PizzaENA Facts! (Text post)
So we got the results from the Poll and you guys wanted to hear about the PizzaENA AU, so you asked and i'll deliver!
(and sorry this time around I could'nt draw, I got sick :()
1# What are ENAs?
In this AU, "ENA" stands for Emulator of Neurological Advances, in essence a re-creation of the human mind inside of a computer, replaying emotions and trying to replicate the way a person should react.
All entities, not only Peppino and the other, Are ENAs one way or another,
This is because they re-create how we act, but the reason why they aren't considered a "successful recreation" is because they act and behave Surrealistcally (a de-constructions of reality) and in a Dadaistic manner (without sense whatsoever) and the had changed so much from their original programming that "The Gods" cannot change them without breaking the functional "spaghetti code" that the entities have per minds.
Peppino on the other hand is not a re-creation, He is an actual human mind inserted into the program.
2# The Body Language of "The Gods"
Have you seen how the ENAs seemingly "dance" for no good reason? (Like in the example pictured below 👇)
Tumblr media
Well this is because in other to keep the mind active and healthy inside of the program, "The Gods" "shake the brain awake" with electric impulses, this tingling sensation feels like a need to move for The ENAs and so they move.
3# The Split Mind
ENAs Have two sides/personalities but the why in Peppino's case is quite peculiar...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You see Peppino already had this two personality traits before being inserted in the Program (He was anxious but also quite easy to annoy) and while he hated both traits, the one he hated the most was his anger and tried to repress it, This is why in the world his 'Anxiety' is his Main side while his 'Anger' is the secondary one.
In other words, The other side is the part they dislike or repress of themselves.
And with both sides exaggerated, it feels like talking to two different people at the same time, infact sometimes both sides with talk to eachother.
4# The Cracks
The multiple cracks in The ENAs body I because of the discordance between the two half's, but also because the Program cannot fully comprehend the Human mind, so that's why they have to "reprogram" themselves in order to handle their Memories.
The moment both halfs and program truly connect, The Cracks will be gone and a Perfect ENA shall finally Exist.
5# The Houses and World
This one is quite easy, many of "The Gods" were fans of something called "the Artistic Vanguards" and the Entities needed "dreams" and a world, since their world is created from the Entities's collective consciousness.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(This painting not only influenced the world but the ENAs themselves!)
"The Gods" inserted those works in the program, giving them "dreams" and a world.
This is why their world is so influenced by the vanguards and one might blame this for why the entities are "insane", however the entities were insane before the dreams so thats not to blame, besides "The Gods" have gone too far to go back.
#6 Dying
Both ENAs and Entities are unable to truly die, they can be destroyed and enter a state of "Limbo" but they all eventually respawn.
-----------------------------
So yeah that all I can think to write right now hope you guys enjoyed
And see y'all next time!!!

I'll never tire of the Agreste-Vanily storyline.
It's dramatic, it's absurd, it's biblical, it's anthological, it's cinema... it has everything for me.
Tumblr media
Specifically because of the sentikids. They're a formidable trio, i can't let go of this plot, i won't even pretend it's not the one that intrigues me the most.
Im sorry, but the actual mythology of the series is structured in a way that the mystical aspect is only secondary, MOST of the powers are just foundations for fight choreography, the world-building is lost among so many domestic settings, the mysteries linked to the origins of some miraculous as well as the previous bearers are sporadically remembered... but THEN you have these two families where the roots of greed, ambition and control have grown so violently that they practically immobilized their sprouts and the colors begin to show.
The ground where Agreste's and Vanily's stand is barren, poisoned with discord and resentment. It's an obituary and it's cold. That's the truth, and it's an incisive, cathartic truth that spoils what Sprout#1 and Sprout#2 couldve had: childhoods. But what strikes me is how Felix and Adrien only know how to emulate human behavior instead of actually experiencing it because they are echoes of other people's customs, molds, expectations and history. Selfish people, miserable people, greedy people, people in love, lonely people, their own parents - it doesn't matter - they are their last page.
and THAT is interesting!!!!
Kagami is also a senti, so could I include her in the set? Absolutely, but we're talking about family drama and I don't know much about her clan... apart from Tomoe. So I won't go any further than I can. Also: she is uniquely graceful and seems to come through this limbo with much more wisdom and resilience. She had moments of anguish, but she has GROWN from them... Like, she seems to be the only one who doesn't live in chains, crushed by her own nature or because there is a crucial distinction in her nature; on the contrary, she continues to surpass herself as the seasons go by...... and her creator is alive.
Felix and Adrien share creators who didn't care for them in life, but haunt them in death.
Part of Adrien is buried with Emilie. Part of Felix is buried with Colt.
The series isn't even subtle about it, we just don't know which parts they've already lost and which they'll find, but it's interesting how they mirror each other anyway.
