Fredrick 'Freddy' Bishop vs. Beatrice 'Betty' Noire

History

It all started with Amber Lightvale, the younger sister of the wizard Agate Lightvale, with a blue and green SOUL. When Agate killed her brother Copper Lightvale after the two had fought following a discussion about the Barrier that separated Monsters and Humans, she realized she was slowly dying. In a last attempt to ensure that Monsters and Humans would never make peace, Agate used Amber, whom she had killed prior to spite Copper, as a vessel to create Betty, whose purpose would be to destroy Humans and Monsters shall the Barrier ever be shattered. Betty's SOUL is the pink FEAR soul, and she is constantly accompanied by the blob-like creature Akumu (commonly called Kumu). At first, Betty looked like an innocent, cheery, happy-go-lucky girl incapable of doing evil, but when she remembered what Agate has commanded her to do, she turned evil, and sought sufficient power to destroy both races Agate wanted separated.

Abilities

Biological Immortality: Betty is biologically immortal; she will never age, and therefore never die of senescence. However, she can still die from injury. Non-combat applicable.

Pain Resilience: Even before she had her healing factor, Betty was completely unaffected by a hole in her shoulder by from Undyne's spear. After gaining the regen, Betty was unaffected by portions of her shoulder and face being destroyed/severed before it healed.

Hyper-sonic Speed: Betty can move at speeds that makes it look like she's teleporting. (Mach5-mach10)

Regeneration: Can heal her wounds and damage caused to her. While this is useful, the speed of the regeneration depends how impactful the hit damages her.

Dark Magic: Betty is a powerful user of black magic, usually from HATE. It has the following uses:

Hallucination Inducement: Betty is able to conjure and modify hallucinations. This was used on Frisk to make him see a nonexistent car, on Asriel to make him see Chara instead of Betty, on Jessica Grey to see a cut-up Integrity and much more. Can also be used to give the impression of being at a certain spot whilst actually being elsewhere, and hypothetically to make it looks like she's everywhere or like there are multiple Bettys. (Key-word: hypothetically)

Energy Manipulation: The ability to diffuse and channel energy. Betty has been shown to utilize both normal and dark/HATE energy; allowing her to summon waves of pink energy, emanate it from her body, create HATE pink explosion beams from her scythe, or enhance her strikes with normal or dark energy.

Summoning / Creation: Betty can summon an army of pink blobs that can reap souls and disguise themselves as others.

Pyrokinesis: As of Ep. 7 in Season 2, HATE, Betty seems to possess the power to control fire, which she used against Asgore and Toriel. She cannot summon fire, only grab fire projectiles and beams and throw it.

Mind Reading: It was revealed in a Tumblr post by Camila Cuevas that Betty can look into one's memories by looking into their eyes.

Power Boost: If Betty is close to death, she will have completely pink hair in fear and her and/or Akumu will have more strength for a bit.

Techniques

Rhabdophobia

Betty's signature technique

Requires charging, her hair glows more pink from the bottom to top.

Once executed, her hair will be completely pink and it creates a zone that has negative colors that allows Betty to turn a magical attack pink and control all enemy magical powers inside of said zone.

Statistics Amplification

Betty usually grows stronger when more fear is around, she is closer to dying and how many souls she has. Usually when closer to death she grows stronger depending on how close she is to dying.

Spear

Betty's signature weapon

Usually thrown like a javelin, or attached to a string

Can tear out souls of others and grant them to Betty

Able to create an explosion of light

It's a scythe. That's it.

Vial of Hate

Betty's HATE form. In this, she looks the same, but with a black sclera, a distorted mouth, and hot pink glowing pupils. For Akumu, his sclera is black with light hot pink pupils.

Can be used to heal Betty's wounds and regenerate lost body parts. This healing is stronger than her normal healing.

Degree unknown

Can be used by Akumu to wake Betty up after death

This process also regenerated her back, which was disintegrated

Can freely generate forcefields and barriers to encompass certain areas.

Can extend HATE tentacles from her body.

Amplifies Betty's magic prowess by a factor of ten, allowing her to create a big pink explosion beam with her scythe by stabbing it in the ground with HATE activated.

Sentient and vies for control of Betty's body, mainly if she uses too much HATE, heals with HATE, or let HATE take control, but Betty can still stop the control. However, there are situations where Betty is sometimes forced to use the HATE or she will die.

Hands and Gaster Blasters

Stolen from Gaster using Rhabdophobia (Additional Gaster Blasters stolen from Sans)

Only used in two fights against Gaster.

