you say you’re heavily against child abuse yet you post things that imply you have no problem with child abuse and pedophilia?

i dont expect you to answer this and you dont have to either, you just reading it is enough

you say you know the difference between fiction and reality so you must know that fiction can directly influence reality? i havent looked much at your account but recently youve done jokes about a pedophilic ‘ship,’ whats supposed to be funny about a grown adult and a child together? if youre posting it as a joke how can it come across as anything but you supporting this?

i just dont understand why you would post about child abuse and pedophilia in a lighthearted joking way and then say you dont support it. your actions dont line up with your words, it looks very much like you support this especially since you want proship people to interact with your account

The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction isn't real. Would you call the police because someone made or enjoyed a horror film in which fictional characters were murdered? Would you call a person a murderer because they played Call of Duty? No, because that's ridiculous. Just as ridiculous as saying someone who enjoys Family Guy or South Park is immoral.

And no, fiction cannot directly influence reality. That's the same argument as "video games cause violence", which is an argument that has been debunked multiple times over. If a horrible crime is committed, then the fault is on the individual who committed the crime. Not whatever media they enjoyed. If you need every media you consume to tell you that a crime is bad then you should stick to Dr Seuss because you clearly do not have enough media literacy for anything more mature.

So mostly I've been trying to use outfits from the manga in the polls, except when there's been an illustration. But with Lizzy's outfits, I've been considering using the anime version of her outfits.

In the previous tournament, I strictly stuck with manga images of outfits (unless there was a special illustration of one). However, I feel like some of Lizzy's outfits have more impact in the anime, like her famous Red Dress for example:

So I was thinking, depending on some of her outfits, I'll choose between the anime and manga. For example, for Lizzy's "Invitation to Campania" outfit, maybe I'll go with the manga image over the anime because I like the patterns more:

(I might also switch to the anime version of her Emerald Witch Arc outfits after her episode comes out)

I could use two images, but I don't want to because I feel like that would be unfair to other outfits. What do you guys think? Do you agree or disagree with my choices?

Hey, does anyone know why Tumblr is so reluctant to let me put Ao3 links in posts? Links from literally anywhere else work just fine. But I'll try to put one from Ao3 in, and instead of turning into that big rectangle with the fic name and whatnot that you see in all the polls, it just stays as a normal link, if that makes sense. Sometimes, a link will work as intended, but it feels like it's based on luck more than anything else. It's annoying - Mod W
