i saw it in the context of someone speculating that it means rami is under nda which is why he's so negative and. disclaimer i am not a lawyer. but i imagine nda would mean "don't talk about it." not "say negative things about it to trick people into thinking you aren't involved in a sequel."
sorry to burst people's bubbles if they're excited about a potential sequel involving josh, but i think this interview is confirmation that even if the sequel involves josh, rami malek has not been contacted in any way yet. if he had been, he simply would not be calling the original game "a paycheck" that he did because he "needed money."

Alright I'm on team Sunday now. Like whatever he's about to do I'm sure is gonna be taking it into antagonistic and villainous territory so like, don't do that. Don't turn this into an Artorius situation cuz then I'm just gonna be mad about always painting us as horrible uncaring people but Sunday's core philosophy so far is like, yeah I 100% agree.

kinda wack how you can understand the process behind your thoughts and feelings and still be affected by them. i think that if you can psychoanalyze yourself well enough in the moment you should get a free pass from feeling the thing altogether. or alternatively you should be able to shut off the logical side of your brain and just feel the thing for a moment. i dont wanna be emotional AND aware it should be either one or the other yknow
