And here's the problem with the show nonsense, mess of ideas and not knowing how to world build. I don't know if I ever said this but sylvie is one of the most lazy writing I ever see. I realize that showrunner just throwing here and there but never make the series showing what they said. Every sad thing I see in sylvie stans posting how sad she is and moral dilemma or something like that, we're only they own headcanon because sylvie in canon are not showing anything like they wrote.

I seeing loki series more than one and... She didn't have character at all, her character is something depend on plot, but one thing I know is that sylvie is hypocrite, that is who she . It actually very disappointed because sylvie is the main character in season 1 , and of course as main character, I expect her personality is shine and charismatic but what I saw was that, uninterested character and lazy writing ever. They just throwing here and there and let viewers doing the imagination.

In season 1 she got favorite treatment, and make everyone around look dumb but when in season 2 when she lose the favorite treatment, she look dull and.... I actually didn't give F about her except she need getting consequences.

The writers came in and expected Sylvie to become super popular and loved, but that didn't quite work she ended up being really decisive.

The writing overall doesn't want the audience to think to hard. Like, it so inconsistent scene from scene. The writing never wants someone to question things as a whole only focus on things being currently presented.

So even if the writing pulled back on Sylvie season 2 it expects the audience to want Sylvie to get what she wants, no question. Because the funny thing is as much as fans try to rewrite it the actual show knows Sylvie is selfish and killed HWR for revenge. Again the writing just expected the audience to think Sylvie is entitled to get what she wants because she had it so hard.

There's almost been this funny bit of dissonance after season 2. Because the show is just as much in love with her as it's always been, still trying to make her the center, giving her what she wants while never putting her through Loki has to go through. But it became much more apparent that Sylvie is selfish and that got to fans that spent years convincing themselves she wasn't. This wasn't sabotage this was what the writers thought is a great character that should be loved. And then fans not knowing how to react.

24. How did they fall for each other?

Okay, so the story went like this. (Also, @morganlefaye79 since you asked the same question :p )

In 2079, the Afterlife is no more. Mercs gather at the Atlantis now. Mr. Blue Eyes sometimes does business with them, and likes having Ghede, the AI living within Silver, around in case things go sour. That day, Flavio was also at the club to talk with Linda, his sister, who bartends at the Atlantis. They argued, as usual, and Flavio got really loud. So loud that it annoyed Ghede, who left and let Silver regain control. Since Mr. Blue Eyes suggested them to stay put, they couldn’t leave, but had to make that ruckus stop. They hacked Flavio’s holo to send him a cripted message basically telling him to shut the fuck up. Which he did.

But Flavio felt embarrassed about that message, and a little petty. He started messaging back his mysterious hacker, pretty much spamming them day and night. Silver lost patience, and decided to teach him he shouldn’t mess with a netrunner. They located his house, barged in, pinned him down and…

Fuck, what were they trying to do again? Huh? That guy’s kinda cute…

Silver pretty much fell for him here and there, so badly they forgot how to think for a sec. Same went for Flavio who could only have been described as “scared and horny”. Silver disppeared just as quickly, heart racing, and feeling so dumb they wanted to die.

Flavio kept messaging them, getting more and more openly flirty with them. Ghede eventually responded for its host, just to piss Silver off. It settled a date for them, taking over until it sat down facing Flavio. Silver had never felt more embarrassed in their life, but as the date went by, they relaxed and enjoyed the evening with that cute stranger. After their date, they stayed together a little longer (hours longer) just walking around the city, sharing mundane work stories, their interest for the stars, their grief about being orphans, ...

Silver kissed him as they went their separate ways, promising to “come by, since I know where you live”. Flavio found their promise creepy in the most endearing way possible.

25. Who said "I love you" first?

Flavio was the first to say it. They were done eating out in a dinner somewhere in Santo Domingo. They were walking back to Flavio’s truck so he could drive Silver back home, when some 6th Street gang members held them at gunpoint asking for their money and car keys. Flavio held his hands up, about to use his Sandy and bare hands to deal with them, but Silver took a step forwards and looked the leader dead in the eyes. They scanned him, making their eyes glow menacingly, and simply told them: “no.” That was enough to make them run off.

Flavio started laughing, and let out: “God, I love you.” in a tone so affectionate Silver lost their mind over it. They stumbled over their words, and hesitated between “I know” and “Thank you”.

“I - you,” came out of their mouth, which only embarrassed them more, “No, I mean. Know you (no, you). No, I- Hmm-hmm. Okay.”

And Flavio had to kiss them here and there.