For Adrien, losing his father is like a living death. Felix escaped death when he finally lost his father. While Felix finds his own sun, Adrien suffers under an eclipse. One finds truth in love, the other lives a love tainted by lies... and they go on.
Oh but the tragedy of the sisters? miraculous was not subtle in reminding us that marriage can be a trap. The way fate always finds ways to punish men and women who try to control life and escape death? We need more of it. The fact that Gabriel has never truly loved a child he wanted, while Amelie somehow truly loves the child she never asked for? Can it get any more complicated? More tragic? I doubt it.
Look, there's a certain degree of mockery in the act of bending the laws of the universe in your favor, using magic that you haven't even mastered to design, paint and conceive your own killer... or victim.
Nurturing the path that will lead you to the end of the line.
The nature of the Peacock miraculous is much darker than it seems and represents the concept of equivalent exchange with a weight that not even the miraculous of Creation and Destruction have yet represented. I could talk about it for days.. . .
Seriously, it's ironic, miserable and at the same time powerful. Adrien, Kagami, Felix - siblings stripped of their humanity, united in the womb of an unknown universe.
I LIVE for the lost children.

"Oh I played this game a lot as a kid, I really miss it": a post about how to find basically every game you might have played in the past that you want to play again now (though there's going to be some gaps).
Ok so picture this; years ago, when you were smaller, you played, right, a videogame on the computer. But then, years later, you got larger and lost access to that game because it's on your parent(s)' computer or a friend you're no longer in contact with had it, or the first thing happened to your friend. You want to play this game again, but for some reason you believe you can't.
But you can.
Method 1: order a physical game disk.
Go online and buy the disk. Physical media forever. This can be expensive depending on the game.
Method 2: look it up on Steam.
Go on Steam (or really most digital storefronts, though Steam got there first I think and therefore has the most games; if you're venturing outside Steam, GOG might be your best bet, unless there's like a boycott against GOG in which case never mind). They have Spore! And like most if not all of the Lego games, including the original Lego Star Wars games! Wanna play Peggle? It's on Steam, for basically nothing (though some other Popcap games aren't on there)! But what if the game you want isn't on Steam, and is too expensive to get physically? Well, that's where you need to look into...
Method 3: Abandonware
Wikipedia defines Abandonware as "... a product, typically software, ignored by its owner and manufacturer, which can no longer be found for sale, and for which no official support is available and cannot be bought." This website is probably your best bet (it's literally called "My Abandonware"), and if you want some older and/or more obscure Lego games, they have those! You don't even have to restrict it to games you played in the past. Wanna check out that 2009 Wolfenstein reboot now that it's having a bit of a critical re-evaluation? It's on there! Fan of Deus Ex who likes the concept of "filing the serial numbers off"? Check out Project Snowblind, a game that was intended to have been a Deus Ex spinoff but had to be changed! Hate yourself? Check out Limbo of the Lost or Neuro! Even the Popcap games that aren't on Steam! Hell, there's console stuff there, if you're into emulation. The only downside is that the number of games is fairly limited (only around 30000), and according to the main page, the cutoff in terms of years is 2012.
Method 4: 🏴‍☠️🦜⛵☠️🪝🐳
Yeah I can't help you with this one, other than this advice; do not use The Pirate Bay, apparently it's gone all virusy, go somewhere else for that stuff.
Ok that's it bye~

BIG ASS DOLLTISM POST TIME BECAUSE...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Welcome Committee Frankie AND The Scary Sweet Birthday dolls are finally mine!!
So lets start with Frankie since I got them first, I found out they were finally up for sale and instantly snagged them bc this doll is important to me. If you don't know, they were originally supposed to release last year as a Pride doll at target, but Target pussied out on it and they were in release limbo because of that. However, recently, people who returned Monster High dolls to Mattel were receiving WC Frankie as recompensation, and this week, they finally went up for sale as an Amazon Exclusive (unfortunately) so the second I saw they were finally available I bought them! And I love this doll so much!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think they look absolutely lovely, and I'm so glad there's gonna be queer kids that get to have this doll :)
Also, silly thing to note, they come with a poster for the buyer as well as a poster for themselves!
Tumblr media
Next up: I HAVE SCARY SWEET BIRTHDAY I LITERALLY TREMBLED FROM JOY WHEN I FOUND THEM
Tumblr media
(Clawdeen and her playset isn't I think isn't available yet which is why I don't have her and only the other 4 ghouls </3 I'll be getting her ASAP once she's available!)
