So I actually did download SSP from the site, the complete install package.

When I tried to run it, my windows PC freaked out. A blue pop up window with white text appeared

The only other option the window is giving me is to press "Don't run" or close the window.

If so, that's very normal! I get that with just about everything new I run. All you need to do is click that More info text, and the Run anyway button should appear!

It's good to take caution with stuff you're unsure of, but unfortunately Windows can be a bit overzealous about it. I would be more concerned if this were a program without so many other users backing it, or if you saw this pop up on its own.
