Random Adventures of Vampire Spider: Martin Li's Inner Demons
Once she was able to get away from Fisk Tower, the Spider made a beeline straight for FEAST. Something told her that whatever was going on, there would be a clue there. First, she stopped back home. Best to do this in civvies. Or at least, have civvies over the Spider Suit. The Quick Suit would be the best. Punk Suit still had some kinks to work out, and Dark Suit had been scrapped for…

Persona 4 (ish) atsv AU. Dw, I don't spoil any plot for either p4 or p5.
We don't use the murder mystery plot, but we keep the whole shadow thing.

First photo is an explanation of shadow selves as a whole and then 2nd is their use in p4.
I haven't quite cooked it through yet but imagine Miguel having to fight his inner demons in a big ass boss battle. There's always a lot of symbolism in it, and I think Miguel's would have a cage aspect like Yukiko did due to isolation being his main go-to for self harm.
Side note I'm sorry about Teddie's dialogue. If it provides any relief, the fandom bullies him constantly.
Alternatively, Persona 5 ATSV.
Miles - Ren Amamiya/Joker (Rejected by the society around them AND constantly defies expectations)
No idea!! - Ann Takamaki/Panther
Lyla - Morgana/Mona (Not rooted in story ties to the respective characters) (Alternatively, Peter Porker by just how goofy both are)
Idk lol - Makoto Nijima (Makoto best romance 🔥🔥🔥)
Gwen - Kasumi Yoshizawa (do NOT Google this character it will spoil Persona 5 Royal IMMEDIATELY. I will include a photo of this character at the end so that you can see her.)
Pavitr - Haru Okumura/Noir (Little bit naive but wants to do good in the world)
Hobie - Ryuji Sakamoto/Skull (Not a lot of connection but both rebel against social norms.)
Margo - Futaba Sakura/Oracle (DUUUUUUUDE THIS FITS IN BOTH FAMILIAL ISSUES AND TECH SMARTS) (alternatively, Peni works as well and she has the Dead Mom trauma too.) (I am not normal about Futaba I get genuinely angry about her storyline.)
Miguel - SOJIRO SAKURA!!! Mature, quiet, a hard-ass but genuinely very kind and loving beneath it all.
Spot - I fuckinG WISH I COULD SAY WHICH CHARACTER BUT IT SPOILS >:( just know he has a very clear character in this.
Ben Reilly - Yusuke Kitagawa (Dramatic af /pos) (Alternatively, Peter B. due to the brokeness of both.)
Aunt May - Munehisa Iwai or Tae Takemi (both help the protagonist in supplies)
As promised, here's Kasumi. She is a gymnast with deep seated family and identity issues that don't get explored until what is technically the "post game". She is worth the wait.
I’ve heard of persona but I’ve never played it or seen any gameplay (until now with the link u sent lolol) and honestly this fits so well!! There was a whole part in spiderman 2 about miles confronting mister negative and fighting him to try and escape kraven, and mister negative sends him to this alternate dimension and sends these shadows to fight him which represent his inner demons while his loved ones (or what sounds like them) call him not good enough and a mistake, and Miles’s biggest fear is for his loved ones to hate him and for him to disappoint them. This fits in extremely well for him especially now with that in mind. Also Miguel having to fight his inner demons is a huge boss battle is something I WANNA SEE!!!

Here is the distraction for you dear:
For Terry: How is Vivi now? Is she alright?
@demon-blood-youths
"She's fine sleeping or resting. Right now, we are keeping a eye on her for a while before she wakes up. She's sleeping in the other room or I think she is." Terry looks seeing Vivi sitting up but she was curled up in a warm blanket.
"Though, it depends on her. I wonder if she is awake." he mutters looking to check on her. Even right now, she was resting up but she turns only to show some scales in patches on her now. She didn't seem to be in pain yet but maybe she's avoiding it.
~~~~IN her thoughts~~~~~
She was looking or floating from the ground but she was looking ahead while having her legs crossed. Vivi looks quiet but she slowly opens her eyes seeing some smaller black vipers slithering under her.
'I'm curious...You been either avoiding me or not saying a word. Are you worried about what happened? Are you angry?' the voice sounded like her but she didn't respond only to open her eyes more.