If you listen to them, they haven’t changed since dating each other. They’re too stubborn to change, too strong. But if you look more closely, Royce did pick a habit of Gabby: venting at Dietlinde. Before meeting Gabby, she was just another member of the gang, nothing more. But when things go wrong, Gabby talks to the bartender, who actually listens and gives her opinion. Royce eventually starts complaining to her as well, except her answer to him is pretty much: “I don’t get paid enough to care, Royce. You’re going soft.”

As for Gabby, he went from passive-aggressive, to just aggressive. He expresses his anger directly now, instead of using sarcasm and pretending nothing hurts him. He uses actions over words more and more, even when his family comes to visit.

Nope. They can't have kids biologically, and they wouldn't have kids willingly. And that's actually a good thing, these two couldn't raise a child properly. Royce would let them roam the Totentanz unattended and Gabby would get competitive with them over any game they play.

They aren’t natural people anymore, and can’t open a bank account. Kerry does 100% of the financial supporting. He paid Lizzy Wizzy’s ripperdoc for Johnny’s body. He bought Vaea’s expensive neural implant. He bought them the Atlantis. When Vaea earns anything with his programming, that money goes directly into Kerry’s account. A way to pay him back for everything. When Johnny earns money in ways he doesn’t need his inputs to know about, he asks for cash. He hates depending on Kerry likes that, and needs a plan B in case things go wrong one day.

Just gonna start by saying: I’m gonna talk about my hcs for Johnny’s and Kerry’s family. Totally my interpretation :p

Johnny’s Family

Johnny’s family is long gone by the time Vaea sees them in his dreams. Happy memories with a grandma he wished he had met, her cat curled up on his lap as he drinks iced tea sitting on her porch. Awful nightmares after her death, going back to his dad his guts twisting in hunger and fear, his wrist still hurting from the last time it was broken. Vaea fears him, as much as he hates him.

Kerry never got such a clear picture. He’s heard of Johnny’s dad on drunken nights his best friend didn’t even know what he was telling him. Something about fearing his dad, until he got the upper hand and realized how weak he truly was. He wished he’d met the man, just to feel that weakness himself.

Both Vaea and Kerry know what Johnny’s dad would think of them. A bad influence on his son, but the words that would come out of his mouth would been much meaner.

Kerry’s Family

Kerry was pretty open about his family in his youth, but Johnny wasn’t often listening. Absent parents, distant siblings. Johnny felt almost thankful they had let their 14 yo kid live on his own, just so they could meet and form a band despite their young age. Just like everything about Kerry’s life before he became a legend, his family couldn’t have cared about Johnny.

Louise hated Johnny before even meeting him. She had heard of him, so many fucking times, always reminded she’d always be second in Kerry’s life. Her own husband kept choosing a ghost over her, over their kids. Johnny answers to anger by anger, and Vaea and Kerry had to muffle the kids’ ears when these two first met. She’s the bitch that took everything from Kerry, and he’s the asshole that couldn’t stay dead. The kids are alright, though.

Vaea’s relationship with Louise is much better. They even sometimes just call each other to talk. He thinks she’s a good mom, who tried her best with Kerry. She sees him as a friendly man, who was more patient with her ex than she was. Kim and Teddy like him as well, to the point of opening up to him about what they see as a rigid mom and an absent dad.

Vaea’s Family

Johnny could feel his blood boil when Vaea dreamt about his family. Even the happy memories disgusted him, because he had seen in his host’s mind it wouldn’t end happily. Vaea had never talked to anyone about the consequences of his parents abandoning him. Those three years stuck at a gas station that his mind mostly erased for his own good. But now that Johnny knew, Vaea started to realize he should stop blaming himself, and start blaming his parents for what happened.

Kerry was the first person Vaea willingly talked to about his family, except he omitted certain parts because he couldn’t bring himself to talk about it. All Kerry understood was that Vaea’s parents could still be somewhere in the NUSA, and as a father himself, he figured there might be a chance they didn’t mean to leave him behind. He looked for them, without telling Vaea.

Vaea and his parents eventually met again, with Johnny and Kerry at his sides. They saw his inputs as responsible for Vaea turning his back to his roots with his fancy English words, his non-natural eyes, his bleached hair and his metal arm erasing his traditional tattoos. They admitted willingly leaving Vaea behind, and it took Johnny and Kerry everything they had to respect Vaea’s wish and not flatline them here and there.

Modern College Au Girl Genius things:

-Agatha uses the fact that she literally ran away with the circus as her fun fact every time.

-In every groupchat Tarvek is nicknamed Weasle. He hates it.

-Klaus can hack the government, but doesn't quite get how Twitter works.

-The big end of friendship event with Tarvek and Gil is over Tarvek supposedly stealing Gil's prized stuffed animal Zoing (he didn't do it. Klaus donated it in a toy drive accidentally). This grudge lasts well into college.

