“But it’s not,” you remind him gently, almost wanting to reach out but not knowing if he needs that right now.
But Bucky doesn’t answer.
Then, you do reach for his arm, tenderly. Fingers brushing over his sleeve. But he flinches. Not from you. From himself. From the memory.
“Buck-”
“I should’ve noticed,” he snaps, and his voice breaks. Just a little. A fracture, clean through. “You said yes. You always say yes, and I- I should’ve seen it- I should’ve fucking known-”
His foot slips heavier on the gas.
The lane lines start to blur.
“Bucky,” you say again, firmer.
But he doesn’t answer.
His eyes dart from the windshield to the mirrors, unfocused. His shoulders have hiked up around his ears. His left hand twitches, his right one follows, tapping the wheel with restless, erratic beats.
His breathing is shallow. Too fast.
You can feel the swell of something too big inside him, pressing against his ribs, rising like floodwater. His grip on the wheel has gone rigid, too stiff for control. His shoulders are locking up.
“Bucky-”
His chest heaves harshly.
He blinks - once, twice - too slow.
His jaw is clenched so tight you can see the muscle fluttering beneath his skin. His breath is sharp, teeth grinding as he sucks in through his nose and lets it out in gasps through his mouth.
“I hurt you,” he croaks, voice undone, shredded. “I fucking hurt you- I was inside you- I didn’t even see-”
The wheel jerks. Just for a second. Enough to drift too close to the lane line.
You shoot forward in your seat. Alarm ringing in your ears.
“I-” he gasps, blinking fast. “Y/n, I can’t- I can’t- I didn’t mean- I didn’t mean to-”
Reaching over to grab the wheel, you wrap your hands about Bucky’s, forcing it steady.
“Okay, okay, I got it. I’ve got you, baby. But we have to pull over.”
Bucky is trembling now. Hands frozen. Breath ragged. A bead of sweat rolls down the side of his face, catching the glow of a red traffic light.
You guide the car gently to the side, one hand over his as you steer, the other flicking on the hazards, keeping your voice and your movements calm for the sake of Bucky’s rising panic attack even as your heart thunders in your chest.
Bucky brakes too hard and too fast, the tires stuttering on the asphalt as though they are afraid of where he’ll go if they don’t stop him. The moment the engine falls quiet, the silence screams.
And Bucky falls apart.
His head drops forward. Hands over his eyes. Whole body shaking.
He’s still in the driver’s seat but he’s not in his body. His breathing is wild. His chest is heaving in sharp and panicked pulls and you realize he’s trying to get in air but can’t. His left hand is rashly fumbling for the door handle to keep himself tethered.
“Bucky,” you whisper, already unbuckling your seat belt. “It’s okay. I’ve got you. I’m here.”
But he doesn’t hear you. He is stuck in some dark, echoing place inside himself and it won’t let him out.
Without hesitation, you move over the console and climb into his lap, settling gently on his thighs, facing him, your knees pressed into the edges of the seat.
Your hands come to his face, cradling it carefully - thumbs brushing over the hollow beneath his eyes, the flushed heat of his cheeks. His skin is clammy, cold.
He still can’t breathe.
You press your forehead to his. Anchor him.
His eyes squeeze together tightly.
“Hey, hey. Look at me, Buck. It’s okay. I’m okay.”
He shakes his head, choking out words you can’t make out because they all end up in a sob.
“James,” you start, and this time your voice is different. This is the sound you make when you’re scared and concerned and you need him to come back. “James. Breathe with me. You’re here with me. We’re okay.”
He shakes his head again, but it’s jerky, frantic.
“I hurt you,” he whimpers. “I hurt you. I should’ve known. I should’ve stopped-”
“No, no. Stop. Listen to me,” you whisper, voice low, brushing his tear-damp hair back from his face. “You checked in on me and I told you I was okay. I said I was fine. You trusted me, Bucky. That’s not your fault.”
He’s still trembling. Still trying to outrun the guilt in his lungs.
But you don’t move. You stroke his hair back, kiss his temples, his forehead, his nose.
His eyes finally meet yours. They are wide and wet and red, brimming with horror. He looks as though he wants to disappear inside himself.
You keep hold of his face, brushing tears away so tenderly. “It was my body. My voice. You didn’t know, and I didn’t tell you. That’s not on you. You never hurt me on purpose. I need you to hear that, Bucky.”
His chest heaves once, twice, then breaks apart with a cry. He pulls you closer, buries his face in your neck. His arms wrap around you like a man drowning.
“I’m sorry,” he sniffs again and again. “I’m so sorry.”
You close your eyes and run your fingers through his hair, slow and grounding.
“I know,” you whisper back. “I know you are. But you don’t have to be. I just need you here with me. Right now. Just breathe, Buck.”
And you guide him through it. Deep breathes. In and out. He follows.
And you hold him. As though he’s the one who’s breakable now.
****
You’ve never known silence like this.
Not the kind that’s empty. Not the kind that comes after slamming doors and burnt-out candles and sharp things unsaid. No, this silence is soft. Living. It seeps into your lungs and expands with each inhale, as though it wants to make space for something new.
Bucky is in the kitchen, stirring a spoon through a mug of tea as though it’s the most important thing in the world.
You’re sitting on his couch, knees tucked to your chest, wrapped in one of his henleys that hangs too big on you in all the right places. It’s quiet in your head for the first time in what feels like weeks.
The sky outside has folded into a kind of blue that feels more like velvet than color. The windows are cracked open, the summer breeze floating in, lazy and gold-edged, breathing over your skin like a whisper of someone who never learned to shout.
You’ve been here since late afternoon.
And everything smells like home at his place. Like Bucky. Cedar and cotton and chamomile. There’s a ticking of the wall clock he always pretends not to hate. Next to you lay the neatly folded blanket Bucky always pulls onto your lap when the AC kicks in too high.
Bucky brings you the tea like he always does and doesn’t let go of the mug until he’s sure your fingers are steady around it.
Then he sits down beside you, careful and close. His arm brushes yours and then he pulls back as though even that was too much. His eyes search yours. They always do now. As if he’s checking the weather behind your gaze before he says anything.
“You feelin’ okay?” he asks, voice rough. He probably hasn’t spoken all day before you came over.
You nod, and it’s mostly true. “I’m okay,” you say softly. “I promise.”
The TV is playing something you’re only half-watching, some indie movie with subtitles and sad music.
Bucky lets his arm drape behind your shoulders, over the back of the couch and you hear his fingers tracing the stitches in the seam of the couch. His gaze drifts to the TV but you know he’s not really watching. His eyes flick across the screen but his mind is somewhere else still. You don’t have to guess where.
That weight, that guilt, hasn’t let up.
And it’s not just the incident itself - it’s the panic he spiraled into afterward, the way you had to calm him down when you were the one who had been in pain. That’s what sits the heaviest on him, you think. That you comforted him, wrapped your arms around his trembling frame, and whispered soothing reassurances while your body was still in fresh pain.
You watch the line of his profile, the glimmer of the screen painting shadows beneath his cheekbone. He hasn’t shaved in a few days, and there is a softness in his eyes that wasn’t there when you were only fuck buddies.
You’ve talked a lot. About everything. The incident. The aftermath. Your relationship. About what it all means and what it doesn’t, about what you both want and what you both fear. The hard words are behind you now, sorted and softened. And you’re not just his maybe anymore. You’re his. Official. Quietly, fully.
And still, he treats you as though you might not be. As though you’re a snowflake he caught in his hands and he’s afraid to close his fingers.
He’s still scared. Scared of doing something wrong. Scared of missing something again. Scared of hurting you again. You feel it in the way he touches you now - fingertips like feathers on your skin, always asking with and without words if you’re okay. Always watching, always listening.
He treats you like glass now. But glass that’s already cracked.
And you’ve tried to tell him again and again that you’re fine.
But Bucky has always been hard on himself. Especially when it comes to you and your well-being.
His fingers brush your shin slightly and the contact strikes, heat blooming low in your stomach.
You shift closer and Bucky’s attention snaps to you. He watches you move, his gaze dropping briefly to your lips and then darting back up, catching himself. You’re not sure if it’s nerves or habit, that reflex to hesitate.
But he’s been hesitating for weeks.
Weeks of healing. Weeks of slow walks and softer kisses and quieter touches.
You haven’t had sex since.
You wanted to. You were ready. But Bucky wanted to wait. To be sure. To be careful. To do it right this time.
And you let him. You let him wrap you in all that caution and care. Let him fuss and hover and bring you your favorite snacks, let him hold you through the night without reaching for anything more than the sound of your breathing against his chest. You let him because it’s what he needed.
But you are fine now.
Your body doesn’t ache anymore. You’ve healed. Fully. You know this because you’ve checked. Alone. With your fingers and your breath and the soft test of space. And you’ve told him, more than once. But Bucky is stubborn with his guilt, protective.
So you’ve waited. Because you love him.
But you notice the way Bucky keeps glancing at you, his eyes catching on your thighs, the shape of your mouth, the way his shirt hangs loose on your frame every time you wear it.
You notice it right now.
Moving your feet, you place them right on Bucky’s lap and feel the shift in his thigh muscle beneath you. The way his hand on your shin stills, the way the hand behind your shoulders drifts closer, then stops, fingers curling as though they’ve touched a flame.
“Movie’s boring,” you murmur, leaning your head on his shoulder, voice lazy with comfort.
He chuckles, a little breathless, a little nervous, low in his chest. “Didn’t even know what it was.”
His eyes catch yours. He’s looking at you as though you’ve said something profound.
Your hand slips up to cup his cheek, your thumb sweeping gently across the faint stubble there. His eyes flutter shut for a moment, as though your touch still startles him, still humbles him.
“Hi,” you whisper.
He swallows. Opens his eyes. Immediately, they drop to your mouth. Then back to your eyes. And again.
“Hi,” he breathes.
You lean in first.
The kiss is gentle. Familiar. Something well-loved.
He tastes of cinnamon and hesitation. He kisses you with a kind of slowness that seems almost like another apology, another question if you’re okay.
His hand finds your waist, the other brushes the back of your neck, and they hold you so carefully you want to cry. You press closer. Push into the kiss. Let it deepen.
And for a moment, with a soft groan, he lets go.
His grip tightens. His mouth opens. His body leans into yours, chest brushing chest, thighs pressing close.
His mouth moves with yours as though it remembers exactly where it left off. Deep. Thoughtful.
You sigh against him. The movie flickers behind your closed eyelids.
Your name escapes him in a breath, his hands tighten a fraction, shaking slightly. His breath stutters, the kiss deepens, and suddenly he’s pulling away.
His brows are furrowed and he looks at you slightly panting. “What are you doing?” he asks, cautious, worried.
You blink, lips swollen, a little dazed. You answer with a small, amused tilt of your head. “I’m kissing my boyfriend.”
He flushes visibly, face burning red, but he doesn’t smile, and that line between his brows doesn’t ease. His jaw flexes. “I just- I know we’ve talked,” he starts, voice hushed, breathy. “And you say you’re okay, but I just don’t wanna rush this. You know? I don’t want to push you. Or hurt you. Or do this just because I’m-”
He shifts slightly, adjusting himself. The movement reveals the hardening outline of him in his sweatpants.
“I’m not rushing, Buck. We-”
“I am though. I didn’t mean to- but it got kinda- fast, and-” He stops. Runs a hand through his hair. His voice is tight now. “I just need to be sure, doll. I need to know you’re okay. Completely.”
You press your forehead to his, arms slipping around his neck. Your voice is a soft brush. “I am okay. Really. It’s been weeks, Bucky. Everything’s healed. The doctor said it. I said it. And I’m telling you again.”
He swallows. You feel it. That pulse in his throat working hard to steady itself. He looks at you, hard. Searching. Maybe trying to see inside you.
“I just… I don’t want you to feel like you have to do anything.” A rough tremor runs through his voice.
“I don’t,” you ease quickly, shaking your head. “I want this, Bucky. And I’ve been listening to my body. I’m okay.” Leaning down, you kiss his jaw, just below his ear. He shivers. “And I trust you.”
He squeezes his eyes shut for a moment. His voice is thick, strained. “Still. I don’t wanna rush you. Not if there’s even a part of you that’s unsure. I mean- hell, what if- what if something hurts again? I couldn’t-”
You stop him gently with a hand to his chest. “Then we stop. Just like that. And we talk. Just like we’ve been doing.”
He stares at you for a moment. And you can see how words pool behind his eyes but don’t make it to his lips.
“Okay,” he whispers then, voice coarse. “Okay. Just… don’t want you to ever feel like you have to fix me by doing this. Don’t wanna take something from you just because I’ve got issues.”
“Hey.” You shake your head, fingers in his hair now. “That’s not what this is. I want this. I want you.”
He groans, quiet and exposed, tilting his head back against the cushion. His hands grip your hips. He’s flushed, already half-hard against your thigh and visibly trying to hide it.
You smirk a little. “Let me help with that.”
His eyes widen. “Doll-”
“I feel fine, baby,” you repeat, patient, but smiling. “I promise.”
“I’m not gonna let you do something just for me.” A rasp in his voice makes his words sound slightly scratchy.
You tilt your head. “Then maybe it’s for me. Ever think of that?”
He groans softly, hands squeezing you. “I’m trying to do the right thing-”
“Then let me show you I’m okay,” you state warmly.
His eyes close. A beat. Two. Three. He breathes out, slow.
You grin, your hands tracing circles over his chest. “I’m healed. I’m ready. You’re my boyfriend. What’s the problem here?”
He laughs something broken, something between admiration and disbelief. Then he sighs, eyes soft.
“You’re really okay?”
“I am.”
Pressing a tender kiss to your temple, he whispers into your ear, voice gravel. “We’ll go slow, yeah? Real slow. And you tell me if anything hurts, or if you’re uncomfortable.”
You nod immediately and brush his cheek lovingly and soothingly at the pain that’s still lingering in the corners of his voice. “I promise.”
****
He doesn’t rush.
He doesn’t dare.
Bucky lays you down as though you’re something he’s never been allowed to hold before - as if someone plucked the stars from the sky, wrapped them in silk, and gave them to him with a whispered don’t drop this.
It’s not rushed. It’s not eager. It’s not even lustful, not exactly.
It’s love. In slow motion. In devotion. In the way he arranges your body like a painting.
The cotton sheets are warm beneath you. Bucky kneels beside you, hovering, breathing slow and tight through his nose.
His hand cups your face. And he’s looking at you as though you are light. A glowing and living thing that he’s afraid to reach for too fast, he’s afraid of casting shadows on.
His gaze is soft and dark and unblinking. You can feel how full it is, how heavy. And it warms you. Like honey across your skin. Like sunrise slowly coming alive.
You smile up at him. “Bucky.” His name sounds like an invitation. Open. Safe. As though it belongs between your lips.
“I’m here,” he says, hardly a whisper. “You sure?” he asks, his voice low. Throaty. Careful. His thumb strokes your cheek as though it’s still asking.
You nod. But it’s not enough, so you pull him closer. Whisper against his mouth. “I want you.” A breath. “I trust you.”
He exhales all at once, and it comes out as a shiver.
After a pause, he leans down, kisses your forehead first. Then the top of your nose. Then, back to your mouth - and it’s gentle. It’s so gentle. As though he’s practicing reverence. Reminding himself you’re real.
“Tell me everything,” he murmurs. His hand on your cheek, your waist, your thigh. “I wanna know what feels good. What doesn’t. I want to hear every sound you make. I want to see your face every second. I wanna be right here with you, baby. Every second. You don’t gotta be quiet with me. Not ever.”
You nod, breath caught somewhere between your lungs and your throat. Because this is love in a language that isn’t words.
And he’s fluent in it. Fluent in you.
His fingers slide up the hem of the shirt you’re wearing - his shirt. And he pauses again.
“Can I take this off?” His voice is low. Strained. Still asking. Still making space.
You nod again. “Please.”
He swallows. You feel the tremble in his hands as he lifts the fabric slowly, cautiously, peeling away something important. He watches your face the whole time. Checks for flinches. For hesitation. For any sign that you might change your mind.
You lift your arms for him, and he helps you out of it without ever breaking eye contact.
And suddenly your chest is bare.
And Bucky hasn’t looked away from your face.
You almost laugh. Maybe you even almost cry. He’s so careful. As though he genuinely wants to memorize your expression with every inch of skin he reveals.
Only after a beat - when you don’t hide, don’t shift away - do his eyes begin to travel downward.
You watch him watching you. And it’s not hunger you see. It’s awe.
He seems to see you in full color and it makes your skin prickle with pleasurable heat.
His fingers trail down your sides, featherlight. Your ribs. Your hips. He touches you as though he’s learning you all over again.
Then his thumb glides up to brush the underside of your breast. You feel him exhale through his nose, shaky.
