been working on my resume for two days. i've found ways to quantify the unquantifiable
#personal#LOOK. they fired like five people in four weeks. stripped our bonuses. and expect 4x the productivity#they also immediately replaced those employees with ones who'd work for cheaper wages. because of course they did#sucks! because i've been there long enough that i'm knowledgeable & adept at my job. great relationships with coworkers#i love the schedule and the commute isn't bad (..by the standards of the region. it's ass by any other)#but 1) it no longer feels reliable and 2) they literally want better metrics after SLASHING our bonuses & saying there'd be no raise lmfao
