Hi, welcome!! I’m not sure I’m the best person to ask unfortunately lol. I’ve been using tumblr since 2013 (?) and still don’t really understand the algorithm, especially since this site changes something major every other month. I started actively posting art about 4 years ago and I’d say tagging your posts well helps a bit! Other than that I’m not really sure. I just sometimes post stupid stuff that some other lovely people happen to like haha