OK so if you follow my twitter you'd know how insane I've been going over the release of this line I literally made this tweet about it the other day
Tumblr media
Anyway, on a whim, I asked my dad if he could take me doll hunting yesterday, because I had a gut feeling I'd find the Scary Sweet Birthday line at a local toy store I go to every now and then for Monster High dolls lol. Shoutout to one of my best friends (she doesn't have a tumblr </3) who bought ALL of the ghouls for me as a late birthday present!! I was SO fucking overjoyed you have no idea dude, this has been my most anticipated Monster High line like EVER
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think these dolls are SOOOOO gorgeous, and their accessories are so insanely cute and fun!! They each come with a balloon, a purse, their own unique accessory, and a gift, and Frankie, Cleo, and Cupid's gift bags come with a little accessory inside for Draculaura! Frankie gifted her a bracelet, Cleo gifted her sunscreen (lmfao </3), and Cupid gifted her perfume! Or what I assume is a perfume bottle, it could also be a love potion but who knows lmao
Also, Frankie, Cleo, and Cupid came with little cardboard cards to give to Draculaura, this is what they look like! They open up to reveal a cute message to her!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'm genuinely so fucking happy I finally have (almost) the whole line I almost passed out from how excited I got over having them. GOD I LOVE THEM
Tumblr media
Also, you may notice Cupid's hair looks a little different from the other photos I took of her; I styled her hair up in order to make it look more like the stock pics of her! In order to do this, I used a human size hair tie, tied it around her ponytail, then I slightly undid the last ring of the human hair tie in order to give her ponytail a slight bubble, which apparently worked (sort of) to emulate the updo she had in stock pics!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also, here's a cute detail I noticed: the earrings Drac is wearing reference Count Fabulous from G1 Draculaura's Sweet Screams doll!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that's it for MH this time! I have one last dolltism thing to share, which is: MEGURINE LUKA IS IN MY HOME
Tumblr media
My makeship Luka plush arrived this week! So now her and Miku have been reunited <3 Unfortunately I do not have the Kagamines bc I had to save money around the time they released so I don't have a complete (at least "complete" as of right now) Vocaloid makeship plush collection </3 But hey I'm still really in love with Miku and Luka!
Tumblr media
Into the plush pile she goes!
Tumblr media
And that's it for Dolltism stuff! Probably for a bit because I have to save money like a mf this upcoming month, and also cause there aren't any upcoming doll releases soon that I'm super interested in.

Maestro - W-2 sound system for woodwinds
"In an age where more and more pedal companies are cropping up and more and more esoteric circuits are resurrected to broaden the total tonal spectrum, it’s surprising when new old circuits crop up. Circuits like the S. Hawk Tonal Expander and SRS EQ Exciter ended up enjoying their time in the spotlight by virtue of being undiscovered one-off devices. But it’s even rarer when one such circuit hides in plain sight, but stays obscure for one reason or another. This is the Maestro W-2.
To be clear, there’s a definite reason why the W-2 didn’t get much due, and we’ll definitely get into that. And there’s a strong possibility that you, the reader, have actually heard of this unit. But the Maestro line is well celebrated in gear circles, both from its individual units and clones of more obscure devices becoming more popular than the originals (the DOD Carcosa becoming more well-known than the FZ-1S, for example). Instances like this are becoming less and less common, but there’s at least one more unit in the Maestro line that I don’t think many folks are talking about—stay tuned for that.
However, the W-2 remained in relative secrecy for three reasons, chief among them that it’s designed to be used in conjunction with a woodwind instrument (saxophone or clarinet) and special pickup. This generally implied a couple things: One is that the unit would only be purchased by reed effects enthusiasts or studio owners. Secondly, if you lose the pickup you were well out of luck. Even though a handful of units at the time used the same pickup, later models didn’t include the strange output configuration, making them harder to find as time goes by.
The second reason for the lack of recognition is the fragility of the unit itself. Finding them in good working order is a difficult feat, and finding someone to work on them is harder still. The units are notoriously hard to repair; because they feature a handful of moving parts, finding replacements can prove difficult. This leads right into the third reason.
Plugging a guitar into the W-2 is not feasible unless you provide some outboard equipment, which isn’t included with the unit, nor did Maestro offer such a device to make this conversion. Essentially, your guitar outputs a signal that’s low, relative to the expected input level of the woodwind mic. Such a device is a simple preamp booster, which Electro-Harmonix had been offering for a handful of years, but Maestro did not provide such an offering, and made no effort to divulge this info to non-woodwindists. To make matters worse, the input jack is a eighth-inch type, so you had to chase down an adapter.
In short, there just weren’t many of these produced, and the pickups were similarly scarce. When trying to redeem the value of the W-2 with a guitar, players will wonder if they’re connecting the device up properly at all, and when no sound comes out, they’ll assume the unit is broken. And given its reputation, that’s the end of the line. It’s a perfect storm for cult status, really.
Knowing this, once everything is hooked up and dialed in, you’re treated to a rich synthy sound along with many different horn emulations. Like the USS-1 in the same line, the W-2 is multi-effect unit, but unlike that unit which sought to transform the guitar into some type of malleable synth spectre, the W-2 cleanly emulates a variety of instruments, while adding tone controls for each section and a nifty tremolo section.
