Hi everyone! It's been a few weeks since Yellowjackets season 3 ended and we were left with even more mistynat content - we finally reached that moment of their relationship we were all excited about! So much to discuss and think about! To celebrate this epic ending, we have decided to bring back the much loved event that happened back in 2023, but with a new crew and also a rebrand!

“Mistynat Season” was created to encourage and engage in multiple mistynat events during the year and it will begin by bringing back Mistynat week. Our purpose is to unite the shippers and explore our creativity and inspiration by doing mistynat-centered artworks and whatever pieces of fanwork you can think of during the seven days of a whole week, following the prompts proposed and voted by majority!

We’ll be posting more details regarding our first event of Mistynat Season - along with relevant dates very soon, so stay tuned!

BRAIN ATTACK Breez Revamp

Another small build, Breez’s use of trans green in this figure made for a really fresh break. With the most coordinated color palette, the silver works well in her favor and the smooth shoulderpad feels very appropriate. The decision to make her helmet silver instead of traditional lime was also unexpected and highly welcome. She was a real standout set on the whole, which was unexpected given that she was one of the cheapest sets in BRAIN ATTACK. Again, my changes are minimal but I added to the back, limbs and weapons to make a fully realized version of Breez.

MistyNat Week is over, and while we all need to recover before another big event, we thought it might be fun to have a little one in celebration of Halloween! So, how are we going to celebrate?

HALLOWEEN WEEKEND ACTIVITIES From October 27th to October 31st, we'll be releasing some MistyNat and/or Halloween-themed puzzles and games! Those activities will be posted here for you to complete or play at your leisure. You can also reblog to share your results or responses, or you can join us in our discord to discuss! You can expect things like crossword puzzles, ship headcanon memes, MistyNat jigsaw puzzles, etc.

In addition to those activities, we will also be doing some Christina and Juliette horror/Halloween movie screenings in discord! October 27th, 7pm ET: The 4th Floor (Juliette) (warning: creepy/gross insect scenes in this one!) October 28th, 5pm ET: Casper (Christina) October 28th, 7pm ET: The Addams Family (Christina)

HALLOWEEN PROMPTS If you're missing the inspiration of the MistyNat Week prompts, then you're in luck! As part of this celebration, we are also providing Halloween-themed prompts, for anyone who would like to make a fanwork as part of the party festivities! The Halloween prompts are:

If you would like to make a fanwork, then feel free to choose any number of the prompts above. You don't need to claim a prompt or declare which one(s) you are using, and like MistyNat week you are encouraged to interpret the prompt as liberally as you wish. Once you've created your fanwork, you are welcome to post your creation during the party (between October 27th and 31st). Please mention @mistynatweek when you post, or tag #mistynatweek and/or #mistynathalloweenparty!

MISTYNAT MONTHLY MAKE At the end of this celebration, we will be kicking off our new monthly event, the MistyNat Monthly Make! The Monthly Make will run similar to the Halloween prompts described above, but on a longer time frame. At the beginning of each month, we will be posting 10 simple one word (or short phrase) prompts that fit under a monthly theme. Creators are welcome to choose any or all of those prompts and use them to inspire a fanwork to be posted during that month. This will be a longer-term, lower-pressure type of event than MistyNat Week, but will hopefully provide some rolling inspiration so that we can continue to share in the MistyNat love year-round! More information on this event will be posted at the beginning of November.
