A product with a strong sense of technology. The concrete and gypsum material gives it a heavy texture. Exquisite carvings paired with different frequencies of light add a sense of futurism to your interior.

The Primary Bedroom with En-Suite (CC Pack for The Sims 4)
When I started working on this set, I wanted to create a bedroom that felt like a true retreat—somewhere cozy, stylish, and practical at the same time. That’s why the en-suite was such an important part of the design.
Having a seamlessly connected bathroom adds a touch of luxury and makes the space feel complete, just like in real homes. From the rain shower with a massage cord to the double sink setup and rounded bathtub, every piece was designed to bring comfort and functionality together.
The bedroom itself features a four-poster bed with soft, warm bedding, a matching nightstand, a cozy bench, and a nice wood dresser, all in warm tones that complement the en-suite perfectly.
I made a separated sheer canopy, which can be placed under the bed frame to create a light and airy feel. This lets you customize the space even more, giving you the option to keep it open or add a dreamy, elegant touch.
Small details like a pampas-filled vase, soft lighting, and framed artwork help tie everything together, making it easy to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
I’d love to see how you use it in your builds—tag me in your creations! 💛

Now that I've found all the furniture that will work for my study/den, I am starting to get really antsy about how terrible the walls, ceiling, and flooring are. The irony is that this next phase will probably cost more than all the furniture and tchotchkes put together (I got very lucky with my thrifting).
I'm not sure I can afford replacing the carpet or putting up wallpaper yet, but I *can* patch and paint the walls. And maybe the ceiling.
Tumblr media
The previous owner just patched the walls with blue tack, wtf. It's driving me bonkers.
I'm still quite pleased how quickly this has come together -- a few months ago, I pitched all the furniture in this room in a fugue state because it was making me unhappy -- it had tons of working surfaces and storage, but I didn't feel like hanging out in the space. It was getting too optimized.
So, I mined one of my comfort series for inspiration. I think it's obvious there is a lot of All Creatures Great & Small in the decor DNA (see these set pics - the designer wanted to emphasize warmth, coziness, and a sense it's lived-in) , but you can also see my own style dominant.

This is how I like to sprinkle my fan interests around the house. I end up being a sponge, and absorb design earmarks that appeal to me. And sometimes, I might source the odd piece of set dressing, as a special treat. (I've found about 4 of the background props from Siegfried's office, which are split between this room and my work niche.)
I've found I spend a *lot* more time in here, to the point where I wanted a lounge chair. It really goes to show how much of an impact home decor can have on your mood and motivation.

Minimalist, modern, industrial, and brutalist, do you agree that concrete materials are the answer for home decor?

This apt. isn't for sale, it's from one of my favorite magazines, "The Wealdon Times," from the UK. It's super cool, so I thought maybe you'd like to see it. The door opens to this time-worn looking living room. Love the velvet sofa and old box for a coffee table.
Tumblr media
It belongs to Susan Wild, a fashion designer who brought her individual aesthetic to the adventurous renovation of an old office building in Faversham, UK, taking the aesthetic from an aging French chateau. (Would you believe that all of the radiators are reproductions?)
Tumblr media
She gave the dining room a winter ski lodge feel, with plenty of bare wood, sheepskins, vintage skis and a sled.
Tumblr media
The kitchen’s color scheme is gray, with the chrome and steel of the fridge and oven making it feel more industrial, but with an aged, vintage touch.
Tumblr media
The industrial appliances are offset by a rustic kitchen table. “There’s nothing standard in here,” she says, “I’m not fond of fitted kitchens. It’s industrial, but mixed with old objects and French bits on the shelves – an eclectic mix of things.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's a very large building with high ceilings. Susan stenciled the floors in this sitting room.
Tumblr media
Susan’s experience as a clothes designer, her understanding of fabric and the ways it can be used have influenced her use of texture throughout the house. The new staircases look as if they have always been here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is her studio at the back of the house- it was once a holding cell when the building was a magistrate's court. Instead of having the floor tiled, she actually did this geometric pattern with a stencil.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Her unique style extended to the finishes on the walls – using brushes, a plastering trowel and a mix of paints, to make the new plaster look aged. The antiqued patina brings an esoteric, timeworn atmosphere to the home.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The bathroom is very French. Look at the vintage zinc tub.
Tumblr media
In her daughter's room she did a plaster effect over the brick on one wall and the mural on the window is of the New York City skyline, b/c she dreams of living in a NYC loft apartment.
Tumblr media
This bedroom is uncluttered and serene, made to feel luxurious with velvet throws and textural, deep pile rugs.