"I'm not saying I am....though this is a new situation given of who you are. Or what you are." Vivi mutters but she looks ahead seeing someone looking right at her. Dark purple eyes but shows some light green mixed in them.
"........." The other remains still but slowly moves closer to look at her. "Well...your not like others though...it's fine. Maybe we can help one another......." that's when the face comes closer showing another view of Vivi.
"........." Vivi looks to her inner self but saw her hovering as well while looking at Vivi.
'You know who I am right? I'm you......or to say a venom side of you. Thanks to mister Batman for injecting Venom into you..you are like him..and your precious snake too'
"....So both did indeed have venom in them didn't they? And yet you were formed so quickly. I figure it would take longer for this to form.." she said in a calm tone and felt the other float closer to look at her.
'It's different for others. Some don't become effected by the venom like that and can heal with no negative side effects. But some others don't. It's all different for many.' she said now moving to be behind Vivi and rest her hands on her shoulders. She felt the touch, leaving a heated warmth from her even if she didn't move. Her white hair still moving slowly behind her but her other side had the same but with black ends of her own.
'But don't worry. I think we'll get alone quite well. We are the same of course...so it shouldn't worry you. I won't do anything to harm you..I won't do anything to..push you. Only if you decide to let me help you...we can make quite a team...' the voice was cold leaving some tickle near her ear.
"........Is their a point to this meeting? Are you here to either tease me or are you going to do something.." Vivi said but looks seeing the other look at her.
'I'm not trying to but...we will be known to help one another...but..I'm excited for the fun. Though, I see you have the blood of a demon and the blood of a succubus demon too. Seems this will be pretty fun...but I'll leave you for now. I won't bother you..' she said but now held her cheeks to look right into Vivi's eyes.
'We will meet again, void reaper.....lets hope the fun we have will be..exciting..' she smiled to look at Vivi before the darkness around her surrounds her and the other self leaving her in the dark.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Right away, Vivi wakes up to sit up but she looks seeing it was morning. She saw the blanket on her but slowly sighed to move some of her white hair from her face. "..Strange dream.." she mutters.
"Vivi? You awake? You okay?" she looks seeing Terry but only remains quiet.
"I'm fine....don't worry just a weird dream.." she mutters.
"Weird dream?" he asked.
"......Yeah, I saw myself in this dark void less space but....so many viper snakes were around before seeing another me there. She looks like me but her eyes were lighter purple with some green in them.....her hair was white but the ends were black.....I....saw scales on her but she seems to be a viper snake maybe? I don't know..the dream was strange.." she whispered closing her eyes but Terry was silent.
'Crap so she already seen it....seems it was true after all. She's got venom and I fear it could have made more.......I'll have to tell Shdwkyz about this soon..' Terry thought.

Hypothetical set-up for “Spider-Man 4″:
MAIN STORYLINE
Picking right up from the end of “No Way Home”, Peter Parker is operating on his own as Spider-Man. MJ and Ned have moved away to attend M.I.T., resulting in Peter becoming depressed since he’s now truly alone in the city. At the height of his depression, Peter comes into contact with the Venom symbiote (the one left behind by Eddie). He gains the black symbiote Spider-Man suit, leading to him feeling rejuvenated due to the symbiote’s effects on him.
Around the same time, Peter comes into contact with the gang known as the “Inner Demons”, led by Martin Li / Mister Negative. When Peter defeats a group of Inner Demons, Martin assigns his best assassin to go after Spider-Man. The assassin is revealed to be Cindy Moon (Silk), a ninja who was trained by the Ten Rings.
Martin also hires a master thief to dig up dirt on Spider-Man, with the intention of figuring out Spider-Man’s secret identity. The thief is revealed to be Felicia Hardy (Black Cat).
With Mister Negative, the Inner Demons, Silk, and Black Cat all gunning for his head, Peter finds himself struggling to do his duties, especially since he has no allies to turn to. As his situation grows dire and more desperate, the Venom symbiote starts to affect Peter in negative ways. Slowly but surely, Peter starts losing himself to the power of the suit. And the more power he exerts, the more bitter and angry he becomes.