Much has been made about the relative limbo of this unit, as well as the limitations and the lengths that one must traverse to simply connect an instrument. But like many other obscure devices from this era, this particular one was used by Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention. Though many things are mistakenly attributed to the man’s sound, the Maestro W-2 is not one of them. Zappa’s clarinet section ran into the W-2 and through a particular patch called “Oboe D'Amore” on “Dog Breath in the Year of the Plague,” from 1969’s Uncle Meat.
While Zappa actually used clarinets to generate those tones, you can thank that simple fact for keeping the prices of the W-2 at relative bay. Had he plugged his guitar into one, the prices on these would be ten times as much and one might not have found its way into the cabinet, and the knowledge of its existence into your head."

they were all fakers huh. not just koyan but all the alter egos of the foreign god even the foreign god itself with its quest for dominance they were all fakers who tried to surpass the original and who all had no true place among humans. koyan and limbo are obvious examples but it also applies to muramasa and rasputin (noted freaks and outcasts of their era and inhabiting individuals that reflect this accordingly) and holmes himself as a hidden traitor and reflection to moriarty.
koyanskaya wanted to emulate the monster that tamamo no mae once was, something that could freely torment and destroy humans, but tamamo was a being who had always strived for understanding yet was never shown compassion. shes so committed to the good wife role because its something that will have her accepted by other humans, and more specifically something that will help her understand human love. tamamo had always wanted love and acceptance by humanity, but koyanskaya already holds human love within her whether she likes it or not, not only because of her status as a beast but also because she's representative of the animals that have walked alongside humanity from the beginning. its why tamamo is her mirror, why koyanskaya was even classified as an alter ego of tamamo in the first place, and it's also why there's even a koyanskaya of the Light and a koyanskaya Go In The Dark: they not only represent the death and life zones of her reality marble, they're another emulation of tamamo having split herself apart into the tamamo nine (the bnuuy two?). koyanskaya isnt the tamamo no mae or a part of the nine, nor is she daji as well, but she is a being similar to them because she exists with the same natural dichotimatic feelings towards humans. they hold a love for humanity that is fundamentally at odds with their own nature as natural enemies of humanity.
I feel like this is in part why ibuki douji was the only servant that could be brought in from the outside: She's also a living calamity towards humans, a literal force of nature with a will of its own. she had amnesia entering tunguska because it was a world antithetical to humans, reflective of koyanskayas mindset but also her ideal vision of a world, full of beings removed from humans and defense mechanisms celebrating the murder humans are capable of. if you took her history with humanity away, the ibuki douji that's left is quite literally just a happy go lucky free spirit of nature in a world made for herself, no longer a venerated god or feared calamity.
deep down, it's what koyanskaya wanted for herself.
taigong knew that the fair faced golden fox was a being that couldn't help its nature, it was specifically born as a monster that was meant to torment and destroy humans, but he still fell in love with her not in spite of her nature but because of it. he knew that she was a monster that would only terrorize humans but as he sees her struggling to survive he can't help but empathize with that as a fellow human, and more than anything taigong follows through on dajis curse of immortality because that's what it meant to love her, to achieve her final dream. to carry the memory of someone you love
Tumblr media Tumblr media
taigong and nikitich were the only servants able to be summoned into tunguska because they were the only ones who would have compassion for koyanskaya, and compassion, understanding is what's needed to defeat beasts of humanity. it's never about defeating the big enemy, its about reaching an understanding.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
anyways they just needed like 1 extra tidbit to foreshadow this beforehand so that tunguska wouldnt have been so poorly received 2ish years ago (and i mean. we do have that moment in SIN with QSH thats even called out in koyanskayas profile) + proper scheduling to not have this critical story piece be a time limited raid event (lol epic of remnant gudaguda moment) but hey they're funny

So, interesting thing about Sophia's name that caught my eye as a practicing Gnostic.
In Gnosticism, Sophia is an Aeon, which is an aspect of the godhead. There's different incarnations of God through the Aeons. Sophia is said to have created the world around us by trying to emulate creation on her own without a partner. She accidentally created a being that we call the Demiurge, which is what we regard the Old Testament god, a very jealous god. In turn, the Demiurge created the Archons (angels) and they created humans and the world around us.
This is basically a Gnostic answer as to why the world is flawed and not perfect. There is more to the creation story as well as a deeper dive on Aeons, but I'm surmising this for simplicity.
Now, Aeon Sophia is regarded as Wisdom. In the Holy Trinity, Sophia is the Holy Ghost. Through Sophia, we obtain wisdom, gnosis. We all have a divine spark that we can awaken gnosis and this is a bit of a higher consciousness that we are able to connect to.
Here's what I love about this: the higher being and consciousness that we can all connect to is referred to as Monad. Monad is essentially the Godhead, that we all (including Aeons) come from, we obtain the divine spark and return to the light, Pleroma. Monad, however, is genderless, god has no gender so we refer to Monad as the Mother-Father.