“God,” he whispers, rolling the words out with care. “You’re so beautiful.”
You don’t say anything. Just reach up, tangle your fingers in his hair. Pull him down to kiss you again, slow and long and open.
And he melts.
He moves over you, between your legs, still careful, still holding most of his weight off you. And he takes his time kissing you, your lips, until his mouth follows the path of his hands. Trailing across your collarbone, down to the softest parts of you. Every kiss is a question. Every breath against your skin is a vow.
When he reaches your stomach, he pauses again. Resting his forehead there like a man at prayer.
He takes another shaky breath and you soothe your hands over his dark locks, treading your fingers into his hair. Your thumb traces the back of his neck, bringing him back to the present.
He exhales. It sounds like surrender. “You gotta know how much I love you, baby.”
You do. You’ve known it since that day those few weeks ago. You know it by the way he moves. By the way he treats you. By the way he touches you. By the way he doesn’t rush.
“I love you too, Buck,” you whisper sweetly and his breath is broken against your skin.
He presses a kiss to your hipbone. Then lower.
His hands are back at your thighs now - sliding under, lifting gently. He kisses the inside of your knee, then the soft skin just above it, his breath trembling.
“You’ll tell me if anything doesn’t feel right,” he says, looking up but not taking his lips off your skin.
“I will,” you promise, getting breathless already.
“And if you want to stop-”
“I’ll tell you,” you assure him, softly, firmly.
He nods.
Then he leans forward and lays a kiss over your pubic bone. So worshipful. So loving.
You don’t realize you’re holding your breath until his fingers ghost over the waistband of your underwear - and stop there.
“Still okay?” he breathes, so quiet, it almost doesn’t make it out of his mouth. But it carries so much. Every syllable wrapped in worry, wrapped in memory. He’s still afraid something will crack open inside you if he touches the wrong place, the wrong way.
You nod.
But that’s not enough.
“Say it,” he whispers, and there’s a tremor in his voice again. “I need to hear you say it.”
You reach for him. Take his face in your hands, thumbs brushing over the apples of his cheeks. His skin is warm, flushed. His eyes are already glassy.
“I’m okay, baby,” you whisper, your voice soft but sure. “I want you to do this.”
With a pained exhaled sound and fluttering lashes, he nods and goes to kiss your thigh again. Then the dip of your hip. Then right beside the soft curve of your center. You feel the warm puff of his breath against the fabric and it makes your hips twitch.
And then he hooks his fingers beneath the waistband of your panties and pulls them down. Slowly. Unwrapping something too precious to tear.
He doesn’t look away. Doesn’t let his gaze wander greedily. He watches your face, every second of it - watching for hesitation, for discomfort, for pain. But all you give him is anticipation.
When the fabric slips down your thighs, past your knees, and finally off the ends of your toes, he sets it aside so carefully it almost makes you laugh. As though it’s something important.
Then he settles between your legs again. And he just looks.
He drinks in the sight of you, as though he’s parched. As though you’re the first drop of water he’s seen in weeks. His tongue darts out, barely wetting his lips. His hands spread your thighs wider, gently. Tenderly. As though he’s parting pages in a sacred text.
“You’re so-” he swallows. “Jesus, you’re-”
But he doesn’t finish.
He lowers his mouth to you instead.
The first kiss between your legs is featherlight. Half a breath. But it makes your whole body arch, your breath stutter.
Bucky groans softly into you - a sound of both restraint and desperate, helpless desire.
“Sorry,” you pant, chest rising too fast. “I didn’t-”
“Don’t you dare apologize,” he rasps, voice dark with awe. “God, that was- do it again.”
And you do. You can’t help it.
He licks you again - slower this time. Broader. Firmer. His lips move with practice, but not routine. There’s nothing careless about the way he touches you. Every movement is deliberate. As though he’s re-learning you. Learning how you feel like being his. Utterly and completely. Studying the way your body blooms beneath his mouth.
And he keeps checking in.
He doesn’t ask again with words. He does it with his eyes, every time he lifts his gaze to yours. He does it with his hand, the way he curls his fingers around your hip but doesn’t grip, the way he strokes his thumb along your skin in circles, grounding you. The way he takes hold of your hand with his other, encouraging you to squeeze him in your pleasure.
You moan. Soft and breathy.
And Bucky’s whole body reacts - you can see it in the way his hips shift against the mattress, the way he groans into you as though your pleasure is his own.
And he’s holding himself back, still. You can see it in the tight line of his shoulders, the way his hand shakes a little as it holds your thighs open. He’s painfully hard. You can feel the heat of it, see the outline pressing into the sheets, but he doesn’t move to relieve it.
Because this moment is for you.
This is your healing, your pleasure, your gift.
And god, does he worship you.
He takes his time.
He kisses you between licks, soft and open-mouthed, as though he can’t decide whether he wants to devour you or just memorize you. His tongue moves in slow, perfect circles. Then strokes up. Down. Gentle flicks, patient and watchful. Never too much, never too fast.
He listens. Learns.
Every time your breath catches, every time your hips twitch and your fingers tighten against his hand and the sheets, he adjusts. Builds on it. Builds you.
“Tell me what feels good,” he breathes against you.
“Everything,” you gasp, struggling to take in air.
“Yeah?” He kisses your clit once, then again, light and tender. “Right here?”
You nod, too dizzy to speak, sighing softly.
He hums into you. “So good, baby. You’re doing so good.”
Your hands reach down, weaving through his hair and he groans when you pull just slightly.
He’s hard and leaking and untouched, but he still doesn’t seem to care. You’re shaking beneath his mouth and that’s all he needs.
“Bucky,” you whimper, high and trembling. “I’m- close-”
“I’ve got you,” he utters, fingers tightening just slightly on your hips. “I’ve got you, baby. Let go for me.”
And you do. You let yourself fall.
Gasping, shaking, your thighs clenching around his head and Bucky holds you through it. He stays there, mouth softening against you, kissing you through every aftershock. You don’t see him watching you. Slowing his movements. Letting you come down in your own time.
And when he finally comes up, his lips are wet and his eyes wild with wonder.
“You okay?” he whispers.
You nod. Voice gone. Words gone. Heart full.
And all he does is smile. The softest smile in the world.
You continue trembling when he climbs up your body again.
His hands frame your ribs, then your face, then your hair - as if he can’t decide which part of you he wants to hold first. His mouth is damp from you. His pupils are blown. But even with the flush of his skin, the pulse in his throat, the strain pressing hard against his boxers - he doesn’t rush.
He doesn’t even reach for himself yet.
He’s just looking at you. As though you’re art. His. And he’s still trying to build sense around that.
You lift a hand to his face. Trace his cheekbone, his brow, and he leans into your touch, eyes fluttering.
“Your turn,” you whisper.
Uncertainty flashes through his eyes. “Only if you’re sure. We can stop here, baby.”
You smile warmly. “I’m aching for you, Barnes. Can’t leave me hanging here.”
His throat bobs. His cheeks burn deeper, as though you’ve spoken something too tender, too vulnerable.
But he nods.
And slowly, Bucky rises to his knees.
His fingers go to the hem of his shirt and you watch the fabric lift over his stomach, up his ribs, his chest, and then finally over his head.
And it never gets easier seeing him like this.
He’s stunning.
He is solid and sculptured and beautiful. His shoulders broad and corded with muscle, his waist lean, his skin golden in the soft bedroom light.
And still, he looks at you as if you are the masterpiece.
He hisses softly, when he frees himself out of his boxers, hard and heavy and flushed dark at the tip. He’s leaking, aching, but even now he doesn’t let that take over.
He braces above you, forehead pressed to yours, one hand sliding down to cup your face again.
“You’ll tell me,” he insists lowly, “if anything feels wrong.”
“I promise,” you respond quietly.
“And you’re sure you’re-”
“I feel perfect,” you interrupt gently. “Because of you.”
His breath hitches. You feel his body tense.
And still, he hesitates. He glances down your body, past your hot skin and the slick heat still dripping between your thighs. His fingers hover just below your navel.
“Let me- just one-” he murmurs, already sliding a hand between your legs. “Just want to make sure-”
But the moment his fingers glide through your folds, and he feels how wet you still are from his mouth, he lets out a deep, strangled groan.
His gaze jerks up to yours. Wide. Disbelieving.
“Oh,” you tease softly. “Surprised?”
He reddens deeply. Face and neck and chest. Even the tips of his ears turn pink. He twitches against your thigh.
“You really didn’t know what you were doing to me?” you whisper.
His eyes dart away for half a second - bashful. Then back to yours.
He leans in. Presses his lips to your temple. Your cheek. The corner of your mouth. A trail of kisses.
“I just wanted to take care of you,” he breathes thickly. “Didn’t even think about- fuck, baby.”
You giggle softly, stroking the back of his neck. He groans again, burying his face in your neck and staying there for a few heartbeats, clinging to you.
But his hand stays between your legs. He doesn’t dive in. Just lingers. “Still have to make sure, yeah, baby?” he whispers into your skin.
You nod, soft. “Okay.”
And then he moves. Slowly. Carefully. He pulls his head back and his eyes fall between your legs. Then back to watch you. Watch your mouth, your eye, your breath.
His fingers dip lower, about to touch you in a way that means everything. You see his throat work around a swallow.
He sinks one finger in, soothingly and dragging it out. His other hand braces beside your hip as though he needs the ground. He stops at the first knuckle.
Watching your face. Searching. Always looking for a sign of pain.
You sigh, your mouth parting on a soft moan. Not from discomfort.
From relief. From the feel of him.
Bucky’s gaze flares.
“Okay?” he whispers.
You nod. “Yeah,” you breathe out.
He pushes in a little deeper. Then again. Until the full length of his finger is buried inside you.
You whimper. Arch, just slightly. His name slips out.
And Bucky stills. Blinks. As though the sound alone managed to take his breath away.
“Oh, fuck,” he exhales in a sigh. His gaze is so focused on you. He is all you can think about.
You bite your lip, watching him with stars in your eyes.
His fingers curl a little inside you and your breath catches again, back arching. And that has him groaning under his breath, leaning forward as though he just needs to be closer, deeper.
He kisses your cheek. Your jaw. The corner of your mouth.
And with his eyes on yours, he gently and ever so cautiously slips in another finger beside the first. This time even slower.
Your body shifts to accommodate him and he feels it. Feels the way you welcome him, wrap around him. How warm you are. How soft.
His breathing stutters.
You moan again.
And still, he stops. Right at the knuckle. Eyes locked on yours.
“You okay?” he rasps, halfway there to lose his voice.
“Yes,” you manage to get out, voice almost pleading. “More, Bucky, please-”
And he gives you more. Goes deeper. Until both fingers are sheathed inside you and he’s filling you just enough to make your toes curl, just enough for his name to fall off your tongue again in a way that almost leaves Bucky gasping.
He watches you. He doesn’t blink.
He curls his fingers gently, once, and when your hips lift off the mattress just a little, when your mouth falls open and your eyes flutter shut in pleasure, he groans again. Buries his face in your shoulder. Just like before.
“Jesus Christ,” he exclaims roughly.
You stroke the back of his neck.
His hands still inside you, as though he needs a second to breathe.
And after a few shaky breaths, he starts moving again. Fingers stroking that spot deep inside you, slow and perfect and gentle. His lips brush your shoulder. Your collarbone. He kisses your heart, trying to memorize how it beats.
And even though you feel his swollen member against your thigh, red and ready, he doesn’t move to use it.
Because you’re not ready until he is sure you are.
Not just wet. Not just eager. Ready.
So he watches you. Watches every moan. Every gasp. Every quiver of your thighs, every arch of your spine.
Until you fall apart on his fingers.
And it’s the way you come undone under the gentlest version of his touch, that truly seems to make him need you.
He slides his fingers out slowly after he guides you through your high, like an apology, like a thank you.
And meets your eyes. They are full. His voice is low when he speaks. Hoarse.
“Okay,” he starts. “Okay. I’m gonna start slow.”
You nod, biting your lip.
And he reaches down to line himself up.
There is a pause. A beat of stillness.
You feel the head of him pressing just barely against you. His breath catches. Your breath catches.
His eyes snap to yours. “Tell me if-”
“I will,” you promise, eagerness in your tone. “Just get in, honey.”
He pushes in. The stretch is slow. So, so slow.
You feel every inch of him, and he feels it, too. His mouth falls open, eyes wide, as though the sensation shocks him. As though it’s different now to be inside you, to be with you like this, now that you wholly belong to each other.
He groans - soft, drawn-out. The sound is being dragged from deep in his chest.
You clench instinctively, and he curses under his breath, forehead dropping to yours, eyes staying on you.
“Shit, baby- fuck-”
You hold onto his shoulders. His waist. Anything you can reach. You’re both shaking.
But he doesn’t push in all the way. Not yet. He pauses halfway in, breathing ragged, eyes continuing to search your face.
You talk before he can ask. “You can keep going.”
“Promise me.”
You kiss him. Sweet and slow and sure.
“I promise.”
And so he moves - just a little more - and the moan that rips out of him is wounded, as though pleasure hurts. As though being this close to you is almost too much.
But he doesn’t let himself close his eyes. Doesn’t let them move away from your face.
And when he’s finally seated fully inside you, his hips flush against yours, you both just breathe.
Still. Connected.
He doesn’t move at first. Just holds himself there - deep inside you. Anchoring himself to the moment, to your body, to the fact that you’re okay. That you want this. That you’re here.
And he’s trying not to cry.
You can see it in the way his lashes flutter, in the glassy sheen on his cheeks that catches the light.
His forehead leans against yours, breath hot over your mouth.
“Sweetheart,” he whispers. One word. As though it contains a hundred.
“It’s okay,” you whisper back. “You’re okay.”
His eyes stay open. You don’t think he’s blinked since he pushed in.
They are pinned to yours like if he looks away for even a second something might go wrong. He’s watching your eyes for any sign of pain. And you know he won’t close his own until he knows you’re safe.
“I can feel how hard you’re holding back,” you start quietly, gently, fingers brushing the sweat-damp strands from his forehead. “You can move, Buck.”
He doesn’t. His throat bobs. Jaw flexing.
“God,” he breathes. “You feel so good- too good- but I don’t want to- fuck, baby, I don’t want to hurt you again-”
“You won’t. You say it firmly, but still with a sweet voice. Your thumb strokes the dimple in his chin. “You didn’t before. It wasn’t your fault. And it’s not going to happen again.”
He breathes in as though your words might soothe something broken in him. But still, he doesn’t move. Not until you speak again.
“I need you, Bucky.”
And something in him crumbles. Slowly, painstakingly, he pulls his hips back just an inch, then slides forward again, keeping his eyes on yours the whole time. He’s watching, reading, studying every twitch of your mouth, your brows, every flutter of your lashes, every breath you take.
“Is that-” he breathes, “-was that okay?”
You nod, voice thick. “Yes. Yes, Buck, it’s perfect.”
And he moves again.
Tiny, tender thrusts. Gentle. Devoted.
It’s not even about pleasure, it’s about closeness. About the feeling of him. The heat of his skin. The tremble in his arms as he holds himself up above you. The way he groans, low and broken, every time he slides a little deeper.
His eyes won’t leave you.
Not even when his lashes are heavy with heat and he has to force them to stay open. Not even when his mouth opens and he exhales a shaky, stuttering breath that tells you he’s feeling everything. But he fights to keep them open. To see you.
You run your fingers through his hair, trying to get him to let go. “I feel good, baby. I’m okay.”
But he just shakes his head. Leans down and kisses you. Slow. Melting. Deep.
“I want to watch you feel good,” he says huskily. “Need it. Need to make sure.”
And then he thrusts a little deeper.
It’s so painfully careful but still enough to steal your breath. You gasp, clutching his shoulders, hips rising to meet his.
His eyes roll back. His whole body shudders. “Fuck,” he groans. “Don’t do that. God, sweetheart, you’re ruining me.”
You smile through the moan that slips past your lips. “That’s kind of the point.”
He laughs, a real and broken little laugh, but it cracks at the edges. He is overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by you.
He rocks into you again. A little deeper. A little more sure. Still slow, still soft - but he’s feeling it now, letting his hips follow the rhythm you’re building together.
You cling to him.
He is panting. Tiny tremors running through his arms. His left hand slides beneath your back, holding your closer, lifting your chest to his so your hearts are touching - so he can feel every beat of you against him.
His voice is low and trembling. “Tell me again,” he pleads, strained. “Please, tell me it’s okay-”
“It’s better than okay,” you gasp, nails dragging down his back. “I’m perfect. You’re perfect. Don’t stop.”
He kisses you. Desperate now. His rhythm falters for a second, too lost in the way your mouth tastes.
Then he pulls back, just far enough to look at you. His gaze is devastated. Open. Admiring.
