Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup crispy rice cereal. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined. Fold in the crispy rice cereal, making sure it's evenly distributed in the peanut butter mixture. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the truffle balls in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to firm up. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully melted. Dip each peanut butter truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow the chocolate coating to set by placing the truffles in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes. Once the chocolate is set, the truffles are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup whole milk. For Parfait Layers:. Kentucky Butter Cake, crumbled. Whipped cream. Fresh berries.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F 163C. Grease and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. While the cake is baking, prepare the parfait layers by crumbing the Kentucky Butter Cake. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cake is cooled, crumble it into bite-sized pieces. In serving glasses, layer the crumbled cake, whipped cream, and fresh berries to create the parfait. Repeat the layers and finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a few berries on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl with a whisk. Put in the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Don't mix any further than that. Warm up the oil in a pan until it reaches 350F 175C. Spoons of batter should be dropped into hot oil and fried until they turn golden brown. Take the doughnut holes out of the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to cool. To make chocolate ganache, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl that can handle heat and stir the mixture until it is smooth. Spread the chocolate ganache out on each doughnut hole before dipping it in it. Let the extra run off. Serve the doughnut holes in bowls or glasses that have been coated. Put down layers of vanilla pastry cream one on top of the other until the glasses are full. Add some whipped cream on top and chocolate shavings on top of that. Put the parfait in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Enjoy the tasty Boston Cream Doughnut Hole Parfait when it's cold!

Instructions: Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on your baking sheets. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Mix the salt, baking soda, and flour in a different bowl. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients gradually, mixing just until combined. Add chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts if using, chocolates coated in colorful candy, and shredded coconut if using and fold until combined. Leaving enough space between each cookie, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets that have been prepared. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the centers are still soft but the edges are golden. The oven should be preheated. Avoid overbaking. After taking them out of the oven, let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing in the sour cream every so often. Don't mix any further than that. If you want to use nuts or chopped apples, fold them in. Once the pan is ready, spread half of the batter out in it. Put brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix them together. Put half of this mix on top of the batter in the pan. Spread the rest of the batter out gently by dropping spoonfuls on top of the cinnamon-sugar layer. Add the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix on top. Put melted butter on top of it. Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Cut the cake into little cubes after it has cooled down. Place the cake cubes and vanilla yogurt in serving glasses or bowls and drizzle caramel sauce between each layer. Sprinkle a little more caramel sauce and whipped cream on top of each parfait. Serve right away and enjoy!