So, to me, the concept of Ergo is a very similar concept to the divine spark (gnosis) that all beings emulate and their "whispers" can be heard. It makes a lot of sense to me that Sophia is regarded as a Listener and is associated with time because it really fits her potential namesake.
Since there's no concept of Hell in Gnosticism, the world that surrounds us is the closest we have to it, as well as limbo/purgatory. It's a neat part of the story P can be seen as a bit of a reincarnation of Carlo, because Gnosticism tells us that if we do not obtain gnosis, we are reborn until we achieve it. And gnosis isn't just knowledge, it's a sense of self. Know thyself. That inside of us, is Heaven and God, and all we need to do is find it.
So P's journey can have a Gnostic leaning to it (at least to me) because he's gaining a sense of himself and that he is separate from Carlo. In the good ending, him in Sophia's lap is him obtaining gnosis, not just humanity.
I don't know if this was intended by the devs or not, so this is largely a Gnostic interpretation.

As expectations mount over the prospect of fresh peace talks in 2025 to end Russia’s war in Ukraine, the idea of Ukraine’s possible Finlandization has once again resurfaced. Finnish officials have been quick to reject such suggestions, warning that forcing neutrality on Ukraine “will not bring about a peaceful solution to the crisis with Russia.”
The mood of skepticism in Helsinki is understandable. While there are some superficial similarities between the position Ukraine currently finds itself in and Finland’s predicament during the Cold War, any attempt to emulate the Finlandization policies of an earlier era would be disastrous for Ukraine.
Despite spending much of the past twenty years since the 2004 Orange Revolution pursuing Euro-Atlantic integration, Ukraine is still often incorrectly portrayed as a country occupying a geopolitical buffer zone between East and West. This is familiar to Finns, whose own country was condemned to similar geopolitical limbo during the Cold War.
Finland successfully defended its sovereignty during World War II and was not forced to become a Soviet republic. However, this was followed by the 1948 Friendship Treaty between Finland and the USSR, which established the framework for what has since come to be known as Finlandization.
For more than four decades, Finlandization served as a survival strategy for Finnish independence. In practice, this meant voluntarily taking the interests of the neighboring Soviet Union into account, both in terms of foreign and domestic policy. This approach enabled the Finns to avoid the experience of Hungary in 1956 and Czechoslovakia in 1968, but the costs were nevertheless considerable. Indeed, Finlandization went far beyond mere neutrality and negatively impacted Finland for almost half a century.
The postwar treaty that served as the basis for Finlandization stipulated that Finnish defense policy should focus exclusively on defending the country against possible attack from the west, despite the fact that a renewed Soviet invasion from the east was clearly far more likely. As a result, Finnish officials had to exercise extreme caution when addressing the security of the country’s eastern border.
Finland was also de facto obliged to seek Moscow’s consent before embarking on any efforts to increase political or economic cooperation with the West. This prevented Helsinki from participating in the initial stages of European integration. Instead, Finland was limited to membership of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). This was viewed by the Kremlin as being sufficiently apolitical, as long as it did not disrupt the so-called “eastern trade” with the USSR as a result.
Domestically, Finlandization meant a series of restrictions and compromises on core democratic standards. Self-censorship was imposed throughout the Finnish media and information space in order to avoid any open criticism of the USSR. Finns also accepted more than two decades without any changes in the country’s leadership, as Finnish President Urho Kekkonen was regarded as an irreplaceable figure for continued good relations with Moscow. In light of these realities, it is easy to understand why the term “Finlandization” is regarded as derogatory by many Finns, who see it as a reminder of an era remembered with bitterness.
There are also solid geographical reasons why Finlandization is not a good fit for the modern Ukrainian context. Finland’s status during the Cold War was intertwined with the broader security climate across the Nordic region. Neighboring Sweden remained neutral in part due to the “Finnish question,” with Stockholm concerned that joining NATO would leave their Finnish neighbors in jeopardy as the lone buffer state. This could potentially have created the conditions for the Soviet Union to make another attempt at occupying Finland.
Until the end of the Cold War era, Swedish policies of neutrality and Norway’s self-imposed restrictions on the presence of NATO troops or nuclear weapons on their territory were directly linked to the fate of Finland. This Nordic balancing act created an environment where the USSR was incentivized to maintain the status quo rather than risk an escalation in regional tensions if it increased pressure on Finland. This very specific set of circumstances does not apply to Ukraine. Instead, enforced neutrality would leave Ukraine highly vulnerable to further Russian aggression.
The Finlandization of Ukraine would not guarantee Ukraine’s survival as it once safeguarded Finnish independence. Today’s Ukraine cannot be expected to accept any restrictions on its ability to guard its borders, form alliances, or defend itself against Russian aggression. Likewise, any attempt to impose the kind of domestic political compromises that were part of the Finnish model during the Cold War could prove fatal for Ukraine’s democracy and European aspirations.