“I love you,” he sighs.
And your heart bursts.
You take his face in your hands, voice breaking with feeling.
“I love you too.”
And it happens slowly. Then all at once.
He watches you fall apart as though he’s never seen anything more beautiful. As though your pleasure is a sunrise he never thought he’d survive long enough to see. As though every sigh, every gasp, every whisper of his name is another stitch holding his broken heart together.
You feel him shaking. Hear him whisper things he doesn’t seem to know he’s saying. “Shit, baby, look at you- so perfect- so good- fuck, baby-”
One of his hands grips beneath your thigh, thumb stroking soothing circles into your skin. The other tangles in your hair, holding your forehead to his as though he needs the connection to stay whole.
He’s watching your face as if it’s a map. Tracing every change in expression, every whimper and moan, every flicker of ecstasy that breaks across your features.
And you can feel it building. Low and hot, coiling tight in your belly. Your body trembling, hips lifting to meet his in soft, desperate little movements. Your breaths coming fast, faster. His name spilling from your mouth, making him shudder.
“Buck- Bucky- I’m- don’t stop.”
He falters. Just once. Just enough for him to whisper. “You’re close.”
You nod, gasping.
And that’s all it takes for him to shift slightly. Just enough to hit the angle he knows drives you insane. He leans in, nose brushing your cheek, lips at your ear. “Let go for me, my sweetheart. Please. I’ve got you. Always got you.”
And your whole body locks around him, your voice breaking into something wild and soft, pleasure cursing through your veins, hot and blinding and complete.
You come with his name on your tongue.
His eyes snap shut.
That’s all it takes.
He gasps, chokes on a breath, and then he’s gone - spilling into you with a groan that sounds like heartbreak and heaven all at once. His whole body arches, hands gripping you tight, holding on for dear life, burying himself in you. As though he wants to pour every ounce of his love into you and never come back.
His mouth meets your shoulder, kissing your skin as though he has all the time in the world.
“Jesus,” he breathes. “I’ve never- fuck- never felt anything like that.”
Neither have you.
Because this wasn’t just fucking. This wasn’t the kind of sex you’ve been having for so long.
This was something else.
This was love, laid bare. No games. No fear. No walls. Just skin and breath and heartbeats and truth.
He stays inside you. Doesn’t dare move. Not yet.
His face is tucked into your neck, breath hot and trembling.
You card your fingers through his hair, kissing the shell of his ear, the slope of his shoulder. “You okay?”
He nods. A slow, solemn little nod. Then pulls back just enough to look at you.
And the look in his eyes is too much.
As though he’s never going to recover from this. He doesn’t want to.
He brushes his fingers down your cheek and kisses you leisurely.
“I love you,” he says again, still searching for air. “More than anything.”
You whisper it back. Because you do.
Bucky keeps hovering above you even though he already brought you home. The way he presses his lips to your temple and cradles your jaw in his palm as though you’re the last delicate thing in the world.
You breathe him in. He breathes you in. His forehead rests against yours, sticky with sweat, the kind of closeness that makes time irrelevant.
“You okay?” he whispers quietly. His voice cracks right down the middle.
You nod, throat too tight for words, but he doesn’t move. Doesn’t take the nod as final. His eyes scan your face as though he is trying to read between the lines of skin and breath and silence.
“I’m serious, doll,” he murmurs, a little firmer now. “You tell me if something feels off. Anything. If you’re sore, or-” he pauses, swallows a cough, “or if it hurt. Even just a little.”
Your hand finds the curve of his jaw, thumb brushing over the edge of his cheekbone, damp with sweat and tenderness. “I’m okay,” you reassure him sweetly. “I promise, baby. I feel good.”
His brows twitch. He wants to believe you.
“I mean it,” you add, lips brushing against his. “I feel more than good. I feel amazing.”
That finally does something to him. His shoulders drop. His hands tremble a little less. But even still, his gaze keeps drifting downward - to where your bodies meet, joined in the slowest, softest way you ever have. Searching for signs of pain that your mouth hasn’t admitted yet.
And then, quietly, with a softness you’re still surprised at - he slides out of you and down the bed. Down your body.
You blink. “Buck?”
“I just wanna check,” he says, already reaching for a soft towel. “Not tryna be weird, just-” his throat bobs. “Just need to know you didn’t start bleeding again.”
You open your mouth, not able to say anything.
Taking hold of your hand, he kisses the back of it before continuing. Every movement is careful, tender, hands working as though he’s handling silk. He wipes you down with warm water, his brow furrowed with a worry so profound it makes your chest ache. He doesn’t rush, not once. His eyes move up to yours every few seconds, silently asking for consent all over again.
“Still okay?” he inquires quietly as he folds the towel, already looking like he wants to run a warm bath and wrap you in a blanket of cloud and honey and safety.
“Still okay,” you nod, voice thick with emotion.
“Good.” He exhales for the first time in what feels like minutes. “Good. You tell me the second that changes. I mean it. I’ll pull the moon out of the damn sky if it hurts you again.”
You smile watery. He kisses your thigh.
And then he lifts you, scoops you into his arms with a care that feels so incredibly intimate. Carrying you to the bathroom, he is holding you so close that your heart forgets what it’s like to feel anything but safe.
With a kiss to your shoulder and your forehead, he sets you down on the edge of the tub.
He draws the bath. He adds your favorite bubbles. Lavender and eucalyptus steam curling through the air, filled with comfort.
He tests the temperature and while it fills, he kneels between your legs, rests his cheek on your thigh, and places more kisses into the bend of your knee, your hip, your ribs.
“D’you feel it?” he asks then, quietly. Almost nervous. Voice low and hoarse.
You run your fingers through his hair. He melts under your touch.
You think you know what he’s talking about.
Because all those times you slept with each other before, it was fast, frantic, bodies tangled and pressed into stolen hours, trying to pretend it didn’t matter.
It never felt like being held in a way that spoke louder than words. Never felt like being chosen in the silence after the fact. Never felt like someone saying I love you without needing to say it.
But tonight, it did.
“Yeah,” you answer, just as silent. “It never felt like that before.”
He lifts his head. Eyes soft. “That a good thing?”
“A very good thing,” you answer, almost teasingly, grinning.
And Bucky’s smile comes wide and real. His hands move up and down your shins. He leans in. Kisses your knee. Eyes on yours.
And when he guides you into the water, hands warm at your waist, his eyes track you constantly, scanning your face, your body. Watching. Worry never leaving, but love, too - love stretched wide across every inch of his face.
He joins you once you’re settled, pulling you into his lap, your back to his chest, water lapping around your waists. His arms wind around you, tightening comfortably, his heartbeat thudding against your back.
He kisses your shoulder. Rests his head in the crook of your neck.
The bath water cradles you as though it knows how hard your body worked tonight, how loved it was, how careful the man at your side has been, every moment before and after.
Your knees are tucked to your chest, curled in his lap, spine pressed to his sternum. His arms are heavy around your waist, long fingers spread wide and warm beneath the surface of the water. One palm pressed flat over your stomach, the other stroking a gentle line up and down your thigh, so painstaking, as though he never wants to stop touching you. He holds you as though you are his heart made tangible.
You breathe together. Quiet. Slow.
The ache between your legs is not painful. It’s soft. A memory of something beautiful.
You feel Bucky’s heartbeat thump against your spine. He kisses your neck. Again and again.
Then - so quiet, so gentle, almost afraid - he asks again. “Are you still okay?”
And it shouldn’t be much. It’s just a check-in. One of a hundred he’s made tonight. The softness in his voice, the worry gathered beneath his breath - it should feel comforting.
But instead, your chest caves in.
Your throat locks up.
You blink once, twice, and suddenly you can’t see. Everything blurs.
Because he means it. He really, truly means it.
Because he loves you. So goddamn much. And he’s holding you as if you matter more than air and he touches you as if you are a living poem and you can still feel him inside you, loving you - and your heart can’t hold all of it. It’s too much. It spills over.
Because he’s been so careful. His hands were so tender and his mouth so full of praise and his eyes tracked you the way the earth tracks the sun. Because even now, when it’s over, when the candle he lit up before getting into the tub flickers low, and the air smells of eucalyptus and his thighs are soaked through with warm water, he still won’t stop caring.
And it hits you. All of it. Everything. The past weeks. The pain. The panic when you tried to scrub away the evidence alone in the very same bathroom you’re in right now and bolt out of his apartment. The way he broke through the door just to get to you, how he wiped you off with hands that trembled but never once let you go.
The guilt he carried. The way he flinched for days when you touched him back. The softness he offered even when he had none for himself.
And now this.
This perfect, intimate thing you just shared. This feeling of being held in a way no one ever held you before. It’s all too much. The bath, his arms, the way he holds your ribcage as though he’s matching your breath. The most amazing sex you’ve ever had. The way he whispered into your shoulder as he moved inside you with so much care.
You want to answer him. Want to tell him you’re okay. But nothing comes out.
You can only inhale sharply, the sound catching in your throat.
And Bucky stills. Goes completely stiff.
You don’t speak. You can’t. Your overflowing heart won’t let you.
Bucky shifts behind you. “Baby?” His voice is quiet. But not calm. Never calm, when it comes to your silence.
And you stay silent. Turning your head away.
His arms tighten and you feel him trying to look around at your face. “Hey, hey. Honey. What’s wrong? What’s wrong? Are you- did I- did something hurt again? Are you hurting? Something feel wrong?”
You shake your head, but his voice is shaking harder.
“Sweetheart, look at me,” he croaks in a whisper, his fingers coming to cup your jaw, about to tilt your head, but you don’t want him to see the tears forming, don’t want him to panic. He is frantic, not sure what he’s afraid of more - your pain or your silence. “C’mon, baby, please talk to me. I- did I do something? Did I hurt you and you didn’t wanna say? Are you bleedin’?”
You can feel him check the water for any signs of red and you hate yourself for not getting your voice out of your throat. But the only thing coming up is a choked breath.
“Talk to me.” He talks fast, swallowing words, swallowing breaths. “Please, baby. You have to tell me. You’re scaring me.”
He can’t see you like this. Not with your face turned away, not with your chest shaking in silence. So he moves, carefully but with uncoordinated and frantic hands, guiding you to turn in his arms until you’re straddling him in the water, your body trembling with the force of emotion you hadn’t braced yourself for.
You try to speak, but all that comes out is a wet hiccup of a breath and a soft, unsteady sob - not from pain, not from fear, just from everything. Your chest stings with it. Tears fall. Two, three, falling down your cheeks.
And Bucky panics. “No, baby, no, please don’t cry. Fuck, I don’t-”
He’s sitting up straighter now, water sloshing around you both, almost lapping over the tub. His face crumbles. His hands scramble, checking your sides, your arms, trying to study every inch of you, to figure out what’s wrong here, where it hurts, what he missed.
“Shit, shit, I knew it! Baby I knew we should’ve waited. I shouldn’t have- fuck- I’m so sorry. I’m so fucking sorry- please talk to me-”
“No,” you finally manage, voice cracking, catching his hands and trying to squeeze the quiver out of them. “No, no, Bucky- I’m okay, I’m okay.”
But his eyes are wide, a glossy sheen already there and you would like to kick yourself. The guilt is already spinning in those pretty blue depths, the fear and dread all bubbling and building and ready to crescendo into another panic attack.
You press your forehead to his. You breathe in, slow. You breathe out. Your hands move to cup his cheeks. “It’s not that,” you breathe, and your voice is wet and cracked and soaked in love. “It’s not- Baby, you didn’t do anything wrong.”
His breath is uneven, hectic. He doesn’t blink.
You kiss his lips. A soft, barely-there brush. “I’m just overwhelmed.”
His brow furrows. His hands pull you closer to his chest, but his eyes stay locked on yours.
“I’m okay,” you whisper. “I’m not in pain. I promise. It’s just-” You break off with another hiccup of a laugh-sob. “You’re being so wonderful. And it’s been so much. In the best way.”
Bucky stills. Eyes blinking fast, jaw tight with the restraint of a man trying not to fall apart.
You pull back to look at him clearly. “I just-” you try to laugh, but it’s mostly just a breath shivering on the edge of something enormous. “I love you. So much. And it just- hit me. How much. I’ve never felt like this before. And it was just a lot, all at once.”
Bucky stares at you as though you split the earth open beneath him.
And then his hands are everywhere. On your cheeks. On your back. In your hair. Holding your face, trying to keep you in this moment with him. As though this is the most important moment in his life.
“God.” He chokes on a breath, and his lips land on your forehead, your nose, your eyelids, kissing your tears away. “You- you’re crying because you love me?”
You nod against him, laugh through your tears.
He exhales and his whole body sags with it.
“Shit,” he breathes, voice wavering. “You’re gonna kill me, baby.”
He presses you even tighter into his chest, cradling the back of your head. “Fuck, you scared me. I thought I hurt you again. I thought- thought I messed it all up again.”
“You didn’t,” you whisper, shaking your head. “You didn’t. Not even close.”
He is breathing harder than before, but the panic is softening now, bleeding out into the warmth of your body against his.
“I just love you so much,” you repeat, voice just a small breath. “And I didn’t expect it to feel like this. This… intense.”
He nods against you. Kisses your temple. Then your cheek. Then your wet lashes. “Yeah,” he exhales and there is a sheen to his voice, as though it passed through his own unspilled tears on the way out. “I know what you mean.”
You bury yourself against him, cheek to his chest, and his arms curl tight around your back. He rocks you just slightly, water lapping quietly against the porcelain, even now wanting to soothe you, hold you through it, make sense of all the things your tears said before your voice could.
His touch never stops. Always checking. Always there. One hand rubbing soft circles into your hip. The other brushing your damp hair back behind your ear.
“I’m sorry I scared you,” you apologize eventually, brushing your nose against his cheek.
His laugh is soft and shattered, something frail, but there’s relief in it. Adoration. “Don’t apologize, sweetheart. I’m just glad you’re okay.”
You tilt your face up. Find his lips. It’s not a kiss that needs anything. It’s not even a kiss that asks. It’s just gentle. Soothing. Comforting. Sweet. Home.
“I’m more than okay,” you whisper softly.
And his eyes are shining.
He presses a kiss into your hair, then another. Then three more in a row because he can’t help himself. And he tells you he loves you, because he can’t help himself.
And he doesn’t let go. Not for a long time.
He won’t let you move. Not until the water cools. Not until the stars settle outside the bathroom window.
He won’t let you reach for a cloth or dry yourself off or even think about standing without him.
He refuses to let you go through one more thing alone.

⊹ ⊹ ⊹
⊹ CHUUYA NAKAHARA—HOT GYM BUDDIES CAN’T WAIT UNTIL AFTER THEIR WORKOUT TO FUCK!
“Yeah, that’s a lot better. Look at you, you got it,” the pretty redhead mutters, his hands still firmly on your hips as he spots your squat. “Give me one more, I know you can.”
The praise prompts you to draw in a deep breath that has nothing to do with your next squat; anyway, this gorgeous man, kind enough to help you with your form, believes in you. So you bend once more, squatting down, down, and pushing back up—until on your way back up, you feel your legs begin to buckle.
“Woah, woah.” It’s sweet how concerned he sounds as his hands fly up to the bar and his feet nudge you forward to help you replace the weight on the rack, but his hips end up pressed to yours, and you’re gasping. “You okay?”
You’re fine, caged between him and the bar as he leans over your shoulder to glimpse your face that’s flushed from exertion. Only exertion, surely, even though your ass is pressed firmly to his pelvis. He doesn’t seem hard, but you can still feel it, and it feels big.
“Yeah,” you breathe, moving to duck under the bar, but it’s low and you’re feeling a little dizzy, so you teeter backwards into him, and as his hands find your waist again. “Yeah, I’m about to be done anyway.”
“You should really stretch after maxing out like that,” he suggests, turning you around. “Don’t wanna be hurting, do you?”
But you can only look into his intense eyes and shake your head lightly before he’s easing you to the ground on your back, settling each of his knees over one of your thighs, and slotting his shoulder beneath your hamstring. He pushes forward, gently, slowly, looking to you for anything wrong; and there isn’t.
There’s nothing wrong, except for the fact that you can feel his huge dick against your pussy through both of your shorts.
It’s all you need to start moving blindly, reaching down for his waistband, pawing at his neck, mashing his lips to yours, and he doesn’t hesitate to do it back—he lets up on your leg only to slip your shorts off before your ankle is back over his shoulder and he’s grinding the head of his cock into your wetness.
“You gonna let me in, baby?” he pants hotly, looking down at you squirming beneath him. “Yeah, I know you will—you’re strong, you can take it.”
His tip catches on your clit, and you gasp before he’s plunging into you, setting a brutal pace. “Oh, fuck!”