-the ot3 aren't childhood friends, just Tarvek and Gil ,but as three gifted kids who are probably neurodivergent they ran in the same circles.

-The series of events that leads to the ot3 getting together in college could put any romcom drama to shame. It is stupid, bad and embarrassing the whole way through.

-the jaegermonsters are a frat on campus that Agatha tutors for. Zeetha accidently ends up as a pledge bc she saw the hazing and thought it looked fun and joined in.

-Higgs is campus cripted and maintains all other traits from cannon. He is just simply like that.

-Violetta lives with Tarvek to save money. Gil only remembers that Tarvek has a sister ,nothing about her, so he ends up thinking Vi is Tarvek's sister for close to a year.

-Agatha and Zeetha still meet when Agatha runs away to the circus.

-Agatha still calls Judy and Punch her mom and dad, but also calls Bill dad. Lucrezia still murders KB in this. She spent the school year with Punch and Judy, and spent the summer with her dad and uncle when she was a kid.

-Gil is parent trapped in this, but does not know this because his dad refuses to clarify if it was that or parental abduction. Bang is indeed his older forster sister.

-Bang is on a sports scholarship and is in every full contact sport she can get her hands on. I'm thinking she mains Rugby.

-Tarvek's family is the same, just switch out nobility drama with rich family drama. His dad was ceo of a fortune 500 company and also a serial killer.

-Anevka killed their dad in self defense. She also used a wheelchair since birth.

Headcannons for the strawhats stealing cloths from eachother:

Luffy: has stolen cloths from every member of the crew, and from every person who has been on his ship for more then two days. That is if you can get him to change.

Zoro: doesn't really do it often, but if he does it's either from Nami or Usopp. Once took one of Robin's long skirts because he was both tired and hungover, didn't notice it wasn't his until Robin sent a hand to pick it up

Nami: if she steals it, it is now hers. You cannot ask for it back, you will have to take it. She will charge you for it .Doesn't do it often because her tastes run better then everyone, but isn't against it.

Usopp: is the big victim of Luffy's cloth stealing, so most of his stealing is getting crap back. Sometimes grabs a tie from Sanji, but always puts it back afterwards.

Sanji: Does it the least, only the occasional item from Brook. He does the most yelling when he finds someone stealing his cloths.

Chopper: little man is too small to have anything fit, so he doesn't do it at all.

Robin: Takes from Nami or Sanji. She's subtle about it, and it's difficult to even notice.

Franky: He was to big to be able to share cloths with anyone until Jinbe joined. The only real thing of note is the time he got oil and cola all over some of Jinbe's stuff, he put it in with the rest of Jinbe's laundry and hoped no one would notice. They did.

Brook: Believes the crew works on a communal clothing system because of how often Luffy takes the others stuff, and the fact that that was how it was on the Rumbar pirates.

Jinbe: Like Franky he can only take from Franky and have it fit. Once wore one of Franky's shirts into port and got hit on by every vendor he saw. It got so awkward that he stopped entirely.

I am sure that Gil and Tarvek will kiss while in Paris. You can quote me on this.

It's the ideal scenario for it:

1. Gil and Tarvek are separated from Agatha and will do one on one banter

2. Holds major memories of their antagonism start

3. Provides great ground for them to kiss and then immediately talk about Agatha completing the trifecta

Man, I legitimately dont think there is anyway to put Tarvek's dad as anything but a serial killer in modern au's.

Like you can kinda soften the others home lives, like Lucrezia could have tried the same stuff as in cannon but was stopped, divorced and given a restraining order. Gilgamesh could have a parent trap situation instead of parental kidnapping, but Tarvek?

The only option is for his dad to be a serial killer

So South Compton was different...

Jason Line called the FBI himself at a pay phone, "there's some shit going on here that is off you need to look at" and put the receiver down so the call could be followed to the location. And went on about life.

That is how i got to Compton.

It was so bad it went straight to me after a month of surveillance I arrived. Pulled in strong. Guns down. Whips out.

They could get out but not away. And the kidnappers pretended to be their friends.

10 days of surveillance. 1 overview and i was called. "Let me finish this 9 weeks at school and receive my grade. Its been almost 9 whole weeks I been here. Can they wait?"

"No"

"How long have they waited since they called?"

"About 12 days."

"That's about all i need in school days. Please? Its really important that i finish"

"Oh alright you need to say good bye. I'll allow that. Then we commence. Alalala bye! Too good for you!" Finally some one taught Bob how to say Good bye. This 😇 here.