The question is, will Peter realize what’s happening to him in time? Or will he fully succumb to the symbiote’s influence?
SIDE NOTES
1) Unlike the Venom movies, the Venom symbiote here is a full-on villain. This is the classic Venom, the one that is an analogy for drug addiction. In this case, Venom is the “drug” that Peter Parker is taking to deal with the depression of losing all his friends and family.
2) Mister Negative is our main antagonist. The Venom symbiote is the secondary antagonist. Silk and Black Cat are anti-villains but become anti-heroes.
3) Cindy Moon is portrayed mainly as a Ten Rings/Inner Demons ninja who can keep up with Peter Parker based on her skill in martial arts alone. By the end of the movie, Cindy gets bit by a radioactive spider, setting up either a solo movie or TV show that’ll explore her getting spider powers.
4) Due to the story, MJ and Ned Leeds’ roles are reduced for this installment. They’re basically cameos to establish that Peter is still thinking about them. They’ll be more important in the next movie.
5) Mid-credits scene reveals that MJ has gone on a date with Harry Osborn.
CASTING THE NEW CHARACTERS
1) Megan Lee as Cindy Moon (Silk)

2) BD Wong as Martin Li (Mister Negative)

3) Anya Taylor-Joy as Felicia Hardy (Black Cat) ---> based on rumors that she’s been cast as this character

4) Timothée Chalamet as Harry Osborn (NOTE: I just realized that if Timothee got this role, this is essentially a Dune reunion with Zendaya)

The Phantom & The Sorceress: Lena Shines Once Again
Let me first start off by saying. DuckTales it’s so freaking good to have ya back!
Okay with that said, Phantom & The Sorceress episode is another damn great Lena episode that continues to showcase why she’s such an endearing character, much like Della Duck. DuckTales has continually knocked it outta the park with each episode focusing on Lena’s inner demons trying not to define herself exactly as Magica’s heartless nature. Which we get to see once again on full display here when Lena has to reluctantly ask for her help, once the Phantom Blot rears his ugly head trying to take away all magic with an “Infinity Gauntlet” of his own making trying to become a second coming of Thanos. Lena has been such an amazing new addition to this reboot’s iteration. You can tell, as clear as the blue freaking sky, that so much heart and effort has gone into exploring the heavy details of what makes Lena, well, such a deeply relatable individual. You want to see Lena become a stronger person, who won’t repeat the same awful mistakes as her heartless parent and what better way to do that, than with them teaming up to confront an old foe from Magica’s wrong doings?
I was ecstatic to hear about Lena teaming up with Magica because it’s always an interesting treat to see a protagonist make some temporary truce with their extreme moral opposite when done right, of course. I’ve seen it in Teen Titans when Robin teamed up with Slade to stop Raven’s demonic father from destroying all life in the universe, which was a lot of cool character introspective for both what makes their characters so similar, yet so alienating as well. This situation is no different, as Lena has to grit her teeth against every snide abusive remark her so called aunt throws her away to try deterring the kid to no avail, since Lena isn’t having any of that freaking garbage after Nightmare On Killmotor Hill’s story in Season 2. Although, Lena does have a new challenge to face that stirs up those old feelings of self resentment showcased in this season’s theme of legacy and how that ties into one’s own self-worth when looking at their respective lineage and oh boy there’s a lot to unpack.
One day I grew tired of the many gifts villagers’ offered to keep me from destroying their village, so I destroyed their village.
Okay, that line of narration for this origin exposition is befitting of Magica’s deliciously evil nature. Fucking love that stuff. Can I just say I adored Phantom Blot’s backstory being a by product of Magica’s reign of terror in this iteration of his characterization? It not only adds weight to the Phantom Blot’s personality, but contributes a serious fuel to Lena’s emotional turmoil of her inescapable connection to magic that she has to better cope with. Lena may have more confidence in herself after Season 2′s dramatic shenanigans, but it still doesn’t take away from that painful reality that she feels like a prisoner to the very essence of magic quite literally & figuratively, too. Seeing Magica spell out how her actions of destroying the Blot’s village and loved ones years ago had a long term consequences in the creation of Phantom’s hatred for magic ties in perfectly to Lena’s disgust, where it no doubt drudged up the good ole self esteem issues. Like Lena stated in the episode, “Our magic isn’t a legacy! It’s a curse!”, that has caused a lot of unending pain and misery. Phantom Blot is just one of many victims Magica scarred for life, where that seriously bugs Lena to still be connected to that as a legacy she’s saddled with, but the very thing keeping her alive in the grand scheme of things, too. That provides a layer of serious tension because all Phantom Blot has to do is suck away that magic from the amulet and Lena will disappear along with that. There’s a lot riding on the line that can’t be ignored.