“Oh, fuck, yeah,” he groans. “So fuckin’ tight.”
He hits the inside of you perfectly, his soft ginger hair falling loose from its low pony—you wish you knew his name so you could scream it, but you settle for moaning, panting, cussing, as he throws your other leg over his shoulder and drills into you on the gym mat. ⊹
⊹ OSAMU DAZAI—MY OLDER BROTHER ALMOST CAUGHT ME FUCKING HIS BEST FRIEND!
“Shit—I’ll be back, gonna go shower this off. Asshole.”
That was what your older brother, Chuuya, grumbled at Dazai before scurrying off to the bathroom. The three of you had just gotten back from getting ice cream, and Dazai had the brilliant idea of snatching Chuuya’s cone from him and sticking it in his hair. Cursing ensued the entire walk home.
And Dazai popped the tail end of his cone in his mouth and grabbed for your wrists as soon as your brother was out of sight, which leads you to now—in the living room, on the couch, bouncing furiously on his cock as he grunts.
“Osamu—be quiet!” you plead with him, but you’re moaning, too.
His lips fall into a grin. “Don’t worry, cutie, I can still hear the shower—fuck! Just keep—keep doing that, you feel so fucking good.”
So you reinforce your grip on his shoulders and slam your hips down to meet his, over and over, drawing sinful sounds from both of your bodies as you’re separated by a single thin wall from your brother—Dazai’s best friend, who would probably murder both of you if he found out you were fucking.
And then the water turns off. You muffle the choked cry you let out into Dazai’s shoulder, so damn frustrated that you won’t get there, not before Chuuya comes back—but Dazai’s flipping you onto your back, grabbing you by your hips, pulling you into him with such fervor that you almost shout.
“Need it, baby, I need to cum in this pussy—”
“Osamu!”
But even you can’t tell if you’re egging him on or warning him to stop—with no sound buffer and Chuuya undoubtedly coming back any minute, your body decides for you that you need it, too, you need to cum and you will, no matter how much your mind protests; your eyes flick nervously up to the hallway when they’re not rolling back from how Dazai’s rearranging your guts.
“He’s gonna come back—unh—and you’re gonna sit here with my cum in you, and he won’t even fuckin’ know.”
He’s digging his nails into your hips and ass, making you twitch, reaching down to rub your clit hard, and when you cum, clenching around him, he shoves his palm over your mouth and spills into you with a last few wet smacks.
Dazai’s scrambling back into his pants as footsteps pad down the hall; he all but throws himself at the other end of the couch as you curl up, dressed but fucked silly, focused on not letting the evidence of what just happened gush out of you and leak onto the couch.
“Fuck was that noise?” Chuuya mumbles, sauntering out as he’s tying his wet hair up.
“Hm? I don’t know, I didn’t hear anything.”
When Chuuya turns toward the kitchen, Dazai tosses you a wink. Your face burns as you feel yourself leaking. ⊹
⊹ DOPPO KUNIKIDA—COLLEGE HOTTIE SUCKS DICK FOR EXTRA CREDIT!
"You do realize I'm going to have to fail you," your professor informs you, looking into your eyes with a little regret. Truthfully, you've always been personable in class and shown promise as a student, and he's disappointed. Not in you, just in your poor academic performance during your final semester.
"There has to be something I can do to make up for it," you nearly plead, hands clasped together on the edge of his desk as you look to him with hope. You know you've been slacking, but you need this class to graduate.
"I don't know—" He sighs your name, clearly confliced. Your attendance record is less than impressive these days, and Kunikida's enforced a strict class participation policy throughout his years of teaching—as well as no extra credit—something he makes clear to all of his students in all of his classes, and you especially should know better after taking his classes for four years. "I don't know. Like what?" Maybe you can do a few credits in the summer and still walk at graduation, or pick up an internship. But he wants you to take the initiative and accountability.
He doesn't really know how to protest when you're slipping out of your seat and sinking to your knees as a spark starts to gleam in your eyes. You rattle off a few academic ideas for posterity, but ultimately find your hands sliding up his thighs and fiddling with his belt.
Fuck it, you think, you'll be out of here soon enough. Plus, Kunikida's always been kind, compassionate, understanding, and sexy—too invested in his field to even notice that handfuls of students on campus would throw themselves at him given the chance. Maybe he'll finally understand, you muse to yourself, as you work his hardening cock out of his dress pants.
He chokes out your name when you take his length in both of your hands; he's all the way gone when you're swirling your tongue over his tip, giving in to your little idea for extra credit sooner than he'd ever admit to himself.
"Oh, fuck—" He's staring up at the ceiling of his office in pure bliss because his student is working hot, sloppy kisses down the underside of his cock. His hands twist into your hair, and you gaze up at him, doe-eyed, as his head falls forward and he looks at you through his glasses. "Keep going. Don't fucking stop."
He's trying not to thrust into your mouth when you fondle his balls; his pretty blond bangs are dampening with sweat, and you can't take your eyes off him as you bob your head faster, hollowing your cheeks around him and moaning at the taste of your professor's cock heavy in your mouth. He twitches and jumps at your attention to detail—your fingers raking tracks down his thighs, your frantic tongue, your fluttering lashes and sugary moans, gags, and slurps that are music to him.
You know, as he falls apart more and more by the second, you won't have to worry about this class anymore.
"Unh—uh, yes, oh, fuck, we'll work something out, yeah, gorgeous? Just don't stop—d—don't stop, don't fucking stop, I'm gonna cum down that pretty throat, yeah, and we'll get it all figured out." ⊹
⊹ YUKICHI FUKUZAWA—NAUGHTY SECRETARY SEDUCES HOT BOSS!
You're perched on his desk when he returns from the meeting—Yukichi, your boss, who, lately, you can't stop thinking about climbling like a tree. You're sure your coworkers see it, too, but you're his personal assistant; no one gets to be as close to him as you, and he trusts you.
Which is why you'll put the moves on him today.
He runs a hand through his silver hair—obviously stressed—sighing as he pulls his office door shut and turns to you. He speaks your name, holds a few papers in your direction, begins instructing you on what he needs from you next.
But you know better what he needs. The papers that make their way into your hands are quickly forgotten about on his desk as you uncross your legs and hop down, sauntering up to place on hand on his arm, the other on his chest.
"Sir, you look so tense. Are you sure there isn't anything else I can do?"
He makes his way to sit down in his office chair, disregarding your touch in a way that has you following after him like a puppy in need of attention.
He doesn't answer, but he also doesn't protest when you settle between his knees beneath his desk and push his yukata and haori up to pool around his hips. His dick is thick and veiny, even soft; when you spit in your hand and begin to work him up and down his mouth falls open with a sigh, and he grows at least two inches as he hardens beneath your grip.
You didn't think you'd be able to fit his absolute monster cock in your mouth, but you find yourself, throat open, with your nose pressed to his happy trail as you swirl your tongue and breathe through your nose frantically; he holds your face down, speaking very little but making up for it with the way he grunts hotly in that deep, rough voice as he bucks into the back of your throat.
"Unh—ugh..."
You breathe through your nose as his hips fall into a brutal pace; his hands on either side of your head keep you pinned in place as he uses you, takes his stress out on you. Your fingers massage his balls, and you can't help the way you hum around him when he twitches in your mouth.
Yukichi pulls out of your jaw and you gasp for air, wiping the spit that drips down your chin with the back of your hand, but he's not done. When he does speak, it's demanding, low, and it makes your cunt throb with need.
"Get up. Get up, sit on the desk. 'Need to fuck you."
You do as you’re told, open up for him with no hesitation, smiling as he works his fat cock into you—yeah, his stress will be gone in no time with the way he fucks your hole so hard and fast that you shake with each creak of his desk. ⊹
⊹ ATSUSHI NAKAJIMA—STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR WITH MY SEXY NEIGHBOR!
"Ah! Atsushi, open the door!"
"Um," he frets, punching the button until he's sure it'll break. If it's not broken already. "I—I can't, it's not working!"
Not working? Is he fucking serious? You're trapped in the door—all you did was try to reach back out for your bag you'd set by the elevator and now you're stuck, by the waist, between the two sliding maneuvers, your bag dangling from your hands.
"It's supposed to have a sensor! It's not supposed to even close when someone's on the threshold!" you cry through your teeth as you try to squirm out. Atsushi's mind is already working, though, over the way you're pinned in half, wiggling your ass as you struggle against the industrial strength of the elevator door. "Atsushi, help me, please call someone or something—"
But his hands are on your hips, pulling backward, and you can't help the noise of surprise that slips out of you.
"Atsu', I seriously don't think that will work, please, just call—Atsushi!"
His hands shake as he slides your pants and underwear down your thighs, exposing your ass; he tunes out your protesting as he undoes his belt. You hear the clink of it hitting the ground, you feel his fingers dipping into your cunt from behind, and he cannot be fucking serious.
"I'm sorry," he cries like it's out of his control—he feels like it is. "I'm sorry, you're so hot, you're right here, I've wanted this for so long."
And you feel yourself beginning to drip at his desperate tone. You can't fucking believe it—this is depraved. This is some shit you would've never expected from the sweet, cute boy in the apartment across the hall who helped you drag your bedframe and couch from this very elevator to your room but here he is, prodding at you with his pathetically leaky cock while you're stuck in the damn elevator door.
And you'd be frustrated with how your body reacts, but as he slides his dick along your cunt, drenching himself in your wetness, you can't help but arch back into his touch.
"Atsushi, you have to fuck me, please."
And he does, fast and unpracticed—he whimpers for you, tells you you're all he thinks about when he jerks off; he confesses that he looks through his peephole when he knows you're leaving for work or school just to get at least one glimpse of you everyday to fuel his imagination, and you gush around him, the pain of the door trapping you falling irrelevant, drifting out of your mind, as he buries his face in your shoulder and humps into you like an animal, pounding against your cervix.
"Fuck, that's right, so good, so, so good—better than I could've imagined—agh, fuck, that's right, take it all, take it, take it, take it...!" ⊹
⊹ RYUUNOSUKE AKUTAGAWA—HOT BABE HAS NO MONEY, LETS THE DELIVERY BOY DESTROY THAT PUSSY!
You rifle through your wallet and hum when you come up short. "Um, I... know you said you don't have a card reader, but I don't have enough cash."
The delivery boy looks at you with little more than boredom until you invite him in.
"Here, let me look in my room—I might have more stashed somehwere..."
He stands over you, searching you with his curious gray eyes as you dig through a drawer, a bag, another bag, only to come up short again. You even peek under your mattress for good measure, but you're just out. You turn to him sheepishly.
"I, uh... I don't have enough, I'm really sorry."
"Well, I can't leave without some form of payment," he deadpans, and you try to think of something, anything—you have a few giftcards for other delivery services, some jewelry—but he's letting his bag fall off his shoulder and grabbing you by the hips before you can register what he means.
You end up face down, ass up on your bed as a compromise, his hips rutting into you from behind as he holds your wrists behind your back. Ryuunosuke his name tag read—you're quick to adopt a way around that mouthful, moaning out, "Ryuu, Ryuu, please!" as he splits you open and calls you a whore.
"Fuckin' slut—"
When you're able to glance back for a second you can see his pretty black hair swaying with each rough thrust, and you're sure he's hitting your lungs—he's so fucking deep inside you, and you're gasping, moaning for more.
"—so eager to—unh—take this dick. Probably hiding your cash somewhere."
But whether you are or not doesn't matter; your eyes are rolling back to the hard smack of his hips against your ass and the white-hot pleasure that rolls through you every time he plows straight into your g-spot, and he's throbbing inside of you at the way your cunt grips him. Your pizza's getting cold on the counter in your kitchen, but you don't care—not when he bunches his fingers up in your hair to arch you back up to him so he can wrap his other hand around your throat.
You hold onto him as he bends you, pulling air down into your lungs when you can, and his gravelly voice barrages you with more words that make you gush around his cock.
"Gonna let me cum in this pussy so you don't have to fork over a few bucks for a pizza? Pathetic."
His teeth sink into your shoulder, his other hand reaches down to torture your neglected clit, and you're sure he's gonna break you over this, your hot delivery boy who just so happened to have the idea to fill you up as payment. You pant his name desperately between thunderous moans—you're gonna cum soon. ⊹
⊹ SAKUNOSUKE ODA—THIS PLUMBER FIXED MORE THAN JUST MY PIPES!
"Okay, that should do it." The man stands up, back to a height at which he towers over you, and you lean on the doorframe to the kitchen as he shuts the cabinets beneath your sink. "It's all movin' again."
You were in your robe when you answered the door, but you'd be lying if you said you didn't run to the bathroom to fix your hair and swipe on a little lip balm while he was working. Really, you hadn't meant to try to fuck the plumber. But this man was gorgeous, with his auburn hair, stubble-lined jaw, large hands, broad shoulders. You felt your eyes widen when you first laid eyes on him, and now you'd been throbbing thinking about what those thick fingers could do other than plumbing.
You pull your robe tighter around yourself, hoping to subtly accentuate the outline of your body. "Thank you so much, really, I don't know what I'd have done without the sink."
"Probably used the dishwasher a lot more," he cracked dryly, and your previous words suddenly feel stupid, but it only serves to make him hotter.
"How should I pay you?" You stride over to him. "Cash?"
"You can just pay online." He looks tired, but he has a well-meaning smile on his face.
You look a little incredulous. "Really? I can't—do you accept tips? Seriously, top notch work and super quick. I can't not thank you."
"I'm really not supposed to take tips," he drawls, running a hand through his hair. You find yourself biting your lip; you can't look away from him. You must look like a rabid animal right now, but you can't help it.
He doesn't tear his eyes away from yours.
"I mean, unless..."
Those three words are what find you on your back in your bedroom with your robe thrown open, the sweet and efficient plumber named Sakunosuke standing at the edge as he impales you on his cock. He worked you open with those fingers first, fast and harsh, just how you begged him to, but nothing could've prepared your weeping hole for the stretch of his fat dick—and now he's pounding into you, his hands clutching your waist as you hold your legs open for him to thrust deeper, deeper.
“Oh, shit. Unh—so wet—“
His groans come from his chest, deliciously—he looks a little like he knows he shouldn't be doing this, but your cunt is sucking him in like it was what he was supposed to come here for all along. You spasm and clench around him and he throws his head back, your whole body rippling as his strong hips and heavy balls smack lewdly against your ass with each thrust.
“Mmph—fuck—break that sink of yours more often, alright?” ⊹
⊹ ANGO SAKAGUCHI—I JOINED THE MILE HIGH CLUB (EXTREMELY RISKY)!
The man you met in the airport bar—oh, he’s pretty.
He's even prettier in your mind when the pilot announces phone permissions now that you're in the air, and the first notification your phone receieves is from him.
I have an open seat next to me in first class. Come visit.
You don't hesitate for a moment. You stride forward from the economy section, past the flight attendants who protest at you flimsily to search for his seat number—you see his unmistakably gorgeous hair, his glasses, his sharp side profile as he speaks to an attendant, catches you in his peripheral, and then shoos her away.
There's hardly niceties before one of your legs is slung over his knee and he kisses you with fervor. You don't think too hard about the people around you—none of whom can actually see you but without a doubt will know exactly what's happening in a few minutes—as you grind down onto his thigh, bite his lips, draw soft gasps from him when your knee nudges his bulge.
Before you know it, his cock is free and he slides your underwear to the side so you can sink onto him; he groans shamelessly when your wet heat envelops him completely, causing heads to turn in your direction, but you just brace your knees against the airplane seat and your hands on his shoulders make quick work of milking him of everything he has.
He kisses you, hot, heavy; he smells good, he smells expensive, and you tear his dress shirt open to rake your nails down his chest as he grabs your hips, letting his head fall back and a full-bodied moan into the cramped air of the plane as he does so. You lift up to let him thrust, let lewd smacks resonate throughout first class, and with your chest in his face he rides your shirt up to latch his teeth to one of your nipples; you echo him, moaning unabashedly, running your hands through your hair, gripping him as people look on.
"Fuuuck, yeah, feels so good," he praises from beneath you. "Knew I had to fuck you from the second I saw you." His eyebrows draw up in concentration as he looks down at where your bodies meet and continues fucking up into you hard. "Hah—listen to that cunt cry for me. You like being watched, huh? Gonna let me fuck you 'til the plane smells like sex? Huh?"
You nod, messily, desperately, and he quickens his pace ever faster, pulling you back down into a sloppy kiss.
An attendant awkwardly approaches in the aisle, but the gorgeous man who's destroying your insides just holds up a palm, shoos her away again.
"Fuck—so sexy. Keep takin' this dick." ⊹
⊹ NIKOLAI GOGOL—LUCKY INTRUDER GETS TO FUCK HORNY VICTIM!