The Gaster Blaster can fire energy beams and be used to block attacks, including beams from other Gaster Blasters

The hands have the following attacks:

Red: Shoots a blast of energy, twice as powerful than a normal Gaster Blaster.

Green: Summons a forcefield or shield.

Orange: Spawns a plethora of white dots around the enemy. After a while, they will flash orange and generate a powerful explosion.

Blue: Creates razor blade discs that follow the enemy.

Yellow: Spams a bunch of projectiles at a rapid pace.

Purple: Copies whatever is in front of the hand and create purple spikes from the holes from the hands (the spikes are only activated when Gaster uses Polychromatism.)

Cyan: Creates magical energy ropes from the hand and can grab on to a person and stick to them

Beam Attack: An unknown special attack in which Gaster gathers all his seven hands (with the seven different colors) and launches a single beam from all of them. The beam homes after the target, and if it's dispelled, it can be split into a multitude of orbs that return to home on the target.

Monotone: Makes one hand seven times more powerful.

Duality: Merges the seven hands into two giant ones. These two can switch between the original seven colors and make combinations between them. The dual hands will follow the user’s hands motion and commands. The powers are according to each color.

In general, they have similar abilities to Akumu minus the flight part.

True Look

Her original look, a form attained by fusing with Akumu.

Has eyes the same eyes as Akumu and mouth that connects to each other also like said Akumu. She has pink matter inside of her, and can be visible if her skin is burned off, revealing hot pink skin. This is originally Akumu before the two defused.

In this form, Betty has new abilities that are way more powerful from her previous form, but she can still use her previous powers.

Abilities:

Can turn her arms into blades, hot pink claw hands, scythes, shields, change the size of her limbs, extend the limbs, create dark magenta explosion beams from her scythe hand by stabbing it in the ground, and shoot pink slash projectiles from her blade arms.

Able to make waves / bursts of pink energy from her body to propel herself, and create a aura around her body that's dark magenta in color.

Able to make dark magenta weapons and projectiles from her soul, and summon her scythe. Dark Magenta Arrow Projectiles that fly at high speeds and explode at whatever it hits, Dark Magenta Mini-Spear(s) which is a upgraded look to her last spear but works differently and she can summon more than one (most likely). Dark Magenta Shields she puts on the ground, Dark Magenta Bow and Arrow, but the bow was not used in combat, and Dark Magenta Blades, which are blades she summons over her hands, when her hands were morphed into scythes

Betty's last attack...

In Animosity, Betty fought Gaster, Papyrus, and Sans. Gaster killed Betty with his polychromatism after Sans dies again. Gaster then passes out and Papyrus has a bad feeling. Betty. then in the darkness, says they made a mistake killing her, and lets the HATE take over and possess her body and use her magic. The HATE can use Bettys abilities, such as shown her illusions and blade arm, and use its own abilities, such as rising in the air, while a big blob of HATE is under it, spreading over the ground and buildings.

In Hope, the HATE was shown with various other powers such as using inverted magic from its previous hosts and Determination abilities (only some). It was shown to be very powerful.

Feats

Manipulated several Humans and Monsters without any effort or suspicion

Beat Gaster

Gaster could nullify reality warping abilities

Took hits from Undyne the Undying, who could blow up an entire laboratory

Can easily destroy large masses of rock that make up canyons

Able to fracture and create cracks in a wall by merely and casually punching it once

Can create massive explosions of energy that can stretch well across cities

Punched Asgore several metres away without effort

Can chop energy in half

Was unaffected by a spear to the chest before she got her regeneration and by parts of her face being blasted off after, even before it healed

Took 26 human souls...

Weaknesses

...from defenseless children. And it were her blobs that did so, not Betty herself.

Hate Regeneration can be overtaxed (This has been achieved in Animosity, using a massive horizon beam that heavily burnt [but didn't disintegrate] Betty's body and successfully murdered her)

Loses her strategic skills, mind and sanity when using too much Hate

If Akumu dies, so will Betty, and vice versa (albeit not instantly, but after a short while)

Barely has any "true" kills; she made Undyne kill Alphys by accident, and the rest of her vics were either defenseless children, or incapacitated / ambushed

Betty's illusions don't show up on digital recordings, as she has no technopathic abilities.

Rhabdophobia works ONLY on magic.

Rhabdophobia's charge time means that while effective on magic users who value power over numerity of their attacks can be overwhelmed by loads of attacks

She needs to be able to look into her opponent's eyes in order to read their souls. This also means she can't dig into others' minds if they covered their eyes (eg. a mask), or have none to begin with.