Anyone who is genuinely interested in finding the right formula for Ukraine should look beyond the Cold War period and focus instead on Finland’s experience since 1991. During the past three decades, Finnish integration into the Western world has demonstrated that geopolitical perceptions can change over time. Finland has proved conclusively that geography alone does not determine a country’s fate.
Finland has now joined both the European Union and NATO, and is firmly anchored within the core institutions of the Euro-Atlantic community. This is the kind of Finnish model that could actually work for postwar Ukraine. As Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo commented in November, “Finland is a member of NATO and the EU. We support Ukraine in its fight against Russia’s aggression. This is the model the Ukrainians are fighting for.”

Thoughts on JJK chapter 238 (spoilers)
Tumblr media
Sukuna has an overwhelming presence in the continuation of this fight and the only thing I'm thinking about is: are his cursed energy reserves full again? I don't think so, so it's astonishing how powerful he still is in Part 15 of this battle. Do the others have a fighting chance against him? If you didn't pay attention you'd think they don't.
Kashimo analyses Sukuna's form (with x-ray) and we're told how two sets of arms and mouths is one of the most advantageous things a sorcerer can have. Sukuna can make additional handsigns and incantations without momentarily sacrificing his breath or his hands, something that Gojo needed to be extremely careful about.
But take note: Sukuna has to supplement his power with signs and incantations because his CE output dropped. Just like he had to change forms because he couldn't heal himself anymore, now he has to bolster the rest of his attacks as well.
Tumblr media
I see that Gege has a bit of a same-face syndrome with Hakari going on right now. And the guy has four hands and still puts his weapon in his mouth. I do like the design though, after Yujikuna and Megukuna, I wouldn't have accepted original Sukuna to be too ugly.
Tumblr media
What was quite shocking this chapter was Kashimo's fast defeat. Just like with Jogo and Gojo, the actual final attack was omitted which is basically a theme for Sukuna fighting strong opponents but I have trouble believing that Kashimo is already done for.
Why would Gege hype up Kashimo's CT since his fight against Hakari, only to have it be finished in less than two chapters? Also, I thought with how his CT works that dismantle wouldn't be too effective against him. My hope for the rest of this battle is that Kashimo will stand up again by evolving his CT even further and completely breaking the chains that keep him human.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What could be seen as a definitive sendoff for Kashimo however, is his weird chat with Sukuna. This is the second time that someone killed by Sukuna has a conversation with him in some kind of dream world. You know who else has weird dream sequences happen to him while fighting others? Yuji.
(Gojo's dream sequence is different. It doesn't happen with Sukuna and is heavily implied to be real and happening in limbo.)
The talk about love gets resolved for the moment. We get what Sukuna truly thinks about it and how he groups Gojo, Kashimo and Yorozu into a category that he himself is definitely not part of. The good thing about themes like these though is that they will be back through challenging the villain's outlook on life.
Tumblr media
The next fighters have entered the arena and it's such an interesting match up. Hakari is still with Uraume, so Higuruma and Yuji are going against Sukuna. Yuji looks as furious as the time Sukuna took over Megumi and what is up with his arms and hand? Is he emulating Sukuna now? Not to forget the weird body hopping he had done with Kusakabe.
I also can't wait to see Higuruma put Sukuna on trial. What more about his past and his crimes are we going to uncover? Will there be something that he himself would've wanted to keep a secret or forget. Maybe something like the crime of eating his twin. I'm also reminding everyone that Sukuna hates Yuji and I can't wait to see how that will play out.
And will we get to see Megumi again 😭

🌷Writer Interview Game 🌷
Thank you @galaxiasgreen, @gingerlegacy07 and @zetadraconis11 for the tags!
Tumblr media
When did you start writing?
According to AO3, 2014.
It was for another fandom, and then disappeared for 7 years until 2021. But that one I'm at the limbo of leaving up or abandoning since I don't have plans on writing out the rest...
Hogwarts Legacy pulled me back in 2023 and still going decently strong 💪
Are there different themes or genres you enjoy reading than what you write?
I have the opposite where I stay clear of any romance novels, but will eat up fanfiction pairings and am planning on including a romance subplot somewhere.
Is there a writer you want to emulate or get compared to often?
If I could even have a morsel, a smidgen, a crumb of Agatha Christie's writing abilities...
Can you tell me a bit about your writing space?
80% of the time I write at my computer desk. Keyboard, dual monitor, speakers... a Maurauder's Map desk mat... there's usually at least one mug and a water tumbler. A few books on flowers, runes, D&D and CoC rulebooks, etc.
What's your most effective way to muster up a muse?
Rewatching or playing the source material, as well as daydreaming. Bouncing off ideas and expanding theories has proven fruitful as well.
