Ok so I had a very specific cuphead ship(?) dynamic rattling around my knoggin for some time now but if that ain't your thing you can just scroll 👍

So anyways I really REALLY like dr kahl x werner werman (colloquially called labrat) but since the cuphead show versions of them are Nonexistent and Passes The Harkness Test But Still The Size Of An Actual Rodent respectively I came up with a funny little idea where dr kahl just sorta let's werner stay in the junkyard and stuff on the condition that he sometimes be used for whackass science experiments

I like to think he has his own shitty little hamster cage in the lab with a shitty little hamster wheel and one of those weird upside-down water bottles

(he stopped trying to bite when he was told how you determine if an animal has rabies)

Randomly thinking that I used to watch alot of shows with the trope of male and female leads where the male was a man child and the woman is the very competent one making them behave and at the time I thought I was meant to relate to the guy. Anyway, turns out I always related to the woman because that how it feels to be trappped in this lab with all these clowns.