Boy is he in for a surprise when he finds out I'm not even on crack. I had been worried about my final the next day. I was sure i was B ridden. But i was for sure now i would get an A. A+ was my final grades for all semester. I only went 15 weeks. So that is why to finish the 9 week semester was so important to get an actual final grade and not an average. Boy i never went to school and sure i would miss it.

But i was so excited about Compton i could hardly contain myself. And getting to smoke crack once again for a whole month?

Snoop didn't know but to avoid Shaq telling me to keep off drugs... May be I would just come clean... Haha in a double standards way.

And I did.

*I smoked crack to remind me what Alex went through. It was always foreign to me. Only when he was quitting and only enough to sustain him and me both. No more than 3 hits total. 3 hits each was OD and to the idiot booth.

Shaq bought me the crack. He was more readily available to admit failure than deceit and no way in Hell would he face Snoop when he found out he had been lied to.

Two crack rocks was all I needed he bought 4. Did a deal in front of Snoop to get banned from public.

Shaq, Queen Elizabeth and I built the Sugar Shack for Snoop as an apology. It was a small wooden storage shed to the left. So to the right we made it bigger, enhanced it. Over night. With Alex and his 2 high thugs.

"See Snoop? This is what drugs can do!!"

"Get on outta here! I want my candy" Candy is a Venetian word from planet Venus. Snoop loved candy. Do any thing for a treat.

"That thing better be full of candy early the next morning then and i ain't selling candy to no strangers it is all mine so don't be thinking that -- oh wait!! Its all full!!! I didn't even notice!"

"$3,000 worth of candy. Its all our drug money, isn't it boys? I promise Snoop I'll quit, too!" Shaq would laugh till he cried at our trick we pulled together on the fly to protect and tell Alex how bad he needed to keep his drug use under control and hidden.

That day Snoop got fired as teaching principal. He really was hurt in his feelings. And we were in danger of losing our precious Snoop. So i risked it all lifting the kids up one by one up and over my head as far as i could really slow then dropping them fast so that it looked like abductions from UFO.

"I need the principal" i said a few hours later cause snoop wouldn't leave outside that door. snoop walked over he stood in front of the alien light switch sticker.

"Okay now kids do the alien dances i taught you. Intermingle. Now UFO. Doubt yourself. Do the vogue. Now what does a UFO do?"

"Up. Up. Up. Like we taught the moose" they said in a trance like quality

"That is why i need to be in here."

"No Snoop one of us needs to go in the alien space ship to get the drugs to have them analyzed"

"Last time i did that 3 kids came down with me and you had to kill them. So you need to"

"Kids. Do you all like Snoop? Answer and do it Snoop style. Can snoop be principal?" All hands shot up, again. "Can Snoop be teacher?" All hands shot up. The voting was rigged. And now,  the two Movies I'm here to write about...  Mission Mangal ... Akshay Kumar as Rakesh Dhawan , a scientist of ISRO, has just failed in a Space mission . far from being disappointed, he is excited because newer things can be learnt. He is considered a hero by Vidya balan (Tara Shinde). He is soon engulfed in department politics & sidelined into a Budgetless Impossible mission to send a rocket to Mars...! His success in reaching Mars, i felt , is as much his scientific prowess, as his political skills to manage the bureacracy of the Governement organisation Isro. Stellar star cast of Sonakshi Sinha , Sharman Joshi, Tapsee Pannu et al, add to the glamour.  I did cheer during the movie, but the movie itself, i felt was cripted very weak , not expected from Balki . Otherwise entertaining, not memorable (i have forgotten why i liked the movie , in 15 short days!!). Of course, today, on the day of the Moon landing(crashing?), this movie & the heroes of ISRO are again in the limelight!! 3.8/5 for me  And Now  Super 30... I went into this Hrithik Roshan Starrer , not knowing what the story was, at all. A true story, it's about a Bihari Maths Genius, Anand kumar . he wins a scholarship to Cambridge, after having featured in a  Maths Journal, but fails to get enough money to travel. In a scene reminiscent of the old Balraj Sinha starrer, Do Bigha Zameen, his father(virendra saxena, well played!) collapses & he is forced to do odd jobs, like selling Papads (papad belne padgaye, is a phrase that comes to mind!)  He is soon rediscovered by a IIT Coaching Class owner, who makes him a top attraction of hgis classes. he discovers his teaching skills. And then he gets reminded of the system failure, where only rich kids can succeed. so he decides to give free coaching to the lowest Biharis possible...all brilliant , but no means , nor motivation , for further studies, into any college, leave alone IIT The movie is well executed, though a bit melodramatic, with too many stories about the poverty in Bihar & the difficulties that Anand Kumar has to undertake.