Being angry might work for Magica, but you’re not her. You’re good!
If Lena fails, she dies. If they don’t defeat the Phantom Blot, Scrooge and the kids are trapped in another dimension, leaving FOWL to steal Duckburg on a silver platter with few to defend their home. Thankfully, there’s always Webby to help keep Lena’s insecurities in check with a nice dose of emotional support. They really wanna build up how important of a character Webby is as the extreme optimist for this season, by further reinforcing how much Lena has succeeded thanks to Webby lending her a helping hand in opening up to have that courage in facing down her dark past that continues to bother her at every turn. Real talk, I seriously hope Lena will be the one to help lift Webby up outta her low breaking point when whatever stuff Beakly is hiding from her tests the kid’s trust in others. Having Lena give Webby the emotional pep talk would be quite poetic when that time comes in the distant future of this season. Lena has come such a very long way from who she used to be in Season 1. She was out for herself at first trying to get away from Magica’s cold blooded nature. However, once she met Webby the rest was history that made Lena determined to gain her freedom not outta a selfish reason anymore, but one to feel truly alive and happy. To feel the loving warmth of affection she never received before.
Lena’s smile says it all about how unashamed she is to allow Webby to be this sentimental toward her about a touchy topic for herself. Sure, she playfully shrugs off Webby when she’s throwing out suggestion after suggestion about stuff regarding positive uses for magic and all that, but it’s not outta some form of negativity taking hold of her again, like in the JAW$ episode, aka calling her a sentimental fool. Lena is laughing it off agreeing with her friend as naturally any form of motivational socializing should be handled when she says, “Okay, Webby. I got it. Thanks!”, that’s heartwarming and adorable in showcasing Lena’s growth. All of it comes to a head in Lena’s magical beam struggle against Phantom Blot’s absorbing gauntlet, where we get a culmination of every pivotal moment that’s made Lena into who she is now, whether you’re looking at Magica’s abuse or how Webby helped her to realize that stuff didn’t define her, but how she chose to act on all those bottled up feelings. This episode pulled another Friendship Hates Magic when Lena was starting to disappear all over again from Blot’s gauntlet and I could feel that adrenaline kicking in at that point seeing Phantom Blot almost succeed. Lena came close to letting Magica manipulate her all over again at that lowest point, but those emotional callback’s from Webby & Violet’s bonding spell reminded her all too well immediately that she isn’t a slave to the name, De Spell, anymore. It’s clear that Lena is getting ever closer to reaching that apex of character development, given the awesome looking design change that now fully reflects her more happier outlook on life ever since meeting Webby and her sister from a couple of misters’, Violet.
Love how her eyes are now blue and not dark anymore, which can arguably be seen as symbolism for overcoming depression with those dark eyes she once had. Pessimism can transform into the most powerful form of compassion for others, as seen with Lena’s blue magical signature now that isn’t dark purple anymore, like her aunt’s. Also on a side note, while I would’ve loved to have seen Magica be without her full powers a little longer to provide for more interesting scenarios in showing her cunning and calculating nature, this gives us more intense scenarios in their own right for Lena clashing with Magica again in Season 3′s future because there’s no way we’ve seen the last of these two going at it. Now that they’re both at their fully realized power, you can bet shit’s going to be hitting the fan when it does happen between these magical beings of opposing sides. The possibilities are endless with that notion in mind.
The Phantom & The Sorceress continues to enforce why Lena is easily one of the most complex characters in DuckTales (2017). Each emotional hurdle she’s overcome is completely earned in her growth to be a better and protective friend to her real family. Whatever the future holds in store for Lena’s character, you can know that I’ll be there rooting for her development every step of the way.
