Hi!!! I have read all your shifting advice but I have recently found that sleep methods don't work for me (I don't know why) but I just can't seem to wrap my head around awareness with awake shifting

Basically do you have any awake method tips or tricks also is there and way you could explain awareness and detachment with a awake method (I tried to do it with a asleep method it didn't work then I just tried awake method and I found it worked better for me i tried asleepmethods 4 years and no progress) I just don't know how to implement these things with awake methods (I love ur content BTW I have followed u on my main for ages before I deleted it to focus on my shifting acc)

𝓘t's about the dr!!! not the method!!! stop focusing on "trying" to reality shift and just focus on the end, the success, your presence, there in that dr!!! try going to a community you don't care about, like astral projection and see how you can induce OBE without even trying.

𝓢top robbing yourself of being present in that dr by hyperanalyzing and focusing on the METHODD girl 4 years!?!? babeeee don't waste your time no more, you're walking backwards. cuz like:

𝓗ow are you going to detach your awareness in this reality when your brain works like you're studying for a test in this reality? "1, 2, 3, 4, I'm in my dr right now. 5, 6, 7, 8, I'm already in my dr." girl it's not about that you don't do that before waking up to this reality, nooo. you just always are in here because you use your 5 senses and all that stuff

𝓢o awareness and detachment.. babe. everyone can meditate (go to void state) and astral project while they're awake. you can vividly imagine things or feel things in deep meditation which is about being awake. you already know it works FOR YOU, so that means that you CAN. = CAPABLE.

illetve homeoffice + meeting alatt mindig csinálom (így jobban tudok figyelni, és hozzá is szólok a megbeszéléshez)

amikor barátokkal találkozom, és beszélgetünk, aközben is sokszor hímzünk (mármint ki mit csinál, horgol vagy ékszert készít, bármi)

gyerekek mostanában 8-kor alszanak, és az árulókat nézzük esténként, aközben is hímzek :)