You're splayed out on your bed, two fingers stuffed deep in your cunt—and he's just surprised you didn't hear him breaking the lock on your front door.
When you meet his eyes, you're so glazed over with pleasure that you barely miss a beat, your gaze only blowing wide when he peers around your bedroom doorway. His snowy white hair, his sharp features—you can't find the sense to be alarmed at this unfamiliar man, the one holding your laptop and—is that your wallet?
Doesn't matter—they're clattering to the ground, another factor here you can't find it in yourself to care about as his gray eyes are locked onto you fucking yourself open on your sheets. The sheen of sweat that covers your skin, your desperate moans as you grind your clit against your palm, the obscene squelching that comes from your wet cunt—they all serve to propel him over to you, prompt him to dig his already-hard cock out of his pants as you just watch, beg him with your stare to come fill you up. You're so lucky he's here, really—you look like you're struggling to get deep enough with your pathetic little fingers; he guesses it's only fair that he repay you for the material goods he's about to rob you of and pawn off on whatever sucker will buy them for cash, right?
"Right? I'll help you out—" He gives his cock a few pumps as he positions himself between your legs, "—looks like you need it, sweetheart."
You can only bite your lip to supress the moan that leaves you as he enters your cunt and lifts your fingers up and out of you by your wrist to swirl his tongue around them, lick them clean. He's huge—even your third and fourth fingers weren't enough to prepare you properly for the burglar’s dick in your needy pussy, so you let out strained combinations of gasps and screams when he starts to drill into you mercilessly. You can't help the way your ankles link behind his back, the way you reach for him—and he smiles wickedly when your eyes roll back.
"You like having a stranger's cock deep in your guts, huh?" he speaks between deep sighs and grunts. You can only babble your incoherent agreement, your laptop and wallet forgotten, the actions of this man forgotten, everything but how desperately you need to squirt all over him forgotten—you reach down and rub your clit, play with your nipples as your mouth is frozen open as you moan, moan for this man who's just broken into your home. "Uh—yeah, you're gonna like takin' all my cum, too, I bet." ⊹
⊹ SIGMA—MASSEUR HELPS HIS SEXY CLIENT RELIEVE STRESS!
"Oh, yeah—right there," you groan softly as the heel of his palm meets the center of your back. You've been looking forward to this full-body massage the whole week, and this man was not disappointing.
He works his way down your back, twisting knots out as he goes—his lithe fingers feel like heaven against you, overworked from hours at your desk hunched over your computer.
But it's a full-body massage, as mentioned before; when his fingers dig into the plush of your asscheeks, you can't help the groan that leaves you.
"That okay?" he inquires; you think you hear a shake in his voice.
"More than okay," you reply, thinking you could fall asleep as he works you into relaxation. You could close your eyes from how good it feels, or you could peek behind you and see his face burning with blush at your sounds. You do the former, but smirk a little at how sweet it is of him to check in.
He checks in again when his hands are inching your underwear down, and you tell him of course, he's the professional.
He's still the professional when he climbs up on the table behind you and buries his flushed face into your cunt. You arch up and back, crooning, as his hands stay massaging you, spreading you apart, kneading your ass with career expertise and plunging his tongue into you with enthusiasm.
"Oh! Oh—feels good," you breathe, grinding back into his face, onto his nose. He laps at you happily, this masseur you've barely looked upon for a total of twenty seconds, but you can't lie to yourself and say you didn't think he was pretty when he led you back to his room; he hums into you, sending you shivering, twitching. "Please, more."
"Mhm," he mumbles, releasing one of your asscheeks to lay back beneath you and insert a long, thin finger into your pussy; you sigh, you settle onto his face, and his tongue speeds up in this new position in a way that rips a high moan from your lungs.
Not hunched, but arched, the stretch feels heavenly on your back in combination with the way he pumps another finger into you; you graciously sit up, throwing your head back, begging, pleading for more until his tongue settles into a tight back-and-forth rhythm over your clit. "Please, please, please—"
You grind against his nose, your moans become more erratic, and you dig a hand into his hair as your hips move in dizzying circles over his head.
"Cum for me?" he asks, muffled by your pussy; you'll ride him until his face is soaked. ⊹
⊹ FYODOR DOSTOEVSKY—CONFESSING MY SINS ENDS IN HUGE CUMSHOT ALL OVER MY FACE!
“And I’ve been terribly, terribly lustful, Father Fyodor,” you say with regret. “It consumes me. I really never used to be like this."
"Temptation lurks everywhere," the priest sympathizes. You can barely see him through the grate, but his soft, forgiving voice sounds close to you. "The Devil and his army are constantly exploiting our vulnerabilities to try and turn us to sin, but worry not, child of Christ; we're human. I'm here to guide you. Continue."
You shift on the wooden seat in the booth, crossing your hands tighter over your lap. "That's really all. It's been very concerning to me. I think about it... I think about it so much."
"About what?" Father Fyodor prompts, and you bristle even more at being asked to elaborate.
"Sex," it barely comes out as more than a whisper. "I can't help it—it's everywhere. It leaves me feeling so... exhausted and frustrated, and the only thing that helps is... Well..."
But you're met with silence. You know he wants you to go on. You're here to confess, after all.
"...touching myself. I do it at least once a day. It's like a burning within me—nothing helps but—but—cumming all over my fingers." Your voice is laced with shame—the throbbing of your cunt as you talk makes you feel all the more guilty, and you can only imagine how he's shaking his head. "That's all. That's all."
"You'll do penance," he says, comfortingly. "When we bring our sins to the Lord and repent he cleanses us of them."
The grate pops out of the window, and you see the the waist of his alb as he speaks his next words.
"You'll take communion, now—" the cinctures around his waist fall undone beneath his hands, and the alb is hiked up to reveal a leaking cock, pretty and pale and bobbing in the air of the confessional. "—and be saved from the flames of perdition.”
"Yes, Father, please. Anything to be saved." But your mouth waters in a way that you know has little to do with your thirst for salvation.
"Take this; eat. This is my body," he recites the scripture as his length reaches through the window; your hands, eager and already on the threshold, accept him willingly. As you wrap your mouth around him, he groans, and it's like seraphim singing their holy, holy, holy.
"That's it—child of God, follower of Christ; I absolve you of your sins," he gasps as his tip hits the back of your throat which was begging for forgiveness moments ago. His hands reach through the window to stroke either side of your face, and then hold you in place to fuck your throat. "The Lord will forgive you for this." ⊹

The movie marathon had stretched late into the night. You were sprawled on top of Xavier, your head resting on his chest as the TV cast flickering light across the darkened room. His steady heartbeat had almost lulled you to sleep when you felt his hand shift slightly beneath you.
Smack!
The unexpected slap to your ass made you jolt upright, nearly headbutting his chin in the process.
“Did you forget about earlier?” he asked.
You laughed, settling back against him. “I thought you might have fallen asleep and forgotten.”
“I didn’t,” he replied simply, his hand returning to your backside. This time, he gave it a gentle squeeze, his fingers kneading the spot he’d just slapped. The tender motion contrasted with the playful smack from moments before.
He pulled you closer, adjusting your position against him until you were both comfortable again. The credits rolled on the forgotten movie as his fingers continued their gentle massage, his calm breathing eventually synchronizing with yours as you both drifted toward sleep.
As the auto-play feature started the next film in the queue, his free hand reached for the remote, lowering the volume to a soft background murmur. His other hand never left your backside, alternating between gentle squeezes and soothing circular motions that made you melt further against him.
“Your heartbeat speeds up when I touch you like this,” he observed quietly, the subtle change in his tone betraying his satisfaction at the reaction.
You mumbled something incoherent against his chest, too comfortable to form proper words. He shifted slightly beneath you, adjusting your weight to better accommodate his frame, his hand continuing its ministrations with practiced ease.
“We should sleep,” he suggested, though his actions contradicted his words as his fingers traced the curve where your ass met your thigh. “Or would you prefer to continue this instead?”

Midnight had come and gone, but sleep remained elusive. It’s another day of Zayne had just returned from his grueling shift at the hospital, his tie loosened and suit jacket discarded as he prepared for bed.
“I need at least six hours of sleep before my morning consultation,” he muttered, setting his alarm.
You poked his side, deliberately disrupting his bedtime routine. “But I’m not tired,” you whined playfully, stealing his pillow and hugging it to your chest.
He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Return my pillow.”
“Make me,” you challenged with a grin, scooting away.
In one swift motion, he reclaimed his pillow with one hand, while the other delivered a firm smack to your pajama-clad backside.
Smack!
“That’s for being bratty when you know I need rest.” The sting lingered pleasantly as he settled beside you, drawing you against his chest despite your earlier antics.
“Sleep,” he instructed, his arm wrapping around your waist. “I’ll have time for your games tomorrow.”
His breathing soon steadied into the rhythm of sleep, while you remained awake just a little longer, savoring the unexpected gesture from him. Despite his stated exhaustion, his hand remained active, tracing absent patterns along your hip.
He murmured against your hair, seemingly not as close to sleep as you’d thought, “You just have to be difficult before going to sleep.”
You shifted to look at his face, finding his eyes still open. “Someone has to remind the great doctor he’s human,” you replied softly.
His fingers tightened slightly on your hip. “Tomorrow,” he promised, voice dropping to a whisper that sent a pleasant shiver down your spine, “I’ll show you exactly how human I can be. Now sleep before I administer more persuasive methods.”
The implied threat only made you smile as you finally closed your eyes, lulled by his steady heartbeat.

“Turn around again,” Rafayel instructed, his eyes focused intently as you modeled the fifth dress he’d purchased for his upcoming exhibition. The silky fabric whispered against your skin as you obliged, turning slowly to give him the full view.
“Perfect,” he murmured, approaching to adjust the way the material draped across your shoulders. “This shade of green complements your skin tone exactly as I imagined.”
As you moved to reach for the next outfit, his hand descended without warning.
Smack!
The slap against your ass echoed in the spacious bedroom, leaving a tingling sensation in its wake.
“Rafayel!” you exclaimed, spinning around to face him.
He grinned. “I couldn’t resist, cutie. You look really good with the dress on.”
Your initial surprise melted as he pulled you close, his hands wandering dangerously near the spot he’d just slapped.
“The red dress next,” he whispered against your ear, releasing you with obvious reluctance. “Though I’m starting to think my favorite masterpiece isn’t hanging in any gallery.”
He retreated to his chaise lounge, watching appreciatively as you reached for the next dress, the memory of his touch still warming your skin.
“Wait,” he called suddenly. “Do that again—the way you just moved. Hold that position.”
You froze mid-reach, throwing a questioning glance over your shoulder.
“Perfect,” he breathed, grabbing the sketchbook that never seemed to be far from his reach. “The light catches your profile exactly right from this angle.”
You maintained the pose, feeling the spot where he’d slapped you still tingling pleasantly as he sketched, occasionally looking up to capture another detail.
“You know,” he said between strokes of his pencil, “I think I’ve just found the centerpiece for my exhibition.”
“A drawing of my ass?” you asked incredulously.
His laughter filled the room. “No, cutie—though that would certainly draw crowds. I’m thinking of something much more...personal. Now, try on the red dress, but move slowly. Every line of you deserves proper attention.”

Rain pattered against the windows of Sylus’s room as you lay on your stomach, engrossed in the latest episode of your favorite show on your tablet. Completely absorbed in the climactic scene, you didn’t notice his approach until it was too late.
Smack!
The sudden, sharp slap to your ass sent your tablet flying from your hands. You yelped in surprise, rolling over to find Sylus standing over you, that infuriating half-smile playing on his lips.
“You look focused, sweetie,” he said calmly, as if he hadn’t just scared you half to death.
You glared up at him. “I was watching the season finale!”
“And now you’re watching me instead,” he replied, retrieving your tablet from where it had landed on the carpet. He handed it back to you, his fingers lingering against yours. “A considerable upgrade, wouldn’t you agree?”
Before you could respond with the retort forming on your lips, he leaned down, his voice dropping to that low timbre that always made your pulse quicken. “Consider us even. For now.”
He then left you to return to your show—though your focus was thoroughly shattered.
You returned to your previous position. Just as the plot was reaching its climax again, the bed dipped beside you. He had returned, two glasses of wine in hand, offering one to you.
He settled next to you, positioning himself so he could see your tablet screen, his thigh pressing against yours as if nothing unusual had happened between you moments ago. His free hand casually draped across your lower back, dangerously close to where he’d landed the mischievous slap, his fingers casually tapping your ass.
“So,” he said, sipping his wine and gesturing toward your tablet with his glass, “who’s the traitor? The brother or the assistant?”
You blinked in surprise. “You’ve been watching this show?”
His half-smile returned as he made himself more comfortable beside you. “I have my reasons for staying informed about your interests. Now, shall we finish this finale together?”

Steam filled the kitchen as you stirred the pasta sauce, following Caleb’s recipe while he chopped vegetables nearby. The domesticity of the moment wrapped around you like a warm blanket, comfortable and familiar.
“Can you pass the oregano?” you asked, gesturing toward the spice rack.
“Sure thing,” he replied, stepping behind you to reach for the herb.
As his hand extended past you toward the rack, his other hand made its move.
Smack!
The slap to your backside was anything but gentle, causing you to drop the wooden spoon into the sauce. Before you could react, he dissolved into laughter, his eyes crinkling at the corners.
“Your face!” he managed between chuckles, handing you the oregano as promised. “I’ve been waiting all day for the perfect moment.”
“Caleb! You—” You shook your head as you accepted the spice—and the fate of your ass. “Was it worth the wait?”
“Absolutely,” he grinned, pressing a quick kiss to your temple before returning to his chopping board. “Dinner might be worth the wait, if you don’t let that sauce burn.”
You turned back to the stove as his laughter continued to fill the warm kitchen.
His laughter gradually subsided, but the atmosphere remained light as you both continued preparing dinner. Every time he passed behind you to reach for another ingredient or utensil, you tensed slightly in anticipation, unsure if another playful slap might be coming.
“Relax,” he teased, noticing your reaction. “I already got my revenge. Unless...” he paused dramatically, “you’re hoping for an encore?”
You rolled your eyes, but couldn’t suppress your smile. “Just focus on those vegetables before I decide it’s my turn for revenge.”
“Yes, ma’am,” he replied with an exaggerated salute, his grin never faltering. He resumed his chopping, occasionally humming a cheerful tune that matched his buoyant mood.
Smack!
“Just for fun, Pipsqueak,” he grinned unapologetically.
Tumblr media
Okay… so… I kinda accidentally deleted the whole page of my Google Docs when I reached Sylus’s part, and I was just sitting there, like—😀💔 So, I had to write everything all over again in a bad mood 😭 I hope you still enjoy reading! ಡ͜ʖಡ

You decide to sleep on the couch after an argument
love and deepspace
characters: Zayne, Sylus (pt2 here pt3 here)
note: they might be a little mischaracterized so bear with me.
Zayne
Usually, arguments with Zayne don’t get this heated. There was no yelling, not on his part at least, but he could be really cold with his words when he wanted to be. Not that you were any better. Some things you said hurt him to no end. So you came up with a decision - to sleep on a couch tonight. To be honest, it was more because to be petty, than not wanting to spend a night beside him. You gathered your pillow and blanket and got comfortable on the couch, which made Zayne sigh out loud when he entered the room.
“What is this?”
You turned your back to him as an answer. Another sigh comes out of his mouth. He’s exhausted, physically and emotionally, and you acting like a brat doesn’t ease anything at all.
“I know you’re mad, dear but is this necessary?”
No answer.
“Alright”
He left the room and before you could convince yourself that you didn’t care he was back with a blanket of his own and took a seat in an armchair. You turn your head towards him in confusion.
“What are you doing?”
“I guess we’re not sleeping in bed tonight”
“I’m not. You can go”
“I believe I didn’t stutter”
You scoffed and turned around again.
“suit yourself”
Minutes pass and sleep doesn’t come to you. Whether it’s because of an uncomfortable couch or an absence of his arms around you is hard to say, but after turning around thousands of times and still not being able to sleep is frustrating.
Finally, Zayne had enough of watching your struggle.
“How about we go to bed?”
“No” came your response after a second of hesitation. With a small amused smile on his face, he hovered over the couch.
“What do you say… I take you to bed and you can curse me out for it tomorrow?”
You shifted a little but didn’t answer, which made his smile widen. He gathered you in his arms and your lack of objection was all he needed to take you to your room and tucking you in bed. Even though you seemed to warm up he didn’t know how far he could push you, so kneeling beside the bed to be on your eye level he started:
“If you still need space I can-”
“Stay”
He smiled at you tucking your hair behind your ear.
“Okay”
He got up and kissed your forehead before slipping in beside you and pulling you closer.