This was an excellent return to form.
I’ve missed you DuckTales. Welcome back.

Martin Li AKA. Mister Negative the youngest crime lord
In Chinatown Martin is the owner of the F.E.A.S.T he is a very famous person and a lot of people know him as a rich philanthropist but that’s the only thing most people know. In the world of crime he is also known as Mister Negative, one of the powerful crime lords with his minion The inner demon. His power just likes his name. Negative power has the ability to switch people personally from good to bad or bad to good and he also can control people who get corrupted by the negative power too. It’s not all bad because on the Martin Li side he has a light power that can heal people even with cancer. All of this power is from the mystery antiques he found long ago when he was a child it’s more than just giving him a power.. it’s giving him a second personality it’s later on call himself Mister Negative

Random Adventures of Vampire Spider: Meeting Mister Negative
It was early when Gwen woke up. Dazzler was wrapped up around her, and both of them were sweaty. After her argument with Felicia, she needed comfort. Succor, as the term goes, and there was only one place she could go for that. She felt bad for hitting her up so late, but at no point did the sex worker complain. In fact, she was very understanding. It was getting weird how comfortable Gwen…

Martin Li is an illegal Chinese immigrant from Fujian province who attempted to travel to America to be with his wife. His mode of transportation, the Golden Mountain, was a slave ship operated by the Snakehead gang as a way to sell Fujian captives as overseas slaves in Kenya. During a storm, the ship's crew evacuated, leaving the captives alone to make a break for the New York shores. Li was the only survivor and spent the following years building a large fortune and dedicating himself to helping those less fortunate.[1]
The story is later revealed to be somewhat false, though only the Mister Negative persona appears aware of it. It is revealed that Mister Negative was actually one of the crew members of the Golden Mountain. When the ship nearly crashed onto the New York shores, he stole the identity of one of the deceased Fujian slaves (the real Martin Li) who was heading to America for the aforementioned reasons. This gang member was eventually captured by the Maggia Don Silvermane and experimented on with a synthetic drug created by Maggia chemist Simon Marshall that could be more potent than heroin. He escaped with the help of two other experimental inmates and soon developed two personalities, the kind-hearted Martin Li and the villainous Mister Negative, the latter of the two developing the ability to generate a black electrical energy that could be used to heal, control others, or charge objects with his touch. The Mister Negative side dedicated himself to becoming Chinatown's Kingpin of Crime while the Martin Li side attempts to run the F.E.A.S.T. center with humility.[2]
Martin Li operates a soup kitchen in Chinatown, the F.E.A.S.T. Project (Food, Emergency Aid, Shelter and Training), where Peter Parker's Aunt May volunteers.[3] Neither Peter nor May are aware of Li's dual identity as a Chinatown crime boss under the Mister Negative name.[4] Despite being a crime lord, Li is a seemingly kind and generous man. The F.E.A.S.T. Project has displayed healing powers for people of various illnesses, although the cause of this healing has yet to be revealed.[volume & issue needed]
During the first story of "Brand New Day" storyline, Mister Negative first comes into conflict with Spider-Man when he makes a power play toward taking control of New York's criminal underworld by attempting to wipe out all existing members of the Karnelli and Maggia crime families using a DNA specific bioweapon called the "Devil's Breath". In exchange for leaving the Maggia families' children alive, he takes a sample of Spider-Man's blood to use in a Devil's Breath formula.[3][4][5] Mister Negative later tries to use the Devil's Breath formula to kill Spider-Man during a fight with the Maggia, but Spider-Man is able to hold his breath long enough to escape alive.[6] Spider-Man then recruits the Black Cat to help steal Spider-Man's remaining blood from Mister Negative and replace it with a vial of pig blood so Mister Negative is unaware of his loss.[7]
Martin Li endorses Bill Hollister for mayor of New York City, putting him against Randall Crowne, adding him to a list of opponents (many of whom become targets of the villain Menace). It also causes him to become the target of a smear campaign by Dexter Bennet, editor of The DB and supporter of Crowne.[8] After Menace is revealed to be Hollister's daughter and Hollister resigns as mayor, Li unsuccessfully runs in a special election, losing to J. Jonah Jameson.[9]
