Earlier this week Stephen Miller was screaming inside the White House about ICE only going after criminals instead of raiding “7-11’s and Home Depot’s” where the working class is.

Today ICE rolled up to a Home Depot in Los Angeles in military vehicles tossing flash bang grenades to scare off the public. In Los Angeles the police and county sheriffs as a matter of policy refuse to cooperate with ICE so the storm troopers were on their own. Wolf got out and the people of LA mobilized into two very large protests and marched on ICE HQ from two different directions and merged into one massive protest. Parts of the city were shut down as several thousand angry citizens protested in a very loud manner while the ICE Gestapo hid inside their building.

An estimated 10% or one million people in LA County are believed to be undocumented and most work, pay taxes, and are good people. They helped battle the wildfires in large numbers. To illustrate the cruelty and injustice of ICE storm troopers they abducted the mother of a decorated member of the LA fire department who has been here for thirty years and promptly deported her.

First it was Minneapolis and the citizens battled them in the streets and forced them to retreat, then it was San Diego, and today it is Los Angeles. We the people are sick and tired of fascist Trump and his Gestapo and we are finally fighting back.

In an interview with ABC News, Donald Trump claims he doesn’t know that the 5th amendment allows due process for every person not just US citizens or permanent residents.

Donald Trump is lying. He absolutely does know about the 5th amendment and what it entails. That is exactly why he is sending people to El Salvador, because since the 5th Amendment only applies on U.S soil he believes sending people to El Salvador will allow them to proceed ahead without the 5th amendment.

The United States used this similar clause to torture suspected terrorist in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. However, the United States was on an officially declared war with Iraq and Afghanistan which allowed George Bush to use the Alien Enemies Act

It is against the Constitution of the United States to even send a person to a foreign country/deporting them without due process on US soil. If you don’t like it, amend the Constitution. (They don’t have the votes for it)

ICE deports immigrant mother of an infant and 3 children who are US citizens, lawyers say

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers have in recent days deported the Cuban-born mother of a 1-year-old girl — separating them indefinitely — and three children ages 2, 4 and 7 who are U.S. citizens along with their Honduran-born mothers, their lawyers said Saturday.

One family's lawyer said that the child, 4 years old with stage-4 metastatic cancer, was deported without medication or access to their doctors. None of the children were afforded due process rights.

This is another blatantly illegal move in the Trump administration's rush to overwhelm the country's legal immigration / deportation apparatus.
