Theory: "Mananaar is Enlil's relatives!?"

There has been a theory circulating in the JP community saying that Mananaar might be related to Counselor Enlil (also known as one of the antagonist in OB1) due to their similar features and attributes (+origin)

Another thing that made them noticed this was the fact Mananaar was born in a distinguished family. (Thing is, I have never heard of anything saying Enlil has a family, unless that's mentioned in the manga, which...I don't have it because it's payed)

One of my friend discuss this with me, she theorize that Mananaar is indeed related to Enlil (in Oreca Battle world), but he cut ties with him (and his family?) because he doesn't want to use his magic and talent to bring misery to other people.

Of course, that's just a theory.