Mister Negative later recruits Hammerhead and offers to put the man's brain in a new robotic adamantium skeleton after having been shot point blank in the head by Underworld. Hammerhead agrees to that and Mister Negative has his surgeon Doctor Tramma perform the procedure.[10]
Mister Negative eventually comes across Eddie Brock, giving a job at his soup kitchen. A touch from him causes Brock's cancerous cells to completely disappear. Also, remnants of the Venom Symbiote fused with Brock's white blood cells react with Mister Negative's power, causing Anti-Venom's existence during a conflict with Mac Gargan, the Venom Symbiote's host.[11] After the F.E.A.S.T center is torn apart during the fight between the two, Li discovers from a group of sweatshop workers (from a shop owned by Crowne) that they were experimented on with drugs from Oscorp.[12] Later, Mister Negative and his Inner Demons encounter and battle Anti-Venom. In the aftermath, Brock watches Mister Negative turn into Li, becoming the first to be aware of his dual identity.[13]
During the 2008–2009 "Dark Reign" storyline, Mister Negative refuses to submit to the Hood's rule of conquest of New York's criminal underworld. During a meeting with Hood's henchman White Dragon, Mister Negative corrupts White Dragon and sends the man to attack Hood's headquarters. In retaliation, Hood decides to attack and kill him. H.A.M.M.E.R. seals Chinatown on Hood's behalf and an all out brawl erupts around Li's estate. Hood's gang gets the upper hand until Spider-Man arrives to rescue Martin. However, Spider-Man too is corrupted and sent into battle on Mister Negative's behalf.[1] Spider-Man attacks and pummels the members of Hood's gang who are attacking the villain's headquarters and Mister Negative then sends the web-slinger to kill Betty Brant who is interviewing the real Martin Li's widow and is coming close to the truth. The Hood himself then confronts Mister Negative at his Chinatown headquarters and battles him.[14] During the battle, Mister Negative tries to corrupt Hood but fails. Norman Osborn ends the blockade H.A.M.M.E.R. has on Chinatown when Hammerhead hands papers implicating Oscorp in the aforementioned drug tests on immigrants. An irate Hood decides to kill Mister Negative anyway but he escapes. A later conversation that Osborn has with his own darker Green Goblin side reveals that he now has an alliance with Mister Negative similar to the one with Hood. However, Spot slips in and steals back the evidence of Oscorp's tests, revealing being Mister Negative's mole in the Hood's gang under the promise that he will be cured once they get their revenge on the Maggia.[2]
In the X-Men storyline "Serve and Protect", Mister Negative and his Inner Demons are at San Francisco on attempting to murder a widowed woman who still have a child. When two unidentified heroes, then revealed to be the X-Men Rockslide and Anole in disguise, Mister Negative hired The Serpents, and devise a plan to lure them into their traps, then turning then into his pawn into attacking other X-Men as well. Although his plan foiled by Anole's strategy into using a temporary brainwashed Rockslide, Mister Negative releases the rock mutant hero and vow they will meet again on the other side.[15]
During the 2009 storyline "The Gauntlet", Mister Negative corrupts May Parker when the woman walks in on him punishing an Inner Demon.[16] May manages to break free from Mister Negative's corruption when Peter went to May for moral support after the Lizard devoured Billy Connors and essentially 'killed' Curt Connors.[17]
During the 2010 "Shadowland" storyline, Mister Negative takes the advantage of the conflict against the Hand in a plot to set up a criminal establishment there, only for him and his Inner Demons to run afoul of Spider-Man and Shang-Chi.[18]
Mister Negative later has an encounter with Jackpot and Boomerang.[19] During the "Origin of the Species" storyline, Mister Negative was among the supervillains assembled by Doctor Octopus to secure some items.[20]
During the "Big Time" storyline, Mister Negative is targeted by both Anti-Venom and the new Wraith. When they, along with Spider-Man, interrupt a heroin-smuggling operation, Wraith uses visual recognition software, linked to every television broadcast in New York, to publicly out Mister Negative as Martin Li. When the police approach, Mister Negative and his men retreat. Li is later seen locked in a room by Mister Negative's men who wait for him to change back into their master.[21]
During the 2011 "Spider-Island" storyline, Mister Negative is told of a prophecy that he is destined to be killed by Dagger.[22]
