my nails are so short that i quite literally can't open the card slot on my nintendo switch to retrieve my splatoon 3 cartridge before i send my switch to its final resting place (trading it in towards my switch 2)

Okay Dragon Age fans, please tell me what quests get locked out after choosing between Minrathous and Treviso! I've tried searching online but haven't found a proper breakdown. And I desperately want to recruit Davrin but WHY does doing that trigger such a large choice?? Utterly infuriating!!
Anyway. I need to make sure I complete all the relevant side quests before I make my choice. Anyone got anything helpful for me??

Also I know this is a GW2 blog and there's an expansion coming in August but this may become (at least briefly) a mixed blog because I've never gotten to witness the actual launch of a DA game before and I'm a little excited (I mean I won't be able to play DA:V at launch because it would absolutely melt my computer but I am slowly saving for a PS5 so hopefully I won't have to wait too long)
Anyways the new companion designs look amazing and I wanna draw but don't know who to start with asdfghjkl (hopefully tomorrow I have time/energy to actually draw)

result of trying to play the monster hunter wilds beta: it looked really bad and then it crashed. yippee!

I have 43 quests to do + so many world quests that I haven't even talked to the NPCs for yet. This is what happens when you drop an ongoing game for several months
#i was too busy playing hsr and prsk and reading#and having a job#unfortunately#i was only logging on to genshin for the update primos and then immediately leaving lmfao#i was already slacking on quests before dropping it because i was getting bored that's why it's so many#i really wish they would implement a function to PLAY MISSED LORE EVENTS#IT'S LITERALLY ALREADY IN HSR AND ZZZ#it saves it for you as long as you were active at least like once during the event run time why the fuck won't they do it for genshin 😭#the game is huge already i think everyone either has or is considering getting a fucking external hard drive for it now just add the feature#i'm gonna have to find anything to delete off of my ps5 for the next genshin update#i already deleted all of my other huge games#persona 5 save data? gone. persona 3 reload save data? gone. p3p? gone. p4g? gone. i quite literally can hardly fit anything else#on this ps5 apart from hsr and genshin and zzz#genshin#genshin impact

I know for the main sag-aftra strike that buying new movies isn't breaking the picket line but is it the same for video games now that video games are struck media? the fact that there's no fast travel in jedi fallen order is making me
#THERES LITERALLY SET MEDITATION POINTS IN THE MAP WHERE YOU SAVE WHY ARE THEY NOT FAST TRAVEL POINTS#like at LEAST let me fast travel to the mantis#there's a bunch of objectives on my map that i passed when i was playing story stuff and it's such a pain in the ass to backtrack#why is there no crouch/stealth button too that's wild#i think i already posted about having an extra climb button you have to press#and i swear im really enjoying this game but why is there so much basic stuff not here#did ea originally plan to put it all behind a paywall /j#sassy speaks#sw#sw jfo#if jedi survivor doesn't have fast travel i'm gonna throw bricks at someone i stg#why are some of these elevators so long too. like i get it the first time if you're giving exposition#but after that there is NO reason an elevator should be as long as some of these are#i do love how easy it is to see how close you are to 100%-ing parts of the game#that's my biggest gripe with outlaws other than the cutscene animation quality#like you can see the chest amount but there's certain things they don't have a counter for#do you either have to look up a guide and compare it to your progress or just assume you've got it all#bc the trophies at least on ps5 don't cover that kind of stuff