"I'm sorry..." you mutter
"Shh, we'll talk about it tomorrow... but I'm sorry too"
You smile a little. You two will sort this out tomorrow.
Sylus
What Sylus says, goes around. His word is the law. This is what he’s used to. That's how it's always been.
Then you came into his life and even though he’s still in charge of how things go in the N109 zone, you just need to say the word and everything will be how you like it. No questions, no hesitation. He would give you the world if you so much as whispered the need. Whatever you want, whatever you need, he will make it happen.
Unless, when it comes to your safety. Now don’t get me wrong. Sylus knows you can defend yourself and then some. But when it comes to the N109 zone, there are things Sylus knows better than you. Additionally, The fact that you can be reckless in your battles does nothing to help ease his worries.
That was the reason for the heated argument tonight. Sylus with his harsh words and snarky remarks always finds a way to infuriate you. So you two go on and on for half an hour now and none of you seems to back down. You storm off to your room and take your things to get comfortable on the couch. However, on your way out Sylus blocks your way. He raises an eyebrow at the blanket and pillow in your arms.
“Now, what exactly do you think you are doing, sweetie?”
“move”
“I asked you a question”
“I’m not sleeping beside you- Sylus” you exclaim as he hoists you over his shoulder. you punch and scratch his back but to no avail.
“Careful with your claws, kitten”
He drops you on the bed climbing over you.
“Now listen, this is what will happen. You will stop acting like a wild kitten and sleep beside me. I am sorry for hurting you but we will discuss it tomorrow, when we are both a lot calmer. Understood?”
You don’t want to give in so easily. You also don’t want to sleep without him tonight. So you nod avoiding eye contact. He, however, doesn’t accept it and raises your chin with his finger to make you look at him.
“Use your words, sweetie”
“Yes”
“Splendid” He removed himself from you so you could get under the blanket. He laid beside you and pulled you closer so your head was resting on his chest.
"Sy... I'm sorry too"
"So I'm Sy now?"
This man.
"Nevermind, you're still a prick"
You try to remove his arm but he holds you tighter as he laughs.
"Alright, alright. I'm sorry, sweetie"
You felt him kiss the crown of your head as he caressed your shoulder with his thumb. you return to your previous position and listening to his heartbeat, sleep lured you in soon enough.

Based on that little blurb you reblogged can I request the batfamily finding out that Jason has a girlfriend by him rummaging through the stuff in his pockets?
They're like dang dude what do you have in there? and it's all hair ties, lip stick, and a recipe for two 💕
-🍬
oh I love a good “Jason hides his lover from his family only for it to get revealed dramatically” fic and now thanks to you, nonnie, I get to write one!
jason todd x f!reader. warnings include canon typical injuries, sibling violence, and slight hints at the batfam’s more traumatic interactions. this is mostly a good ol’ batfam fic, because reader is only alluded to, but I really like it. sorry I made it angsty for a sec there, I just can’t resist the Dynamics™️.
Jason should’ve known better. Really, he should’ve. Taking on Killer Croc alone? A fool’s mistake, but he was just too stubborn to say yes when Bruce asked if he’d like some backup. So now here he is, loopy in the Batcave after Waylon absolutely rocked his shit.
“‘S not even that bad,” he slurs.
The fact that he trips on his own feet and nearly faceplants before Bruce catches him says otherwise.
“Sure it’s not, Jaylad. Let’s get you to the medbay,” Bruce grumbles, worry creeping into that stone cold exterior.
“I’m fine, old man. Lemme jus’ go home,” Jason whines.
He’s met with a grunt that firmly negates his request.
“You can stay in your room tonight,” Bruce says.
“Not my home. Wanna go home,” Jason mumbles as he drops onto the medbay bed.
If Bruce’s face drops a bit, if guilt and sorrow flash across his eyes? Well, Jason’s too concussed to notice. Bruce just nods and begins to assess any other injuries Croc may have left on him. When he reaches for the collar of the Kevlar top, Jason flinches away from him so hard that he slams into the wall behind him. It’s only when Bruce realizes that he’d brushed his fingers against the scar on Jason’s neck that he understands why. His heart sinks and he can’t even look at his son. His shame doubles when he hears a trademark sigh of disappointment from behind him.
“C’mon, Littlewing. Let’s get all of this off you,” Dick says gently as he pushes past their father.
Jason doesn’t flinch when Dick starts to remove his gear. In fact, the presence of his older brother sets him at ease.
“I told ‘im I had it covered, Dickie. He didn’t fuckin’ listen,” Jason complains.
“Yeah, had it so covered you’re concussed in the family home?” Dick teases.
“What the fuck, Richard?” Jason groans before breaking out into giggles.
“How hard did Waylon hit him?” Dick jokingly asks Bruce.
“There’s no fractures, but the contusions are appearing rapidly. Jason’s lucky that’s all he got.”
Dick stares blankly at Bruce. He goes to open his mouth to retort that he was kidding, then decides it’s not worth his effort. Tim thinks it is, though.
“Wow, for a guy that’s chronically online for vigilante reasons, you still know nothing about the internet,” Tim laughs as he wanders into the medbay and flops down on the bed next to Jason’s.
Bruce ignores the teasing and catalogs all the injuries that are revealed to him as Dick strips away Jason’s tattered gear. There’s plenty of lacerations on his torso and likely some on his back. A few are deeper but nothing they’ll need to call Leslie for.
“Or maybe your jokes just aren’t funny, Timothy” Damian says haughtily as he sits himself next to Jason.
The thirteen-year-old tries to put on a mask of indifference, but it wavers when he spots the gash on the back of Jason’s right shoulder.
“Akhi, in what world did you think apprehending Waylon Jones alone would go well for you?” Damian scolds.
Jason narrows his seafoam eyes at Damian and lowers his voice.
“Ya really wanna talk about apprehending people alone, demon spawn?” he taunts lightly.
Damian’s eyes widen and he drops the subject because no, he actually does not want to talk about that on account of the fact that he tried to bring in Clayface alone two weeks ago and nearly got immortalized as a clay statue until Jason swooped in. The two of them had scrubbed his Robin suit within an inch of its life to try and hide the excursion from Bruce. It worked; only Alfred noticed the faint hint of clay in the threads of the cape and all he’d done was sigh and shake his head.
Jason’s gear is fully removed and his head is starting to clear a bit, wooziness replaced by a hammering pain in his temples. The headache masks any pain he would feel from the stitches being placed in his back, though he also suspects that those are less painful because Damian is doing them.
“Your technique is gettin’ better, y’know?” Jason whispers, the compliment unheard by the other three men bustling around the room.
The hands stitching him up freeze and he can imagine the look of surprise on Damian’s face even without turning around.
“Thank you,” he mutters. “I think it will be useful for future endeavors.”
Jason smiles to himself. He knows the kid wants to be a doctor, and he thinks it’s a damn better fate for him than whatever Bruce or Ra’s could’ve planned. The silence that settles over the medbay is peaceful, only broken by the sound of clacking computer keys or the zipping of evidence bags. Then, like an unholy boom of thunder, comes the voice of Tim Drake.
“What the hell is all this?”
Jason’s head whips to the side and he sees Tim rummaging through the pockets of his tactical pants. He goes to scramble off the bed and feels the harsh pull of thread that was mid-stitch through his skin.
“Mind your fuckin’ business, replacement!” Jason shouts.
He grabs a pillow and chucks it at Tim’s head, but he just ducks and continues to empty Jason’s pockets. The contents that spill out on the sterile tray are…perplexing to say the least. Two lip balms (one tinted red), three scrunchies (one black and two red), a grocery list with the word strawberries and a woman’s name underlined, a recipe for chicken stir fry with enough for two portions, and one single soft chocolate chip cookie lay unexplained in the harsh white light of the medbay.
If looks could kill, Tim Drake would be dead and buried six feet under.
“What part of mind your fuckin’ business did you not get?” Jason growls, glaring daggers at the nineteen-year-old.
“Holy shit, he’s got a fucking girlfriend!” Tim exclaims.
The pillow hits him square in the face this time. All four sets of eyes turn to him with varying emotions. Shock is evident in the forest green of Damian’s gaze, smugness and vindication in the icy blue of Tim’s, panic and guilt in the ocean blue of Dick’s, and some weird mix of sadness and fondness in the gunmetal blue of Bruce’s eyes that Jason doesn’t want to think about for too long. The acrobat quickly moves across the room and sweeps all the belongings off the tray and back into the pockets of the tac pants. He grabs Jason’s gear from Tim and hands it back to its rightful owner, who clutches it to himself protectively.
“Don’t make assumptions, Tim,” Dick says. “Civilians leave stuff on us all the time.”
It’s true. They’ve all come home with someone’s forgotten work badge or piece of jewelry before. The oddest thing was when Bruce had a Hello Kitty keychain stuck to the end of his cape. Jason casts a subtle look of gratitude at Dick for trying to give him plausible deniability. Not that it works. Tim stares not at Dick, but through him with his pale eyes in a way that makes a chill run down the spine of the eldest son.
“You knew already? How?” Tim asks incredulously.
Really, he’s a bit miffed that he hadn’t figured this out already. He has contingency plan files on each member of his family (himself included) and he had not a clue that Jason might be in a relationship.
“Drop. It. Now.” Jason warns.
Tim doesn’t consider it until he sees Jason’s fingers twitching in the direction of the butterfly knife on his belt. He doesn’t need another scar from Jason shanking him. Well, at least not today.
“Fine. Whatever. But if I have to bring Bernard here for Thanksgiving, then you have to bring,” and he pauses to remember and recite the name on the grocery list, “home too.”
He knows he’s pushed it when Jason lunges at him, dragging Damian and a threaded suturing needle behind him. Tim barely jumps out of the way in time to avoid a punch to the jaw.
“Robin! Knock it off!” Bruce barks.
It’s almost comical the way all four of his boys freeze in place. It is slightly less comical the way they all proceed to glare at him.
“Fuck it,” Jason grumbles as he settles back on the bed for Damian to continue stitching his wounds. “Just get these done so I can go home.”
“Home to his girlfriend,” Tim murmurs.
“I will fuckin’ slash your throat again, you second-rate fuck!”
Bruce lets out one long suffering sigh. He doesn’t know you yet (a quiet part of him hopes he may one day be allowed to) but he already feels sorry that you’ve been roped into all of this. He feels even more sorry when the butterfly knife flies past his head and buries itself into the wall inches from Tim’s neck. Really, what is he going to do with these boys?

clingy with rafe
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
rafe would never call himself clingy. clingy was for guys who didn’t have their shit together or needed constant reassurance. but with you, it wasn’t insecurity—it was something else entirely.
he wasn’t sure when it started, but the second you walked into a room, it was like his body moved on its own. at toppers’ parties, his hand found yours before you even said hi to anyone. you were his grounding force in the chaos, and he wasn’t about to let you slip away.
“stick with me,” he muttered, fingers laced tightly with yours. his voice was low, the kind of tone that was more of a command than a suggestion. you weren’t complaining—his hand was warm and steady, making you feel more at ease in the wild, drunken crowd.
“i thought this was supposed to be a chill thing,” you teased, trying to match his long strides as he led you through the sea of bodies. your tone was light, but you couldn’t help smirking at the way he scanned the room like a hawk. he always had that protective edge, though he’d never admit it outright.
“yeah, well, topper’s definition of ‘chill’ is breaking every piece of furniture in the house,” rafe said, rolling his eyes. his thumb brushed over the back of your hand like it was second nature. “where the fuck is topp, anyway?”
you shrugged, barely holding back a laugh as you glanced around the room. “you’re asking me? i thought you were keeping track of him.” his jaw ticked slightly, but his focus never wavered from you for long.
when someone brushed past you a little too closely, rafe’s grip on your hand tightened. his shoulders tensed, and he pulled you into his side without missing a beat. “you good, princess?” he asked, his voice dropping in that way that made your stomach flutter.
“i’m fine, rafe,” you said, rolling your eyes but feeling secretly pleased at how much he cared. it wasn’t like the guy bumped into you on purpose, but rafe wasn’t about to let it slide. “you’ve asked me that, like, five times tonight.”
“yeah, well, just making sure,” he shot back, his lips twitching into a grin that didn’t quite mask his protective streak. he glanced down at you, eyes scanning your face as if checking for any hint of discomfort. “can’t have anyone messing with my girl, right?”
later, when the two of you found an empty spot on the couch, rafe was already pulling you down next to him. “sit,” he ordered, his voice taking on that familiar commanding edge.
you raised an eyebrow but didn’t protest, sinking into his lap with a sigh. before you could even get comfortable, his hands were sliding over your legs, his fingers brushing gently over your skin.
“rafe,” you said, leaning back against him as his hands roamed, moving up to your thighs and rubbing slow circles over the soft fabric of your dress.
“relax, princess,” he murmured in your ear, his voice low and almost playful as he traced his fingertips along your legs. “you’re too tense.”
you shot him a look, feeling the heat of his hands on your skin, but despite your attempt to act nonchalant, you couldn’t stop the warmth flooding your chest. “you’re impossible,” you muttered, but didn’t move away.
“nah,” he whispered with a smirk, fingers continuing their teasing path along your legs. “i just know how to get you to relax.”
later, when you nudged him and told him you needed to use the bathroom, his reaction was immediate. “cool, i’ll come with you,” he said, like it was the most normal thing in the world. you stopped mid-step, looking at him like he’d grown another head.
“rafe, i’m not gonna get lost. it’s the bathroom,” you said, already exasperated. his expression didn’t budge, that familiar mix of confidence and stubbornness plastered across his face. “you don’t need to come with me.”
“it’s not about you getting lost, princess,” he said, smirking in a way that made your pulse quicken. the nickname rolled off his tongue effortlessly, like he’d been calling you that forever. “just making sure no one tries anything while you’re gone.”
“so, what? you’re gonna stand outside the door like a security guard?” you asked, crossing your arms in challenge. his grin widened, the mischievous glint in his eyes telling you he had other plans. “you’re unbelievable, rafe.”
“not standing outside, babe,” he said with a wink, already following you toward the tiny bathroom. you gaped at him, half-annoyed and half-amused, as he casually shut the door behind you. “i’m coming in with you.”
“rafe!” you hissed, your voice barely above a whisper as you gestured around the cramped space. his nonchalant demeanor made it even more infuriating, like this was the most logical thing he could’ve done. “you can’t just—this is weird!”
“what’s weird about it?” he asked, leaning against the door with his arms crossed. his gaze was steady, like he genuinely couldn’t understand your objection. “not like i haven’t seen you before, princess.”
your cheeks flushed at his comment, and you smacked his arm lightly in protest. “rafe cameron, you’re impossible,” you muttered, turning toward the toilet with a defeated sigh. “at least turn around or something.”
“fine, fine,” he said, laughing as he spun to face the door, his shoulders shaking slightly. his smugness was practically radiating off him, and you knew he was enjoying every second of this. “just say the word if you need me, babe.”
when you were done and washing your hands, he turned back around without missing a beat. his eyes softened as they landed on you, his usual teasing replaced with something gentler. “you okay?” he asked, his voice quieter now.
“i’m fine, rafe,” you said, shaking your head with a small smile. his concern, as ridiculous as it was sometimes, always managed to make your heart ache in the best way. “but you’re never living this down.”
“don’t care,” he said, stepping closer and wrapping his arms around your waist. his lips brushed against your temple, his hold on you firm and steady. “you’re stuck with me, princess.”
and honestly? you didn’t mind one bit.

𝜗𝜚˚⋆ WATCHING A HORROR MOVIE WITH ROOMMATE TOJI
Tumblr media
It was one of those nights where you didn’t really feel like doing much and Toji had suggested a horror movie marathon to kill time. You weren’t particularly a fan of horror but you’d agreed, figuring it could be fun to watch something with him other than fuckass horse racing show he’s always watching all the time.
The room was dimly lit, the only source of light coming from the TV screen as the opening credits of the gorey thriller rolled in. You were sitting on the couch, trying your best to focus on the plot but your nerves were already on edge. The ominous music, the jump scares—it was all starting to get to you.
Toji on the other hand, sprawled lazily across the other end of the couch with a can of soda in hand, glanced at you every so often, seemingly unaffected by the jump scares and ominous music. But you felt your heartbeat quicken every time the tension built. You weren’t exactly a fan of horror but you’d agreed to watch the movie to kill time and because you also thought it would be a good roommate bonding experience because you rarely ever sit down and watch tv together.
A sudden loud sound from the TV made you jump, your eyes wide as you flinched and instinctively scooted closer to Toji. You tried to play it cool but he noticed the movement and raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
“What’s wrong, scared?” Toji teased, his voice low and amused as he turned his attention to you. He didn’t even try to hide his smirk.
“I— I’m not scared,” you stammered but your voice betrayed you. The movie’s tension was getting to you and you could feel your nerves starting to fray. You tried to ignore the growing unease creeping up your spine but it wasn’t working.
