Class XII or X should study English mathematics / act / book and get a minimum of 50% marks in each subject, whether it is studied in class XII or X, even if the candidate is a graduate or higher qualifying percentage. How to Prepare for the NDA Exam

The NDA is a joint service defence academy of the Indian Navy, Army, and Airforce. The NDA examination is held twice a year by the UPSC. Among our youth, the NDA is both the most popular and the most difficult examination in India. To pass an exam, you must work harder as well as smarter. If you really want to pass the NDA exam, I will tell you the best ways to pass the written portion of the exam in this blog.

I'd like to share some pointers and strategies that will make your job easier.

1. Syllabus

If you are going to begin your NDA journey, I recommend that you first make a copy of the NDA syllabus and exam pattern because you will learn a lot about the NDA syllabus and exam pattern from them. You must create all of your topics and begin reading them in the correct order.

2.Read the NCERT book.

Go over all of the definitions in the class XI-XII books, especially for the Math section, as many questions have recently been asked about basic domains of functions, the definition of terms, and so on. You can do this by making different lists of formulas on sheets of paper, such as all integration formulas, and sticking them on a wall near your study table, as well as Inverse Trigno., Probability, and so on.

For the GAT section, read at least the science, history, and geography books from IX and X, if not earlier classes, as many questions are taken directly from the books.

3.The GK Strategy

General Knowledge is the most important and one of the easiest parts of the exam, but you must prepare thoroughly. You can improve your GK by reading books, newspapers, and monthly magazines, as well as watching news channels on television. You can also join the DCG Defence Academy. 4. Accuracy is essential:

Once you enter the academy, your final NDA exam rank is rarely important. Negative marking, with a third of marks awarded for correct answers, is one aspect of the NDA exam that is becoming more difficult. Candidates must therefore prioritise accuracy over speed. For example, if you are weak in maths and only answer 50 questions out of 120 on the MAT with 100 percent accuracy, you will easily pass the sectional cutoff.

5.Shortcuts

There are numerous shortcuts available. However, I would advise you to keep a notebook and write down the ones you can use while answering the questions. Also, if you notice any differences in the order of the questions, make a note of them because they will help you with final week revision.

6.Study-Material

You can use SP Bakshi's Objective General English or Pathfinder for Maths. Only NCERTs can assist you with the science portion. Don't blindly follow any book; instead, see if it suits you because each author has a unique way of explaining things. However, keep in mind that you should look for a book that includes the trends of PYQs (previous years' questions), as you must prepare for NDA only, and some authors may include too many advanced questions that are rarely asked.

7.Syllabus Compilation

The truth is that no UPSC Exam syllabus can be completed. It's too big. Make a list of topics you can cover and ensure that these will get you through the exam. Be prepared to leave out some important topics.

8. Time Management:

When studying for the NDA exam or another exam, time is of the essence. Students should be aware of how much time they have left for the NDA exam and plan accordingly. To prepare for the NDA exam, you must concentrate on mathematics and general ability.

9.Mock Exam

You should begin giving mock tests as soon as you enter class 12th. It will assist you in identifying your weak areas in class 11, particularly in terms of grades. Sunday is reserved for mock tests. You will score very low at first, but with time, your confidence will grow, and that confidence is what many people lack and are not able to clear exams despite great academic talent. If you take mock tests on a regular basis, the English and maths sections become very easy to master.

6 useful CUET 2022 preparation tips on how to study for common university entrance test

CUET 2022: Here is how you can start preparing for Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022. Know the study plan, timetable and other details

Here are some steps and suggestions for you that will surely help you prepare well in a short period of time.

1. CHECKING CUET SYLLABUS

A syllabus is the most indispensable part of any examination system. It is more like a roadmap that provides you with the right direction not only to get started but also to reach your desired destination. Students must be aware of the syllabus pattern of this year’s CUET 2022 examination.

There are four sections, and each section comprises different pre-requisites.

Check which subjects from which section of the CUET you need to prepare for ( university criteria). Prepare the list of languages and domain subjects that you need to prepare for. Make your choice of materials and go ahead.

3. MAKING TIMETABLE

Setting your target is important to achieving your goal. Knowing the right answer is useless if you are not working on it at the right time. Thus, making a timetable to utilise the time in hand that is the right time management skills, not only during preparation but also while attempting your examination, is imperative.

Some of the hacks you must understand are which subject you want to devote the most time to and which you need to revise quickly. The timetable should be realistic as well as exhaustive for students preparing for the CUET-2022 examination.

4. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE

Though the examination is around the corner, it doesn’t matter if your syllabus hasn’t been completed yet; all you need is the right study materials. 12 Tips To Get Highest Marks in 12th Board Exams

Board exams are difficult times for all students. After the 1st board exam of Class X, the 2nd one of Class XII is more difficult. Also known as HSC exam, the results of this examination play an important role in deciding the future of the candidate. The moment dates for the HSC exam are declared, an untold fear grasps the students. But student counsellors opine that getting nervous will not solve any problem. Rather than getting scared and nervous, making proper preparations for the exams will be of greater help.

Mentioned below are some highly effective and important tips, which will help in getting high marks in HSC exams without fail.

Tip 1: Keep on challenging yourself for doing better

Remember that you are your greatest contender. Try to do better than the previous time. Take challenges in the form of exams. If in the last exam, you secured 50% marks, try to outdo that by scoring 60% in the coming exam. Defeat the previous percentage and always target for higher scores. In Class XII, HSC exams, different students choose different streams like Arts, Science and Commerce. There are individual subjects in these streams and choices can be made as per preferences. Along with these subjects, there are language subjects too in the form of English and another language. Most students ignore the English paper and this might lead to drop in overall percentage. Along with preparing for other subjects, make sure that you pay equal importance to English paper as well.

Tip 5: Work on the weak areas more

If you have taken up Science stream, you might be good in Physics and Mathematics, but not that good in Chemistry. Identify the weak areas and start working on them so that these subjects do not impact the overall percentage. Most students don’t want to study subjects they are weak at, and this is the biggest mistake. Instead of shying away from the subject, try finding the weak points and work on them to turn them into strong areas.

HSC exam is probably the most difficult exam, you will have faced till date. So start bracing yourself for that.
