I really love to imagine Primarchs started as larger babies than their baseline human counterparts, but aged relatively normal, until all were hit with puberty and suddenly that tall and lanky teen boy is now 10ft giant muscle machine, who now has to get on all fours just to go into his baseline human stepparents house...
Imagine the horror.