Toji gave you a sideways glance, chuckling. “Really? Cause it looks like you’re about to climb out of your skin.” He took a long sip of his soda, still watching you. “You’re so jumpy”.
You shot him a glare, trying to hide your discomfort. “I’m fine,” you said but your voice faltered slightly. He raised an eyebrow at you and then without warning, shifted so that he was sitting up straighter. “Come here,” he said, his voice teasing but genuine.
You were about to protest but before you could, he slid over on the couch, making room beside him, and reached out to pull you towards him. The movement was effortless and before you could even register what was happening, Toji had you sitting on his lap, his arms wrapped securely around you.
You stiffened for a moment, not sure how to react. Your heart was still racing from the scare and now the close contact made everything feel even more intense. Toji’s arms were firm around your waist, bracing you back against his big, warm chest like that’s where you belonged.
“There. Now I know you won’t be jumping around every two seconds,” he murmured, his breath warm against your ear. You squirmed slightly, a little flustered by how close you were to him but the warmth of his body was undeniable and despite the awkwardness, you couldn’t deny the comfort of his muscled arms around you.
“I’m not scared,” you insisted again, though this time your voice was quieter, and you didn’t really believe it yourself. His touch was oddly calming, the steady rhythm of his breath easing some of the tension in your body.
Toji chuckled, his fingers tracing small, absent circles on your back as he held you close. “Uh-huh. Sure,” he said, his tone still playful. “You’re not scared, but you’re practically climbing deeper into my lap”. He paused, his smirk widening as he continued. “Don’t worry kid. I got you”.
You felt your face flush but Toji’s presence kept you from moving away. As the movie continued, you found yourself sinking into the warmth of his chest, your body naturally relaxing in his comforting embrace. Each time the tension built up in the film and you tensed, Toji’s arms around you would only tighten as if reassuring you that you were safe.
Every now and then, his teasing voice would whisper in your ear, “Still scared?” but there was no malice in it. He was just messing with you but there was an underlying gentleness to it that made you feel oddly protected.
Eventually, the movie’s scares faded into the background as you became more focused on the rhythm of Toji’s heartbeat beneath your ear. You let out a small sigh, letting your body relax fully into his lap, the warmth of his arms around you now a comfort rather than an embarrassment.
The night carried on, the movie long forgotten as you remained in his embrace, safe and sound despite the creepy film that had originally put you on edge.
The movie played on but at this point, the flickering images and eerie sounds were distant. Toji’s body and the way he held you were a more prominent focus. You found yourself becoming more and more peaceful in his lap, the rhythmic motion of his fingers rubbing small circles on your back like a soothing lullaby, luring you to relaxation. Every time the tension in the movie spiked, you tensed up slightly but the moment his arms tightened around you, the fear seemed to melt away.
You had never expected it to feel this comfortable and safe. You could hear Toji’s soft chuckle now and then as he teased you about being scared but his voice was gentle and his presence felt like a quiet reassurance that you didn’t realize you needed.
It was only a matter of time before the weight of your eyelids became too much to resist. The combination of his warmth and presence, and the gentle, constant motion of his hand against your back had lulled you into a state of complete relaxation.
Your body grew heavier and despite the loud, scary noises coming from the TV, you couldn’t keep your eyes open any longer. Without realizing it, your breathing had slowed and your head had nestled deeper into his chest.
Toji’s arm tightened around you instinctively as you let out a quiet sigh, your body fully melting into his. His lap had become the most comfortable place you could imagine and before you knew it, you were drifting into a peaceful sleep.
The next thing you knew, you were completely out, the tension from the movie and the day completely gone. You didn’t even stir as Toji shifted slightly beneath you, adjusting his position so that he was more comfortable with you still resting on him.
Toji noticed immediately when you stopped moving. He looked down to find you had fallen asleep in his lap, your face relaxed and peaceful. A small smile tugged at his lips, though he quickly suppressed it, not wanting to make too much of a fuss. He was used to being the one to watch over things but there was something different about this— something comforting about having you here, leaning on him.
He adjusted his posture, pulling you even closer to him so your head was more securely resting against his pecs and you were laying comfortably so your neck didn’t hurt in the position. He didn’t want to disturb you, not when you were finally getting some rest. He could feel the weight of your body against his, the rise and fall of your breathing, and for a moment, it was as if the entire world had stopped. There was no rush to go anywhere, no need to do anything else.
Toji’s hand instinctively rested on your lower back, holding you in place as he shifted his position so that you were both more comfortable, laying on the couch. The cool air in the room didn’t bother you anymore, not with him there to provide warmth. He was content to simply sit there in the stillness, letting you sleep.
A few more moments passed and Toji’s eyes began to feel heavy as well, the soft weight of you in his lap and the quiet of the room making him start to drift off too. But he didn’t mind. He hadn’t had a moment like this in a while and though he wouldn’t admit it out loud, he liked the calm, liked having you close in this unspoken way.
“Sleep well, kid,” he muttered quietly to himself, though you were already too deep in sleep to hear him. His hand brushed over your hair to move it away from your face as he let out a soft sigh and let his own eyes fall closed, content to stay right where he was.
The TV flickered on, but now it was nothing more than background noise. In the dim light of the room, the two of you stayed there, the comfort of each other’s presence making the world outside feel miles away.

toxic baby daddy rafe does something to me. no soft rafe (only with his girls and only sometimes). he’s abrasive and harsh. even more when someone messes with you. yooo where my panties at
mdni 18+
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s been three months. Three months without Rafe as your boyfriend. Three months of his only title in your life being your baby daddy. There were days where you would refuse to even call him that.
In high school, you loved the sound of his voice. You loved how the palm of his hand felt at the small of your back. You loved that being around him brought you a sense of peace.
Now, all you two do is argue. About everything and anything. Even if you do start half of them. Not now, though.
“What I do in my spare time is none of your business!” Luckily, Samara’s in the living room, her noise cancelling headphones on as she watches some YouTube show, giggling when something funny comes up. You’d usually try and pay attention to her screen time but you can’t when Rafe is in your home and bitching at you.
“So you’re whoring it up when Samara’s with me?” His words are harsh, spitting them at you.
Your eyes are wide and bewildered as you look up at him, chest rising and falling from the intense match you’re having. “Listen to yourself! Whoring it up? Are you from the fifties? Women can have sex without being called a whore nowadays!”
“So you are fucking someone? Who is he.” It’s not a question. It’s a goddamn demand and you hate the way it makes your knees feel weak.
You scoff loudly, rolling your eyes. “I’m not fucking anyone.”
“Don’t fucking lie to me, ___, Topper fucking saw you.”
“Topper’s your dick rider.” You spit back out. It comes without warning. His big hand falls on your neck, tightening around you. Your back pushes up against the wall, eyes wide and up on his as he stares down at you angrily.
His face nears yours, lips ghosting over the shell of your ear. A shudder runs through your body and you want to shut your legs to help ease the sensation between them but he forces his knee to you. “I’ll kill any man who gets near you, do you fucking hear me?” His words are low and menacing. From anyone else, it’d be scary. It’d drive you away and straight to goddamn police station. But from him? You can’t deny how good it feels.
Rafe’s always been protective of you. Since you two met, he’s hovered around you like a scary dog, growling at anyone who came your way. It grew when you got knocked up in your senior year of high school. And it grew tenfold when your baby girl was born. But it got to be suffocating. You broke it off with him and it took him two weeks to realize you were being serious.
You would never admit that you made a mistake. Not ever. Admitting that you miss him only lets him win. It gives him a point. And yes, you should be mature enough to realize this isn’t a game but he’s so damn cocky about it. The last thing you need from Rafe is a bigger ego.
“Who is he?”
“Eric. Eric Jones.” You admit easily, breath shaky and full of a need for him.
“Did he fuck you?”
You can’t answer. He repeats himself.
“Did he fuck you?”
You nod, hands falling to his arm as his hand tightens on your neck. His eyes won’t leave your face, taking you in completely. You can see it all. The anger. The jealousy. The twinge of hurt. He pulls his hand from your neck and pulls away from you. “Call your mother. Tell her to pick Samara up.”
“What?”
“Just fucking do it.” And you do. Like always, you do as told and Samara’s off with her grandma for the night.
“He can’t fuck you like I can.” You’re a drooling mess as he pounds into you from behind, the sound of skin on skin meeting fills the room. His hand is in your hair, forcing your head back. “Tell me. Tell me how good I make you feel.”
The moans and whimpers coming from you won’t stop. You try to form words as he keeps shattering your world but it won’t come out. “Fucking slut. Answer me.” His hands trail down to your neck, pushing you up slightly to sit as he keeps fucking into you. Your back arches up against him, toes curling as you feel the building ache in the bottom of your belly.
He groans loudly as he feels your walls clench down on him as you curse out loud, grinding down on him to reach that peak you want so badly.
“Fuck, baby, you’re so fucking tight. He couldn’t even fuck you right, could he? My poor girl, getting fucked by amateurs.” His fingers trail down to your freed tits, pinching at your pebbled nipples. “I don’t care what break you think we’re on, when you need a good fucking, come to me. No one can ever make you this cock drunk.”
You’re nodding frantically, “yes, yes, fuck, Rafe! Rafe! Oh, fuck!” You come undone when his fingers find their way to your clit, rubbing at your sensitive and pulsing bundle of nerves.
At this very moment, you’re grateful for the house that Rafe bought you instead of cooping up in the one bedroom apartment you wanted when you moved out of his place. You had hated the power he had for giving you such a nice place but you’re grateful now as you moan and yell his name, body convulsing as his fingers keep working against you.
“Raaaafe, fuck!” He’s pushing deep and deeper as he pushes your front side back onto the bed. The overstimulation is making you writhe beneath him, pretty whimpers leaving your swollen and reddened lips. You can tell he’s reaching his own end when his thrusts become harder and longer, momentum slowing.
One pump. Two pumps. Three. Four. And he’s groaning in your ear, his front pressed up against your back as he comes inside of you from behind, your cunt fluttering around him at the full feeling of his load.
You awaken hours later to the bed dipping beside you. You had fallen asleep in Rafe’s arms after he had cleaned you up and whispered soothing and sweet nothings into your ear.
“Rafe?” You sit up tiredly, rubbing at your eyes to wipe the sleep away. His back is turned to you, the most relaxed you’d seen him in a while.
You scooch closer to him, pinched eyes trying to take a look at him. A small gasp leaves you as you see his bloodied and scarred hands. “Go back to sleep, baby.” His polo is covered in dribbles of blood, some drops of it drying up on his face.
You want to ask questions. You want to clean him up. But you can’t. You’re not a very good liar and the last time the police came around asking for your help, you almost broke, but Rafe was always thinking of you, his lawyer cleaning up the mess you made with the police. He had kissed and soothed you down from your teary apologies that night for being weak.
You nod, yawning softly, “okay… just… put the shirt in the wash.” It’s his turn to nod, a soft smile on his face as he presses a kiss to the top of your head.

I Love The Girl With Magic Ways
Tumblr media
Pairing: Bob Reynolds x Witch!Reader
Summary:
He’s there, standing at the foot of your bed, shadows clinging to him like silk. Those eyes, golden and curious, lock onto yours. Not threatening. Not kind. Just... watching. “You dream of me,” he says, not asking. You swallow, and the air thickens. “That's not an invitation to break into my room at night.” He tilts his head, taking a step closer. “You called me. You always do—when your thoughts stray, when your control slips. You think about me more than you care to admit.” You don’t respond. Can’t. Because he’s not wrong. Or When training with Bob goes awry, you come face-to-face with The Void, and he's interested in you; he wants to know what makes you tick.
WC: 2.5k
A/N: Title from Magic Ways by Tatsuro Yamashita (such a good song). I'll probably write a part 2 to this, methinks (linked below). Here's the link to the request here. Enjoy!
Part 2
⋆✴︎˚。⋆ ✴︎˚。⋆ ✴︎˚。⋆
Training with Bob wasn’t going well. It was frustrating, more for him than you, but still difficult. When you had tried to help him focus, to channel his power, you’d taken a gentle approach, even though gentleness didn’t come naturally to you all the time.
He’d broken the mirrors and the containment shields in the training facility and accidentally thrown you into a wall with his mind.
“I swear, I didn’t mean to.”
“I know…” You groan, brushing dust off your sleeve as you push yourself up.
You make your way back over to him. He’s sitting on the floor, hands in his lap, and anxiety is coming off him in waves.
“It’s okay,” You say softly, sitting beside him. “You’ll get it.”
You don’t know if the look on your face is reassuring or just tired, but judging by the way he won’t meet your eyes, it probably isn’t convincing. He doesn’t seem any more confident.
You sit next to him, trying to think of how to teach him control in a way he’ll actually absorb. You sigh, watching him.
“When I harness my magic, it’s like… holding energy, shifting it from one place to another—like water between cupped hands. Maybe if I show you how I do it, you can follow. How’s that sound?” You sigh, not meaning to sound tired, but you swear you still have a crick in the neck from hitting the wall.
“I’ll give it a shot.”
You nod, the light glowing in your hands, flickering softly like a heartbeat. Bob finds it beautiful, the way you shape it and mould it with such ease. He doesn’t fully understand it himself, not yet, but there’s awe in his eyes.
“Your turn,” You say gently, passing the moment to him.
He tries. Nothing happens at first, just stillness, but then there’s a faint buzzing in the air, a low hum that tickles the edges of your senses. He can feel it. So can you. His eyes glow as he concentrates.
He’s getting there, but—
“Just a little more…”
Your hand hovers next to his, almost touching, and suddenly, there’s a jolt—like a circuit overloading. Lights flicker, then short out, sparks raining from a fixture above. Half the room is thrown into darkness, the other half stuttering with flickering light.
Bob exhales sharply, his face contorting in frustration. “I messed up again,” he mutters, rubbing a hand down his face. It had been at least the tenth mistake in the last thirty minutes, and it was starting to wear him down.
“Control can be hard to learn, but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible…” You say, trying to keep your voice steady, calm, and reassuring.
“I’m hopeless…” Bob murmurs, the words heavy with self-doubt. His chuckle is bitter, empty, and the silence that follows feels louder than any explosion. His eyebrows knit together, and he looks away, shoulders slumping under the weight of his frustration.
You step closer, the glow still dancing faintly in your palms.
“You’re not hopeless. You’re learning. And that’s never a straight line.”
You feel a chill slide down your spine as something shifts, and darkness begins to creep in, curling at the edges of the room like smoke spilling through cracks.
“Bob?” You call again, more urgent now.
The room is fading into a thick, velvet black, seeping into every crevice, swallowing light and colour like a slow tide.
“Bob? Talk to me,” You say, your voice cutting through the dark, a single thread trying to reach him before the void does. It’s too late, though.
He keeps his head down. It’s clear the words aren’t even getting to him anymore. The darkness overtakes him, swallowing him whole. What emerges is a shadowy figure only being illuminated by the faint flickering light of the broken overheads.
You step toward him, slow and cautious, before you meet his gaze.
His golden eyes glint back at you through the dark, sharp and gleaming with something unreadable. A sinister smile works its way onto his face, deliberate, unsettling in its calmness.
“I’m curious about you,” The Void murmurs, voice low and unnervingly calm. “I want to know what you can do.”
“And I want to talk to Bob,” You retort, eyes narrowing.
“You are talking to Bob,” it replies, with a slight twist of amusement, mocking, almost cruel. “...a part of him, at least.”
You smirk, sharp and laced with sarcasm. “Charming.”
He steps closer and invades your space like a cold draft slithering under a door. The air tightens, heavy and bitter. You can feel his presence: not just beside you, but around you, coiling like smoke, probing.
Still, you hold your ground, looking straight into his eyes. You don’t flinch. “How interesting,” he muses, tilting his head. His darkness moves again, tendrils slipping toward you, tasting the air around your magic, your thoughts, your fear.
But they meet resistance. Your magic flares, and the darkness recoils, hissing as it brushes against your glow.
You remain standing, untouched.
“I’m not afraid of you,” You say, voice like steel wrapped in silk. “And Bob isn’t yours to keep.”
He studies you before letting out a low, curious laugh. “No,” he says finally. “Maybe not.”
“Could I keep you instead?” The Void asks, voice low, almost amused, but there’s something sincere beneath it. He reaches out to touch your face, fingers grazing the space between you.
But you grab his hand before he can. You laugh softly, a little disbelieving.
"I think I suit you quite nicely," he murmurs, undeterred.
"I can see what they can't," he continues, his eyes narrowing, glinting with something ancient and knowing. "The anger, power right at your fingertips and yet you try to play the hero. Why?"
“I’m not playing at anything,” You say firmly, voice steady, eyes locked on his.