Are there any recurring themes in your writing? Do they surprise you?
Slow-burn. I haven't written enough for any other recurring themes, I think. Oh, and flowers. Lots and lots of flowers (and their language).
What is your reason for writing?
Creative outlet.
Is their any specific comment or type of comment you find particularly motivating?
I love all of the comments that've been left (though only really started interacted the past year), but my favorites are those where I get to hear how the reader interpreted the writing. It's like seeing their thought process which is always lovely to get to know 😊
How do you want to be thought about by your readers?
Just a regular human like everyone writing out blorbos of something I enjoy and hope they enjoy it as well 😊
What do you feel is your greatest strength as a writer?
I've been told I'm good at descriptive writing, but I'm still working on what I think of it is for myself.
How do you feel about your own writing?
It is what it is - some days it feels better than others. I want to cringe at what I wrote in the past, but they're still an important stepping stone and shows the progress (sort of).
No pressure tags (sorry if you've been tagged already - I took 1,500 years to do this 😅): @dom1re @thefeatherwrites @theladyofshalott1989
Credit to @lyworth for the new divider that she generously gifted for my birthday 🥹

No amount of hate will ever be able to stop me from loving RWBY with my whole heart and soul.
Because as much as I love it, RWBY IS a flawed show. Even more flawed than most shows, I’ll admit, but that’s part of the reason I love it. I can confidently admit that I have some criticism for ever single volume, side series, movie, etc, but having the good ALWAYS eclipse the bad is what always draws me back to the series after a hiatus.
Not to mention the obstacles and journey RWBY and CRWBY have had to face and seeing them always overcome it only add to its charm for me. Hell, I’m sure that no show has ever dealt with as much strife as them. The budget and limitations from it, losing Monty, having the people that I can’t even consider human beings harass them over their friend’s death, toxic criticism, adapting to a new engine, labor issues, another budget crisis, more toxic criticism, toxic dude-bro environment, COVID, WB acquiring the series, even MORE toxic criticism, and now RT shutting down leaving RWBY in a limbo till someone picks it up. They’ve pushed through all (except that last one yet) of it, and still managed to craft an incredible world with wonderful characters that hold a special place in people’s hearts the world over.
Sorry for the rant, I really did mean for this to be shortish, but I just love this show so much!
Bottom line: I will NEVER admit that RWBY is a perfect show and I can 1000% understand it if people don’t enjoy and drop it as a result (hell, neither one of my siblings did), but I will also NEVER say that RWBY is a bad series. Anyone who can accept the flaws, but still focus on all the good of the series is a true fan in my eyes.
No show is without flaws but honestly I also don't feel the need to acknowledge those flaws when I talk about something I love.
(no shade to you, anon. It's just a pet peeve)
RWBY is a great show, with writing that I would give my soul to be able to emulate. It has a great cast of characters especially the main four and there will never, ever be another show like it nor one that will fill the hole in my heart when it finally ends.

Descartes says the body is a machine. Then a cyborg is a machine emulating a machine through organic pretensions, which Descartes disabuses us from.
The soul, the mechanical eye we are born with, stealing the body to tell its dream. Then it dies, its specific mode of existence, and it it continues its wanderings to find another host. That's why the classical thinkers knew the ghosts of the dead wandered in the nether land —not searching for god, but yearning for another body.
Both soul and language are parasites in process in the unending flow of things, attached, loose emanating clicks, worm like sounds —surviving manna— but nowhere, nowhere the same.

[shared body]
character: cho sam
summary: a series of what i think happened to cho sam before and after chung myung took over his body, very stream of conscious questions and headcannons i have. might not make sense.
author's note: idk if yall have read the manga called the one within the villaness where the protagonist is the og owner of the body but gets in a limbo within her own consciousness so she is very aware when someone else has possessed her body, she also sees the other person's memories before the possession etc. will get into more details below.
═══════════════
BEFORE
CHO SAM who was probably a child born into a decent household with a roof over his head and food during meals until something happened to his parents / guardians that caused him to be abandoned at a young age. young enough that he cannot defend himself but probably not so young that he doesn't know his own birthname, talk or walk. considering that he might be getting bullied by the older beggar children around him, either because CHO SAM is really easy to take advantage of since he's meek or it's easy to take advantage of him because he's grown up sheltered
CHO SAM born into a decent household means there's a chance he's learnt how to read and write at some point, so there's also a chance where he learns about history and it's there he learns about the war, cheon ma and of course, the plum blossom sword saint. if we base this on the webtoon appearance, CHO SAM might notice that he has similar physical traits as this legendary hero so i don't think it would be far off to assume that in this case, the boy might begin to look up to the plum blossom sword saint as his own personal hero or something close to that. i think it's the type of thinking that would make sense to a child.