During the 2012 "Avengers vs. X-Men" storyline, Mister Negative and his henchmen invade a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility as a way of taking an advantage of the war between the Avengers and the Phoenix Five, but Hawkeye and Spider-Woman defeat them while having a discussion about their relationship. It is later revealed that they were informed about Mister Negative's plan by Madame Hydra who wanted to get rid of the competition.[23]
During the 2014 "Original Sin" storyline, Mister Negative is seen meeting with the self-proclaimed Goblin King (Phil Urich) who is now leading the Goblin Underground's remnants when it came to them awaiting for Eel II to help divide the criminal underground following the original Goblin King's defeat. Their meeting is crashed by Black Cat and Electro who demand their share of the plan. When Mister Negative and Urich refuse to listen to Black Cat, the woman reminds them that they were all outed by Spider-Man and will succeed in the goal of defeating Spider-Man.[24]
Following the 2015 "Secret Wars" storyline, Martin Li is arrested at some point. He is rescued by Cloak and Dagger who have been corrupted by his touch and are using patches of the drug known as "Shade" to stimulate the effects of Mister Negative's touch and "remain" loyal to him. After the two break Mister Negative out of the prison ship where Li is being held and revert him to his Negative form, he leads an assault on Parker Industries' Japan branch, which leads to a confrontation with Spider-Man, whom Negative manages to touch.[25] Although Peter exhibits an immunity to Negative's corruption power, Negative escapes to his Hong Kong headquarters and reverts to Li. Li later sees a video message from Negative that he is targeting a philanthropist named Shen Quinghao, the former leader of the criminal Snakehead Syndicate which controlled the slave ship where Li became Mister Negative, and makes a proposal to Li, which Li accepts.[26] His plan fails, and after Cloak and Dagger are eventually are freed from Negative's control, they vow to remain in Hong Kong to protect it from Negative's future efforts.[27]
During the "Sins Rising" arc, a revived Sin-Eater steals the powers of Mister Negative and uses it to corrupt the guards at Ravencroft when he targets Norman Osborn. He also uses the powers to corrupt the clone of Ashley Kafka into releasing Juggernaut.[28]
A man claiming to be "Martin Li" shows up at the FEAST building seeking help as the Inner Demons attack.[29] This "Martin Li" later surrenders to the Inner Demons. Mister Negative meets with Mayor Wilson Fisk and informs him that they will need the sister counterpart of the Tablet of Life and Destiny called the Tablet of Death and Entropy. As Mister Negative has the item, he states to Mayor Fisk that their desired function can only be used when both items are together. Mayor Fisk allows Mister Negative to control Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Obtaining the Tablet of Life and Destiny from Spider-Man and Boomerang puts Mister Negative in competion with Black Mariah, a Crime Master, Diamondback, Hammerhead, Madame Masque, Owl, Silvermane, and Tombstone.[

Mister Negative cursed to himself as he pulled his sword from the stomach of one of his Inner Demons before looking down at the male as he writhed in pain on the floor for a few moments. As soon as the wounded male pushed himself off of the ground Negative sheathed the sword and left the room leaving his Inner Demons to their own devices while he dealt with the fact that Macklin had failed him. This was one of the few instances where he'd been truly disappointed by someone under his 'emplyoment'. As he left through the secret passageway he'd installed in the F.E.A.S.T. shelter he knew that the next time he crossed paths with Macklin he would be punished for his disobedience. He stopped as he exited the secret passage and looked up at the sky before taking a moment to think about what to do. He shrugged slightly before heading towards the street as his stomach began to growl, normally he would have let Martin take back control and ate at the shelter so he could spend time with the residents but not tonight, not after what had happened. Tonight he was going to break the cycle and 'treat' himself after having to break up yet another fight. As he wandered the street looking for a place that had decent food he heard someone behind him and he took a breath.
"If you were smart you'd have found someone else to mess with. I'm not having such a good day and quite frankly I don't feel like having to deal with another fight. So unless you're here to discuss business or you're looking for information I would suggest that you leave." He stated calmly without looking to see who it was.