Dies if she runs out of magical energy

Can't collect souls if Akumu is dead and vice versa.

Freddy Info

History

On one earth, superpowers had started appearing more frequently. In many forms, like Espers cyborgs aliens and monster along with other none human beings while these powers were seen with glamuor soon groups that were against these powers soon appeared to contest these powers. The most famous and heinous were the Protection Of Humanity Corps and Freddy was the son of the leaders his original name was Lazarus Audrey. But he was soon despised by his own parents because he was born with some of if not the strongest magic abilities and psychic powers with some stupid superpowers that just mixed together so while showing them off to a family of experiments he got caught and in a fit of fear and anger used them all at once which blew up his heart and blew his torso open which killed him. But thanks to the explosion several things mixed together (a alien war machine,magical gem,and some bio sludge from a interdimensonal being.) And became some technorganic core for Freddy and he was reborn as their experiment to be a Pro-Human enforcer and hunter. He soon went through inhumane experiments and soon broke free of them and laid waste to everything and ran and hid with his new family. He then lived in south park for a week (stick of truth.) And soon saw how horrible everything was and soon when they played superhero and card games (Fracutred but Whole and phone destroyer) he made several deals and various actions as a new mystery force and soon went on a one man war against South Park until one day a time traveling clone of him Named Hunter attacked him and killed his family and in their fight they went back in time and he blew up the lab before the Pro-Human project happened and then time traveled again accidentally found out he pretty much made himself non-existent and became a living time Paradox as he no longer had any place in time and got a pseudo immortality he soon in a depressive episode wandered around America until he found out how to use his powers as skillfully as possible. He may be homeless but he wasn't heartless and soon found people to love and care for. May God have mercy on evil's souls. Because he won't.

Abilities

Super strength:can out muscle Criag CD Shelly and Trent (Scott can pull signs out of the ground Craig is stronger Shelly bests Craig and Trent is somehow more dangerous.)

High durability and pain tolerance:Freddy regularly tears his limbs off and can walk off getting shot in the head and even Lava. Can somehow survive more punishment then any other child from south park.

High speed:can react to Cylde and Jimmy who can both move anywhere from hypersonic to Massively hypersonic. He can even use magic to keep up with both.

Immortality:can't die from anything that isn't destroying his CORE it can survive a nuke capable of destroying a land mass 5x the size of South Park and only lost a chip.

Magic can do

Eldrich magic to make pocket dimensions and then control them

Space magic to teleport

Blood magic to heal himself, make weapons, and teleport (others can set blood on fire and even use others as ticking time bombs.)

Time magic to slow down or freeze time can also time travel

Flesh Magic to possess others or morph his own body.

Chaos magic allows him to use any magic he can thing off as long as he rembers it.

Anti magic can grant him chi sensing and Absorbs/negates any other type of magic also boost his own physical power.

His eyes even have powers. Left one is tech based and analyses everything and even see weak points the other one can see emotions souls and both can see through walls.

Can somehow sense bodyheat.

Can produce spikes all over himself and even change them at will.

Has Six arms(the two you see are from his back and all of them can rip open steel doors.)

Antlers and horns according to him can gore any living thing.

Tail works like a whip and can shoot bio energy lasers.

Due to him having no organs bones and blood he's immune to a lot of things.

His Katana has the Sundrop and the Moondew (1st heals him and shoots fire and restores youth. 2nd one decays things shoots ice and rapidly ages things.)

His tome is a fusion of several books (a hell spellbook that contains hellish spells a necronomocon which controls the dead and has information on the supernatural and magically adds more pages as Freddy learns more.)

Hunted down and beat up Billy Calypso and stole his wish granting ring (Absorbs souls of those damned to hell and grants realty warping powers but the user has to grant wishes.)

His mouth is a portal to limbo (automatically throws Souls to Death who sends them to heaven or hell automatically gets the magic of any souls he eats this way.)

Can absorb magic.

His core can posses anything from other beings to a city to the Boiling Isles Titan.

Weaknesses

Has a crossbow that can hurt any supernatural creature he's surprisingly good with it.

Lazarus can fly phase through matter and is immune to most magic. He can also become any weapon Freddy needs like a spirit gun a mace or its strongest form his scythe Lazarus can also make a physical body out of Energy and magic and use all the same skills as Freddy.

He's weak to holy magic.

According to him Ames and Hikari are stronger then he'll ever be.

PTSD abandonment issues trust issues and is overprotective.

According to a room designed to take him down his greatest fear is being abandoned betrayed or waking up and finding out his whole life was nothing more then a coma dream.

Destroying his core will kill him permanently.