CHO SAM who might have prayed to the sword saint and looked up to him by trying to emulate that guy's behaviour in his everyday life from what he knows about the sword saint which was not a lot and vere mostly verbal accounts of someone else's observation which would have likely been heavily embellished, but CHO SAM doesn't know that yet.
CHO SAM on the day he 'dies' finds himself on the receiving end of an older beggar child's beating for some insignificant mistake he's made. i think that CHO SAM would have prayed to anybody out there for help, salvation, anything to get him out of this place because it's worn him down so much.
when the next hit on his head comes, CHO SAM squeezes his eyes shut but when he doesn't feel the pole hit his head, he opens his eyes to see that he's not exactly in control of his body. it's moving the way he's not asking it to, he's speaking in a way that's unfamiliar to him, he's in his body and not all at the same time.
AFTER
CHO SAM learns pretty quickly that something or someone has taken over all functions of his body and he's not exactly been kicked out of living in it either so he's not too sure what to call this.
while it's not immediate, there will come a point in time when the body will assimilate and manage to accommodate the two souls living in it, CHO SAM is the only one between the two that knows of this.
CHO SAM eventually learns that the one who has possessed his body is chung myung, the same plum blossom sword saint he's looked up to like some god his whole life. and at first, he's excited, then he's confused and then now he's a little conflicted. because for what reason is it his body out of everyone else's that gets 'chosen' for this possession? he may never know the answer.
i think that CHO SAM can't do much other than to watch what chung myung does in his body, he might be in awe at chung myung's abilities and probably wonders what else he can do.
(slight tangent) while i think that all of chung myung's skills and abilities he's amassed over the years is no joke, there's another thing that i've been thinking of — did chung myung, to an extent, luck out when he possessed CHO SAM'S body instead of anybody else? like if it had been someone who had lesser potential do you think chung myung would have taken a way longer time to reach the level he is at currently? or would it not even matter because he's got a lifetime's worth of experience so something like a little bit of physical setback is nothing to him? who knows. i'm just pulling things out of my ass
when CHO SAM first glimpses at chung myung's memories, he cannot look away. they've both lived like this for so long that it's only natural that they begin to merge a little. how much of the current chung myung is him and how much of him is chung myung type of thing. it is surprising that none of CHO SAM'S own memories have surfaced to show itself to chung myung, maybe it's because it's not really chung's myung own body?
when chung myung gets injured, CHO SAM obviously cannot feel it, but the sight of blood scares him nonetheless. is it because he feels for chung myung or is it because he is looking at what used to be his physical form getting marred like it meant nothing? chung myung as someone who cares so little for his own well-being that he would push past his injuries to do what he is supposed to almost out of instinct but he holds back and tries to tend to himself every once in a while as though he is reminded of someone's nagging.
CHO SAM doesn't know how to feel in this situation, should he be angry at chung myung for treating his body, their body, so carelessly? again he wonders if this body can even be considered his anymore, or shared together, or has the roles flipped to make CHO SAM become the intruder to this body?
SPECULATIONS FOR THE END
what happens after chung myung accomplishes everything he sets out to do? does he vanish? is he granted entry into heaven where he meets his loved ones that died? will he hesitate to rest in peace?
(if cm chooses to die) : CHO SAM wakes up but for the first time in years he's back in control of his own body but so much has changed and he still feels like a child in this now grown up body so how is he going to navigate through all of that? he's seen all the feats chung myung has achieved and now how is he going to keep up with that precedent?
(if cm chooses to live) : what will CHO SAM do? will he try to make himself known to chung myung or will he accept that there isn't much he can do and goes along for the ride? say some god or spiritualist finally set CHO SAM free and let him be separated from a fate he was never destined to have, he can finally live as he wants but will he leave? nobody in the world knows who CHO SAM the beggar is, but he knows all about the people who have come into contact with 'him' in some way. do they want to know about him though?
═══════════════
end thoughts: i know that it's not a very coherent post but i needed to get the thoughts out my system before i start having brain worms and stop sleeping at night

WIP. My first time drawing DmC: Devil May Cry Dante. Did a mix of markers and pencils + digital editing, kinda like my previous post of DMC5 Dante. Basically, I emulated a photoshop-style process using Apple Sketchbook.
You can tell where the blue pencil lines turn into sketch marks on the neck. The lighting/color work I did digitally, didn't preserve some of the line work in the ears so they look like 2 little butterfly wings on either side of his head.
I like how the skin came out as well as the hair texture. I also like how different he looks from 5 Dante, it's a fun contrast, working with such distinctly different faces. I'm also happy with the eyes, and the textures cutting across his face and neck that make him look like he's in limbo.
Tumblr media
I'm in between drawing pads but when I get my new one, I'll go in and clean up some of the crude rubber-stamping, I'll detail the necklace, and I'll make him pop a little more with some accents. I'll also pull him forward by adjusting the background a bit. Until then, here's another edit. Tried to get the texture and colors closer to his look in the game with this one.