He leans in, the shadows around him thickening, curling like tendrils reaching out. They’re dark, hungry, trying to pull you closer, to draw you into their world.
But you fight back. Not with every ounce of will you have, pushing against the invisible pull, anchoring yourself.
“I beg to differ,” he murmurs, his breath grazing your skin like a whisper, cold and intoxicating. “Such wasted potential. All for the notion of being good when you could be so much more.”
You reach out, your hand hovering near his temple. Your fingers glow, light pulsing softly, alive. He watches, unblinking, as your magic stirs in the air like smoke catching fire. It’s ethereal, coiling, licking at him, and it has him curious.
You're trying to see into his mind, but—
“I think the real question is…” he interrupts knowingly, tilting his head, “…are we inside your mind or mine?”
The words twist around you like a spell, and suddenly, the weight shifts. The darkness starts to peel away from your limbs, sloughing off like ash in the wind. You blink, feeling the ground under you change, reality sliding sideways.
The Void just smiles.
“I’ll see you soon.”
⋆✴︎˚。⋆ ✴︎˚。⋆ ✴︎˚。⋆
You’re still thinking about it… about him.
Every time you’re training with Bob, he’s there, at the edge of your thoughts. You’re not in fear. You’re not scared of the Void, not really. It’s more like a wariness, a flicker of unease that one wrong move, one flare of power, might open the door again. Might bring him back.
It was wrong. And confusing. But a small part of you wanted to see him again.
Your mind drifts when you’re not paying attention—whether it’s during missions, training, or even in bed. He’s in your dreams when you fall asleep, and sometimes, you wake up imagining the ghost of his voice in your ear.
The Void hadn’t tried to hurt you. No, he watched you—studied you. And in some twisted way, he seemed to want you. Not to harm, not to destroy… but to possess, to understand. You just wanted to know why. What did he see in you? What was it about you that drew something like him in?
One night, you’re in bed, the day heavy on your bones, the world finally going quiet around you. You’re slipping closer and closer to sleep…
But you sense it, that shift in the air, a pulse of dark presence curling at the edges of your senses. You feel him before you even open your eyes.
“This is bordering on obsession,” You sigh, eyes still closed.
You hear him laugh, low and amused. The sound crawls down your spine, equal parts unsettling and intimate.
“Not bordering. It is obsession,” he replies, and you can hear the smile in his voice, like he’s proud of it.
Reluctantly, you open your eyes.
He’s there, standing at the foot of your bed, shadows clinging to him like silk. Those eyes, golden and curious, lock onto yours. Not threatening. Not kind. Just... watching.
“You dream of me,” he says, not asking.
You swallow, and the air thickens. “That's not an invitation to break into my room at night.”
He tilts his head, taking a step closer. “You called me. You always do—when your thoughts stray, when your control slips. You think about me more than you care to admit.”
You don’t respond. Can’t.
Because he’s not wrong.
“You’re speechless,” he teases, voice like velvet laced with static. He sits on the edge of your bed, casual, as if he belongs there.
You shift away instinctively, creating space, as if a few more inches could keep him from seeing straight through you.
“Biding my time. There’s a difference,” You reply, keeping your voice even, though your pulse betrays you.
The Void watches you closely, amused by your defiance. Or maybe by the fact that even now, you're still trying to guard yourself. Still playing the game.
His eyes flicker, a faint glow blooming within them like embers. “You may say you don’t want me here, but you keep opening doors.”
“I’m not doing it on purpose,” You bite back, sharper than intended. He smiles, but there’s something beneath it, something hungry. “That’s the best part.”
His hand twitches slightly, not reaching for you, but close. Waiting.
“You’re more than you think. More than they let you be, more than you let yourself be.”
The air thickens again, and you’re feeling him again, his presence threads through the room like smoke.
“What do you want from me?” You ask, tired of circles.
Suddenly, he sounds less teasing, more honest.
“To see you become more than this,” He leans closer as if observing you, “You’re no hero. You’re something else entirely.”
He almost sounds in awe of you.
You want to lie. You want to turn away, pretend you don’t feel it, the weight of his words, the strange reverence in his voice.
But in some weird, completely twisted way…you felt seen.
“Show me what you can do,” he says softly, like a challenge… or a plea.
Against your better judgment, your hands move. Fingers lift with purpose, glowing as your magic rises like a tide. Not to attack. Just to beckon. To draw him in that fraction closer.
And he comes.
He leans in, unflinching, until his lips hover just a breath away from yours. The air between you hums with tension, your power brushing over him.
He doesn’t flinch. He invites it.
He looks at you, eyes gleaming. They weren’t cold, but burning. Goading.
“Do it,” he whispers. “Manipulate me. I want to see you try.”
Your magic coils, crackling faintly between you both, held barely in check. It licks at his skin like fire starved of air. You could push. You could twist something in him, see what bends and what breaks.
That thought strikes sharp and fast, and then you remember.
Bob. Somewhere beyond this darkness, behind the weight of The Void’s presence, he’s there. You couldn’t do this. You couldn’t risk hurting him.
You lower your hands slowly, magic fading from your fingertips. The crackle in the air dies with it, and you feel the release.
The Void sighs dramatically. “What? You don’t want to hurt me? I’m disappointed.”
You vanish from in front of him, slipping through space in a blink, reappearing beside him, your lips by his ear, breath warm and taunting.
“I live to disappoint,” You murmur with biting sarcasm.
He chuckles, low and amused, the sound vibrating in your chest more than your ears.
“So you’re playing with me then?” he asks, a smile curling through his voice, teasing and predatory.
You teleport again, this time behind him, close enough to feel his back press against your body like the edge of a knife.
“Something like that,” You say, voice calm, almost bored.
This little verbal spar you had with him was… addictive. A dangerous dance on a wire stretched taut between temptation and control.
But then he shifts, turning around to face you.
His expression darkens—not angry or violent—but filled with intent. He turns, slowly, deliberately, and starts walking you back with that same quiet pressure in the air that makes your skin prickle.
You don’t step away. You should, but you don’t.
Then, his hand reaches out, and in a second, you’re pinned against the wall. The cold wall meets your spine, and again, before you can blink, he lifts you effortlessly with his mind, sliding you up until your feet leave the ground. His body never touches yours, but his presence crashes over you like a wave.
“I don’t want to play games,” he says, voice low and electric. You meet his eyes, your own burning with something halfway between challenge and adrenaline.
“But this one is so much fun,” you quip back, your tone reckless, like flicking sparks into a powder keg.
His jaw clenches, just slightly. Not in rage. In restraint.
“I came to see you,” he says, eyes scanning your face like a puzzle he hasn’t yet solved. “But all you do is run and hide behind your clever little words.”
“Maybe you need to chase me,” You reply, breath shallow but steady. The Void pauses, his voice surprisingly soft when he answers, “And how long would you make me chase you?”
You meet his gaze, your heart skipping.
You don’t answer right away. Instead, you disappear from his hold, reappearing right in front of him, so close you can see the sweep of his eyelashes. You lean in just a little more, the space between you charged.
“Until I think you’ve had enough.”
His eyes widen a little, but he stifles it.
“Until I’ve had enough…” he repeats to himself, quietly, like he’s tasting the words. He searches your eyes, there’s something in you, something he needs. Finally, a slow, dark smirk spreads across his lips.
“We’ll see.”
The energy between you crackles, thick and electric. You both want this; he wants to pull you into the darkness, to make you lose yourself. Sure, you wanted to play with him, but you could kiss him and still keep him at bay.
But just as your eyes flutter shut and you feel the weight of his presence drawing near, then suddenly there’s only air.
You open your eyes, breath catching. You turn and he’s standing by your door, smiling at you again.
“I’ll see you soon.”
With that, he fades away, leaving you standing alone, still in your mind.

(p2 of john price x reader who basically manifests him into her life)
It turns out that Captain John Price is, unfortunately, not a fever dream conjured by stress and blackberry pie. He is very real, very present, and very much making himself at home in your cottage.
The next morning, you wake to the unmistakable sound of your mother cooing like a particularly smitten dove. Your heart sinks as you stumble out of your room, still trying to rub sleep from your eyes.
There, at your kitchen table, sits John- completely at ease, like he’s been your husband for years. He’s drinking your favorite tea blend, bulky frame almost dwarfing the chair, and he’s listening attentively as your mother babbles on about your so-called “devotion.”
“Oh, she was absolutely heartbroken when she thought you wouldn’t come back,” your mother gushes, practically swooning, and your father nods his sagely alongside her tale. “You should have seen her, sitting by the window with her knitting, sighing over those letters. I’ve never seen a girl more in love. My poor daughter!”
John hums appreciatively, lips twitching into that insufferably smug smirk as he glances over at you beneath his equally insufferable beard and mutton chops. “Could tell from the letters,” he says, eyes practically sparkling. “All those sweet words. Such a lucky man I am.”
You grit your teeth, feeling the vein in your temple throb. “I was trying to avoid Thomas.” You mutter, but your mother (thankfully) doesn’t hear you over the sound of her own gleeful rambling.
“Oh, and when she baked those little honey cakes just because you said you liked them! I told her it was too much, but she wouldn’t hear of it.”
You freeze. You most definitely did not bake any little honey cakes. Your mother, bless her meddling heart, is getting so caught up in the fantasy she’s started making things up. You shoot her a glare, but John is already giving you that half-lidded, knowing look.
“Honey cakes, eh?” he rumbles, sounding far too interested. “Didn’t know you were so sweet on me, lovey.”
You snatch the teapot from his hands and pour yourself a cup, resisting the urge to pour it over his head instead. “Don’t get used to it.”
Your mother beams, entirely oblivious to your silent war. “Well, I’ll leave you two to catch up. So happy to see you’re finally together!” She bustles out the door, humming cheerfully, and drags your sagely smiling father along with her.
The moment she’s gone, you whirl on John, a fierce glare on your face. “What are you doing?”
He leans back, stretching leisurely, his grin nothing short of wicked. “Having breakfast with my wife. Not how I pictured it, but it’ll do.”
You scoff. “I’m not your wife.”
Price shrugs. “Your letters say otherwise. And your mum’s convinced enough. Can’t exactly leave you now, can I? Wouldn’t be right.”
Your mouth opens, then snaps shut. It’s as if your own trap has snapped back at you, jaws clamped tight around your life. You cross your arms, glowering, and think of something else to say. “You’ve got a lot of nerve, barging in here like you own the place- drinking my favorite tea blend, too!”
He just looks at you, eyes twinkling. “Funny. That’s not what you wrote. Said you missed me. Said you’d make me the sweetest of teas. Said you just couldn’t wait for me to come home.”
“That was fiction, you horrible man!” You hiss, but he just chuckles, entirely unbothered.
Otjer than John, though, you also had another problem that was also caused by him; wedding preparations, the bane of your existence as you’ve come to realize.
Some people look forward to their wedding day- the flowers, the vows, the promise of a life shared. You, however, never pictured it like this, and never expected your “fiancé” to be a man who waltzed into your cottage like he owned it, dropped a stack of letters on the table, and declared himself your soon-to-be-husband. You certainly never imagined he’d take to it so naturally, like he was born to sit at your breakfast table and make himself comfortable with your family.
Your mother, thrilled to bits and practically floating on a cloud of matrimonial bliss, has begun planning the “official” ceremony. Blissfully ignoring your protests (and your thinly veiled threat to elope with the next traveling bard) because she assumes her sweet, beloved daughter is just nervous, she’s already halfway through arranging the entire affair. John, meanwhile, seems to find the whole ordeal oh so terribly amusing.
You find him at the kitchen table one afternoon, carving a piece of wood into something vaguely useful. He’s taken over the end seat- like he’s the head of the household now, of all things, and your father merely laughs sagely- and seems perfectly content to whittle away while you stew in frustration. His coat hangs on the back of the chair, sleeves rolled up, revealing the strong forearms that seem permanently smudged with wood dust and effort.
The door bursts open, and your mother flutters in like an overly enthusiastic magpie, clutching swatches of lace and muttering about floral arrangements as if the fate of the world depends on which flower goes where.
You can practically feel your sanity slipping through your fingers like the flour dust you use in your baking.
“Oh, I’ve spoken to Mrs. Beech about the flowers- she says lilacs would be perfect for the bouquet. Don’t you think so, John?”
Fuck you, Mrs. Bitch-
John doesn’t even look up, his knife still scraping curls of wood from his project. “Lilacs. Sounds nice.” He says with that slow, sure nod of his, like he’s contemplating the tactical advantages of the flower choice even though you just know he has no fucking idea what flowers lilacs are and just knows them by name, not shape.
You glare at him as if sheer force of will could make him combust. “You’re not helping.”
He finally lifts his gaze, an eyebrow raised, amusement curling along his lips, while your mother now frets and flutters around your father. “Don’t think your mum would take ‘no’ from either of us, love.”
You slump back in your chair, arms crossed tight against your chest, trying to will away the traitorous warmth blooming in your stomach. Curse him and his voice. “… I was hoping to at least have a say in my fake wedding.” You mutter in the end.
“Now, now,” he drawls, leaning closer, his voice dropping to that familiar rumble that makes your stomach do a little somersault- so much worse (better) than his usual voice. “A proper husband lets his wife plan the details. I’ll just stand there lookin’ pretty for you.”
Your jaw clenches. You open your mouth to retort, but your mother interrupts with another idea- apparently, she’s already been thinking about colors for John’s suit. “John, you’re so thoughtful! And I’ve been looking at suits- do you prefer navy or charcoal? I do think charcoal brings out the blue in your eyes.”
John glances at you, his lips twitching in a barely suppressed grin. “Whichever makes her happy, ma’am.”
You’re torn between strangling him lightly and strangling him harshly. The worst part is that he doesn’t even sound insincere; he just leans back, all relaxed confidence, like he was born for this domestic chaos just as much as he was built for fighting in ward. You try to glare again, but your resolve falters when he shoots you a quick, soft wink.
Your mother, oblivious to your internal crisis, claps her hands together, now planning the guest list. You sink lower in your chair, wondering if you’d survive being exiled to the woods. John, ever the menace, just gives you a look that promises he’d happily follow you even there and maybe build you a cottage so he can show off those arms of his.
A few days later, you’re back in the kitchen, trying to reclaim some semblance of peace by kneading dough with a vengeance. You don’t even know what you’re baking anymore- scones, maybe? Bread? At this point, it’s less about the final product and more about taking out your frustrations on something pliable and innocent that won’t screech for its life.
John wanders in like he owns the place (again), smelling like the outdoors and freshly chopped wood. He leans against the doorframe, arms folded across his chest, and watches you with an amused glint in his eyes.
“Another batch of sweets?” he drawls, leaning against the doorframe. “Didn’t know you were so dedicated. Those famous honey cakes of yours?”
You shoot him a glare. “They’re not for you.”
He raises a brow. “Oh? Someone else in line to be sweet on you?”
You huff, too tired to argue. “They’re for your men.” You snap, your hands practically mauling the dough now. Almost strangling it, to be honest.
A little smile spreads across his face, almost fond. “Didn’t know you were so sweet on them too, love.”
You huff, flour smudging your cheek as you try to actually shape the dough. “They’ve had to put up with your grumpy ass, haven’t they? Thought they deserved a treat… and mum said to, anyways- so don’t get ahead of yourself.”
Before you can blink, his hands slip around your waist, pulling you flush against his chest. His chin settles on your shoulder, scruffy beard tickling your skin. “You keep spoilin’ them like that, they’ll think you fancy ’em.”
You squirm, but his grip tightens, his breath warm against your neck. “Can’t have that, can we?” His voice is a growl, low and deep. “Better make sure they know who you belong to.”
Forget somersaults, your stomach actually flips. “They know,” You mutter. “Doubt they’d go against their own Captain.”
He hums, nuzzling your temple. “Good. Only one man gets to come home to your bakin’.”
You manage an eyeroll despite your heart pounding like a trapped bird. “You’re ridiculous.”
His lips brush the shell of your ear. “You like me that way.”
When he finally releases you, it’s only to snatch a fresh scone off the tray, biting into it with that satisfied grin of his. “Perfect,” he murmurs around the mouthful, nodding his approval. “But I’ll make sure to tell the lads you made ’em for me.”
You narrow your eyes, unimpressed. “What are you, five?”
“Nah. Just a man who likes showin’ off what’s his.”
When he reaches to take another scone, you smack his hand away and he just laughs, the sound rumbling low and warm. He stays with you after that, bothering and pestering you like a stubborn pustule, until all of the scones have been baked and cooled.
And when he kisses your cheek before heading out the door, tipping his boonie hat with a teasing, “Be good, love.” You realize that maybe- just maybe- you should have strangled him when you had the chance.
As revenge for upsetting your stomach, of course.
