I am so confused with what's going on with SM and the NCT Universe.

So first, we have Eunseok, Shohei, and Seunghan who seemed like they were going to be apart of NCT, seeing as they were being interviewed by NCT members and even went so far to have the 3 of them perform alongside Shotaro and Sungchan who were at the time NCT members but not in a set unit. NCT were also set to have NCT Japan and NCT Hollywood units.

Then, Shotaro and Sungchan get dropped out of NCT and are said to debut in a different SM group, not under the NCT umbrella. NCT Hollywood gets cancelled and the performance of the five of them is deleted? (I don't know what happened to this video.)

Now, two more SM Rookies, Yushi and Sion, are announced and a survival show for the last 4 NCT members is announced.

Now this show has me confused because it says "last 4 fixed members of NCT with SM Rookies." So, does this mean 4 SM Rookies will be chosen and that this unit will only be 4 members? Or are they taking Yushi and Sion and combining them with 4 members from the show to make the last unit? OR are they taking Yushi, Sion, Eunseok, Shohei, and Seunghan and combing them with 4 members from the show?

But then, are Eunseok, Shohei, and Seunghan not going to be in this other SM group with Shotaro and Sungchan like one would assume? Seeing as they performed together.

Bro with all this going on, I'm just like "So why didn't we keep Shotaro and Sungchan in NCT and add all these new rookies into NCT and continue to form NCT Japan and NCT Hollywood and call it a day!!"

I'm really supporting the new unit and everything but the survival show... such a mess. I hate it that sm made the new unit this way. It would be much better as a reality show, could be a nct life new season idk

I think after all the mess up with sungtaro + the rookies (I love riize but damnn + miss shohei a lot) they shouldn't even made a new unit like that.
