आगरा में मंत्री योगेंद्र उपाध्याय ने मेट्रो से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों और पार्क विकास परियोजनाओं का किया निरीक्षण

उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री योगेंद्र उपाध्याय ने मंगलवार को आगरा के मोती कटरा, सुभाष पार्क और गीता गोविंद वाटिका का दौरा कर निर्माण और विकास कार्यों का जायजा लिया। मेट्रो निर्माण की लापरवाही पर जताई नाराजगी मोती कटरा हनुमान तिराहे पर मेट्रो परियोजना के चलते मकानों को हुए नुकसान का निरीक्षण करते हुए मंत्री ने प्रभावित मकान मालिकों को हर संभव सहायता का आश्��ासन दिया। उन्होंने कहा, "मेट्रो की लापरवाही से जनजीवन खतरे में है। किसी भी हाल में जान-माल का नुकसान नहीं होने दिया जाएगा।" निरीक्षण के दौरान मंत्री ने नगर निगम के मुख्य अभियंता को मौके पर तलब किया और चोक सीवर लाइनों को जल्द से जल्द सुचारू करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा, जलकल विभाग को नियमित जल आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के आदेश भी दिए। उन्होंने घोषणा की कि विस्थापित परिवारों को 24 घंटे के भीतर मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। साथ ही, एक तकनीकी टीम गठित की जाएगी, जो क्षतिग्रस्त मकानों को मजबूत करने के उपाय सुझाएगी। सुभाष पार्क और गीता गोविंद वाटिका में विकास कार्यों का जायजा सुभाष पार्क के निरीक्षण के दौरान मंत्री ने बताया कि इसे आगरा आने वाले पर्यटकों और स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए एक आकर्षक पिकनिक स्पॉट के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। आठ करोड़ रुपये के बजट से पार्क में बोटिंग, फूड कोर्ट, चिल्ड्रन पार्क, योगा मेडिटेशन जोन, और ओपन जिम जैसी सुविधाएं तैयार की जा रही हैं। नए साल से पार्क में बोटिंग सुविधा शुरू होने की संभावना है। ताज नगरी फेस-2 में 19 एकड़ में बन रहे जोनल पार्क को गीता गोविंद वाटिका के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। मंत्री ने बताया कि इस थीम पार्क में तुलसी और कृष्ण कालीन वनस्पतियों के अलावा दो एकड़ क्षेत्र में मुक्ताकाशी मंच बनाया जाएगा, जहां कृष्ण लीलाओं और गीता उपदेशों का मंचन किया जाएगा। यह आयोजन पर्यटकों को रात्रि में भी रुकने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी श्री अरविंद मल्लप्पा बंगारी, नगरायुक्त श्री अंकित खंडेलवाल, और अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ आगरा विकास प्राधिकरण की उपाध्यक्ष भी उपस्थित रहीं। Read the full article

Crisis bij Gerard

Oprichter en eigenaar Gerard Sanderink (70) van het automatiseringsbedrijf Centric is verwikkeld in dubieuze zaken die in Quote, FD, De Telegraaf en andere media breed uitgemeten worden. Zie mijn nieuwe rapport hierover. 

Dat is een risico voor tientallen van zijn bedrijven die geconsolideerd zijn in Sanderink Investments B.V. Dat komt omdat de winstgevendheid, solvabiliteit en liquiditeit van deze moedermaatschappij kwetsbaar zijn en er een FIOD-onderzoek loopt naar betalen van steekpenningen om een opdracht te krijgen.

Het belangrijkst is de verdachtmaking van een smeergeldaffaire om een opdracht voor een metroproject in de wacht te slepen.  Dat kan vergaande zakelijke consequenties hebben. Bij bedrijven van Sanderink werken 14.000 mensen aan een omzet van ruim drie miljard euro. Zijn ex Brigitte van Egten en zijn nieuwe vlam Rian van Rijbroek doen er niet goed aan conflicten via rechtbanken en media uit te spelen.

Ik volg Gerard Sanderink al sinds de jaren tachtig. We zagen elkaar in de lift bij ICT Automatisering in Eindhoven, dat hij eind jaren zeventig oprichtte, wisselden blikken en geen woord. Sanderink was tegen journalisten, maar nu sprak hij wel met verslaggevers van Quote. Onverstandig. Sanderink is slim, eenvoudig, hard, duidelijk en wil eerlijk zijn zoals hij eerlijk ziet.

In deze fase van zijn leven gaat het erom dat het bestuur over zijn bezittingen geleidelijk aan wijze en verstandige mannen en vrouwen wordt overgedragen die de continuïteit  van de ondernemingen en de werkgelegenheid van 14.000 mensen vooropstellen. Lezend in Quote heb ik niet de indruk dat dit momenteel gebeurt.

De belangen van Gerard Sanderink zijn respectievelijk samengebracht in de overkoepelende houdstermaatschappij Sanderink Investments B.V. , de beursgenoteerde onderneming Oranjewoud N.V. met daarin Strukton en Antea en (ondfer meer) Centric Holding. Oranjewoud zit op het strafbankje van de beurs, heeft het jaarverslag 2018 nog niet gepubliceerd en is financieel kwetsbaar geworden. Bij Centric Holding, dat sinds 2011 ook niet meer gegroeid is, vertrokken vier topmensen en kwam een nieuwe CFO. Mijn indruk is dat Sanderink het onsamenhangende conglomeraat niet meer strak in de hand heeft. Het is zaak dat de FIOD snel duidelijkheid schept over eventuele onregelmatigheden.  Mijn analyse legt zich kort toe op de affaires, de financiële prestaties van Oranjewoud en Centric zelf. Centric presteert financieel gezond.

Conclusie

Samenvattend: het is belangrijk dat er spoedig duidelijkheid ontstaat over de resultaten van het FIOD-onderzoek. Daarnaast is het essentieel dat de continuïteit van de Sanderink bedrijven op lange termijn wordt gewaarborgd in het belang van alle belanghebbenden. Een onderzoek naar de synergie tussen de bedrijfsonderdelen is daarbij relevant.
