The Company A friendly company based in Ascot, Berks, is looking for a General Office Apprentice to join their busy team, due to the rapid expansion of the business. The Job As the General Office Apprentice, you will support the Collections and Customer Service Team by undertaking a variety of essential administrative duties. You will be helping to: Open, log and scan all incoming mailProcess outgoing mailCarry out other general admin duties for the department and the office generally, including filing and data entry. This varied and interesting role will provide ample opportunities for developing your office skills. You will be trained on internal procedures and on the in-house database. Your training will lead to a nationally recognised Level 2 Diploma and Apprenticeship. The Person To succeed in this busy environment, you will be hard-working, well-organised and enjoy working in a methodical way. Accuracy and attention to detail are critically important. You will be a team player with a friendly and helpful disposition, who is happy to assist your colleagues and "muck in" when necessary.
