ohhhh. OHHHH. this was so tempting to quote something from one of my thoma works, but the thing that popped in my mind was these paragraph from reaching out. i guess because i really like this analogy. the knowing that you'll be receiving a punishment so you delight in the joys of what you're given, grasping at anything. but the more you do, the greater the pain of the punishment... it's such a great concept i hope to expand in the future!
